my consumer no#612992 I always book sylender timly but always they never deliever gas of me when I do phone always they demond some extra money which I can not give him so kindly help my need otherwise I do complain more

I have applied for the refill cylinder almost 20 day before and even now the refill is not yet delivered. We were not at home for the first time when it was sent. but wen we called the agency to send it again, they say that it will be delivered by tomorrow. But for them tomorrow never comes. They give phone no. of some delivery guys who are nuts and don't even know how to speak. Every time I opt for a refill this is repeated. I am really fed up with this gas agency. Even i have seen other people screaming at their office for getting their problems resolved. The delivery guys behaves as if they own the agency. I would suggest to even take feedback from the existing customers of this agency.

I booked a refill about one month back. My consumer No. is 514512. My priority No was 1555, but till date i have not received the refill

A delivered report has been sent to me on 6.01.2012 but refilled gas cylinder is not delivered till today 12.01.2012.
And this practice has become a regular for gopal rao enterprises. I request to take necessary actions to regularize the matter.

my name is B.sashi kumar.i am aged 67,married with two daughters,both of whom are living with their family in other states. myself and my wife are staying in a small flat in pazhavanthangal,chennai,Tamil nadu.at present i am employed as a manager in a small private firm in the airport.we are a customer of HP gas and our local gas agency is Savitha Gas Agency,Adambakkom,Chennai-88 and our consumer no. is 610003. we wanted to book a refill for our second gas cylinder,hence i called up the HP anytime Booking no.[protected] from our office landline.on each occassion,after enquiring my consumer no.the reply is "your gas will be delivered within 48 hours and your cash memo no. is 137619.
the agency by itself will never accept my call for a refill by responding that i may contact the HP ANYTIME BOOKING NO. I SINCERELY HOPE THAT THIS COMPLAINT WILL BEAR SOME POSITIVE RESULTS. THANK YOU.

Sir,
We have received numbers of complaint against new method for Refil booking of LPG for domestic purpose. The old method was to make a call at Gas Agency for the booking of LPG cylinder. It was satisfying & convenient method. but now HP has given one new mobile number [protected]. On that a customer has to book their LPG cylinder. He/She has to first dial the mobile number & then one has to select the language. & then they has to dial their Gas agency's Landline number. After doing this the customer has to dial their six digit customer number. After that if the number is correct one has to dial "1" and again has to dial 1 for refil booking & registration. This all procedure is very much lengthy & tiresome. This procedure takes more then 10to15 minutes which cost to RS 8 to 10. This 10 digit number is of Idea Mobile Service & now it seems like HP has tie up with the company for profit making also to get commission. This is HP's purely vested interest to earn commission.We are asking that this new method should not be mandatory but it should be optional. And if this demand is not accepted by HP then CPAC & many other customers will go for Agitation.The Consumer Protection and Action Committee will file a suit against HP in Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum under Consumer Protection Act 1986.And also file a suit in honorable Gujarat High court or in Supreme Court.

my self sandeep singh & my consumer id of hp gas connection is 507298. I booked my connection on[protected] but gas cylinder has not delivered to me till date, however i contact to them at time to time but they not give me right time of delivery.

so plz deliver my gas cylinder.

I am Shri. P.G.Patil ( consumer no. 601405 ) , I have transfered my connection from dealer " Akash Enterprises, Belgaum (Karnataka) dealer code :19600700 " to dealer in our area " SURYA FUELS, Gadhinglaj, Dist- kolhapur (Maharashtra) dealer code : 19631100 ".
I asked to the manager of "SURYA FUELS" about my connection but they are not giving connection in their area and forcing me to take transfered connection from " INDIAN GAS DISTRIBUTER".
So please instruct him to give me connection in my nerest area.

I booked cylinder on date 24/12/2011..
Booking clerk said that cylinder Delivery within 7 days.

But on date 31/12/2011 ,the cylinder is not delivered...
They not give any cause for this delay.

It is very difficult for us without refill. I hope u can understand the problem.

Respected sir I want to Compliant Against mahendra Gas Service (Dealer of HP Gas) Jaisalmer.
That HP Dealer's service is very bad & against law. the dealer not provided cylinder to any consumer easily. They using their monopoly & Supply Cylinder to Hotels & Restaurant in Higher Cost. The result is the domestic user are not satisfied with the service.
So Kindly Request to You Please Do something for us.

Iam having the gas connection in HP Gas, with Sri Manujanth Agencies. The consumer number is 651215, we have booked the gas 22 days back (2nd December) through IVRL booking. Till now i have not received the filled cylinder. When we are calling to them they are not attending the calls.
IVRL booking reference is 213120.

Please let us know how i should proceed to get good and timily services from them.

HP petrol bunk opposite to Varadarajaswamy temple, K T Road, Tirupati, is defrauding the customers by supplying only half of the petrol paid for.
The meter is tampered and the reading jumps by several hundred rupees in less than two seconds, which is impossible if correct measure of petrol is filled into the vehicle. Someone in authority should wake up and put an end to this malpractice without indulging in corruption and in shielding the dealer.

I Ghanshyam Das Ahuja facing a big problem from my agency i e century gas agency[protected] in rohini. In computer my booking has been cleared but i have not received my refill as yet. My agency says HP helpline gives wrong information. how is it possible. Pl. check this situation and solve this problem. I am highly thankful to you.

I HAVE A GAS LEAKAGE AT THE REGULATOR POINT OF HP GAS & TO FILE A COMPLAINT CONTACTED MY SERVICE DEALER M/S-TAP TRISHA ON THEIR LAND LINE NO[protected]/25132241/[protected] SEVERAL TIMES, BUT NO RESPONSE AS CALL IVR SAYS "NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT".
THEN CONTACTED 03 EMERGENCY NUMBERS([protected]/[protected]/[protected]), ONE IS SWITCHED OFF & ON OTHER TWO THEY RESPONED THAT THEY CAN'T ATTEND AS THIS IS NOT THEIR SERVICE PERIOD OF TIME & NOT SERVICE AREA.

UNFORTUNATE TO WRITE THAT SUCH A REPUTED GAS AGENCY CAN'T PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICE LIKE GAS LEAKAGE WHICH CAN LEAD TO FIRE ACCIDENTS.

NOT LEARNT EVEN FROM THE RECENT FIRE ACCIDENT AT AMRI HOSPITAL ALSO.

Sreedevi Enterprises from Ramanagaram, bangalore, supply the HP Gas LPG cylinder to my house.
The past two deliveries have been delayed for over a month after I placed the order on Internet.
The telephone number listed by Sreedevi Enterprises is useless because it is constantly busy
and getting them to answer the phone is like winning a lottery. HPCL does not care for its
customers because other than giving me a Order Reference Number, there is no further communication
from them. Even the status of my complaint or order is not updated on their website.

I doubt if HPCL management has risen to their level of incompetency. It is time they get out of their
seats and offices and see what the consumers want.

Sir,
I kaushalya devi having connection of HP gas from Ganga enterprises have not received the gas cylinder this month i.e november 2011.
my consumer no. is:635535. one month have passed me booking the gas cylinder but i havent received the cylinder till now.
Because of this problem i have taken the cylinder in black and that cost me Rs750. I also dont have any indraprastha gas pipeline connection
till now.
So, I hope you will look into the matter and will send the gas cylinder as soon as possible and ensure it is not repeated.

Dear Sir,
I am having an HP hp gas connection at Kavlekar Gas Service, Saligao, Goa. I had booked the cylinder (W/L.159103 dated[protected] but till date they could not deliver cylinder at my residence and whenever I calling at their Office they are misguiding.

I know the delivery and the agency person do some sort of scam. They are running the black business of gas cylinder, Kindly see in this matter.

My Consumer No. 501018 in name of Shyam Sunder Verma H/O. 1294, B2, Vishwakarma Cloney (GARG COMPLEX) Pinjore, (haryana) with Kalkaji Gas Services, Pinjore (Dealer of HP Gas).

I have gone many times on office many times regularly for reminding the same, they tell me your refilled cyinder may delivered on tomorrow........,tomarrow..........tommorow. But no action taken by manager or there employes till date.
