[Resolved] HP Gas / Praveena Gas Agencies — Negligence of rendering service | |||
I HP gas consumer, No-654162 I am facing trouble in contacting the gas agency (PRAVEENA GAS AGENCIES) for booking a refill cylinder,because phone is always engaged and in case ringing they are not lifting the phone.I have already complained against it twice but they are not responding. Refill booked on 13.09.2013 my booking no 268829. I received SMS on 01.10.2013 as it will be delivered within next 48hrs.Cash memo No.148185. But today is 26.10.2013.still i did not received.
yesterday i got SMS HP GAS Booking no 268829 is cancelled. why/what is the reason i dont know. because phone is always engaged and in case ringing they are not lifting the phone. how to get the information.
Please arrange to deliver the refill cylinder as soon as possible.

I am also facing same problem with the gas agency (PRAVEENA GAS AGENCIES) for booking a refill cylinder, because phone is always engaged and in case ringing they are not lifting the phone.I have already complained against it twice, thrice but response is as usual.
So please I request you to take necessary action or suggest them for improvise their procedure and take use of technology, like on-line booking, or creating web address.
