Dear Sir,

This is regarding the issus of second cylinder. I took a connection 1 and a half year back and was given only single cylinder. On asking for the 2nd one, i was said there is no supply and cylinder would be replaced as soon as my single cylinder gets over. When my cylinder got over, on asking for the immediate replacement, i was said it will take 2 days time due to shortage of cylinder sypply. Since last 1 and a half year, i have been asking for the 2nd cylinder for which i have all the right, for which i was regularly refused. Being a doctor, once the single cylinder gets over i need to wait for atleast 2 days before i get the replacement. The distributor number is: 19595000, State AP.My consumer number is 632788. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Your attension is greatly appreciated.

I Sir S P Sahu, Consumer No.607256 (Double Cylinder) of Plot No.309/1801, Back Side Durga Mandap, Niladrivihar, Bhubaneswar under your dealer Swasti Fuel, Shop No.485, Gajapati Nagar, Bhubaneswar-5. The dealer always supply gas lately (one cylinder in a month) since three months. So, I want to know actually your schedule for supply of gas immediately and order to your dealer supply gas in due period, to solve our cooking problem.

    HP GAS AGENT M/S. ISHWRLAL MOHANLAL PARIKH - NEW PANVEL IS NOT PROVIDING HOME DELIVERY FOR CUSTOMERS STAYING AT ADAI VILLAGE. DELIVERY TRUCK WILL COME EVERY WEEK FRIDAY AND STATIONED AT ONE PLACE CALLED KRISHNA MANDIR. CUSTOMERS ARE WAIT THERE WITH EMPTY CYLINDER TILL THEY COME. ALSO NOTE THAT THEY ARE COLLECTING RS.420/- FOR EACH FILLED CYLINDER. WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE EXTRA MONEY THEY SAID THIS IS FOR DELIVERY CHARGE.

    BHARAT PETROLUM IS MAKING THEIR DELIVERY TO HOME FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    HP gas Panvel — Gas new connection

    I had new gas connection from HP Gas egency. While taking new connection, they mae compulsion to purchase other products like 6 kg rice, 5kg Tea powder, water filter.etc whichis having coaste of around 3000Rs. Which i dont want to purchase.

      Hi,
      I have a domestic HP gas connection from Mohanty Enterprise. Today Morning around 8:15 am I noticed a leakage from cylinder. So I tried to register a complain. To do this, I did the following:
      1. I tried to call the number 12665 several times. I found this number on the Gas receipt. The number didn't get connected.
      2. I tried to call the dealer's office number ([protected]/[protected]) several times. Phone kept on ringing, no one picked up.
      3. I tried to call the HP GAS Helpline number [protected]/84/85/86 and came to know that the numbers are not valid.
      4. I tried to call Emergency service numbers ([protected]/[protected]). One guy picked up the phone and asked me to contact dealer. Also asked me to use the security cap and keep the cylinder in a open area. (By the time it was 10 am)
      5. The I again called up the dealer's office number ([protected]/[protected]). This time I was finally able to register the complain. He assured me that he is going to send the mechanic soon. And before the come to my premise I will get a call from them.

      I kept on waiting but no one show up neither I received any call. Then I called them again and somebody told me over telephone that the mechanics generally come around 12 noon. As and when they come they will come to my home. And now it's 2:50 PM no one came to my home neither did I receive any phone call.

      Is this a way to treat an emergency case? this is really shameful. Can somebody please guide me to fix the emergency issue?

      BISUI GAS CENTER (KHARAGPUR) service is always too late. i advise to make your service better for costumer .

          Dear Sir,
          my consumer no. is 200509 and name is Satya Narayan Bagda. I am residing at Bagda's Mohalla, Bagru, Distt Jaipur (Raj), PIN 303007. I have a HP Gas connection from M/s Bhawani Gas service at Link Road, Bagru Distt Jaipur (Raj). The agency is very irregular in supply of Gas cylinder. Last time cylinder delivered to me on dated 19 sept 2011 after one month several time called to Gas Agency local contact no.[protected] and personally visited to Bagru agency office but in spite of this they have not delivered to me Gas cylinder while I have already called his Head office no.[protected].
          Kindly help.

              I got transferred my existing DBC gas connection from Paradip (Odisha) to Pinjore on 06 Sep 2011 but so far I have not been issued with the connection as the dealer at Pinjore says that HP Portal is not showing the data against my Doc NO being issued or transferred by the Paradip Gas delaer. I am facing hardship being not the fault of mine concerned area sales officer at Paradip and at Chandigarh also approached but no use till now. Kindly suggest

                I detected leakage of gas from my LPG gas cylinder immediately rang to the distributor on 31/10/11 And requested him to take remedial measure immediately so that untoward incident happen.the distributor ask me the LPG cylinder to his outlet situated at Kalyaneswari gas distributor Keshabgang Chati Burdwan.As I was in Kalna and my wife is Haemiplagic patient expressed my inability to bring the cylinder to his outlet,he assured me to send the person to check the cylinder on that very day but no person came to my house for this purpose till 2nd Nov 2011 morning.at 1pm the person who came to my house on 2nd Nov did some check and repair some parts of the LPG cylinder.but the leakage was still there.I immediately rang the distributor replace the cylinder or remove the defects of the gas cylinder.
                He decline to do that stating that for a single complain would be entertain.
                I am facing extreme difficulty due to leakage of gas and apprehend accident.In view to this you are requested to take every necessary step against the distributor.

                  Re: Consumer No.634572.

                  I personaly go to Vasai Bazar Gas Service to book gas, they usually tell us 15 to 20 days we will deliver cylinder. From August'11, September, October all 3 months had been to Viva College road corner near Punjab National Bank and got the refilled cylinder.

                  For this procedure one day to keep number and next day they deliver refilled cylinder. That mean I have to take 2 half days for which my salary will be deducted Rs.200/- per days i.e. Rs.400/- will be deducted other than this Auto Rickshaw to and fro Rs.60/- per day for 2 days Rs.120/- I had spent moreover the cylinder cost of Rs.400/-.

                  To get one Cylinder from Vasai Bazar Gas Service I have to spend Rs.Rs.920/-. I am not a big shot or a business man. I am middle calss person living with my family in virar.

                  This will be the 4th month again I have to spent Rs.920/- I think so. Because I had booked for Gas on 17/10/2011 it is already 18 days passed till date I have not received my Gas and I am having single cylinder and it is out of my control to book 2nd cylinder because as per our budjet it is not possible to book 2nd cylinder.

                  Your goodself will look into the matter seriously and arrange to give more supply of stock to Vasai Bazar Gas Service, so that they can give us home delivery. What they are telling us due to short supply of cylinder from HP Gas they are not giving home delivery. But I saw the Vasai Bazar Gas service delivery man taking cylinders on tricyle to deliver why they are not delilvering to us. I humbly request you to do the needful to avoid our extra expenses.

                  Pleae do some thing so that I will be able to avoid unnecessary expenses for going to the outlet and collect the refilled cylinder as this will be extra burden on middle class people like me.

                    Dear Staff,

                    My complaint is pending with hp gas and so far I went to distributor
                    approximately 05 times but he never gives correct status of my
                    new connection booked through internet on 10 sep'11 vide
                    internet registration no. 261932 .

                    (1) on 11 oct'11 I made online complaint to hp vide reference no. 11044613.

                    (2) on 27 oct'11 I made again online complaint to hp vide reference no. 11048406.

                    It is a mental as well as physical harrasment as like this they are
                    wasting my time as I am working executive .
                    It is not possible for me to run after distributor every time.
                    It is requested to look into this matter.
                    I hope being reputed organisation you will be able to solve without any complications.

                    I have applied in Kankariya Gas Agency, New Sangavi (Hindustan Petrolium) the new LPG gas connection dated on[protected]. but after more than 2 and half month i haven't got the new connection. I had raised so many complaints in HP web site but there is no response from there side. Please let me know and help me regarding that.

                      My HP Gas customer number is 517651 (HP Gas Ltd.) and facing the problem of late delivery of the gas cylinder. Beside calling to the office 'Ashoka Gas Agency A-135 Shopping Centre Subhash Nagar, Jaipur Phone:[protected], 2281717' and the Godown office 'Model Town III, Sarna Dungar, Jaipur Mob: [protected]. The officials of the Ashoka Gas Agency not supply the gas cylinder and make so may excuses and say that they will supply next day and so on......
                      Sometimes the agency ask to collect the coupon/parchi and then go to Godown and collect our cylinder. On very few times they have supplied/delivered the gas cylinder well on time otherwise most of time the gas agency deliver the gas cylinder late.........this also after making so many time requests.
                      Seeking for justice and necessary action against the agency.

                        There are about 6 telephone numbers of this agency but cannot get through any of them either the numbers are just ringing unattended or they are just busy. (Tel Nos.25475154, 8227, 0638, 3224, 3225, 3226). I have been trying to contact them from last several days ultimately I booked a cylinder on 18th August, 2008 on the 24hr HP Gas Helpline 12665 i got a booking number -2.

                        After waiting for about 10 days, i personal went to the agency which is very far away from my resindence. On my visit there the lady sitting on the counter very Rudely said that it will still take some 2 to 3 days for the delivery, on my enquiry about the phone lines not working she abrutly said that they are working very much fine.

                        After waiting for the assured period i again tried to call the agency, after trying for almost an hour i could get through one of the above numbers, on my enquiry about the delivery the lady said that "she will not send the cylinder and also told that do whatever you can".

                        Today i again called the helpline number and to my surprise i got another booking number i.e. 3. May i requset your goodself to please look into the matter. This problem is faced by us on mostly every booking. Moreover their rude and harsh behaviour is getting just unbearable.

                        I have personally gone and seen that they keep the receiver of the phone on the desk (due to which we get the message - this phone no. does not exist or get an engaged tone). I have fought with these people but of no use. Everytime same problem. I dont know how HP is tolerating with these type of agencies even after so many complaints on them. I am surprised to see somany compalints on the net on this agency. Infact I had called up HP also once and complained.
                        I hve booked my refill 15 days back and still not received it. everytime (whenever u get the line) they say they will send it today or tomorrow. but so far it has not come. sometimes they will erase the earlier booking and book it fresh when you ask why cylinder has not come. Next time when you call they will tell that you have booked 2 days back only and when you expalin they will tell that there is some computer problem.

                        Does anybody have a solution to this. Poor hapless office goers.

Gas distribution services of my local HP Gas supplier M/s Talkar Gas service Porvorim Goa is very worst. He is not providing Gas to his consumer’s even after months long after booking. I have booked a cylender of Gas on 19/11/2010, and still as on 07/01/2011 I have not received gas. After booking I have remind him 5-6 times also make personnel visit to their office and request them to provide the Gas but still they have not supplied the Gas Cylinder. This is not of my alone problem, when I have visited his office I have seen a many people complaining the same that they have booked the gas cylinders months long back but they are received their Gas cylinders in time. And facing the problem.

                        When we discussed with the person who is regularly delivering our gas cylinder (Mob: [protected]) he replied the branch always selling cylinder in outside by charging more money as black.

                        Now say, to whom we will give our problem. Since last december we have already spent Rs. 1900 for purchasing gas from outside. This is terrible. I think there is no proper solutions for these problems. The innocent consumer is always penalised for this.

                        We booked gas on 14 Feb. On booking the agency said it will be delivered in 16 days. After some time I recheck the status, they again said that it will be delivered on 10 March. How it is possible that gas not available to Hindustan Petrolium where as other gas .e.g. indane and bharat petrolium are getting sufficient stocks and they are delivering the gas to the customer within 2-3 days. Pl look into it and imporve the delivery status to avoid harrasment to the customers.

                        We are following from last one week there is no supply of Gas , Hence we are taking gas in peroid of two months, But this time we are approacing after six months ,there is no supply till after six months we are sending our concerned person for gas cylinder from Jai Ambey Gas, Bhilai(HP Authorised ) and from last 4-5 days , they revert there is no stock...
                        There is completely theft in stock and Black marketing of Gas cylinders.
                        I narinder kumar (coustmer number 701294) complaited it earlier and my complaint no is 10055566. i have booked my cylinder on 16 feb 2011 but till date (15/3/11) i haven't get my cylinder. It is really tough to get cylinder so please make it sure that I will get my cylinder delivery at home.
                        I booked gas for home delivery (booking no. 63 dt. 03.03.11) but till date we have not received the Cylinder. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, they used to say that the same will be delivered by tomorrow. I am very frastrated with their reply and I am sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My HP Dealer code is 395050.

                        You are requested to please do the needful so that we don't have to face such problems in future.

Next day,i.e on 9.10.11 when I called the driver, he said for a second time that he will deliver it by evening but for a second time it did not happen. I tried to call him in the evening. His number is busy but when it gets connected, he does not reply the call.Next day, i.e on10.10.11/ 11.10.11 /12.10.11 & 13.10.11 I tried to call the driver morning said sure that is delivered by evening. Again it did not happen this is happen 10.10.11 to 13.10.11 . I got vexed and i have visited the ravi prasad agency on 13.10.11 evening the agency manager given the commitment 14.10.11 before 11.0am we will deliver the cylinder up to till date not supplied the cylinder today date 15.10.11 . Tomorrow 16.10.11 sunday ( Gas agency leave). I wish someone would take serious action opposed to this agency. It is just wasting time and spending cash for calling them. I demand the agency send the cylinder immediately .

                            I am the consumer of hp lpg gas having no 616812.My distributor is akshaya gas [protected].I am a bonafide consumerwith double cylinder. The distributor refuses.to book for supply of cooking gas unless 21 days are passed after supply of last cylinder saying that it is the company's rule.Further distributor is taking at least 7 days time after booking date to supply the gas.Thus the process takes one month to get a fresh cylinder since one cylinder last for 14-15 days for my family consist of 8 members.We have to go 10-15 days without gas for cooking facing a.lot of trouble .Since i am having double cylincer consumership I should have the priviledge of a booking for a refill after 10 days of supply of penultimate cylinder and not the last one. Otherwise the very purpose of subscribing double cylinder is meaningless.My requirement is cylinder/15 days. I have already lodged complaint with hp bearing no. 11045012 but no response.pl.                                 On 8th October 2011 I went to UDAYA SERVICE STATION, B H ROAD, SHIMOGA (Tel: 20395).
                                I told the attendant to fill 30 ltrs of petrol. I repeated this in Kannada, English and Hindi also.
                                The attendant did not key in anything and did not tell me to confirm the ZERO setting, but started the pump which stopped at the meter showing 3 ltrs.
                                This is the modus-operandi which many of the petrol pumps use to dupe the customers.

                                When I asked the attendant on why he stopped at 3 ltr mark when I wanted 30 ltrs to be filled, he told that the pump automatically stopped.
                                Since I know about this way of their duping, I went to the Manager to lodge the compliant.
                                But to my surprise, the manager was indifferent and told that he will fill the remaining 27 ltrs.
                                This amply proves that the pump management is hands-in-gloves in duping the customers.

                                Later, I demanded, I want 30 ltrs to be filled, they obliged. But to my shock, later on I realized that (after traveling @12 kms) the petrol indicator is still not showing 30 ltrs of petrol full.

                                I really do not know whether the HP management knows about this and really interested to take any actions on the dealers who dupe the customers.
                                Hence I request all the readers to be aware of this malpractice. Never go to the above mentioned petrol pump.

                                    I had booked for a refill of LPG gas cylinder on 7thSeptember, 2011. The agency I subscribe to is Hind Gas (HP gas) at South Kalamassery (Ph. no.[protected], 2556118) . Since a few months back, they have automatic booking facility on the no. [protected] ("HP Anytime"). I got the booking no. 269333 and according to the auto message, the agency was more than 3 weeks behind in clearing booking deliveries. When I called that number after 2 weeks, I got the message re-stating my booking no. and the message that the agency has cleared bookings made on some date in August. Then on last Monday, Oct, 3rd, 2011, when I called, I got the message that "cylinder will be delivered in the next 48 hours" . This message was there for the next 3 days (till Oct 6th) with no sign of the cylinder. I had assumed it was due to the holidays on 5 and 6 Oct that the delivery was not made (though the message said "within the next 48 hours"). Then by Oct 7th afternoon, I found that there was no more message regarding the booked cylinder on the auto call no. So I called the agency, only to be told that the cylinder had returned undelivered on the 22nd of September! I am 100% sure that the delivery was not made that day. I live in an apartment complex, and the security staff is always informed when a gas delivery is due and the empty cylinder is kept outside usually with a label of flat no. I was home on the mentioned date. So I know that they are lying. Then the man who answered the call said it'll be delivered the next day, Oct 8th. It is Oct 10th and still no sign of the cylinder. When I called the agency again, the man was repeating the same thing, it'll be delivered tomorrow! When I threatened to complain to higher authorities, he said I can complain whenever I want! Please help. If you are able to do something. I have no idea when the cylinder will be delivered though I'm hoping it comes tomorrow!

                                    I had booked for a refill of LPG gas cylinder on 3th March, 2012. The agency I subscribe to is Vir Gas service Dhariwal-143519, Distt. Gurdaspur state of Punjab mobile[protected] and [protected]. I got the booking no. 140570 and according to the message 0n my mobile no. [protected], the “12 days after booking is the waiting time at this moment . We wil try till 13 march to deliver regards”. Send by Manjit Singh his Mobile No. [protected] When I called that number after 12 days, I got the message re-stating my booking no. Then on, march, 14rd, 2012, when I called, I got the message that "cylinder will be delivered 15 march" . ( said "within the next 48 hours"). Then by march 15th afternoon, I found that there was no more message regarding the booked cylinder. So I called the agency, only to be told that the cylinder had deliver to today ! but no Cylinder deliver till date I am 100% sure that the delivery was not made till day and now my both cylinder empty. So I know that they are lying. Then the man who answered the call said it'll be delivered the next day, but no deliver till date still no sign of the cylinder. When I called the agency again, the man was repeating the same thing, it'll be delivered tomorrow! When I threatened to complaint to higher authorities, he said I can complaint whenever I want!                                       I have been constantly trying to call on the numbers provided by the agency. The TWO numbers provided are always engage or if the ring goes, nobody answers the call.
                                      According to my awareness the LPG company is bound to deliver within 25 days of booking date.
                                      i want to complain about their refill system, whenever we order for a refill they always give it by 45days after booking .i do not know how and where to complain. i am fed up of their service. Please do something.

                                      HP LPG — Bad Services

                                      I am a consumer of HP Liquid Petroleum Gas. I reside in Safilguda, Hyderabad. The HP gas agency catering the services in our locale is called Shreya Enterprises. These people take nearly 20 to 25 days to delivery the cylinder once it is booked. They have a very callous and reckless attitude towards the consumers. They also insist that consumers come in person to book for a cylinder or any other complaints and once the consumer is at their counter they care a damn to know for what we are there. People sitting at the counter are busy checking their records or chatting mutually or doing something else while the consumer is waiting for their attention. This brings us to a stage where we are planning to take services of a different company. If this issue is not checked by the HP authorities on time the agencies seem to have a monopoly in our localities and there is no end to the consumer's trauma.

                                      HP LPG — pathetic service

                                      I am an HP LPG customer since 2002 and have connection no 610639 from their dealer M/s Jay Kay gas Co, Link Road, Model town, Ludhiana. . I had chosen HP over other LPG providers because of the high quality of service this brand used to boast of. But I have a very bitter experience of their so called efficient service. First of all it is very difficult to contact the above mentioned dealer . The no[protected] which is given to the customers hardly responds. It is either always engaged or if you are lucky enough to get the line, nobody picks up the phone. You can yourself check this fact by try calling at this no. Many a times we are told that they have no man available to deliver the gas so come and pick your cylinder if you want the gas or they do not the serve the area of my address. Though I am residing at the same place since I took the connection and there is no change of address at all. As this was not enough this morning my gas cylinder started leaking very badly. Even after trying everything like changing the pipe of valve it didn’t stop so I called them to send somebody to check it as it may result into some accident . The only response I got from their side was switch off the gas and wait till tomorrow when they will try to send someone if possible. When I insisted on sending somebody same day I was coldly advised to transfer the connection to some other dealer.
                                      I hope HP would act upon such dealers who are openly giving a bad name to such a reputed brand.

                                      jay kay Gas co — non delivery of gas cylinder

                                      Hello
                                      Despite booking a refill gas cylinder with jay kay Gas co (HP gas dealer)on 4-7-2013 i have yet to get it despite so many times calling them and in fact visiting their office.i always get the same reply that it will be delivered tomorrow but nothing happens.My consumer no is 740948.kindly help

                                        This complaint is in reference to the HP Petrol station located right at the intersection of Brigade road and Residency road in Bangalore.

                                        This morning I filled petrol for Rs.500 in my car and after driving for a minute i realized all he had filled was "Air" and not "Petrol". My fuel indicator kept blinking and to get back to the same station i had to go around on MG road and come back to the same fuel station. The person kept arguing it was not his fault and that i consumed all the Rs.500 worth fuel in the past 5 minutes!! Just ridiculous. These guys should be taught a lesson.
