Delay In DBC

Dear Sir,
As I am having LPG connection of HPCL consumer No. 519132 and I have contacted many times to Gas Agency(Shashi Gas Agency Laxmi Mandir Jaipur,Rajasthan) and HPCL office for DBC but no proper response is given.
As HPCL website I booked online for DBC on July 28,2009 and I was given Internet Request No 57689 but in status Its showing PENDING....

Club HP points for purchases not given

I am a resident of Gurgaon, Haryana. Some petrol pumps in this city though they display the Club HP boards but they are not able to give points against purchases on the Club HP membership cards.
The excuse is that the machine is not working or not available.
I do not know to which e-mail id of Hindustan Petroleum I should send the e-mail giving the details of my experience...

Non delivery of gas

Hi
i have booked my Gas on 29th of august , but i dint get that till 11th sep. whenever i called to my distributer, , no one is picking phone. i have tried phon from last 7 days , one either phone is busy or no one is picking the phone. I m really frustreted due to this behavior. Please help me....

KAMAL GAS - DISTRIBUTION CODE 961070- SINGLE PUR SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI- for Hp gas is the worst of all that I have ever taken services of. The incharge never keeps the phone free. It is very difficult to contact that agency and book the cylinder there. Every time we try to book our cylinder we face the problem repeatedly. The response of the operatives is also bad

no home delivery since last 1 year

My consumer number is 604025 and my dealer is "Maa Vaishno Gas Service". Last year service of gas agency terminated without any information to the consumer. Since then no permanent arrangement for home delivery has been made. Consumer of aboe gas agency is facing hardship in getting gas as they have to go personally to collect the gas. Leakge in LPG Cylinder (House Hold)

In this one year 3 time i get leacked cyclender from H.P. Gas dealer .After complaint they checked the valve & found small rubber ring not inserted in valve. Every time I get cyclender in sealed condition so there is no chance to this is happen in transit or delar end. Arrogant Employees

Hi,

I visited the HP petrol bunk, Prabhu Service Station, Near Mini Tank Bund, Safilguda, Secunderabd on August 22, 2009, around 10:30, the filling pump which is supposed to be used by guys who has to fill petrol oil. The employee there was hastily starting to fill petrol even before I opened the cap of my vehicles petrol tank, couple of drops of petrol literally fell on my hand.

He and the cashiers abused...

Hp Forcing to buy whole package for a Gas connection in Kharghar

hi the HP gas ageny in kharghar is forcing us to buy gas stove (even lighter) with new connection of gas, on informing them that we already have the required cooktop @ our home they are refusing the connection . it gets very irritating when you are not forced to buy someting which is of no use...PLS TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THIS ....

force to buy supplement things like sugar, tea, gas stove etc.

dear sir,

i apply for the new connection for hp gas at malviya nagar, but the staff force me to purchase the package worth of 4170rs. which contain sugar, tea, gas stove, apron gas lighter etc.
When i told them i just require cylinder and the compulosry accessories than they refused this and say we will look after in this matter....

Connection not releasing

New Gas connection (Regtn. No.590) has been sanctioned in my name.

I have recently shifted from Khagariya (Bihar) to Raipur permanently with my son and little daughter and presently leaving with my father Shri Ramchnadra Mehta in his owned house - Plot No. 9, Harshit Tower complex, Hirapur Road, tatibandh, Raipur.

Now i am required to establish my separate household, but my son's present earning is not enough...

THERE IS A LEAKAGE IN THE GAS CYLINDER IN OUR HOUSE. I THINK IT IS BECAUSE OF THE DEFECTIVE REGULATOR. WE COMPLAINED THIS TO OUR LOCAL HP DEALER ARUNODAYA AGENCIES, PUMPWELL, MANGALORE ON 29-07-09 AND REQUESTED THEM TO SET RIGHT THE DEFECT. UNFORTUNATELY, INSPITE OF THIS BIENG AN EMERGENCY THE SAID DEALER HAS NOT BOTHERED TO VISIT OUR PLACE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY MISHAP THE COMPANY WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME....
