This is to bring to your notice, that we have been having a very delayed delivery of the gas cylinder from HP GAS :: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, for the past one year. We have our supplier at Warden Road, Mumbai- Laxmi Gas services. Every time we order a refill, we have to make a complaint to the company before the same is delivered. This time too, we have booked it approx. 10 days ago. We received an sms saying that the cylinder would be delivered in 48 hrs. but still have to receive it. Our consumer no. is 604229, Booking no.:249305, Complaint no. online: 11082516. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience to us.
Please advise the further course of action.

I have recently subscribed for a new HP connection. I register for it on[protected] and after submitting documents on 01/01/2011, i visited to the distributor on 15/01/2011, they asked me to provide an affidavit for non holding of ration card, which is not mentioned earlier by them on 01/01/2011, and further the manager asked me to wait for another 15 days, when i again visited them on 30/01/2011 with affidavit, they refused to provide the same because of pending verification, i waited for that whole day at my home for the verification officer, but nobody appears. Then again, on telephone,they said that you should come on tuesday. On tuesday, they asked me to buy the new stove from them of rs. 2000/- and a water purifier, called ZERO-B of rs. 300/-,and a lighter of rs. 150/- saying that all items are part of the Stove Kit, and if you don't buy it, the new connection would not be available, and further saying that new connections are closed nowadays to another gentleman besides me. Now i want an answer, is a water purifier of rs. 300, and a lighter of rs. 150/- is a part of stove's kit. Further, i am already in possession of a ISI marked stove, which i also mentioned in the Affidavit, but they completely ignored it. Now i am in possession of stove by the HP Distributor forcefully.
