Respected sir,

I have a problem with HP gas cylinder delivery every time. I dont weather this thread will help or not, but i hope so.
The current problem is i have book for gas cylinder on 14th Jan 2011 but till now not yet came. But our neighbors get there gas cylinder soon very soon because they pay extra amount like 100 and 200 Rs more.
And also if i get gas cylinder tomorrow or any day billing date will be not present date its like 5days back date ,

Please see that whats going on.

It is to inform u that i have a many problems for delivering of my gas ..
The delivery of my gas is after 45 days so we have suffered from many problems..
therefore it's kindly request u to sir plz.. provide that service within ur specified date

I booked gas for home delivery on17.06.11 but till today 29.06.11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency...VIJAYA AGNCIES, VIJAYAWADA, KRISHNA (DT), AP.

This Is Not The First Instance That It Has Happened We Have Already Faced Problems Many A Times And Have Also Made Complaints To The Ho Gas Office At VIJAYAWADA. We Receive Prompt Service Once We Make A Complaint. But It Is Not Possible To Make A Complaint Every Time Soon After We Make Bookings With Our Dealer Each And Every Time. I Dont Understand Why Hp Is Not Looking Into This Matter Seriously And Not Taking Any Stringent Actions Against The Dealer. Every Time We Call Our Dealer He Says That He Is Out Of Stock Or The Stock Are Not Recieved And We Have More Demand Than Supply. What Hp Is Doing?????? If they are not able to supply they should stop their business.

    This is to bring to your notice the immense trouble faced by the HP gas consumers.

    From the last 4 months, Kiran Gas Agency in Hadapsar is creating a lot of problems for the consumers. Cylinders are always out of stock. Even after proper booking period, they do not deliver the cylinders at the residences saying they have no means to send the cylinders home and ask to collect from their godowns, where they charge extra money and still give the excuse of shortage and ask consumers to come again.

    Domestic cylinders are a basic necessity and these people therefore try to take undue advantage of people's need and extract money illegally and trouble the consumers.

    Please look into the matter.

      Dear Sir,

      I regret to inform you that in spite of my complaint registered with customer zone of HPCL vide registration no.10043453 dated 24th January, 2011 and an email sent to their Chairman & Managing Director at Mumbai on 28th January, 2011 regarding non-delivery of LPG against booking for a refilled cylinder through their Single Number 24x7 IVR booking no.12665 as mentioned in their website but my grievance has not yet been redressed. Please note that I had booked for a refilled cylinder through the above phone number and got serial number 1 on 5th January, 2011. On 24th January, 2011 when I wanted to know the reason from the dealer about delivery status over phone, the dealer straightway told me that they are not accepting any booking if any customer book through the above phone number and refused to give delivery.

      I had requested HPCL to confirm whether your Single Number 24x7 IVR booking no.12665 for booking of refilled cylinder is in vogue and my booking through the above number for the same vide serial no.1 dated 5th January, 2011 is valid or not. Also I wanted to know that in future, shall I book for a refilled cylinder to the above number or not. I do not understand why the concerned officer of HPCL has not been taking any action against the said dealer? Most probably it is the system problem for downloading the data for which they have not transmitted the data to the respective dealers. HPCL can easily instruct the said dealer to deliver the refilled cylinder to the undersigned against my booking so that I can get the same and my purpose can be served immediately, but they had not done so. Lastly, I had received the refilled cylinder on 16th December 2010 which please note. I do not understand why the concerned officer of HPCL has kept himself as silence.

      I do sincerely hope that on receipt of my mail you will take up this case very seriously and do the needful at the earliest possible date.

      I look forward to receive your valuable reply as well as action immediately.

      Hindustan Petroleum — Non-receipt of refill

      I have booked a refill of my HP Gas on[protected] vide on-line booking no. 470689 which was downloaded by the Distributor M/s Tap Trisha, Jessore Road, Kolkata[protected] and was confirmed by the distributor on the following day vide order no 424811. No refill was supplied till[protected]. The matter was brought to the notice of the Company vide Complaint N[protected] dated[protected]. Now the Distributor is showing vindictive attitude and asks me to meet them, which is not possible for me at present. Kindly do the needful.

        I Have book refill cylinder as on 15.01.2011 with home delivery but as on till date cyillender not received. And I have inform to you following coments given by Agency Owner

        1st Day visit-15.01.11 at the time of booking owner said cylinder recd within 4 days

        2nd Visit-20.01.11 Owner said cyliender allready dispatch

        3rd visit-21.01.11 Owner said -cylinder issue on saturday

        4th visit-22.01.11-Owner said -cylinder issue on monday ..... But not received

        5th visit-24.01.11 Owner said -cylinder issue today upto 3pm.

        6th visit-25.01.11-Owner said -cylinder issue tomarrow but actulay he already konwn tomarrow is 26 jan Republic day office colsed.

        7th visit today-28.01.11- Owner said we have not posiable to dispatch home delivery next 10 days if you have required urgently so please come at godowen and take you cylinder.
        As per owner instruction I have go to godowen but godowen officer said cylinder not available.............

        So dear Sir i have request to you please solve our problem and doo the needful

          I am Mr Sachidanandan consumer no. 609105 with Maharashtra gas agency IIT Powai. Since last 6 months there has been delay in delivery of gas cylinder. On inquiring with the office the say its been already dispatched, but the delivery doesn't take place even after couple of weeks. There are lot of problems regarding contacting the agency since, the Maharashtra gas agency never picks up the phone and we have to personally go to them for booking of gas.The delivery staff is not cooperative and behave irresponsibly. I request you to kindly do the needful.

          I am going through the same problem I have asked for a refill on 1st August, its 25 days now. I had to book twice. Today they said they are sending the refill no sign of them. They do not pick the phone. I was browsing a place to lodge a complain. God help us!

            I booked gas cylinder 10 days back on 18th Jan 2011 and when asked for booking number the telecaller rudely said that she has booked it and she has opened another record and cant get the booking number, but assured that within 2 to 3 days the cylinder will be delivered. After 5 days when again I called to check the status I was asked for booking number, when I told that the booking number was not given, the telecaller said that there is no booking and she will book a request and again the telecaller didnt give the booking number and disconnected the call saying the cylinder will be delivered the next day. After 10 days I called again today and the telecaller said that there is no delivery person for our area and can't deliver the cylinder, if we want we can go to the office with passbook and get the cylinder and disconnected the call. The other complaint is that when we call the number to book cylinder after minimum 10 tries will be able to speak to someone inspite of the fact that the phone will ring once and it will be again once.

              I have been repeatedly filling petrol across various HP stations across Bangalore. e.g HP station at Brookefield, Marathahalli. I normally fill it along with oil. But every time, the gas station person quotes 1 rupee more than what is written in the MRP for the oil packet at all the stations

              Has HP introduced a new policy to charge more than what is quoted in the MRP??? Since this happens across all their pumps, I presume it is not a co-incidence but part of a scheme to cheat the consumer.

              Everyday one is hearing of scams. Is this part of a new scam??

              Look forward to get a quick solution to the problem

                  we have booked our GAS to Ghaziabad HPCL Dealer M/s Sen Gas service, Ghaziabad on dated 06/02/2008. But till date we have not recived our refill. After contacting to the dealer , we got reply that the Refill is not available with us & as soon as we will receive the same , it will deliver to you. It is very difficult becuase after receiving the delivery it takes 21 days to book the gas and again it will take 15 days to dekiver the same.
                  kindly look the matter

                  My Consumer No is 16953526. The Distributor name is Standard Store, 12 Defence colony Market, new Delhi -- 110024. We have booked the Hp Cooking Gas for Our home on 29th Oct 2010. Earlier, there was a Drive from the Hp to deliver the Gas in 24 hrs, Today is 7th Nov 2010. Its Already been 10 days.No response till date.
                  Could not understand the reason for this much delay delivery.

                  Appreciate if Action can be taken for this.

                    Here i am sending you a mail for getting new gas connection. I have Rashan Card and i have no any single gas connection. So i am requesting you to give me only one Gas Connection. Every person has a right to get atleast one connection. What can i do without Gas? How can i make food? This is really very serious problem and here i am ensured you to that You have to take right action as early as possible within a one weak.

                      We have booked the refill with the following details

                      We have not yet received the delivery of the refill despite repeated followup and complaints against the dealer. This is pure harassment of the customer.

                      We have been facing 2 issues since the time we have started taking cylinder from this agency:

                      1. The delivery boys are very rude and always ask for 20/40 Rs extra to deliver cylinder... this has happened always..

                      2. Whenever we book, either directly through agency or online, the delivery is always late.. we have to keep calling and give repeated reminders for gas to be sent...

                      Even with 2 cylinders we face harassment that both may become empty and hence have to keep reminding as we have 2 small kids in the house.

                      Request action to be taken to punish the distributor immediately and inform of the corrective action taken to rectify the recurring problem.

                        I have a HP consumer GAS connection in PERUMAL HP GAS SERVICE - NAMAKKAL - TAMILNADU - INDIA. They are providing gas cylinder every 50 days once. This time period is so long. I don't know the datealis about booking time period b/w two consecutive booking. But this 50 days is too much. If we ask new cylinder before 50 days they won't provide. The indian Government must inform the proper rules about consumer gas service prcocedure to customers. In most of the places the Distributors will sell the cylinders with high price in BLACK MARKET. I think for this reason only they are increasing the duration b/w two consecutive bookings.

                        my consumer no: 608812 S.AYYAPPAN, L5 / 152 GANAPATHY NAGAR, NAMAKKAL - 637002.
                        i am book the cyclinder, your people says " last week you get the cyclinder so next week book in ( or) your cyclinder cancelled last week ".

                        i am book only, get the cyclinder after 35 days, please check my consumer book,

                        your people my number book it and sold black market.

                        some problem arrival in monthly MONTHLY.

                          Hi,
                          The hinjewadi petrol pump in Pune is cheating consumers. Here is what they do, I took my car and asked to fill the tank, he filled for 200Rs and asked me that whether I said 200RS to which I replied yes i said 200 only and left from there. But in realty He had not put any petrol in my car which I realised after going around 10 KMS as my car stopped because there was no fuel. Had I said that no i asked for a tank full he would have filled the tank and i would have not known that he has cheated me. This is trick they do on a lot of consumers please take some action against it.

I would like to inform you that since 3/4 months we are not getting gas cylinder delivery on time. we book our cylinder as per time schedule i.e. after 17 days, but all over mumbai after booking cylinder delivers within 1day or same day. But in out area i.e. in Bhandup it does receives even after 3/4 days. whenever we asked agent of HP, we get answer that cylinder stock is not there. So we would like to ask that except Bhandup all over Mumbai cylinder stock is there and it delivers properly in time.

                            we request you kindly look into the matter and provide the cylinders on time to customers.

                            My previous HP gas egency was M/s. Sainik Cooking Gas. For some reasons unknown to me, all on a sudden, my distributor has been changed and the present agency is M/s. Swamiji Enterprises. The consumer no. at Swamiji Enterprise is 618506.
                            I have booked for refill on 10.04.08 and even after 29 days, I have not yet received my cylinder. In the mean while, my another cylinder has been exhausted. I am in dilemma about what to do. Since last 5-6 days, the agence has kept telling me that I am going to get the cylinder anytime. But that 'anytime is yet so far.
                            Please intercept and let me know the position.

                            HP, CYLINDER GAS — delay in delivering

                            This is to inform you that Lingaraj Gas agency, Khandagiri square, Bhubaneswar which is in charge of supplying LPG gas to our house is deliberately putting us in trouble by causing unnecessary delay in delivering cylinder.I have to wait for more than 10 day after booking to get a new refill.
                            This has caused us great trouble as there is no alternative provision of fuel in my house.Despite of several requests they do not pay attention to our problems. Hence you are requested to take immediate steps in this regard and facilitate refiling of our gas within 2to 3 days of booking.

                                I sanjay pandey having gas connection of HP gas-Ganga Enterprises and my consumer no. is:- 654545. one and a half(1/2) havd passed me booking the gas but till now i had not received the gas. there is no gas at my home so i have to take gas cylender in black which cost me Rs1000.                                 my consumer no. is:635535. one month have passed me booking the gas cylinder but i havent received the cylinder till now.
                                Because of this problem i have taken the cylinder in black and that cost me Rs750. I also dont have any indraprastha gas pipeline connection
                                till now.
                                I hope you will look into the matter and will send the gas cylinder as soon as possible and ensure it is not repeated.

                                    i agree with the above comments. i was very frustated after having this sort of response from HP. I dialed bothe the mentioned numbers, the customer care number and the HP sales representative number([protected] - ramya verma) but of no use. will any one tell me where a customer go in case of any need ?? why are those people seeting there if they don't want to do their job. i accept that they will be getting lots of calls but this is their responsibility...if they don't want to provide any assistence...at least pick the call and say I can't help you...friends it's realy very frustating to see such response...this is our SHINING INDIA ... we talk about failure of government...but what about us...we are the main faulters...we just point to other but don't do our jos...shame on u peoples... just throw away ur contacts from all the places..

And phone no.given in booklet not responding, always user busy voice. Tell me how much days we can wait after booking the cylinder and pls. confirm, the date when I received the gas cylinder.
