Hi,

I booked gas 20 days back, there is no door lock. We visited the distributor 4 times from past 4 days still we dont get the cylinder.

M/s. Samatha Shiva Shakti Enterprises, Saroornagar, Hyderabad [14590300] is not responding to the customer calls. As I have been trying to book a LPG Cylinder since last Friday to till date. Again I sent a message to the Branch Manager for doing the needful, but there is no any fruitful response and while, called up once again, his mobile is switch-off.
Is this a good customer relationship

    Change of Consumer Name.
    Description Respected Sir, My above mentioned card is in the name of my father, who died on[protected] and I have been denied reffield cylinder since[protected] and the consumer card have been locked since then for the change of name. HPCL regestered office 17, Jamshedji Tata Rd, Mumbai 40020 and Nagpur HPG Zonal Office 08,Oriental Bldg, Nagpur 440001 (MS) vide his letter No. ycm1877 dated[protected] have directed the said dealer to change the said consumer card in my name i.e. Pradeep Pandurang Shende. Inspite of that the said distributor is unnessarily harrasing me even after i have submited him every demanded document. Document set contains ( Letter of HPCl zonal office Nagpur, orignal papers of the HPCL company at the time of purchace, Ration Card, Electric Bill, Telephone bill, pan card, driving licence on the names of new applicant & other driving licence of deceased, death certificate of deceased i.e. P.N. Shende, election commision card of new applicant letter demanding change of name and to start the gas connection. It is now therefore requested to please addvice me as to what to do in such case as the above said Dealer is very arrogant and I have already complained about him previously which might be in your record ( Complaint No. 06003283, 08001038,[protected] against which astringent action was taken by HPCL.       Hi,

      I got an HP gas connection from ADHOC-KIRAN Agencies (Magarpatta - Pune) 3 months back. While taking a new connection these people told that the refill would be done in 3-4 days. But while reffileng acctually they are saying that it would take 10-12 days.
      And while asking the reason for the same theguy is just disconnecting a call. Even while talking on call it seems that he is not at all bothered about the customer. His irresponsible nature towards this can be guessed out while talking.

      HP Gas — Dealers Rude Behaviour

      I have transferred my connection form one city to other. and as i always get transferred to different cities, i used to do it. always the delears asks for address proof and it goes smootly. The new city comes under coimbatore district asking me for ration card for the address proof, even you give multiple address proof like company letter, owners agreement etc., to give the transferred connection. How can a person who transferred regularly will have the ration card for that city? can't this people can understand this and they put this in a rude manner the people in agency never ever speak in a soft voice, , they behave as if they are land lord and we are beggers.

      Please treat your customers as customers, business people who sells product which worth crores are treating their customer in a god manner, gas is easily replaced by current stoves now-a-days to avoid lots of this kind of agency behaviour and the cost... situvation changes fast...
      I got transferred my connection from Karnataka to Chennai to Nandini Gas Agency. They are not keeping proper booking dates. If we book during August, and when we enquire they will say you have booked only in September. We are totally fed up with that agency. No proper response from them.

      No action taken from HP side. I think the best way for us is to change the connection to Indane, who is doing good service and very prompt.

      If this continues for some more time, then no one in Thiruvanmiyur area will go to Nandini Agency. HP will loose their name in the market.

      Kiran Gas Agency (HP GAS) — Rude Behaviour

      I have shifted from Mumbai to Pune. I have been using HP gas in Mumbai, so i preferred to transfer my HP connection from mumbai to Pune (hadapsar). I went to Kiran Gas Agency for submission of my Documents and have my gas connected, but every time i have been told that there is no stock. i have been there thrice but every time same answer come tomorrow. Also the behavior is very Rude with customer.
      I am really fed-up of that person and now i am thinking for some other option rather than having HP gas connection.

        Sama, Vadodara - 390008.

        In May this year I found my gas stove was leaking and accordingly registered my complaint at the gas agency that provides me the cyleinder. The man they sent to check the stove claimed the valve on one of the burners was leaking which he duly changed. He then gave me a certificate saying everything is working fine and duly left. He gave me his mobile number saying I must call on that number incase of any problem. He charged me Rs.450/- for changing gas 'kok', 'mob', and 'nipple' + Rs.40 for attending complaint. He reapired my stove on date 12 May 2009
        Now after barely 5 months later, I find my stove is leaking gas again. I called the man on the moble number he gave me and the agency which assigned him but I am given a reply that they are away on diwali vacation and are not available.
        I therefore had to seek another gas repair person to check the problem. It turns out that the valve the agency man had replaced was an old one which is why it is leaking again. I have to spend another Rs.250/- to replace that valve which he had replaced just 5 months back.

          I am a resident of Bangalore using HP cooking gas for last 20 years without any trouble. However, during last year, 2008, the agency has been changed ( without my knowledge & choice ) to M/s. MCD Enterprises, Bangalore , ( Phone No.[protected],[protected] , who do not follow courtesy to customer, never attends telephones for enquiry & informations, the telephones are kept engaged always in misuse & personal calls . The malpractices in the delivery system prevails in every area & delivery boys threatens customer if tips are not given as per demand , waiting list sequence is bypassed as corruption is very clearly observed.
          Even the centralised customer care unit ( Ph. No. :[protected] is equally inefficient to deal with customers

          cooking gas — non delivery of unit & no commitment

          My Registration No.624481(Shalaka Santosh More) with your distributer Doshi Brother, Wadala. I have single cylinder unit on the same registration No. Regret to inform you that above distributer have committed to deliver the unit second day but since last 6 days i have not received the unit. I personally been to there office on Monday dt.1.9.08 they have informed me that it will delivered on Tuesday 2.9.2008. I wish to inform you that every month i have rush there office 3 to 4 times or follow up on telephone for delivery. Would request you to kindly look into the matter

            Dear Sir,
            Our dealer is M/s Pravin general stores. He has appointed sub-dealer/local representative under him for our village. We have following complaints against this Sub-dealer.
            1.Gas Cylinder not available on time.
            2.Also he never gives us firm commitment about availability of Gas Cylinder i.e. come today evening, come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow etc.
            3.Don’t gives us money receipt of Cylinder.
            4.Charging Rs 350 or above for one cylinder also not giving its receipt.
            5.Shop open time is not fixed. We tried to register complaint against him at his Main Dealer M/s Pravin general stores but they did not made us available the complaint register & also refused to accept our complaint letter.

                This is the complaint against the Ratan Gas Enterprises, Rahatni, Pune, Maharashtra State.
                The complaint is for not receiving the booking calls. Very poor service regarding the booking of consumer no. on Telephone. Please look into the matter to solve the problem. SMS service should be provided as one of your agent "RANKA GAS, Chinchwad,Pune is providing the same.

                My wife had booked for refill of cylinder by telebooking on 25122007 and was given booking no 2. But till date we have not received the refill and following up with the agency is a nightmare.They do'nt pick up the phone and even if they do they have worst telephone manners. The in charge of the shop is never available and his mobile is always unavailable.Everyday they promise that " kal Aa Jayega"(you will surely get it tomorrow) but no news after that.This is the routine after every booking.Either HPCL should discontinue the telebooking or they should cancel the license of such dealers who don't care a hoot about the customers.There should be redressal for this grievance immediately as i am sure many more customers will be suffering like this.

                  Sir,

                  I have been having a HP gas connection in Gannavaram Gas Agency, Krishna Distrit, Andhara Pradesh for last many years. But every month I am facing lot of problems in booking for a gas cylinder on phone, Whenever we try to call them, usually phone does not ring or it was not answered by anybody. When I went to the office, my wife has to go for booking the gas leaving my two little kids at home alone. She is not comfortable to go and do this work.

                  I also had gone to book the same several times, every time I found that the company ( HP Gas booking station) has kept the telephone in hold position or chating by the staff for longer period with other than custmers. I found that they have done it so that nobody could unable them call. They are making the people fools and they are totally failed to provide best services to the custemers.

                  They are booking the gas only after 25 to 30 days of previous gas delivery saying that the computers are accepting the booking only beyond 25-30 days after taking delivery of previous deliver of gas. But they are taking 7 - 20 days from the date of bookingsaying that the government has supplying the gas on 9 cylinder per holder @ Cylinder/ card holder.

                  I have not much knowledge about the provisions provided by the Government regarding gas. The compainy has not displayed any detailed information anout the intervels between booking to delivery/booking under Right to Information Act,2005.

                  I request to all of you and to HP Company please do something so that the mischief could not be continuing.

                    Sir,

                    I am a consumer of HP GAS COMPANY with the dealer Swastik Trading Company, Keshwapur, HUBLI 580 023. My consumer No. 626271.

                    I am having dual bottle connection but of no use. There is no proper schedule in delivery for the past 1 year.

                    After supplying the 1st cylinder the next booking is made after 21-25 days with much requests and great difficulty and the delivery is generally beyond 35 days from the last cylinder supplied.

                    The very purpose of having double bottle connection is not served.

                    Though I have booked my refill on 09.10.2009 vide booking No. 664 I am yet to get the cylinder.

                    Today I visited the Agency Office requesting for delivery of the cylinder but I am told that there is no stock / supply of cylinders and that I will be given only on receipt of next supply.

                    My last cylinder was supplied on 15/09/2009 and till date I have not received the cylinder.

                    For our family of five members the cylinder hardly comes for a full month and many a times I am constrained to go in for alternative fuel like kerosene which is ill affordable & unavailable.

                    Kindly help me in redressing my grievance.

                    HP Gas — Delay in delivery of refill Booking

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I Pritesh Prakash, Had booked refill on 31/12/2010 but till date this is not delivered. When i contact to the agency on 08/01/2011 the told me that it will take AT LEAST ONE WEEK it means it will take at least total 15 days to deliver. It very Serious problem.How do we cook our food?

                    I strongly recommended that take necessary action against the agency.

                    system we have to dial the gas enquiry mobile number and later we have to type the land line number

                    of the concerned agencies and later we have to type the consumer number and they after the confirmation we

                    receive the booking message number .



                    The problem is even after going through all the procedures we wont receive the message it automatic call comes

                    thank you.

                    If this is the problem then why they should create on line system and give problem to customer .

                      Its really painful to make a complaint that Soundarya agency; magadi road,A.D.Halli;Bangalore-79 has failed to live up to the expectation of consumer from HP Gas. The staff at this agency are very rude and keep ;making false confirmations.
                      I booked gas for home delivery after 1 month from the previous delivery but even after a month and a week they failed to deliver the GAS. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, they keeping saying one or the reason or just they hang up the phone and simply keep making delay.Also the deliver boy demands 25-30 Rs everytime during the time of deliver. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency... Soundarya agency;1244;opp aarpee ashraya; magadi road,A.D.Halli;Bangalore-79.please do take some action on this agency and do the Needfull.

                      H.P.gas — delay of cylinder booking & delivery

                      There is a terrible delay in delivery of the gas cylinder.
                      I booked it on 18/11/08 and haven't got it till date.
                      This is utter negligence in the system.
                      Please see to it that they are being delivered on time. It causes a lot of inconvenience to the customers.

                          Dear Ma'am/ Sir,

                          There is one authorised dealer for HP cooking gas service provider. we want to buy a new gas connection and the dealer is complelling to buy the gas stove (Chulla) from him. further the stove is of such low grade material and is very expensive i.e. its not worth the price what is quoted by him.

                          Kindly throw some light how to go about it and what course of action can be taken.

                          Note: there are meny cases where the MRPTC has given the verdict that ''Consumers can't be forced to buy gas stoves: MRTPC'

                            I have booked the gas on[protected],I have not yet received the gas, they have informed me that i will receive the gas by[protected]. Address; Vanasthali gas,Vanasthali puram, Hyderabad, Phone No. 2420499,2421350,24020300, No phones are listing by the gas agency. Please rectify the problem.
                            TO WHO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I am customer of your company. My card number being 602452 had placed an order on[protected] and I was not treated properly and the person concerned over there misbehaved with me. As I was already tensed I did not paid any response to him.The distributor’s code number is 394810 and is held in the name of MAURI L.P.G Gas office.
                            After few days when there was no delivery of the gas I tried to call him several times but there was no response and one day when the person picked up the phone he started abusing when I asked him regarding the delivery. Finally today as of the grievance and problems I went to his office. When I asked him regarding the matter he told me that he is not the bread earner of my family and started using slang languages in front of everybody. He even told me that I should transfer the card to some other place .
                            As I am a reputed person of the town I couldn’t say him anything because all these things according to me is misconduct. As I am a INDIAN CITIZEN my fundamental and my civil rights where infringed and I had been defamed. As it was my duty to inform you. You please take some steps regarding the person concerned in the Asansol Branch (365, G.T.Road )or otherwise I will be compelled to knock the door of the Court. Waiting for your response

                            hpcl residential gas refill — non delivery of booked cylinder

                            I am a hpcl customer having consumer no 607589 at your distributor Ramesh gas agency shama goel at raviwar peth pune 411002 I have booked order on 02-01=08 vide no 315 to him . TILL 27 days passed he has not given me supply .he is selling the cylinders at high premium . there are many irregularities in his records . YOU are requested to investigate his records
                            Sir, i have made a booking on 8.02.08 to my hp gas dealer where i am registrered. My serial no is : 26.
                            But on 29.02.08 , i have made a call to my dealer office and official said that there is no booking on said date , several times after that i have made an attempt to conct with them but fails. I think that they have sold the said to black market. I am waitting for kind cooperation.

                            Given any chance I would switch to a different company.

                            HP Gas — didn't receive product since one month

                            i have been booking hp gas since 5 years, but now this is a limit, since 4 month it is giving me so much trouble, that i booked 8/9/08, and today 25/9/08, but still did not recieved my given order, plz solve my problem. as soon as posible. they are selling in blackmarketing but do not giving to proper customer.

                            I am holding hp gas connection with Maruti Gas agency, Bowenpally[protected],[protected]. They have suddenly stopped home delivery of gas (at MEDCHAL) without intimating to consumers. Now they are advising us to take other gas connection of bharat gas since they are unable to deliver at medchal . After enquiry at BHARAT gas, I came to know that they are not providing new gas connection.
                            Besides this there is always problem with booking gas with maruti gas since their tel no are alwys engaged/busy or sometimes their staffs are very rude with consumers.

                            I have booked a gas refil cylinder vide booking number 26093 dated 27.7.2009 by a phone call. It has not been supplied as yet though the dealer has supplied refil cylinders to many customers who had bookings of much later date.

                            I have booked for gas refilling online on dated 19/12/2011, and my consumer no is 501398. 19/1/2011 onwards i am requesting the agency for cylinder, on 22/1/2011 they told that they will deliver it today. but not delivered. On 24/1/2011 I made an online complaint with HPCL, but even after that I havent received the cylinder till date. But the agency is delivering cylinders booked on 4/1/2011..                             I had done online gas booking on 17.07.2012 but till date i have not yet received delivery of gas at my home.This is not a new situation for me, everytime when a complaint is lodged then only delivery of the gas is done as if ekvira gas service is doing a favor on me. If i receive the gas
                            after the complaint done the behaviour of the delivery person is very rude and sometimes he comes without the receipt. Me and my wife both are
                            working people and we have to daily handover the cylinders to our neighbours for taking the delivery. Today when i called personally they

                            My LPG HP Gas consumer no. is 611733 from Jai Ambe gas agency. I have not received gas even after 15 days of booking and the phone of agency also found engagged whenever we dial. Previously there was no problem of supply.

                              Description : Dear Sir, When I was traveling in Thirupathi ( Chandragiri)area I was happend to use the above said on 15th September 09 and I felt it was a bad expereince with the retail out let. My expereince given below. 1. I was refused to give a receipt for the amount I paid for the fuel. 2. THe toilet were not at all cleaned and no water was available. It was in a condition that some body used quite long back and not cleaned for atleast a week. In mater of fact I was with my family ( ladies) and I prefer the gasstation to fill the fuel as they can use the toilet in the gas station. Then I requested the person who was available and I got hte answer that water cant be provided as I am paying for the fuel only not for the other facility and also I got an advice that I can go to a hotel for such facilities. Then I took few pictures of the gas station and a movie clip in the toilet too. During this time few people were gathered and start yelling on us and using worst words infront of the ladies of our family. Also I wondered that the fuel station was issued a ISO certified. As i am living abrad for adecade and I am using so many gas station all over the world and I had a bitter expereince in my own country that too in a reputed company like you. Infact I tried to catact the sales officer Mr. Ravi babu on his mobile No ( As mentioned in the fuel staion office) [protected] and it was not answered and later I found it was switched off. I was planning to complain the incidents and the pictures , vedio cliping to the ISO certified organisation to take a necesry action on the certificate and put it the websites and blogs about our coutries fuel out lets. But before proceding I would like to bring it to your attention and wait for your action. So that I am sending this mail to you and waiting for your action and a reply from you.                               The above said complaint I send to the HPCL website and I received a formal appology from them. But I checked with few friends in Chandragiri and understand that the HPCL dealer fuel filling station is in the same way and still there is no water and hardly no action has been taken.

                              How can I proceed further. I am planning to file a complain on the ISO certification authority to revoke the filling station ISO certificate for the poor service and non complaince of the ISO procedure. Am I correct? Please advice me.

                              I can understand your pain. All the places in Tirupati are like that. Tirupati devastanam should really looking in to this issue seriously. Tirupati devastanam earns lot of money from Balaji and stay unfocussed on the development of Tirupati.

                                Dear SIr/Madam.

                                Im suresh from chennai im using icici bank debit card where i can swipe for HP Petrol..on 09-oct-2009 eveing around 7:55pm i reached the bunk near koyembadu signal in chennai ..there is a bunk along wth icici bank ATM...eveing though i can use the card in HP Bunk..i try to use cash but the ATM was out of service...k i came to the pumping area for putting petrol in my bike.I putted for 100 Rs..i gave my debit card for swiping..i card not been swiped...they insulted me by teling i dont have cash in my account..has on 09-oct-2009 i was having..RS 4900 Aprox...i dint care abt that..after that he said im having other machine i will swipe through that..they said we have to put service charge some percentage i said k..u put,,once again in that machine that card not swiped...nearly i wasted my valuble 45 minuts of time...i was to be there around 8:30 pm to meet my brother in kodambakkam..i was unable to the same time...after that i said send any person along with me and i will give the cash.. he said he cant send i said..i agree to will give my RC BOOK(Registration copy ) of my bike my college id and 2 sim card has a proof which been in my own house..after that given my money i will take my belongings....they said...that they want my (MOBILE ONLY) which cost Rs.8000..has a proof to give money..wat this bull ..after a long fight i given these proofs and gone there @ around 9:30 after that i came to home by 10:45 pm..because them only my mobile is full of water which cost 8000..has been spoiled by dipped into the water stagnet there


                                so please dont take has a mail please take a sevior action on this person and i want some money...from them who wasted my time and insulted me

                                    Its really painful to make a complaint that Devidayal agency has failed to live up to the expectation of consumer from HPCL. This agency is now fully involved in selling cylinders on road to illegal uses of cars who should have commercial cylinder. the staff at this agency is making false promises to me for past one year and delibrately the gas is delivered after 10-15 days of booking with sily excuse of nonavailabilty of somebody at home whereas my house is never locked due presence of full time maid & my mother in law.this situation is continuing for a period of one year and my booking & delivery records may be checked.there are a lot of customers who thinks the same way but keeps the mum as HPCL do not have any customer care for such complaints. In my view the officers at HPCL has some nexus with this agency otherwise their franchise should have been cancelled a long back. It is requested that an immediate action shall be taken or i shall raise the matter to the highest authorities.
                                    Dear Sir,

                                    The Muruli enterprises, Marathalli Bangalore is providing the worst services to HP Customers. Its been 45 days since I booked for a cylinder and they have not yet delivered it. I called them more than 10 times in last 10 days and they always give silly reasons or say that it will be delivered tomorrow. But that tomorrow never came.

                                    I kindly request the concerned person to please look into it and guide them strictly that deliver the cylinder as soon as possible.

                                      My consumer HP gas consumer no is 585448.
                                      I have received refilled cylinder on 4th October 2009 and we found that there is gas leakage from that cylinder.I have been complaining constantly and asking to replace the cylinder but till now nothing has been done to replace the leakage the cylinder.Although their technician came to attend the complaint but he is not ready to listen our concern.Although it is a very seious issue but they are not worried about it.
