Its really painful to make a complaint that Soundarya agency; magadi road,A.D.Halli;Bangalore-79 has failed to live up to the expectation of consumer from HP Gas. The staff at this agency are very rude and keep ;making false confirmations.
I booked gas for home delivery after 1 month from the previous delivery but even after a month and a week they failed to deliver the GAS. Whenever...

Compelling to buy gas stoves for new connection

Dear Ma'am/ Sir,

There is one authorised dealer for HP cooking gas service provider. we want to buy a new gas connection and the dealer is complelling to buy the gas stove (Chulla) from him. further the stove is of such low grade material and is very expensive i.e. its not worth the price what is quoted by him.

Kindly throw some light how to go about it and what course of action can be taken.

Delay in booking & Delivery

Its really painful to make a complaint that Devidayal agency has failed to live up to the expectation of consumer from HPCL. This agency is now fully involved in selling cylinders on road to illegal uses of cars who should have commercial cylinder. the staff at this agency is making false promises to me for past one year and delibrately the gas is delivered after 10-15 days of booking with sily excuse of nonavailabilty of somebody at home...

Booking and Delivery Problem

My Consumer Number is 631666. I have booked gas cylinder in 3rd week of september 2009. I did not get my order number and no information regarding the delivery of the cylinder. Poor / Non delivery

Sir, I am a veterinary doctor posted in Hazaribag , Jharkhand. I have a new LPG connection. Agency told that I could not get double cylinder connection in near future. I use to book my cylinder on time, but Dixit Agency telling me lie that cylinder will reach your home. When I try to talk on phone they put phone aside.
Here in Hazaribag HP LPG gas sold in open market (after taking out about 5 kg.) in 350 to 400 rs.

Gas Cylinder is leakilng

When replacing the old cylinder with the new one, gas is leaking with sound and pressure. Immediately, when called the mobile No.[protected] as given overleaf the Bill copy, it is stated as

New Gas Connection

I live in Gajularamaram, I went to HP Gas Agency for a new connection but they said they stopped giving new connections. When I asked for the reason they denied to answer to my question. Moreover the staff is not ready to reveal the proper reason as if they have been told not to tell anyone.
The communication of the staff is pathetic and the customer service level very low standard. FYI, its a brand new Office.

violation of rule of "Not to give petrol in BOTTLES"

There is a rule for all petrol pumps which clearly says that don't give petrol in bottles or can , but i still saw the manager of Hindustan Petrolium pump violated the rule by giving the petrol in bottle, when i asked why he gave the petrol to that lady , then he told me that she is a lady and is a relative to an army officer and also added that its being his right to give the petrol to that lasy as he is the owner of the petrol pump.br...

I filled my Honda Activa with petrol from HP pump in Marathahalli mainroad on 14 September. I fill from the same place every week. As usual, I asked the person (he was not uniformed) to fill full tank. It was full at Rs 175 itself. I asked him to stop. He didn't pay attention and continued to fill.
