    Hello, i had given my laptop for a routine servicing and changing two parts. after I got it back the laptop started hanging and when i reached the service centre (Maha Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Hyd) for the same they did not take the responsibility but rather asked me to change a part and blamed me for being responsible.
    Hope you consider this matter and do the needful.

      Hello,

      My HP service ticket number is [protected]. I had lodged a complain with HP service centre around oct 25th for an issue with my ADF that the gearing wheel had been broken with just a use of 2-3 sheets. Reddington India Ltd. attended the call (who are just interested in promoting their sales rather than giving services to HP customers) and rejected the call right away giving me wrong info that the issue would be escalated to HP service centre and they will contact you for the same. I complained it to the service centre again but NO one is informed on how to go ahead with the same. Finally being frustrated I wrote to the HP through the website on Nov 10 after waiting for 10-14 days waiting from HP that someone would look into the case as incomplete and resolve it. I will furnish below the complain email as well. I got a call from reshma rani from HP on Nov 11 who asked me to forward the bill copy and service call report of reddington india ltd. From Nov 13 I have been in touch with Tanuja Saini IPG TCE & Quality Team, HP India Sales Pvt Ltd who after telephonic conversation and emails confirmed it to me on Nov 17 that the printer would be replaced and now it has been like 2 weeks still no reply from any one. I have made repetitive emails to Tanuja and Reshma none of them care to call or reply to my emails.


      SUCH HOPELESS SERVICES WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIKE HP. I feel your competitors have raced in this segment. NO ONE FROM HP IS INFORMED WHAT SHOULD BE DONE FOR THE SAME. I have been calling hp office at mumbai, delhi & banglore no one is informed what is to be done. when i ask to speak to a manager he is not available. how many more calls should i make to hp india? how are you going to repay to the mental torture you guys have given me.

      This time I dont request to replace my printer JUST TAKE THE PRINTER AND PAY ME MY MONEY BACK. I would go and buy some other brand printer who atleast care for their customers grievances. I'm lodging a complain to the consumer forum also regarding the same and sending a carbon copy of this email to them as well and take necessary action regarding the issue

      and please if anyone is to call me I dont want to speak to any junior executives. IF A SENIOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE is to call me only then I would like to speak to him. I HOPE THIS MAIL REACHES THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPT. HEAD OF INDIA atleast he would know that the customer are not treated as they should be.

            Delay in lpg refiel dilivery

            dear sir

            i am a regular customer of lpg . my connection no is 500816. i book my lpg cylender on dated 14.10.2010. to ABHA HP GAS CENTER KESHORAI PATAN. but after 47 days of booking i have not recieved my lpg refiel (cylender). when i meet to the owner of the agency he missbehave with me and not satisfactory response of supply. always irregular supply. whish is mentioned by gas authority it stipulited times of 21 to 30 days. he sold gais in black market and delivery man also sold the cylender in black market. please take a necessary action against him and do the needfull.

              Dear Team,

              We bought Compaq-HP laptop and faced lots of issues since day one. We interacted with one of the HP service center at Hisar. During repair battery sticker having CT number was removed by service center engineer. We don't know whether it was knowingly or non knowingly. We addressed this issue to service center and person said, we should not worry in case there would be any issues with the battery, they will provide the service.

              Now HP has changed their vendor at Hisar location and same battery is having issues. Both service center and HP has refused to give warranty without CT number sticker on the battery. If sticker was removed by HP service center not by customer then why customer should bear the battery replacement cost. Laptop is still under warranty.

              COMPAQ-HP — NOT GETTING MY LAPTOP REPLACED

              I purchases a Compaq laptop on 10th August07 from MKG Computers, Agra u.p .It worked very well in the beigning but in the month of june08 it started troubling the problem which troubled was the tempaeratue of the machine use ti rise upto 123 degree centigrade.I complained to the service centre several times they always promised and made assured that the machine will work right now and the samething repeated several times, but complaint was never rectified.But now i request you to please help out and ask the comapny officials to get me a new machine else i will have to knock the doors of court.Which will not have a good effect on company's repotation.

                I had bought a hp pavilion laptop Pavilion dv6-3049TX on 4th of Nov 2010 from a store Noble Informatique, at Chandigarh on 4th Nov. The product No. is WZ563PA#ACJ and the Product serial No. (S) is INA03800VJ. As part of their promotions during Diwali offer, company assured to send ,by post within 10 working days, a special Titan or Adidas gift voucher of Rs/- 2000 on every laptop purchase. As per the requirements of the Diwali offer for the gift voucher , i e-mailed hp the scanned copies of purchase invoice as well as Serial no. sticker. They have neither sent me the acknowledgement email/SMS nor sent me a gift voucher.

                It apperars that they never care for the customers once your products are sold out. I am sure that they can no longer commit these kind of irresponsible acts in western countries becuase there they are always summoned to court on every infringement of the customers rights. I humbly request you to kindly take this matter with the appropriate authorities and ask them to send me my gift voucher of titan watch as soon as possible.

                    HP can never improve thier service to customers as it has no interest in that.
                    recently I bought a new hp mini 110-3007TU laptop .After a week I noticed that laptop batter drains heavily even when laptop is in shutdown.A fully charged battery in that laptop becomes dead in 3 to 4 days if laptop is in shutdown and unused .ie, If I carry this laptop and travel in train from my place to Delhi, by the time i reach delhi laptop will be dead. I reported this to Local HP service center and they discussed with HP team and say that this is normal in any laptop. I took my friends lenevo mini , and I find no such problem.
                    conclusion:
                    HP products may not be Q.C test passed.
                    HP engineers are not competant to analyse problem
                    and thier R&D is very poor.
                    So, I suggest not to buy HP Laptops anymore

                      I went to buy a All in one HP printer. There was no one to help in Croma Store. I had to call someone for my help and check the products. The executive was not at all interested. I asked if they have 2050 model which i was interested in. He simply refused. Then i asked him if they have a price catalogue or price list from HP, he again refused it. Croma is selling HP 1050 at a higher price than market. Other Dealers are selling the same all in one 1050 model for an MRP of 3900/- where as Croma is selling it for 4899/-. I dont know how CROMA can sell it for a higher price than MRP. Why HP or Consumer complaint forum dont have regular checks to keep a control on such dealers. Its not only leading to bad name for CROMA but HP is also not getting customers due to this.

                        THERE ENGINNER CHEK MY LAPTOP AND SAR YOUR LAPTOP IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD AND YOUR LAST WARRANTY DATE IS - 24/11/2010 AFTER CHEAKING WARRANTY PERIOD & THEY WRITE ABOVE PROBLEMS IN MY JOB CARD.THEY ALSO SAY BEFORE FIRST OF ALL I AM CHENGING YOUR BATREE & CD DRIVE.
                        BUT THEY NOT CHANGE MY BATREE ONLY THEY CHANGE MY CD DRIVE & SAY YOUR WARRANTY IS EXPAIRED.

                            Expressing dissatisfaction with HP laptops

                            Its a matter of great shame for HP in which faith i purchased this laptop. I bought My laptop DV4 TU2110 in april 28,2010.After buying I have been reporting several issues with my laptop.
                            First i reported my battery is faulty but as i gone to service station they did not agree.Then i reported issue in my Hard disk and they checked and get me replace on 21.10.10 (Ref.No: [protected]).
                            After few days i again reported issue in battery...but they diagnose it that my charger is not working and they got replace on 25.10.10 (Sr.No: 4710, simtech computronics ahmedabad,dated 21.10.10).
                            Now i am again facing issue in my Hard disk. Its Bio test shows Hard disk is defective and it need to replace. How is it possible only one month after getting replace my HDD from HP service station people again i am facing same issue.That means i have been replaced with defective HDD.i have already complain at support desk (Ref NO: [protected])

                            I am requesting to do needful regarding my case otherwise i will have to file case against HP.
                            A quick action is needed.

                                I stay in Akshaya Nagar, which is about 3 Kms from Ramamurthy Nagar. There are few buses which go via Akshaya Nagar from Shivaji Nagar bus terminus to KR Puram.
                                Recently they have introduced a new route 301E which goes to via Akshaya Nagar from Shivaji Nagar Bus Terminus to KR Puram.
                                However, there are number of buses which ply between Shivaji Nagar Bus Terminus to KR Puram via Ramamurthy Nagar.
                                Today I took a bus (301E) in Shivaji Nagar Bus Terminus and the conductor says that the bus would not go via Akshaya Nagar, the reason being that he does not get Lunch in that particular route, instead he wants to go via Ramamurthy Nagar (which is not the prescribed route) for his convenience

Since last one year I have watch that the dealer not respond over phone, every phone ringing several times, but no body can answer.every time it is not possible to attand physically for booking or any quarry. After registering my 20 digit VC code number i was asked by an automated system to spin your code and you can win assured gifts. After spinning i was awarded an All In One printer and a Sport Watter Bottle.The gifts was awarded in May 2010 Now December is coming but i haven't received them till date.

                                      really irresponsible hp. we have redeemed the hp coupon for diwali offer that is addidas and titan and did all the procedures and sent all the documents to hp but no response from hp. they didnt even send e mail or call for a sake to inform us about the coupon. very bad service from hp.

                                        1. I went to the HP shop to buy a new HP cartridge(27B) from

                                        KRUTHIK ENTERPRISES, NO.5 ,
                                        10TH MAIN,JEEVANBHIMA NAGAR,
                                        BANGALORE-560075

                                        On 20 NOV 10 at 2000hrs. THE PRICE OF THE CARTRIDGE WAS Rs.499/-, BUT

                                        THE OWNER OF THE SHOP MADE THE BILL OF Rs.500/- WITHOUT ASKING ME.

                                        But when I asked for repayment of Re.1/- from him, he said to procure

                                        it from somewhere because he did not have that and the Bill could not

                                        be cancelled once made.He even told me that its not a vegetable

                                        market that you are fighting for 1 Rupee.

                                        2. Being a customer, don't I have the right to ask for 1 rupee

                                        back if the price of the product is 499/- and if I made the payment

                                        of 500/-?

                                        3. Secondly, is that the way a owner of the shop behave and ask

                                        me not to create a vegetable market and borrow it from somewhere

                                        because of his inability to cancel the Bill once made.

                                        4. Thus, it is humbly requested to kindly take some positive

                                        action in this regard and protect other customers from falling prey

                                        to such cheap arguments.
