I had purchased a Deskjet 2050 HP printer on 17th Jan 2011 around 1:30 pm. When i brought the item at home & removes the tape. the Input tray that is on top on the printer was broken. There was a crack on the on the corner of the input tray. Within an hour around 2:30 i called the dealer to replace the tray but they refused and ask me to talk HP customer service....
