I am Zahirul Islam Chowdhury. I have purchased HP Pavilion s3760 Desktop from Cyber Works, 13A Govt.Place East, Kolkata 700069 on 26th February, 2009. There was a offer with the product to get one copy of HP 'All in One' Printer and one copy of HP 600VA UPS. After purchasing I've also sent a DEMAND DRAFT[protected] of Rs.999 (Rupees Nine hundred and ninety only) in favour of INNOVATIVE INCENTIVES & EVENTS PVT. LTD, Chandigarh_Sector22D on 14/03/2009. But unfortunately I have received only the HP 600VA UPS. I did not get the HP All in One printer yet.

    HP can never improve thier service to customers as it has no interest in that.
    recently I bought a new hp mini 110-3007TU laptop .After a week I noticed that laptop batter drains heavily even when laptop is in shutdown.A fully charged battery in that laptop becomes dead in 3 to 4 days if laptop is in shutdown and unused .ie, If I carry this laptop and travel in train from my place to Delhi, by the time i reach delhi laptop will be dead. I reported this to Local HP service center and they discussed with HP team and say that this is normal in any laptop. I took my friends lenevo mini , and I find no such problem.
    conclusion:
    HP products may not be Q.C test passed.
    HP engineers are not competant to analyse problem
    and thier R&D is very poor.
    So, I suggest not to buy HP Laptops anymore

      I went to buy a All in one HP printer. There was no one to help in Croma Store. I had to call someone for my help and check the products. The executive was not at all interested. I asked if they have 2050 model which i was interested in. He simply refused. Then i asked him if they have a price catalogue or price list from HP, he again refused it. Croma is selling HP 1050 at a higher price than market. Other Dealers are selling the same all in one 1050 model for an MRP of 3900/- where as Croma is selling it for 4899/-. I dont know how CROMA can sell it for a higher price than MRP. Why HP or Consumer complaint forum dont have regular checks to keep a control on such dealers. Its not only leading to bad name for CROMA but HP is also not getting customers due to this.

            Expressing dissatisfaction with HP laptops
            Serial No: INA01401LF Product No: WP670PA#ACJ

            Its a matter of great shame for HP in which faith i purchased this laptop. I bought My laptop DV4 TU2110 in april 28,2010.After buying I have been reporting several issues with my laptop.
            First i reported my battery is faulty but as i gone to service station they did not agree.Then i reported issue in my Hard disk and they checked and get me replace on 21.10.10 (Ref.No: [protected]).
            After few days i again reported issue in battery...but they diagnose it that my charger is not working and they got replace on 25.10.10 (Sr.No: 4710, simtech computronics ahmedabad,dated 21.10.10).
            Now i am again facing issue in my Hard disk. Its Bio test shows Hard disk is defective and it need to replace. How is it possible only one month after getting replace my HDD from HP service station people again i am facing same issue.That means i have been replaced with defective HDD.i have already complain at support desk (Ref NO: [protected])

            I am requesting to do needful regarding my case otherwise i will have to file case against HP.
            A quick action is needed.

                I stay in Akshaya Nagar, which is about 3 Kms from Ramamurthy Nagar. There are few buses which go via Akshaya Nagar from Shivaji Nagar bus terminus to KR Puram.
                Recently they have introduced a new route 301E which goes to via Akshaya Nagar from Shivaji Nagar Bus Terminus to KR Puram.
                However, there are number of buses which ply between Shivaji Nagar Bus Terminus to KR Puram via Ramamurthy Nagar.
                Today I took a bus (301E) in Shivaji Nagar Bus Terminus and the conductor says that the bus would not go via Akshaya Nagar, the reason being that he does not get Lunch in that particular route, instead he wants to go via Ramamurthy Nagar (which is not the prescribed route) for his convenience

                  I am an customer of H.P. LPG, my dealers name M/s. Saha Distributors at Durgapur, Dist; Burdwan (W.B.), my consumer No.612604. Since last one year I have watch that the dealer not respond over phone, every phone ringing several times, but no body can answer.every time it is not possible to attand physically for booking or any quarry. Pl. look into the matter to help us.

                    I had purchased a HP G Series laptop with model no. HP G62-363TX 40cm on 4th Nov. 2010 from

                    CROMA store,Malad but till now i have not yet received my backpack. My invoice number of the product is

                    [protected] and customer no. is 9099424. I have been told by the CROMA store that i will receive it within

                    a week or 10 days while purchasing it but till now they have called me twice in their store for backpack but

                    harassed me unnecessarily by not providing the backpack. Kindly take a strict against them so that they

                      It was on[protected] i purchased cartridges for my C4688 printer the company was offering a gift scheme on those cartridges, i followed all the procedure. After registering my 20 digit VC code number i was asked by an automated system to spin your code and you can win assured gifts. After spinning i was awarded an All In One printer and a Sport Watter Bottle.The gifts was awarded in May 2010 Now December is coming but i haven't received them till date.
                      Please Let me know
                      really irresponsible hp. we have redeemed the hp coupon for diwali offer that is addidas and titan and did all the procedures and sent all the documents to hp but no response from hp. they didnt even send e mail or call for a sake to inform us about the coupon. very bad service from hp.

                        1. I went to the HP shop to buy a new HP cartridge(27B) from

                        KRUTHIK ENTERPRISES, NO.5 ,
                        10TH MAIN,JEEVANBHIMA NAGAR,
                        BANGALORE-560075

                        On 20 NOV 10 at 2000hrs. THE PRICE OF THE CARTRIDGE WAS Rs.499/-, BUT

                        THE OWNER OF THE SHOP MADE THE BILL OF Rs.500/- WITHOUT ASKING ME.

                        But when I asked for repayment of Re.1/- from him, he said to procure

                        it from somewhere because he did not have that and the Bill could not

                        be cancelled once made.He even told me that its not a vegetable

                        market that you are fighting for 1 Rupee.

                        2. Being a customer, don't I have the right to ask for 1 rupee

                        back if the price of the product is 499/- and if I made the payment

                        of 500/-?

                        3. Secondly, is that the way a owner of the shop behave and ask

                        me not to create a vegetable market and borrow it from somewhere

                        because of his inability to cancel the Bill once made.

                        4. Thus, it is humbly requested to kindly take some positive

                        action in this regard and protect other customers from falling prey

                        to such cheap arguments.

                            I bought HP laptop (Model G42) on 30 Oct 2010. The dealer told me that there is diwali offer on purchasing of same. The offer is that we can buy any product of Adidas worth Rs. 2000/- , but before that we have to register online and after 2 days we would get the voucher from them.

                            I could not find the link of registration anywhere else on HP website.......Please advise.
                            hi i also bought the hp laptop. i think you have to register online before 15th nov and 25th nov is last date of sending your document to hp office. now they have removed the link so you can't do naything much.

                              I had purchased my laptop from Hp world on 3rd november,with that i was offered by a redemption gift voucher of Titan/Adidas for which i had to register myself with my serial no. and invoice and i had done the same.As mentioned in website that just after 10 days of registration i'll get my gift but till now there is no response.
                              kindly focus my problem.

                                    I purchased a HP Pavilion DV63054TX laptop on 22-Sept-2010 and within 2 weeks it start giving problems. The display screen was having some problem and when i registered a complain via phone they guided me but the problem was not solved. The problem was with the hardware of the screen but they were guiding to uninstall and reinstall some applications. Then I took my laptop on 18-october-2010 to their service center in Ranchi and they told me that the display has to be replaced. So they told me that they can only replace the display an not the entire laptop as it was in warranty. I agreed to it. They also told me that it will hardly take 7-8 days to get this job done. Its alreafy more than 25 days have gone and there is no sign of getting my laptop. They are just giving excuses that the spare part is ordered from Delhi but can please someone tell me how long it take to get something delivered from Delhi to Ranchi. My friends suuggested me to go for Sony Vaio or Dell as they have great customer service but I opted for HP wich I thought was a good brand but my experience with HP is horrible and I would never suggest anyone to purchase any HP product. Many of my friends got problems witht their laptops whether its a Sony Vaio, Dell, Acer or any other big Player in laptop market but all got their laptop repaired maximum within a week's time. I need some serious steps to be taken in my case asap. I am having lots of problems because of HP's worst customer service. I am a MBA student and its my end semester time so I have lot of work which cant be accomplished without laptop.

                                        hii im ayan kapuria.i brought a HP DV6 laptop last 6 months ego.it ws cost sum around 46000...now last 12 days back i faced a problem that in mylatop showd "my battery cosidering the replacement"..so on that basis i went to HP authorised service center...which is in UNIT NO 5,!ST FLOOR,NO.10,WOOD STREET,KOLKATA-700016,PH NO[protected]/01...
                                        SO there sum 1 aisist me nd told fr this reason i had to kept my laptop in service center nd keep a back up of my data...when every1 knw thta battery is totally a external part of laptop...i would rather askd y should u keep myl aptop for that reason???they told me tat they have to generated a html or hml flie nd get a snap of battery which is send to bangalore main offc in HP...so i didnt understand boco how could i understand all those scientific word nd all...ohhh they wr ahn told me that they we formattng my laptop as well..i dnt knw why they i did for only this reason..really i haveno idea fr this..so atlst i submited my laptop on before address nd told them PLZZZ GIVE ME MYLAPTOP BACK WITHN AS SOON AS POSSBL..they wr romised me nd askd me abt recovery disk...bt i dnt had that time...so fr that reason i calld to bangalore tech center nd they told me within 5 days they will send me recovery disk on my address...nd they did...nd HP AUTHORISED CENTER TOLD ME WITHN 6 DAYS THEY WILL BACK MY LAPTOP BUT TODAY IS THE 10TH DAY. THEY DIDNT BACK MY LAPTOP FOR THIS SILLY REASON,I CALLD UP SO MANY TIMES BT SUMTIMES THEY DIDNT PICK MY CALL ND WHN THEY PICKD UP TOLD IT WILL TAKE TIME..ACTUALLY IN SIMPLE WORD THEY ARE HARASED ME...
                                        c i wl have a cat exams on 23 rd nov on this year nd i really need my laptop...but they r just dont care my word whnevr i told them tat i really need my my laptop nd its so urgent fr me...so if that is hp service thn god shake plz i told my all of my frnd that dnt buy hp latop coz whtevr i suffered i dnt think ny1 suffered like me as well...sorry to sayng like that....really feelng so bad fr HP,whnevr we all r knw tht is 1 of the leading company in india...thanking u..
