Sir, i m very sad to know it that Your agency's (Mehar Gas service Licence no:- G/NC/HN/06/55 (G11360) customer service are not working properly. I am a service man working in a customer service department in the most branded company. sir, i am facing gas problem, I have a gas connection from Mehar gas agency, Rohtak, Haryana .they don’t know how to attend customer. Issue is this, I don’t know my gas book was expire. we lock a call at ur office & he deliver the gas. But due to some problem he will not able to come. A lady was sited over there. I say mam plz book a gas. She says gas book was & made it new then i issue a cylinder. I replied mam but you never inform about this even your delivery boy. Next time I will do. Plz Mam, i m living 4 k.m. away from ur gas agency. Mam says, We have 10k customers to whom we informed .Then she starts using abusing language. .A customer service dept treat customers like this…. That’s so ashamed. Then I talk with the owner he give some gud response. Around 20 people are in queue .they are also saying that we are totally frustrated with that lady. They are planning to shift some other gas agencies. The lady doesn’t know his job .
Sir plz try to do something good to the good service.

of course very very very worst people he is having. Initially he was having one gas connection dealership from that time itself his service was not good. Now he is having many dealer ship like car, bike school etc,
he is not concentrating on any one field.
If we go to book any gas connection no respect
