I am 2nd year student of VISHVESHWARYA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT,DADRI,GRTAER NOIDA.I GET A LAPTOP BY MY COLLEGE IN 2009.
THERE ARE THREE PROBLEMS IN MY LAPTOP-(1) BATREE BACKUP PROBLEM,(2)CD DRIVE PROBLEM & (3) ADDOPTER PROBLEM ( THESE PROBLEMS ARE ALSO WRITTEN IN MY JOB CARD BY HP SERVICE CENTER,NEAR-TILKAMANGHI,BHAGALPUR,BIHAR-AND ALSO WRITTEN YOUR LAPTOP IS UNDER WARRANTY,I SUBMIT MY LAPTOP AT 04/11/2010 TO HP SERVICE CENTER BHAGALPUR,BIHAR & MY JOB CARD NUMBER IS-0143.)
THERE ENGINNER CHEK MY LAPTOP AND SAR YOUR LAPTOP IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD AND YOUR LAST WARRANTY DATE IS - 24/11/2010 AFTER CHEAKING WARRANTY PERIOD & THEY WRITE ABOVE PROBLEMS IN MY JOB CARD.THEY ALSO SAY BEFORE FIRST OF ALL I AM CHENGING YOUR BATREE & CD DRIVE.
BUT THEY NOT CHANGE MY BATREE ONLY THEY CHANGE MY CD DRIVE & SAY YOUR WARRANTY IS EXPAIRED.
