Lazy Gas distributors
Dear Sir,

I'm Joel from Thokkottu, For us Avinash enterprises,Ullal distributing HP Gas cylinders.There are 3 telephone lines are at present,But when we calling there always all 3 lines are busy.And sometime phone is ringing .But no one is lifting the call.Please take action on this regard..I hope you will do so.

    Its really painful to make a complaint that Devidayal agency has failed to live up to the expectation of consumer from HPCL. This agency is now fully involved in selling cylinders on road to illegal uses of cars who should have commercial cylinder. the staff at this agency is making false promises to me for past one year and delibrately the gas is delivered after 10-15 days of booking with sily excuse of nonavailabilty of somebody at home whereas my house is never locked due presence of full time maid & my mother in law.this situation is continuing for a period of one year and my booking & delivery records may be checked.there are a lot of customers who thinks the same way but keeps the mum as HPCL do not have any customer care for such complaints. In my view the officers at HPCL has some nexus with this agency otherwise their franchise should have been cancelled a long back. It is requested that an immediate action shall be taken or i shall raise the matter to the highest authorities.
    Dear Sir,

    The Muruli enterprises, Marathalli Bangalore is providing the worst services to HP Customers. Its been 45 days since I booked for a cylinder and they have not yet delivered it. I called them more than 10 times in last 10 days and they always give silly reasons or say that it will be delivered tomorrow. But that tomorrow never came.

    I kindly request the concerned person to please look into it and guide them strictly that deliver the cylinder as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir,

      My consumer HP gas consumer no is 585448.
      I have received refilled cylinder on 4th October 2009 and we found that there is gas leakage from that cylinder.I have been complaining constantly and asking to replace the cylinder but till now nothing has been done to replace the leakage the cylinder.Although their technician came to attend the complaint but he is not ready to listen our concern.Although it is a very seious issue but they are not worried about it.

      I request you to look into the matter and help me to resolve this problem.

        We have applied for additional cylinder since 2007 but till now we have'nt received it.Currently we have only 1 cylinder and once it is finished it is taking 2-3 weeks time to get the filled cylinder.Its being too difficult for my mother to cook at home during this time.

        This is the complaint against Devi gas agency, Poreeckl, Karuvelil, Po, Pavitreswaram Kollam - Authoriesed LPG Distributores & Dealers of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) .I applied for a gas connection last week.but they are compelling me to buy gas stove from their shop.I already have stove, i dont need another stove.so i request you to solve this problem and save consumers from this agent.

        HP Gas Ltd. — Not receiving of HP Gas cylinder

        Sir/Madam,

        I booked gas for home delivery on 04 feb 2012 but till today 02.03.2012 not deliver. Whenever I make phone coll 2 their representative she says tomorrow must be delivered . I am facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening in every month with Gas, Chirayu Services, Shree OM Apartment, F.No. 5, Vijaynagar, link road, Kolshewadi, Kalyan (East), Thane

          My Consumer Number is 631666. I have booked gas cylinder in 3rd week of september 2009. I did not get my order number and no information regarding the delivery of the cylinder. We have given special instructions that the delivery should be on Saturday afternoon or after 6pm on weekdays. There are so many phone numbers of this agency ( Soham Gas , Thane). However, everytime we make a call on any of these numbers it is either engage or not answered or the staff gives us false assurances that we will get the delivery in sometime.

          Sometimes we are told that the delivery is already made when we were not at home. How are we supposed to know this?And what is the use of special instructions?

          If the office is open on Sundays we expect the delivery of gas cylinder on Sunday.

          The problem of booking and delivery is consistent. I request you to take heed of this Very Bad Customer Service.

            Sir, I am a veterinary doctor posted in Hazaribag , Jharkhand. I have a new LPG connection. Agency told that I could not get double cylinder connection in near future. I use to book my cylinder on time, but Dixit Agency telling me lie that cylinder will reach your home. When I try to talk on phone they put phone aside.
            Here in Hazaribag HP LPG gas sold in open market (after taking out about 5 kg.) in 350 to 400 rs.

            LPG — LPG Delivery is poor

            I am custemor of your bharat gas agency dhuri road sangrur .My copy no. 4132 c/o Chhaju Singh, Ram Basti, Steet No. 8A, Sangrur. I book my Cylinder dt. on 22/01/09 but till date not deliver cylinder to me.
            Today I visit Gas agency office. But Their Staff not say satisfied answering to me.Her behave very roudly.I am not satisfied against service. Please action on my complaint. Thanks

              I am registering this complaint on behalf of Mr. Prahalad Kapde.

              My Service provider causes unnecessary delay in delivering my cylinder. They take 7-10 days of time to deliver after booking! This happens every-time on every refill. What should be the normal delivery time after booking?

              Please respond as soon as possible as we don't have gas at home else we will seek further help in consumer court.

              I am waiting for 2 days for response from HP gas authorities.

                When replacing the old cylinder with the new one, gas is leaking with sound and pressure. Immediately, when called the mobile No.[protected] as given overleaf the Bill copy, it is stated as

                  I live in Gajularamaram, I went to HP Gas Agency for a new connection but they said they stopped giving new connections. When I asked for the reason they denied to answer to my question. Moreover the staff is not ready to reveal the proper reason as if they have been told not to tell anyone.
                  The communication of the staff is pathetic and the customer service level very low standard. FYI, its a brand new Office.

                    There is a rule for all petrol pumps which clearly says that don't give petrol in bottles or can , but i still saw the manager of Hindustan Petrolium pump violated the rule by giving the petrol in bottle, when i asked why he gave the petrol to that lady , then he told me that she is a lady and is a relative to an army officer and also added that its being his right to give the petrol to that lasy as he is the owner of the petrol pump.

                    please tell me is that right.

                    and if not then how can i teach him a lesson that rules are rules for each and every one, doesn't matter the sex and status.

                      Hi,

                      I filled my Honda Activa with petrol from HP pump in Marathahalli mainroad on 14 September. I fill from the same place every week. As usual, I asked the person (he was not uniformed) to fill full tank. It was full at Rs 175 itself. I asked him to stop. He didn't pay attention and continued to fill. Petrol was overflowing from my scooter and he continued to fill till I manually stopped him at Rs. 195. He had to be blind not to see petrol overflowing for such a long time. Even other customers shouted. When I complanined to another person at the pump, he didn' even pay attention. I will never again fill from there again and will switch to another provider even if it is more expensive. Is there anything I can do to get justice?

                        My HP gas consumer no. is 623369. I have booked gas cylinder before 1 month to Buldana gas service, Suvarna nagar, buldana PIN 443001, He always not giving home delivery. He also always collects the gas payment and gas cylinder also. and do not give gas cylender on the same day. He calls us on the godown to take gas cylinder. We have to visit 3 or 4 times to godown. At this time we have paid gas amount on[protected] and he also collected empty gas cylinder on[protected] still he is not giving home delivery, I am a servise holder and therefore I could not go to the godown oftenly to take gas cylinder. Please look into the matter and arrange to give home gas delivery without delay.

                          I have Suzuki Access motorbike. I have purchased Petrol from below mentioned retail outlet in Pune on September 14, 2009.
                          Chaturshringi Service Station, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune 411 016. VAT TIN No. [protected].

                          The bill no. is 031034 dated September 14, 2009.

                          My motrbike's fuel tank was totally empty and I had asked the salesman of the outlet to fill up the tank completely. As per the pump reading he has filled 7.412 litres of petrol in the bike. The same has been mentioned on the above bill. I have made the payment through my credit card for the same of Rs.360.

                          To my knowledge, the fuel capacity of the petrol tank of my bike is 6.40 litres. To confirm the same I had visited the Suzuki Showroom. The showroom people have confirmed that the capacity of the fuel tank of Suzuki Access is only 6.40 litres and if it is totally empty it can not exceed 6.50 litres. The showroom people are ready to certify the same.

                          Now, my question is if the tank capacity is 6.40 litres then how can the pump meter reading was 7.412 litres. It means there is fault in the petrol pump meter of this outlet.

                          I request you to please look in to the matter and please guide me on further action to be taken.

                          Further, I need compensation for the excess billing made by the outlet. Please guide on how to claim the same.

                            Non-replacement of stolen gas cylinder even after submitting the police report and documents regarding the theft

                            My Customer No.is 610334 and I was having two domestic gas cylinders of HP Gas. I was supplied by distributor M/s. SUPER GAS SERVICE,Poonthi road ,Trivandrum-11 with Dealer code 96424-0. On 06.01.09 my empty Gas cylinder was stolen from the carshed of my house. The same was reported to Police Station closeby at Medical College P.O.on 06.01.09 itself. On 28.01.09 S.I of Police issued a certificate that enquiry was conducted but no clue...

                            As I am having LPG connection of HPCL consumer No. 519132 and I have contacted many times to Gas Agency(Shashi Gas Agency Laxmi Mandir Jaipur,Rajasthan) and HPCL office for DBC but no proper response is given.
                            As HPCL website I booked online for DBC on July 28,2009 and I was given Internet Request No 57689 but in status Its showing PENDING.

                              I am a resident of Gurgaon, Haryana. Some petrol pumps in this city though they display the Club HP boards but they are not able to give points against purchases on the Club HP membership cards.
                              The excuse is that the machine is not working or not available.
                              I do not know to which e-mail id of Hindustan Petroleum I should send the e-mail giving the details of my experience

                                i have booked my Gas on 29th of august , but i dint get that till 11th sep. whenever i called to my distributer, , no one is picking phone. i have tried phon from last 7 days , one either phone is busy or no one is picking the phone. I m really frustreted due to this behavior. Please help me.

                                  KAMAL GAS - DISTRIBUTION CODE 961070- SINGLE PUR SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI- for Hp gas is the worst of all that I have ever taken services of. The incharge never keeps the phone free. It is very difficult to contact that agency and book the cylinder there. Every time we try to book our cylinder we face the problem repeatedly. The response of the operatives is also bad
                                  The fat Manager as well as the lady operative are so rude and abusing in their responses that I feel like teaching them some customer service. Is there any way that we can teach them a lesson?

                                    There is none to receive telephone call or auto telephone system is accessable for booking cylinder for refilling or there is no online system to book cylinder. What the consumer do in this position, my consomer number 606084 attached to gas dealer Mohanty enterprise of Dhakhindari area of West Bengal.

                                    HP Gas — Unable to register for refill

                                    Sir,
                                    I am a HP Gas consumer (present consumer # 705303 and earlier # 605303) with M/s. Karthik Agencies, Bangalore. I have this connection since 17/5/1997. Since 3 to 4 months, whenever I book for refill cylinder, I was informed by Karthik Agencies that they are unable to register for refill in the computer, although my name, address and consumer number is displayed in the computer. They say it is due to problem in the Bangalore Head Office computer. As suggested by them, I had given a written complaint a month back, which had been forwarded to their H.O. Although, I could get the refill promptly (without bill), after some days, my name should not disappear from the computer for not getting the refill regularly. Inspite of reminding thrice, things could not be set right. Kindly look into and arrange to rectify the problem. Thanking You.

                                      This is in regard of
                                      SUGAM ENTERPRISES,
                                      LPG DISTRIBUTORS
                                      No 120/1, Konankunte Post,
                                      Kanakpura Main Road,
                                      Bangalore- 560 062.

                                      I have booked for new connection, and i already have a stove. He charged Rs:125*3= 375, for some documentation. When i questioned and told him its only Rs 25 as per HP website, he agreed and forced me to purchase Stove.
                                      As per the rules if already i have stove, then Rs:150 would be charged for inspection and its not required to purchase stove. But when i told this he refused to give connection. Also he charged Rs 1851 for stove where as on the dealer board it displayed only Rs.1500. Their are only complaints but no action taken regarding these people. Please let me know where should i follow up.

                                      Following are the charges as per HP.

                                      Fixed Cost: Refundable Deposit for Two Cylinders @ Rs. 1250/- each = Rs. 2,500/-
                                      Refundable Deposit for One Regulator @ Rs. 150/- = Rs. 150/-
                                      Cost of Domestic Gas consumer card = Rs. 25/-
                                      Cost of Two Refills - Present price according to your area as applicable.
                                      Cost of hotplate/stove and Suraksha Hose (rubber tube) will be extra.

                                      Following additional charges are applicable towards Installation/Inspection charges:

                                      * Installation charges for new connection = Rs. 25/-
                                      * Inspection of Hot Plate at the time of release of New connection at customer premises = Rs. 150/-
