    I have booked HP gas(Consumer No. 615770) through my mobile No.[protected] and received booking no.237888, dt.[protected]. Further I have received delivery notice that is your HP Gas refill delivered vide Cash Memo No. 150409, dt.[protected]. I have visited to above said gas agency i.e. Aradhya Agencies, 3rd Cross, M.G. Road, Tumkur to take delivery. The distributor was refused to deliver the cylinder. Kindly help me to get gas cylinder at the earliest.

      DEAR SIR/MADAM,
      I HAVE BOOKED ONLINE GAS REFILLING FACILITY PROVIDED BY HP GAS. I HAVE BOOKED GAS ON[protected]. BUT I HAVE NOT GET THE REFILLED GAS AS ON DATE[protected]. BUT ABOVE DATA THAT IS GOT FROM MY ONLINE HP GAS ACCOUNT I GOT SHOCKED THAT THEY HAD BLACKED MY GAS AND PUT DELIVERED IN HIS OWN ACCOUNT. IS THIS NOT A FRAUD? ANOTHER THING IS THAT I HAVE RINGED THEM REGULARLY SINCE FOUR DAYS THEY SAID THAT GAS VEHICLE NOT CAME TODAY WE WILL DEFINITELY SEND YOU GAS TOMORROW. ANOTHER THING IS THAT I HAVE LODGED TWO TIMES ONLINE COMPLAINT TO HPGAS PORTAL. THIS BECOME A PRACTISE TO THEM TO PRETEND CUSTOMERS LIKE ME.       Hindustan Petroleum/Gas refill cylinder — Cylinder Delivery Not in Time

      Respected Sir,
      I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of HP gas through Prakash Agencies in Tirur, Kerala. We book for gas refill cylinder as per your method, and it's never delivered on time. When we call to enquire, most of the time we could hear busy tone from other end, and if sometimes it rings nobody will attend. Either we got them rarely on phone or physically from their agency office we will get the answers like it would be done next day - but it is time waste to wait for the gas carriage. In order to the promise from your agent's office for three four days including today I was waiting at my door for gas cylinder carriage, but, they were fooling us saying today today tomorrow tomorrow. We don't even have a second cylinder. We had booked for second cylinder online but not yet confirmed and its request number is 60546. When is the second cylinder going to be provided? Kindly instruct your agency not to keep on us waiting for indefinite time as it will cause to kill our valuable time on going on waiting them at our doors and advice them to deliver the refill cylinder on time.
      Nowadays this types of mischiefs are increasing from your agency. We learned that every time they are providing gas refill to some of their own clients very fast keeping long waiting customers like us in dilemma. Two three months ago (hope[protected] once I got immediate delivery on your sudden advice against my online complaint to you. But no customer wishes to do online complaints to the company every time. So kindly instruct the agency to behave fairly and if they do favour to some customers doing malpractices others will definitely suffer.
      Do you give suggestions about online booking through internet which will be helpful to us.
      I am eagerly waiting for your positive mail which we expect will overcome our problem for ever.

        i booked a refill for hp gas . my consumer no. 611131. my agency is Ganesh Cooking Gas Services.
        i have been delivered a message that against my said booking no. 223472, cash memo no. 184138 dated 2nd march 2012 was issued and refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs.. this message was despatched on 2/3/12 at 11:39:10 am.
        but till now, i had not received the refill ie. till 11/3/2012 afternoon.
        i fear that my refill cylinder was bye passed and might have been issued to others illegally
        kindly check these sort of things for public welfare

          However at the same time I have been forced to buy in stove and other little products which were of no importance to me. Please advise on what can be done to get the money refunded?

          Sir,

          I have recently subscribed for a new HP connection. I register for it on[protected] and after submitting documents on 01/01/2011, i visited to the distributor on 15/01/2011, they asked me to provide an affidavit for non holding of ration card, which is not mentioned earlier by them on 01/01/2011, and further the manager asked me to wait for another 15 days, when i again visited them on 30/01/2011 with affidavit, they refused to provide the same because of pending verification, i waited for that whole day at my home for the verification officer, but nobody appears. Then again, on telephone,they said that you should come on tuesday. On tuesday, they asked me to buy the new stove from them of rs. 2000/- and a water purifier, called ZERO-B of rs. 300/-,and a lighter of rs. 150/- saying that all items are part of the Stove Kit, and if you don't buy it, the new connection would not be available, and further saying that new connections are closed nowadays to another gentleman besides me. Now i want an answer, is a water purifier of rs. 300, and a lighter of rs. 150/- is a part of stove's kit. Further, i am already in possession of a ISI marked stove, which i also mentioned in the Affidavit, but they completely ignored it. Now i am in possession of stove by the HP Distributor forcefully.

            Hi,

            I applied for a new cylinder connection at Swamy Enterprises in Vijaynagar Colony and got the connection after over 2 months, and paid Rs 4600/- for a single cylinder, the agency forced me to purchase the Stove as well, i said i dont want to get a stove, he threatened me that there will be no gas connection without a stove, i have a World Class Stove at my home, when i told that i dont need a stove he said you have to write a letter to HP or else there is no connection for you. This has to be reported in police, please can anyone help me in this regard.

              Sub.: Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
              I booked gas for home delivery on 27.02.12 but till today 06.03.12 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says after 10.03.12 must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with our HP Gas Dealer (Navyug Agencies, 97 BS Market, New Delhi-110001).                 I am always getting a good support from consumer court .Again one more issue from HP Gas and SLV agencies

                I am using my HP connection from last 18 months. In between I was not here for some time, because of my official work. From last two months I am trying to refill my empty cylinder through your mobile booking system. But its not allowing for this. Finally I have checked with local distributer. SO they are informed me, this connection in freeze because of not booked by consumer for more than 180 days. After that I have given a justification letter to SLV enterprises and they are sent the same to HP Bangalore. These all happed on Feb first week. After that I am enquiring with SLV for the update. They are given a commitment of 15 working days. But now almost one month is over and I am not getting any update from HP. As per deler update , hP Bangalore area manager not giving any update on the same . They are helpless for the same. I am a consumer and I am waiting for last one month for a simple issue.

                Can you please do some immediate action on this. I have already spent my lot of working hours because of this issue. This area manager name is Remya Varma, But I am not getting any contact information for contacting her.

                    Yesterday I had sent a complaint that I have not recieved the domestic gas cylinder replacement since 5.2.2008.
                    I have received it today. the delivery man says that he came 2-3 times!
                    but we are not able to trace.
                    There should be a system of leaving "foot prints" like a postman who leaves a note if the door is locked when they visited.
                    Most surprising is that even agency will not know if he has really visited.
                    Any way some method has to be evolved to get cylinder replacement in time. Many times we are not sure if they will get it in 4-5 days or 10-15 days. Uncertain. If there is certainity may be we can make sure that we take leave and wait to receive the cylinder!! this is true especially for working women.

I contact your dealer then they reply that your gas delivered tomorrow for last week. They delivered gas after approx. one month from booking. So please solve my problem & give gas to me.

                    I had booked a HP refill gas cylinder (consumer number 600339)through their IVRS scheme phone number 12665 on 25.09.2009 around 12 P.M. booking number 6. Till 03.10.2009 I did not receive the cylinder.When I checked up with our dealer-Shakthi Gas Agency, Jayanagar Banaglore -phone number 26630130,I was informed that they received the booking only on 29.09.2009 and the booking number is 416958 and that the delivery would be after a week ie only after 06.10.2009 which means the delivery would take place after 12 days or more.
                    My complaint is
                    1. why is there 4 days delay between HP IVRS and the dealer?
                    2.Why should it take another week for delivery.

                      Sir,
                      I am a customer of HP gas with MANRATH ENTERPRISES No.7 & 8, 3rd Main Domlur 2nd Stage BANGALORE - 71. My consumer No.624981. I have booked my cylinder on 20th March and we have been informed that we will get our cylinder on or before 24th march. But unfortunately still today we could not receive our cylinder.When I enquired with the agency they replaied that it was already billed and cyliner is given to delivery boy further to contact to the delivary boy. When I spoke to the delivery boy he replaied that he had visited to my place and found door was locked. Now
                      1 ) when the door is found locked, the delivery boy did not handed over the cylinder back to the agency.
                      2 ) While getting the cylinder he always do not bring the acknowledge receipt from the agency

                      If we ask these to the agency or the delivery boy I am not getting any proper replay.
                      Will the concern authority take necessary action on this issue???.

                        I dont understand , How to approach , them , where to go...this people so irresponsible ...and we consumer are suffering

                          I had booked my refil on 7th feb 2012 and my Refill Booking is 303418 under HP GAS (D.K. ENTERPRISES) Till date i am not getting the cylinder . Due to continous followup with the gas agency they are saying that you will get within seven days from the booking date .Its not possible again and again to call them and remind for the cylinder delivery.How much time to delivered??

                          Due to this we are facing lot of problem

                          Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

                          I booked gas for home delivery first on.24.08.2010 but not delivered second time booked gas on 24or 26.09.2010 but till today 01-10.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.                             Dear Concern,

                            I have purchased 9 Littre Petrol from Anand Service Station (HPCL authorized). After few kilometers my bike became uncomfortable. I have checked that there is kerosene smell in the petrol. To test I put some petrol in an open pot and wait for 2 days. Now there is only kerosene smell. It means there is kerosene mixed with petrol.

                            Kindly tell where to complaint for the same.

                            You can complain either to the Sales Officer or Territory manager of HPCL in charge of the area (it is mandatory that the phone number is displayed in the concerned pump).

                            But as many officers turn a blind eye to such tampering, or just issue a casual warning to the concerned pump owner, it is more effective if you approach the local Weights and Measures Office and lodge a complaint. This office is a government institution which has the powers to seize and stop the sales if the quality or quantity of the petrol/diesel is not pure.

                            I myself am a pump owner based in Visakhapatnam, and from the information I could get, complaints can be lodged in the office of following authorities :

                            1. Controller, Weights & Measures, Room No. 117-118, C-Block, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi-110002.

                            2. Principal Secretary cum Commissioner, Weights & Measures, Ist Floor, K-Block, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi- 110002..

                            3. Public Grievances Commission, G-Block, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi-110002.

                            4. Director, Vigilance Department, Old Secretariat, Delhi-110054

                            (I am not aware if the information is current or outdated, but atleast one of these addresses might be correct)

                              I have connection from HP agency, Ambala City. Its phone no. is [protected]. But no will picked the phone at this no.

                              I have booked for cylender at 31st Jan2012.

                              But still I have not got any cylinder from agency. it is more than 15days as agency says that they will deliver cylinder after 15days by booking.

                              But it is more than 20days.

                              I have got my last delivery on 10th jan. after 15days I go to book the cylinder. And after 15days they will deliver Total gap days 30days.

                              How one can bear all these.

                                  I got a new connection on 5th November 2011. My first cylinder was delivered within a week. My second cylinder has not been delivered. Repeated complaints have failed. The Representative Ranganath and Murali has different story every time we call him. Sometime he says he will send cylnder right away, sometimes he claims the cylinder has been already delivered. I have visited the Danish Gas agency 7 times for this. everytime they promise to resolve the issue soon. Last promised date for resolving the issue is 3rd-4th Feb 2012.                                   I posted this on 18th Feb at around 2pm.
                                  I also registered a complaint at hp gas web site.

                                  By evening 630 pm, he owner of the ageny called me and apologised for the inconvenience caused, and the pending cylinder was delivered by 7pm!!

                                    it whome sever it my concern dear sir my consumer no 609503 and rifill booking date is 30/01/2012 but my gas ricieved on 16/02/2012 and i have can't riceve my bill and i have very suffer my long piriod gas delivery service and i will request to company please take the action aganist my dealer sri venkateshwara gas agency mudigere. tanking you your faith fully nafeesa w/o razak

                                      this is sunilkumar from hyderabad.my consumer ID is 649916 and my agency belongs to manasa gas agency kukatpally.we got the message that my refil cylinder will be delivered with in 48 hrs.now already 4 days had passed.when v complaint in agency,they always say that they had told to delivery us.but i dont know where is wrong.these delivery boys are causing problem without delivering on time.this is not first time.every time they r just bring us headache in delivering cylinder on given date.so kindly check the problem where is wrong.these boys say that if v r in urgent ,they say that to come down to godown.if we go ther we found no one.so please sir kindly take it as serious problem and kindly help us.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        This is to bring to your notice, that we have been having a very delayed delivery of the gas cylinder from HP GAS :: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, for the past one year. We have our supplier at Warden Road, Mumbai- Laxmi Gas services. Every time we order a refill, we have to make a complaint to the company before the same is delivered. This time too, we have booked it approx. 10 days ago. We received an sms saying that the cylinder would be delivered in 48 hrs. but still have to receive it. Our consumer no. is 604229, Booking no.:249305, Complaint no. online: 11082516. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience to us.
                                        Please advise the further course of action.
