I had booked for a refill of LPG gas cylinder on 7thSeptember, 2011. The agency I subscribe to is Hind Gas (HP gas) at South Kalamassery (Ph. no.[protected], 2556118) . Since a few months back, they have automatic booking facility on the no. [protected] ("HP Anytime"). I got the booking no. 269333 and according to the auto message, the agency was more than 3 weeks behind in clearing booking deliveries. When I called that number after 2 weeks, I got the message re-stating my booking no. and the message that the agency has cleared bookings made on some date in August. Then on last Monday, Oct, 3rd, 2011, when I called, I got the message that "cylinder will be delivered in the next 48 hours" . This message was there for the next 3 days (till Oct 6th) with no sign of the cylinder. I had assumed it was due to the holidays on 5 and 6 Oct that the delivery was not made (though the message said "within the next 48 hours"). Then by Oct 7th afternoon, I found that there was no more message regarding the booked cylinder on the auto call no. So I called the agency, only to be told that the cylinder had returned undelivered on the 22nd of September! I am 100% sure that the delivery was not made that day. I live in an apartment complex, and the security staff is always informed when a gas delivery is due and the empty cylinder is kept outside usually with a label of flat no. I was home on the mentioned date. So I know that they are lying. Then the man who answered the call said it'll be delivered the next day, Oct 8th. It is Oct 10th and still no sign of the cylinder. When I called the agency again, the man was repeating the same thing, it'll be delivered tomorrow! When I threatened to complain to higher authorities, he said I can complain whenever I want! Please help. If you are able to do something. I have no idea when the cylinder will be delivered though I'm hoping it comes tomorrow!

This is regarding the issus of second cylinder. I took a connection 1 and a half year back and was given only single cylinder. On asking for the 2nd one, i was said there is no supply and cylinder would be replaced as soon as my single cylinder gets over. When my cylinder got over, on asking for the immediate replacement, i was said it will take 2 days time due to shortage of cylinder sypply. Since last 1 and a half year, i have been asking for the 2nd cylinder for which i have all the right, for which i was regularly refused. Being a doctor, once the single cylinder gets over i need to wait for atleast 2 days before i get the replacement. The distributor number is: 19595000, State AP.My consumer number is 632788. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Your attension is greatly appreciated.
