    the system has developed some problem. it keeps typing number '5' automatically. to stop this i have to type 5. this problem arises too often and hinders my usual work. this happens whene5ver cursor is placed in a typing space. once it is stopped, it re occurs any time after that. u may have noticed the word whenever on the second 55l5i55n55e5555555. 55555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555... see now u can see... i pressed the number 5 and so it stopped automatic typing...

He gave me a local charger and say this is a original charger and its cost Rs. 1400/-. I pay Rs.1400/- . This is a super Local charger. and it is not working properly. When I called HP costumer care and told the serial No. then this not our product. Please contact this shopkeeper and chek his product He is much fraud shopkeeper.           DEAR SIR, MY SELF LOGGED A SERVICE CALL (UNDER CASE ID 3179333) THROUGH TELEPHONE , IN RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE CALL YOUR SERVICE PERSON HAS VISITED MY PLACE AND OPEN PRINTER CHECKED AND TOLD ME THERE IS A LOCK WHICH IS BROKEN , I WILL GIVE YOU INFORMATION AFTER SOME TIME THAT YOUR PRINTER WILL ACCEPT IN WARRANTY OR NOT , AFTER AN HOUR THROUGH TELEPHONE HE INFORMED ME THAT YOUR WARRANTY WILL NOT ACCEPT . NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY IT IS NOT ACCEPT UNDER WARRANTY IT IS A NEW ONE PRINTER PURCHASED ON AUGUST 2010 , AND IT IS COVERED FOR ONE YEAR WARRANTY. THE ACTUAL CASE IS THAT MY SELF HAVING TWO PRINTER ONE WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICING (FOR SAME PROBLEM WHICH IS OCCUR PRESENTLY )ONE MONTH BEFORE FOR THAT PARTICULAR CASE HE HAS CHARGED ME RS. 300/- AND MY SELF HAS COMPLAINED AGAINST THE SAME SERVICE POINT .             I purchased HP laptop charger from PHOENIX SYSTEMS, Essel Towers, Bunts Hostel, Mangalore, Tel: 3000034/2444867. They gave me the charger by telling its original but when I used it i faced some problems then i contact HP service center, i found it was duplicate. I went back to them but they did not showed any support.

            Please take strict action so that in future nobody else gets cheated by them.

              Sir i have purchased a notebook of hp from a dealer of my city sultanpur. I have bought that by seeing an advertisement in newspaper he given me the notebook more than written in advertisement. And in that it was written that it has been loaded with windows 7 but dealer gave me windows xp. And some keys of notebook are not working he is not giving any heed . It is also having a warranty of 1 year

                I have purchase a HP Laptop DV6-3050TX. There was a Overheating Problem in my Laptop.
                I have submited my Laptop in Hp Service Center on 13 Oct 2010. Service center say me one part of my Laptop will changed.Part No is - SP S Thermal Module DIS 45W. Today 22Oct 2010 I talk to Mr. Ajay in Hp Service Center he told me Part is not reach.After 9 days part did not come.This is so many time.
                So plz Help me as soon as possible.

                I have very bad experience from HP Service.

                    I have HP Pavilion dv2601tx Special Edition Entertainment Notebook PC.The situation in my city (LUCKNOW) is getting worse. My laptop is under HP care, it had few minor issues (like heating, abrupt shutdown etc.) and when i submitted my laptop on 7th oct, 2010 i was promised i will get my laptop back after 3 days. From 7th oct, 2010 I received no phone calls from HP, and from 4th oct, 2010 i was actually harassed by your HP India (lucknow service center) department. I was called many times on the promise that they will give back the laptop and every time i went i was told that go back and come again on another day. Finally when i threatened to lodge police complain i was given my laptop back but i believe my laptop is still not repaired. I WANT TO KNOW - HAS HP INDIA DEGRADED ITSELF TO SUCH PATHETIC STATE? DO CUSTOMERS HAVE TO LODGE POLICE COMPLAINTS TO GET THEIR LAPTOPS BACK? HARASSMENT AND FRAUD ARE THE WORDS THAT COME IN MY MIND NOW WHEN I THINK ABOUT HP INDIA. Seriously i will never buy anything from HP again, and i wont let any other person, in my knowledge, buy anything from HP. My extended warranty money has been wasted, and HP India wont survive long if this kind of frauds keep taking place.

                      Dear Sir,

                      We have purchased a HP laptop (model no HP6530s, product serial no.CNU9126VM4) on 31/3/2009 supplied through AARKAYS MACHINES (226/227, Majestic Shopping Centre, J.S.S Road, Girgoan, Mumbai-400004).
                      The above machine developed defects within few days of supply. The laptop was given for repair at HP service centre in Dadar (Simtech Computronics (P) Ltd. Apple Plaza, Gala no.10/11, Gr Floor, Behind Kohinoor Tech Inst. S.B.Marg ,Nr. Phool Market Dadar (W)Mumbai-400028) on 23/01/2010. The laptop had issues with the DVD R/W, touch pad and a defective motherboard. The entire motherboard was replaced.
                      When we verified the serial number of the laptop parts the serial of the mother-board mismatched that is when we found out it was replaced.

                      Even then the issue wasn’t resolved the motherboard still had issues we were given the laptop back and were asked to re-submit the laptop again upon receiving of ordered motherboard. We submitted it for repair again on 19/02/2010 and the motherboard was replaced again.
                      The concerning point is that the motherboard was replaced twice and the replaced motherboard doesn’t have the serial number on it, so not sure of whether it’s an original replacement or not. The service call report mentions – serial number not found.

                      The problem was solved for some time, but again the laptop started giving trouble within a few days as follows:
                      1. Horizontal lines on the top and bottom of the screen and display flickering issue.
                      2. It took a lot of time to start up (approximately 15 minutes).

                      The laptop was once again given to Dadar centre for repair on 09/10/2010. Now, they have replaced the screen of the laptop completely and resolved the issue of hard disk due to which laptop was taking lot of time to start (system gives error -read failure error).

                      With the replacement of the Motherboard (twice), Laptop Screen, DVD R/W and repair of hard disk, we doubt whether the laptop is original or refurbished or it is a duplicate one. This is being brought to your notice to analyze the whole issue, does HP always has such reliable products for the customers? There seems to be no guarantee of the laptop to work properly after this replacement. We want a replacement of the laptop as it is under warranty period.

                      A line in reply in this connection shall be highly appreciated.

                        Undersigned have purchased a HP Pro Book 4320S (13.3”) in July 2010 at a cost of Rs. 52,450.00 from M/s Stretegic Marketing, Dehradun, the authorized Service partner of HP in Dehradun. Despite of several requests, the above supplier not only refused the following but his behaviour is also not customer friendly-

                        1. The size of carry case supplied with the note book is very large in comparison to the size of the note book (13.3”) and unable to hold the notebook safely. It is understood that the smaller note book has been purchased for specific purposes and reasons and the appropriate size of carry case should be provided. The above supplier has refused to supply the appropriate carry case saying that HP does not provide such carry cases while HP itself supply carrycase model no. AT892AA for 14” notebook.
                        2. The note book has been purchased with 3-Yr. extended warrantee but no supporting document has been provided of this intent neither this warrantee is available on HP website.
                        3. The OS installed in the notebook is not working in a proper way. The problem has been intimated to the vendor several times but there is no response from his end till date.

                          My HP laptop had a warranty period of 1 yr when I bought it and I was told that its warranty can be extended to 3 years. Now I found out that I cannot extend my warranty. Moreover, just after my 1 yr warranty expired, my graphics driver stopped working. Even my laptop's LAN port, ear phone jack, battery and hard disk have stopped working.

                          I don't understand how so many things can go wrong at the same time. I'm not the only one such case in my college hostel. Actually the graphics driver for 3 of my friends has stopped working and 2 had some problem in their motherboard. Its really surprising to see the low quality hardware provided by HP. I have no idea how to get my laptop repaired or should I buy a new one.

                          It would be very thankful if HP could help to get my laptop repaired at lower price considering my problem.

                            hello,i m a student of daviet coledge jalandhar persuing my b.etch from there.i've bought laptop of hp company in 2007.as at that time they had came to our coldge as a dealer so we prefer to buy it from our colledge.they were providing us four year warrenty at that time and it was bennificial so we prefer to buy.bt their servcies are very poor.niether they gave us bill till 3rd year of my degree nor they have given us any warrentty card.whenever we ask them for warrenty card and bill they always said next time mam.right now they have given me bill bt warrenty card is in their hand.my laptops hinges has broken from last one year but they are not repaining it as my warrenty period is still going on but they are asking for money.earlier also my hinges was broken at that time i paid 4000rs to them but of that 4000rs they didnt given me any bill and hinges were also duplicate,from colledge so many of students bought the laptops and all are suffering from same problem..many of students still dont have their bill.whenever i talked to them they just say we cant help me.i am totallly fed up with them now

                                i have purchased my hp laptop 5 months ago but after sometime it has started hanging & hence i have given the same to hp service center to solve the issue. But they have clearly denied that no issue is there and all that. I have traveled from bhavnagar to ahmedabad 3 or 4 times then my problem get solved but they people created new issue.
                                They have installed windows 7 home premium instead my original windows 7 which i have given them to recover through cd. Thereafter my laptop stops working. I have ordered recovery disk from hp banglore & tried to recover but i can't start my system.
                                Please guide me.

                                  i had bought hp officejet printer on 23-sep-2010, and now the printer is not working as well as it occurs problem in scanning and everytime softwares gets corrupted and its getting operated its show no scan optionrefer to device documentation to troubleshoot...
                                  plz solve my problem and replace my printer.

                                  i had bought officejet printer 4500 on 21-october-2010, and now the printer is not working as well as it occurs problem in scanning and my whole paper is jam ...and i even cant print any paperwork... bec everytime scan paper was jaam...so ...plz solve my problem and replace my printer.

                                    It was 3 years since i bought my laptop from hp . I worked fine for 1 year from then and suddenly after an year my battery stopped working , i came to know that hp is doing this wantedly for their business
                                    I called them for almost a hundred times ..and i am vexed doing this all since 1 year . They dont respond properly , they dont have valid contact numbers , they say that they have a world wide warrenty , but nothing of that sort is there ..and the worst part is that the laptop becomes so hot that we can even toast a bread on it ......This is my suggesion to my friend who wants to buy a new laptop or pc " NEVER BUY HP ONES"

                                    i bought one laptop 6 months back, i lost my driver CD and OS recovery cd, i was not geting service support then i visited S.P. Road, i got very goos service and they did it .

                                        I purchased a HP Compaq Presario with a 18.5 TFT monitor on 14th April 2009 with a 3 year warranty from Geonet India Pvt Ltd Mumbai.

                                        My monitor stopped functioning on 7th August 2010 and I logged a complaint with HP call centre on 8th august 2010. My complaint number is CA0983372.

                                        I am sorry to inform you that till today even after 2 months it is not repaired. I have lost count of the calls made to the call centre and the assurances given by the floor managers. I am surprised that a multi national company like HP has such irresponsible staff and has no system to monitor long pending cases.

                                        Once I got a call from the service centre at Mumbai to inquire if I had a carton to pack the monitor as the monitor would be picked up by a courier and delivered to the service centre for repairs. When I said that I did not have a carton I was informed by the service centre that the delay was because of the non availability of carton to pack the monitor. As a HP customer am I supposed to keep the cartons till the warrant is over in order to get prompt service?

                                        On 2nd Oct 2010 an old monitor without stand/connectors was sent by courier with instructions to the delivery boy to connect the same and bring back the faulty monitor. This monitor was sent on Saturday night and the confused delivery boy could not contact your service centre to seek instructions on the course of action as the stand/connectors were not provided. I asked the courier boy to take back this old monitor as I was not informed whether the old monitor was sent as a temporary arrangement till my faulty monitor was repaired or this was a permanent replacement. I could not contact your service centre for clarification as it was closed.

                                        I have not used my desktop for more than 2 months now and I don’t see it being used for a few more months. If by gods grace the monitor is repaired after a few months then I am worried that the CPU may fail due to non usage for a long time and this again may lead to another battle with HP. My 3 year warranty would expire in this long battle. God save me from HP.
