I have booked for cylender at 31st Jan2012.

But still I have not got any cylinder from agency. it is more than 15days as agency says that they will deliver cylinder after 15days by booking.

But it is more than 20days.

I have got my last delivery...

Agency tries to steal cylinder

I got a new connection on 5th November 2011. My first cylinder was delivered within a week. My second cylinder has not been delivered. Repeated complaints have failed. The Representative Ranganath and Murali has different story every time we call him. Sometime he says he will send cylnder right away, sometimes he claims the cylinder has been already delivered. this is sunilkumar from hyderabad.my consumer ID is 649916 and my agency belongs to manasa gas agency kukatpally.we got the message that my refil cylinder will be delivered with in 48 hrs.now already 4 days had passed.when v complaint in agency,they always say that they had told to delivery us.but i dont know where is wrong.these delivery boys are causing problem without delivering on time.this is not first time.every time...

im a hp gas consumer registered with annai meenakshi gas agency chennai in annanagar.they are the only ditributors of hp gas to annnanagar mogappair and villivakam etc,so when i shifted my house to vanagaram i had no option but to continue to use their services.since then the gas cylinder is delivered to me only ten days after i get the sms (that the cylinder will be delivered in 2 days) .and im also charged extra for transportation-of course...

DELAY OF GETTING NEW HP GAS CONNECTION

MAZUMDER GAS AND DOMESTIC APLIANCE ONdated 05/01/1012 but as on date 05/02/1012 no information is gigiven to me even though i submitted all necessary documents to get the new hp gas connection.

I am facing this problem last 1-1/2 year why iam waiting all the time my gas cylinder. Every time my cylinder after booking at delivered my home address minimum 25 -30 days. What Why. They are using 2 M T N L phone line what every time busy his phone for personal calling i am see it many times.

Delay in Refill of Gas Cylinder

I have booked refill of cylinder on 18-Jan-2012 with booking id - 191536 with ALLIED AGENCIES[protected]phone number[protected] HP Distributor Faridabad. Distributor has updated the company portal that gas cylinder has been delivered on 19-Jan-2012 but this never happened. I have logged a complaint with HP with complaint number 11075839 but nothing seems to happen.

Moreover, agency or delivery boys are not picking up...

I'm really frustrated and writing this. I'm facing a lot more inconvenience due to the delay in service of Nandini Gas Agency at Thiruvanmyur. Its not only about delivery of a cylinder. I walked 3 times to change my address. As I was not getting proper delivery, I was to apply for one more cylinder to keep a back up cylinder. I walked for about a week to apply and compelled to buy a pressure cooker....

Emergency services not attending complaints

This a complaint against the emergency services provided by our HP gas service provider. I stay in Kurla (East), Mumbai and our gas service provider is Laxmi Gas services. It seems that emergency service personnel of this gas agency are least concerned about consumers complaints.

Very Bad Service

I have a very bad experience with SUGAM ENTERPRISES, Off Kanakapura Road Branch.

If I try to contact them, the phone is always busy. Recently, they asked me to submit documents at the Tahsildar Office, which I did, and after getting my RR Number via SMS, I could book my gas on 13th January 2012. Even after more than one week they are yet to deliver the cylinder.
