VERY SAD TO SAY I AM FACING MUCH MORE PROBLUM TO YOUR DISTRIBUTION CHHANLE.MY DISTRIBUTOR IS M/S VINAY HP GAS AGENCY,HE MAKE A DEALER IN MY NEAR LOCATION,WHOSE NAME IS LALAN MISHRA.HE GIVES ME RECIPT ONLY 429.50 AND TAKE MONEY FROM US RS 460,IN HIS OUTLATE.HE NEVER DELIVER IN HOME PARMANENTLY.I AM SINGLE MALE PERSON IN MY HOME AND NEVER DELIVER NUMBERWISE.
SO I FASE MUCH PROBLUM.

    Hi Sir,

    I working as a software professional, Before 30 minutes i went to HP petrol bulk near to Navalur toll gate(Chennai, Tamilnadu). And i asked the associate who works in HP petrol bulk to fill the petrol for Rs.500. when i opened the bike tank, he just injected the petrol puring pipe and told me sir it's full of dust on your petrol tank mouth clean it like that, so that i didn't noticed the digital meter as well as i have not feel the petrol puring in my tank. not even 5 sec's he taken out the petrol pipe and told me its done. i asked him you didn't put the petrol, he asked me to see the meter when i see its showing Rs.100, again i asked him i told you put petrol for Rs.500. then again he filled the petrol for 400 this time i noticed the meter and the petrol pured for 5.54 ltrs. when start my bike i checked the petrol indication it shows like very less not even half tank. my bike tank capacity is 13 ltrs. and reserve is 1.3 ltrs, so i calculated like reserve will 1ltr+1.25 ltr(for 1st 100 rs)+5.54 ltrs (for 400 rs ) total 7.79 ltrs. its should be more than half tank. i argued with him he said that the meter is working properly and i filled for 500 Rs. like that and fighting with me. i have the purchased receipt please do the needful. my mobile no : +91 [protected]

    This issue is resolved by the manager of the petrol bulk. He just added 2 ltrs petrol.Thanks.please close this complaint.

      At 9:30 AM today (6 August 2012), I visited the HP petrol pump near Sony World Junction - Kormangala (SRI SATHYA SSAI FUELS).

      I requested the attendant to fill Rs 2,000 worth of fuel. The attendant started the meter showed me a zero and started pumping.

      After a few seconds, the attendant took my card and went to swipe it on the machine. During this time a second attendant came next to the pump.

      When the original attendant returned, the pump had filled close to Rs. 1,200 worth of petrol. At this time the attendant came to the driver side to get the card signed and started trying to keep me distracted so I couldn't look at the pump meter.

      I heard the click from the pump, and the other attendant said the petrol was filled and he CLOSED THE FUEL CAP. I noticed that the petrol amount was BLINKING and the liters filled screen did not show any numbers.

      I told the attendant to show me the liters filled at which time they seemed to get a little worried. A third smooth talking attendant (who was collecting the money) explained to me the power had gone out (apparently only on my pump, and magically just around the time the petrol had almost filled).

      I demanded that the petrol pump be switched on and that I see the liters filled. Sure enough, when the pump was switched back on, only Rs 1,700 had been filled in. The third attendant tried to brush off the situation as a mistake and explained that they were waiting for the power to come back and would then fill the remaining petrol.

      The only problem is they had ALREADY CLOSED my FUEL CAP. If I had not caught them, they would have let me go away after stealing Rs 300 from me.

      I took a photograph of the pump meter at this point and have it with me. I also collected the receipt for the Rs. 1,700 so far from them.

      They then reopened my petrol cap and filled the remaining Rs 300 worth of petrol. I collected the receipt for this as well.

      At this point I was fairly furious and parked on the side so I could lodge a formal complaint. By this point, the attendant was in panic and was apologizing profusely. He promised this would never happen again.

      I then called the managers complaints phone number printed on the wall. ([protected]). After I spoke to him, he asked to speak to the three attendants. He then told me that since I had been eventually given my entire petrol, there was nothing to worry about. He apologized one last time and then hung up.

      I am shocked that even the manager seems to be apparently ok with brushing this whole incident away, especially in the face of overwhelming proof (I have pictures and receipts). If a company like HP allows this to happen, then there is nothing left to say.

      I would like to take this to court so that HP is actually expected to step up and take some action.

      I had experienced exactly the same thing at the petrol pump opposite the old furor studio. There were two attendants on either side of my bike, one filling the petrol and the other collecting money. I ordered for petrol worth Rs.500/- to be filled in my bike. He filled petrol worth only Rs.100/- and said its done. I told him I had asked for petrol worth 500/-. At which point the other guy said, "Yes Sir, you're right" and scolded the other guy for not filling the correct amount. And then out of the blue, he started praising my bike, causing my attention to get diverted as I looked at him in surprise. Just then, the petrol-filling attendant stopped the meter-clock at Rs.400/- saying he has filled up the remaining Rs.400/- worth of petrol. I told him he had not reset the meter to zero before resuming to fill the petrol. They both in unison said rather strongly that they HAD reset it to zero. I said, "Alright, if that's the case, my bike's fuel meter should go up further than the half-way mark", which it obviously didn't. They said there must be some problem in my bike's meter. This is when I lost my patience and threatened them to lodge a complaint. Hearing that, they started throwing filmy dialogues saying "No need to complain - for us ethics and our image is more important, so we will fill petrol of Rs.100/- more for you"!!! I almost burst out laughing and simply called up the complaint number after he had filled the remaining petrol. Unfortunately, there was no response on that number and I did not follow it up thereon.
      Well I and many others in Bangalore must have gone thru this problem problem also and many would have fell for this trick...I have seen girls/older people usually fall this trick...sad how u dont get what you pay for :(
      This happened to me about 2 years ago... there's a petrol pump on the way towards Nandi Hills. I was going there in the morning - must have been 5am something - and I remember thinking that I don't have enough petrol to last me all the way and back. I stop there, get INR 500 worth of petrol, only to drive away and notice that the petrol gauge was still on empty. Throughout the trip, I remember dreading that it'd run out anytime - I was furious so I used JustDial to get the phone number of the owner of the petrol pump - and called her up sometime around 10 am just before heading back.

      She was apologetic and agreed to fill up my petrol without any questions/proof required - I remember asking her why she didn't want any proof - she said the fact that I had very clearly gone to lengths to get her number and track her down was proof enough, she didn't need any more.

      I always make it a point to look for the zero - coz you can't trust half these guys with being honest.

        HP Gas — SErvice no proper

        See, I have spoke to Mr. Vinod Salunke Area Sales Manager of Navi Mumbai, he told me new connections are being done, so I contact Mr. Rajesh Sawant (CBD Office) I explained him that I am trying from one mopnth for new connection, but they failed and avoid to take the name, they havn't taken my name, or complaint no. on that Mr. Rajesh told me you come to off. they we will see to it, when the connection may be done ...

        I have booked my cylinder on 22 Sep 2010 booking number is 1017 but till now they don’t deliver the cylinder. They told that your booking slip has lost then they have booked another cylinder on 19 Oct 2010 and they have not delivered the cylinder till now. Further I have contacted agency about 30 times regarding this but they are not delivering the cylinder. I am staying at D-326 Dabuwa Colony Faridabad. Please look into this matter.

          i approached savitha gas agency which is the agency for HP gas service.

          when i ask them for a new connection they have requested to pay 6000 rupees as their commission and they are providing the receipt for only 2600 rupees. other amount they are taking as a bribe. if i am not giving this amount means they are not giving new connection to me. so please check this ridiculous one. and help the poor people to improve our india.

          HP Domestic Gas — NO SUPPLY WITHOUT GIVING THE BRIBE

          WE HAVE TWO GAS CYLINDERS AND EACH GAS IN A CYLINDER COSTS RUPEES 310 WTH HOME DELIVERY, THEY DO NOT ISSUE UNLESS & UNTILL THEY ARE GIVEN SOME EXTRA MONEY ABOVE THE PRICE. pREVIOUSLY THEY USED TO TAKE RUPEES 20 BUT NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR RUPEES 40 EXTRA PER FILLING OF GAS. INSPITE OF THAT THEY DONT DELIVER IN TIME. I HAVE BOOKED LAST 14 DAYS BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET. PLEASE TRY TO ARRANGE A DIRECT COMPLAINT CELL OR LAND LINE NUMBER AS THEY SAY THEY DONT CARE IF WE ARE GOING TO COMPLAIN ANYWHERE.

          Same here, Same Agency!! Ignorantly paid the 6000 re. Only when i got the receipt I was in a shock. What to do? No account for the remaining 3500/-
          Complaint against HP GAS Kamla Agency, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad., That agency Manager was fraud with the customers and giving in the Black and taking extra amount, and changing the Formats of Affidavits and Rude behavior with the Costumers take action against him as soon as possible.

                Non professional employees in Gas Station (SRI VENKATA SIVA SAI INDUSTRIES, ENIKEPADU, VIJAYAWADA, 521108). One lady was putting petrol and in the middle another guy came in and troubling that lady. Then she left the petrol nozzle there and left. Then that guy hold that nozzle and by that time petrol was overfilled and came out. At least half a liter petrol got wasted.

                Later we asked to deduct 40 rupees from the total bill as petrol wasted then they started arguing. And when we went to manager cabin, one more lady as manager, not responded anything to our complaint. Then we had not wasted time there and left that 40 rupees and extra 20 rupees we gave as tips so that poor people can get some tea, coffee for their hard-work!

                This gas station has all rowdy people at service.

                    I was tried so many times to book my refile by phone, but i didn't get any response. Finally went to the branch office to book, they don't entry my booking in the consumer's book they just made a phone call to [protected] and say your refile was booked.
                    But when i check the booking history in the Internet, i don't find any booking in that day.
                    I don't think they really booked.

                      I have booked for gas cylinder with Vinayak Gas King, Narayan Nagar, Bhopal, on 27.06.2012, vide waiting No. 165581 dated, 27.06.2012. However, till date, the cylinder has not been delivered to us til date. My consumer No. is 626476 (old No. 706250 earliner with Nainika Gas Agency). I personally visited the office of the gas agency so many times and I was assured to deliver the same at the earliest. However, even after lapse of 15 days, the same has not been delivered nor they are giving cylinder from their godown. Here, it is to inform you that both by gas cylinder is empty and I have left with no option but to take the foods from the hotel for my family. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                      Vinayak Gas King Bhopal (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation) — late supply of gas

                      Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 607266 and the dealers name & tel no is priya gas service, tel no is 2317391.I had booked the gas on 11/3/2008 and booking number was 9725. I have yet to receive the delivery.This is not first time every time this happened.so please do some needful help.

                      Vinayak Gas King Bhopal (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation) — Non receipt of refill cylinder

                      I have booked my gas cylender on dated 15/05/2008 at Kasganj Gas Co. Laxmiganj Kasganj, Dealer of HP Gas wide booking no.8274. My cosumer no. is 542662.I have already make one complaint at Jihaan.hpcl.co.in on 20/06/2008 wide complaint no.08003208.But no response has been received from their side up till now.So please get into the matter to ensure supply of cylendar in proper period and also to make clear for future that in how many days delivery will be made after booking.
                      We had submitted our Petro Card application No.424313 and 424276 dt.10-05-08 but6 not received the cards
                      We had submitted pertro card (HP Smart 1 ) application No. 424276 and 424313 dated 10-05-08 but not yet received the cards
                      and any intimation .

                      Hindustan Petroleum Cooking GAS — Non Delivery of GAS

                      Earlier, we were getting Cooking Gas cylinders regularly within two days of booking. But now, for the last 5-6 months, we do not get the same even after 10-15 days of booking. Always, when contacted, they say only one answer. The door was locked when the delivery came to deliver the gas cylinder. We are at home 24x7. This is a framed excuse. I understand the delivery doing some fraud and selling the gas cylinder to some other needy persons. in connivance with the personnel at gas station- M/s. Vashi Nagar Co-Op. Society, Ltd, Sector 8, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

                      My consumer Number is 017214.

                      I request the concerned HPCL personnel to look into the matter and take some immediate action.

                      1. A SENIOR CITIZEN aged 65 Years whose movements are restricted, cotacted the staff on chair by my represented on[protected]. He was told the refill order was not complied as Their Record shows that 'Surksha gas pipe' was not purchased from their end.
                      2. How can this new clause would be madatory when I was not intimated over phone or by a letter.
                      3. I beg to add that, 'Surksha gas pipe' was purchased from their delivery boy some 9 monts back which is still in use at my address. He didn't hand me over any receipt for it.
                      4. Please let me know whether is it mandatory to purchase 'Surksha gas pipe' from their end or not? If 'yes', how many times?
                      5. Can they stop refilling even after 30 days of refill Order when my both the cylinders became empty?

                      I had completed M.Com in Business Administration and MBA in Marketing . I have also knoledge of accounting. Now i am working in electronice company in Dubai.
                      A cylinder I received last was on[protected]. The booking date for next cylinder was 9-07-09.Registered complaints two times.                       I m Saloni Shah of noida.I have a gas connection with a dealer by the name "Narinder Gas Agency" and his dealer code is 964660 and my consumer No. is 624751.I took my first connection on 04/03/2009 after so many visits and was informed wrong that i can't get the second connection before six months.in those six months i was managing the gas from purchasing it from black @ 700 instead of 309.And then 0n 23/10/2009 i register for second cylinder.for that cylinder i visited there often and called couples of time but the responce was "WE ARE SHORT OF STATIONARY SO WE DOND HAVE SV VOUCHERS AND WE CANT PROVIDE YOU GAS".And then yesterday again my cylinder was finish and i tried to search it from black and i did not get it.I have a seven month old baby and i have to boil her bottle for many times and then today i again called them and i got the same answer shortage of sv voucher and even they cant provide me gas before three days but they will try to provide me in one day.and again some how i got a new cylinder @ 800 from BLACK MARKETING.

                      Sir,
                      This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a consumer of your Gas Company with a dealer named "Shiva Gas Co." Near Himland Hotel, Circular Road, Shimla ( Himachal Pradesh) with Consumer No -616404 .I booked a Gas Cylinder on 30th December 2009 but to my surprise & despite my three personal visits in the Office of the company I was unable to receive the the same till date.I am not sure to whom they are accomodating ?
                      Please look into the matter and arrange accordingly else I will be compelled to go to the Consumer Forum for this.

                      I am a consumer of H.P. Gas at Barrackpore Gas services. My consumer No. is 617731. I have only one cylinder. I booked for my gas cylinder on 26.2.2011. But till date I have not received my gas cylinder in spite of repeated reminder.

                        I have filled petrol in the HP outlet in Chennai - Red Hills fuel station on the National Highway and my Maruthi Swift Car had serious false start and died down after riding it for less than 10 km. I have been advised by CARS India that serviced my car that mixture of petrol and diesel was inside the Car tank and the service charge cost me close to 4800 Rs. for cleaning the tank and fuel injection system and replacing the spark plugs.

                        Please do inspect this outlet as there is a severe adulteration of petrol in this station

                          Dear Sir,

                          My Consumer No. is - 604376 and HP Gas agency is CHANDRIMA ENTERPRISES, Mansalta Lane, Kidderpore, Kolkata 700023. I booked gas for home delivery on 03.06.2012 but till 02.07.2012 not delivered. When I went there, firstly, there was no response and then he (employee) was very roughly told me after 3-4 days deliverd to my home. But on 01.07.2012 my wife & my mother request to the officers and they commit to my family that we are receiving the cylinder in the same day.

                          I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type service and it is regular happening with HP. One can think that how a family can survive without it.

                          Secondly, The employees are does not work properly, they are always misbehave to customer specially ladies and old men. Some staffs are totally corrupted, dishonest & non-cooperate. They should think that how a person can survive with his family including little children also without gas.

                          I request to you that please take an action immediately.

They are taking their own time to delivery of the refile even after Gas refile delivery SMS.On 28th June 2012 I have received the SMS- "Refill will be delivered on 28 June 2012.

                              the saptshrungi gas agency from ozhar here my gas connection a/c. I call there[protected]/288716 that numbers for regestration of refill my gas tank, bute no any recived my call. How i regesterd my gas for rifill ? very bad service of this agency, he could not give regular supplay to there custmuors........

                              we have done many to complaints to the company but they are not responding it and if they respond the same answer i got is will send the concern person as soon as possible but from last month nobody is coming so we arw decided to go to the consumer court please help us for the same

                                Hello,

                                Today i had a very bad experience with HP Gas Agency, Bangalor BTM (Manju Distributors).

                                Please find the below back ground on this issue.

                                We shifted the house from BTM to EC and before shifting i went to Manju Distributors and clearly inquired on the status of my refill and there is one lady and she said that it is going to take 1 more week time. Then i said that, will come and collect on Next week end which is this Saturday (30th June 2012).

                                But today unexpectedly i got a call from the distributor and said that you have not collected refill and i am going to cancel the same and when i went to gas agency she was talking in very rood manner and not giving proper response.

                                She is changing her words continuously and not standing on single word.

                                Finally i called the manager Srinivas and he has very good attitude and behavior while responding to the customer.

                                Again when i go back and tell the same thing to her, her response is different and she herself telling that, you complaint whom ever you want and she was throwing the papers out.

                                Really i am very much disappointed on the same. Please share if someone else also faced the same issue.

                                  June 24th around 19:00hrs, we were on our way for a small ride to Devnahalli. After Hebbal flyover in the Bellary road(Bangalore-Hyderabad NH-7), as there was petrol way less than reserve, we stopped in
                                  HP Petrol Bunk
                                  Service Road, Sahakara Nagar
                                  NEXT TO PGM Srigandha Palace Hall
                                  NEAR PGM Srigandha Palace Hall
                                  AT Kodigehalli Gate
                                  1.1 km FROM Hebbal Flyover
                                  just after the Cauvery Medical Hospital

                                  to fill petrol to our new Mahindra Duro DZ which is just 3months old. We filled petrol for 150rs and moved from there. There is a Union bank board on this petrol bunk.
                                  Once we started moving we noticed the bike suddenly started behaving odd. The vehicle started jerking , not moving ahead, making strange sound and black smoke omission. We were clueless as to what was happening and we were in a busy road and vehicles started honking to the extremes as our bike was moving intermittently. I was with my younger sister and she was freaked out as well.
                                  This was very scary as it was dark, ongoing flyover construction and were not sure what has to be done. We managed to move about a kilometer and it was impossible to go further. We decided not to take risk as it was very new vehicle and not go further as we had doubts on the petrol we just filled. We pushed the vehicle and took a U turn and went to a named petrol bunk (as there was no open mechanic shop close by) and told them the issue. When we opened the fuel tank cap of our vehicle, we could realize that the petrol was highly adulterated as we could smell the kerosene to an extreme level which was not normal. They put a pipe and removed complete petrol from the fuel tank to a funnel. After which we filled petrol from that bunk we tested by riding around the bunk and it was fine and there was little of jerk as the previously filled petrol from HP might have been still there in engine or carburetor. The supervisor from the petrol bunk confirmed that he would dispose the adulterated petrol collected in the funnel as per their caution instructions and procedures.
                                  After riding 200meters or so the bike came back to normal which assured us that it was something to do with the quality of the petrol we filled in HP.

                                  Do treat this seriously and a strict action is required. Do revert and acknowledge with the action items.

                                  Will HP be responsible if my vehicle broke down , or because of the performance any accident caused.
                                  Need a immediate action to be taken and also confirm on the same. Please advice if I should log a complaint with consumer court.

Deuring this period I went many times at Gas Agency (Kamla Gas Service Manjhanpur). But Manager of the agency always told me Please come tomorrow / next week/next month etc.
                                    I am govt. employ . I have suffring with my family due to cooking gas during last year. It is not according to Hindustan Gas Carporation Ltd. Policy and rules.

                                      My Name is Zuber Ahmad from Mughalsarai, Distt. Chandauli. I refilled oil in my bike from AGRAWAL TRADERS, G.T. ROAD, MUGHALSARAI (GAS station), I have purchased oil of Rs. 200 from AGRAWAL TRADERS (PETROL PUMP), but after filling oil from this petrol pump my bike's engine is not working well, before filling oil in my bike i gave my bike for full servicing and after filling petrol in my bike, the engine is not working properly, The mechanic said that oil is not good, i have repaired the ring and piston of this bike but oil is impure and has a lot of problems. Many peoples also has submitted complaints of oil from this petrol pump. So, I want to say that be careful like this type of fraud petrol pump..

                                        I am Sasanka (Consumer no-604127) . i have HP GAS connection. Now, my account is blocked. as I had not booked gas cylinder during last 180 days. I was not at Berhampur (Orissa) for last 3 months as a result I could not able book gas cylinder. I have already written application to my gas agency - Krishna gas (Najafgarh) to unlock my account.

                                        Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.
