[Resolved]  Hp — Promotional gift not received

My brother purchased a HP laptop in Kolkata on 12th October 2010. Upon purchasing the laptop he got a promotional offer of INR 2000 which could be redeemed.

For the same he did the registration (registration code[protected] and sent through email the scanned copy of the invoice along with the product details like serial no.

The email is [protected]@solutions-intg.com in which my brother sent all the informations.
After following the processes nothing has happened and my brother has got no information whether he would actually received any gift.
I myself called the HP customare no. [protected]. The call centre directed me and informed to talk to HP redemption centre at Chandigarh. I spoke with them at [protected] and they in turn provided another phone no. of HP redemption centre in Delhi.[protected].
I tried to call the Delhi no. but no one picked up the call.

I am really in doubt whether my brother would get the promotional gift from HP.
