I have purchased one laptop model no-HP G62-361TX S/N-CNFO3284F on Dt.15.10.2010 from Gayatree Computer & Service in the name of my doughter Bhabhabi Bindia. At the time of purchase the company offer was Addidas Accesories / Titan watch worth Rs.2,000/.The above laptop seller was told me that the compny will inform you after you registered your name & address through mail. I have also registered it & the Registration No-2163372.Till date I have not yet received any gift coupon.I do not understand whether the seller take such gift or company has cheated me.

I therefore request you kindly take action at the earliest by which I shall be highly oblige.

HP/notebook laptop — redemption of gift voucher worth Rs.2000/-

Sir,
I have purchase notbook laptopon 4Nov10 fromUPTECH,Lucknow.Sl. no.CND02526ZY.I have send all the required document to redem my gift on 8Nov10. I received an e-mail from [protected]@solutions.com. SMS on 24Nov10 from Red cell that gift is dispatch to me on 17Nov10 by Blue Dart corriour AWB No. [protected].till I didnot received the gift.

Kindly do the needfull.If it is undeliver to you.

    sometimes Plotting not done properly, it may occured occasionally or regularly at a strech. Half done properly but balace have not plotted, blanck page are came from the plotter.

      My self Subhadeep Debnath. I have bought a HP Pavilion dv6 3123tx notebook on 14th January'2011 from
      1st infotech, Swasti Market, H. G. B Road, Agartala . Since begining I was experiencing some problems with my notebook which i have informed to my purchase point but they have told me to contact with HP customer care. Accordingly, I have contacted with HP customer care namely S. M. infotech, Melarmath, Old Kalibari Lane, Agartala. I have showed my problems to them. I have told them to replace my whole unit as it has multiple issues. But they told me that they didnot find any problem and replaced only a part. But still I am having same problems with my notebook. I have told them to replace the whole unit. But they have told that they can't. I want unit replacement.

      This happens with hp. I am going to file a complaint by tomorrow. They have said that the part will be replaced but after replacing I found it to be more damaged.

        I have bought this laptop 4 months back (model no-dv6 2043tx) product no-W2500 PA#A05 and serial number-CNF018213 HS) i have been running around with the lapto to your service centres fromd last month and the only reply i m getting is i cant help... what the hell is happening? is this how you treat your customers? is this how you value them and treat them after buying your products...? my windows is corrupted and all i am asking of you guys to come around and give my laptop in the factory configurations. please help me out as i cannot access my laptop... and windows was corrupted from the day i bought it because only 1 piece(which was being showcased) was left out and i got it whose windows was corrupted.. please help me out and solve my issues.

          Defective Cartridge Replacement

On installation, It was found defective as it was showing low ink even before printing 1st page.             I purchased hp laptop model HP Pavillion DV63007 TU SR.No.INA025033N from Staffi Cyber Magic, Shop No.29, Rajiv Gandhi Shopping Complex CHAMBA H.P. with Invoice No.2035 dated !0 Nov.2010 during Diwali Offer. I have submitted my details to hp computers and they gave me Unique Registration code 2261880 for this purchase. But I have not received any Diwali offer till date.

              SUBJECT: Complaint regarding non-replacement of HP-Pen Drive (8GB) after a span of more than two weeks

              I would like to bring to your notice the embarrassment/humiliation undergone for seeking replacement of HP Pen Drive at ‘Digital World’ store on 09.02.2011.

              I bought an 8GB HP Pendrive from Digital World dealer on 09.08.2010. The invoice no. is 3104, TIN Number: [protected]. The product stopped functioning after a period of about 5 months. Since the product was under 2-years warranty period, so I went to the ‘Digital World’ on 05.02.2011 to get replacement. The owner checked the product and asked me to come on Monday i.e. 07.02.2011.

              When I called the dealer - Digital World on Tuesday, anticipating that the product may not have come due to dilly-dallying which is often observed in India, the person received my call in a very unprofessional way and asked me in a very rude manner to come on Wednesday after 11AM. When I went to get the replacement on Wednesday along with the bill at 8PM in the evening, the Digital World owner told me that the service centre closes at 5 PM, so replacement can not be given. He asked me to come some other day, and gave me his cell number (written behind the invoice).

              When I enquired on Thursday 10.02.2011 at 0730PM on his cell no. [protected] about the replacement of my pendrive, again the dealer picked the phone in a very unprofessional way, spoke in a rude manner and asked me to confirm on Saturday i.e. 12.02.2011 and cancelled the call in an unprofessional way, without intimating me of the time. He had switched off the cell, when I made another call just to confirm the time to meet him on Saturday. Later after half a dozen no. of calls at the same no., the person who picked up my call said the intimation has not been received from the company, and asked me to confirm on Monday i.e. 14.02.2011.

              Today, 15.02.2011 I asked the dealer, if the replacement of hp Pendrive has arrived, to my utter dismay and indignation the dealer asked me to confirm again on Friday, 18.02.2011.

              This is to remind you that the dealer shows abject unprofessionalism with his customers and lacks good communication skills. I was shocked to observe such an appalling and callous attitude of this dealer towards his customers, which not only spoils his reputation but also tantamount to tarnishing a company's reputation.

              I urge you look into the matter and take appropriate action against the concerned dealer and demand adequate compensation for the sheer humiliation and embarrassment faced and undergone by the customer in the past few days.

                        Hi!

                        My Name is Santosh Kumar Vishwakarma from New Delhi, I bought 2 No. HP Compaq 420 Notebook on 18th December 2010 from PJ Networks (Rajauri Garden, New Delhi).

                        Notebook Serial No. - (S) CNU0215671 and Product No. - WT743PA#ACJ.

                        It was very first day when we opened the Box, there was Keypad problem in this Notebook, I was totally unable to operate this system. My dealer says that this is problem from HP side, you have to log a Complain in the Customer care. I did so and my Case ID was - [protected]. after 4 -5 days some engineer visited and replace the Keypad. (But this HP people don’t bothered to disclosed their DOA Process to replace this Notebook.)

                        Now after around 40 Days there is a problem in Audio. There is no any Audio coming form Notebook. Once again within very small time of purchase of this Product their is a problem in this product. I spoke to HP Customer care to solve the problem. My Case ID is - [protected], Now they are saying you will be charged for replacing the Speaker of this Notebook.

                        I described him about the Problem which I was facing from very first day of purchase this Notebook. Then he told me about the DOA process, and updated me that within 14 days of purchase the Product you can apply for DOA and now its more than 40 days, so we can not process for DAO now (what the hell thing is this to misguide there Customer, when I was eligible they don’t update me and now they are not processing for DOA.)

                        I will suggest to Indian Peoples don’t go for Compaq Products, as they are really very worst. I am using Toshiba Laptop since 2007 itself, there is no any problem, which I faced in this and there process are very fast and good.

                        It was very Worst experience using the HP Compaq Product, I will not refer any one to go for HP Compaq.

                        I am moving forward for Consumer Court to precede the Legal action. Let see what excuse HP show for denying the claim.

                          I bought hp compaq presario laptop on NOv 1 2010 from CROMA electronics, Above STAR bazaar ,Koramangala Bnagalore.. Since I was held up with my work I did not use use it until Jan 7 2011.When I switched on laptop it did not boot up and even if it boots it was getting hanged. So I immediately next day when I went to HP service station they said there is some issue and they need to find what it is. After 2 dyas when I call them they tell wrong mother board of laptop was placed and it has to be replaced.other than that no issue. As I am not aware of the laptop I said you can go ahead. After 15 -17 days when I call they said since it required lot of approval it took so long to replace it and it is now ready to take home. When I went there to collect my laptop, they say there is some issue with processor and it has to be replaced and they have registered as another case and I cannot take it home.They did not even inform me on this earlier.Finally I got my laptop home delivered on 2/2/2011. I was happy to collect it. When opened it I see that most of the devices like blutooth,camera and nothing is working . What I understood id I have put 34000 to buy scrap product. Please help me at earliest to get my laptop replaced.

                          Whom should I ask to replace. it .When I go to dealer they say it is not their issue. HP Service says it is not their issue and we cannot trust any of the electronics devices. You are the unlucky person to get that worst laptop .
                          Should I think that CROMA sells scrap product of the hp itself makes scrap.

                          Please help me .

                              I have opted for HP Care pack on 31/10/2009 which is valid till 2/11/2011.This care pack service included replacement of HP Adapter.I have invested Rs.6500 for this care pack but now replacement of adapter in removed from HP care pack.

                              I have issue related my HP adapter but now its not covered in this pack then what is the use of taking this pack, my problem is still not resolved regarding adapter.You keep on removing the items from pack without giving any prior information.If you remove items from this pack then what is my fault because when i opted for this pack replacement of adapter was included.

                              I will be obliged if you resolve my adapter related issue to the earliest. Hope you will understand my problem.

                                I bought my HP Pavilion Home PC a6450in in the summer of 2008.Included in the HP monitor w1907.A couple of weeks ago, my monitor's display went and I dutifully contacted HP's service center.They told me they would get it checked and they kept their word.Where they faltered and failed was in delivering the actual after sales service.Their service center is located in Okhla and goes under the name of Redington India Limited.The outsourced service center also handles the after sales service of other companies as well.Anyways they replaced my monitor's lcd panel,power board and conversion board multiple times,surprisingly failing to make it work each time.This went on for several weeks where I also found out that all parts are either repaired or refurbished.I have written to the MD of the company, Ms Neelam Dhawan and received no reply.I've also written to the Director and CEO(worldwide) but no one is interested one bit.The situation has completely deteriorated now and I am unable to do anything.I've told them that I may have to recourse to the legal system if they do not sort out this fiasco but their supervisor told haughtily told me to give it a try. The head of LCD division at Redington India, Ms Baljit, also is beating around the bush buying time so that the warranty period gets over. It is shocking and surprising that a company of such refute is displaying such uncivil and uncooperative behaviour with its customers. It is indeed a sad day for you HP, that I. a fan of your technology and an admirer of your products, has to publicly display my outrage and stinging disappointment at your after sales service. Shame on you!
                                I have a same problem with the monitor. My warranty is about to lapse.
                                No replies, no solutions.

                                This is my 3rd encounter with HP India regarding service issue. The level one service center is pathetic. and others dont even try to respond.

                                HP is a shame. I will never buy anymore from HP.

                                      I gave them my laptop on 12th December 2010, and they told me it would be ready in 5-6 working days. When it wasn't done in the said time, they said ten days more and after that 4 days more!

                                      Later they said by 26th Jan 2011, but when I called on 27th it was still not done. Now its February and its still not repaired.

                                      Calling HP consumer complaints is of no help!
