[Resolved]  Hp Gas — delay in delivery

Dear Sir/Madam
I am residing at Nainital. I have a cooking gas (LPG) connection of Hndustan Petroleum. Here Kaler Gas Service has agency of Hindustan Petroleum.
I have a lot of problem with our dealer Kaler Gas Service. They always give us excuses for late delivery. Fact is that I have booked a gas on 03-12-07, today 16th I have not received my gas cylinder till today even after reminding them everyday. Everyday they give assurance of delivery but ultimately I found my self as cheated by these people. This not at first time every occasion I have faced this problem. Even there is no crisis of gas cylinders. When I go my office at 10 a.m. I find a loaded truck of gas cylinders stands there. Where these cylinders are supplying.
What remedy I have left. Please advice me what should I do?
With this expectation that my grievance will be redressed and proper action will be taken against the Kaler Gas Service.

There is a terrible delay in delivery of the gas cylinder.
I booked it on 18/12/07 and haven't got it till date.
This is utter negligence in the system.
Please see to it that they are being delivered on time. It causes a lot of inconvenience to the customers.

i have been having problems while booking the gas and getting the delivery of the gas cylinder. in fact, its a night mare to book the gas as the line is always busy and i have to sit the whole day to book a cylinder.pathetic!the weight of cylinders is mostly faulty and we have to weight at least 5-6 cylinders and still we are not satisfied.7-8 days is the minimum time they take to deliver.kindly pay attention. thank you.

Problem . I have a connection on HP gas with no. 703448, with 2 cylinders . suddenly my son got transffered to hyderabad. and we have submitted the two cylinders for the dealers to transfer them from machilipatnam - hyderabad. on february month . They told that our gas no. 703448 is not there in online, we forgetted to enter it so that now it is not possible for u to transfer the cylinders. Now we are here in hyderabad from 3 months, we are suffering a lot to get a cylinder here with small children in house. The dealers are telling do what ever u want to do, nothing is possible to do. sir please do the needful in case of transfering the cylinders.

my name is Vimala, every time i book a gas it takes atleast 15 days apart from 30 days of waiting period
my consumer number is 622831, this is a pathetic service in Jayanagar, Bangalore we have to go out for food when we dont have gas this is happening from last few months, god help us.

I have a single cylinder and booked with the above distributer for refilling on 30.8.08.I have been told that the delivery will take place after 10days whenever i called to the distrubuter.On 25th.February.2008, I have booked for a second cyinder. I was informed yesterday that issuing second cylinder will take place after one year. It has been extremely difficult to run a family with kerosene and stove. I request you to kindly inform the distributer so that I could get the refilled cylinder at the earliest.

I AM HP GAS CONSUMER AND MY CONSUMER NO IS 601560 WITH SHREE GAS DISTRIBUTORS, BOMBAY CENTRAL AREA, BOMBAY.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR FOR LATE AND VERY LATE DELIVERIES MADE BY THEM FORM TIME TO TIME.

FOR INSTANCE, I HAD BOOKED FOR A GAS CYLINDER ON 18/08/08 WITH THEIR WATING LIST MEMO NO 3539 DATED 18/08/08. I HAD MADE NOT LESS THAN 10 CALLS TO REMIND THEM FOR THE DELIVERY BUT TO NO EFFECT.

THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH ! SO I WENT TO THERE OFFICE IN PERSON ON 02/09/2008 FOR GETTING THE REASON FOR NON-DELIVERY AFTER 16 DAYS. ONE OLD PERSON STARTED GIVING ME FALSE EXCUSES LIKE THERE WAS A COMPUTER BREAK DOWN AND SO AND SO FEW MORE EXCUSES WITH HIS VOICE AT THE TOP VOLUME AND TALKING WITH DISRESPECT AND INSULTING MANNER.

IF POSIBLE PLEASE DO HELP ME OUT OF THESE MESS ONCE FOR ALL. WATING FOR YOUR PROMPT ACTION AND REPLY IN THE ABOVE MATTER.

I had just visited to m/s AMAN Gas service mandi gobindgarh(punjab) (to take a new gas connection of HP gas) They say that the customers have to take a gas stove(chula)from them compulsorily, if we wish to take a new gas connection. it is well known that it is not compulsory to take the gas stove while taking the new gas connection.
Can we contact HP Gas corporate office and complain about this ?
If anybody has any suggestion, Please let me know.
