Hi ,
i had purchased i HP laptop G62, i was supposed to get a gift voucher of addidas. i had received a SMS from BA_RED CELLthat my gift voucher has been dispathed fromBlue dart on Nov 03. But i have not received the gift item yet. This sms had come when i had registered complain on phone . Please explain whether the gift has been dispatched, if yes then when iam i going to receive it Iam a serving soldier in the army and my posting is due and will be moving out from my present location so please help me get my gift voucher at the earliest .my details are_

HP/ notebook G62 — Regarding adidas voucher gift

I had purchased HP G62 notebook on 15 october. As per diwali offer Hp company had promised to
give voucher of addidas or titan after conformation. I had satisfied all conditions of Hp company to
get voucher but had not received my redemption item yet.
All help line no. of Hp for redemption complaints are not attending calls and mail accounts for complaints regarding redemption are not existing.

    I brought Compaq presario CQ42 355TU Model. My Diwali gift (Rs. 2000 gift voucher) not yet received & we don't have any information about it. My Registration code is 2163834.

    I brought HP Pavilion DV6 3007tu, I registered in the Hp website. My registration No is :2237129.After registered, I received the mail from HP with reg No. After that i did not receive any mail from HP.

    Please help me to get the Rs.2000 GIFT VOUCHER.
    I brought a compaq presario 620 TU laptop and my resistration code is 2243639. After registration. I received mail from Hp with reg. no. But after that it is not responding to my mail. I have sent scanned copy of purchase invoice as well as bar coded sticker. but still not getting any response from redeption cell. And i continuously tried to call redeption cell but after waiting for more than 5 minutes too noone is responsing. I also sent mail for not getting any response and they haven't replied to that mail too. Please help me tpp get RS. 2000 voucher.

      I have purchased Compaq presario laptop on[protected] from Super Computech Solutions. From May 2010 DVD-RW Driver was giving trouble. I took my laptop to hp service center namely DIGITAL CARE PRIVATE LIMITED Kolkata. and DVD-RW Driver was replaced. After 5 months of replacement I am experiencing same problem.It is just one year and one month I have purchased it.I d't know what type of goods they are suppling in the name of a famous company.Is there any solution? or we have to leave our hope on it just after one year of limited warranty period?..........................MD.ABDUL WAHED.([protected]@gmail.com).

          i am 4th year student of MIT manipal.i was provided by the university with a HP6515b laptop.my motherboard crashed and i gave my laptop for repair at the HP service centre (manipal ).But instead of replacing a new motherboard,they put on a faulty motherboard in my laptop .just after 1 week,my motherboard crashed crashed again.i request a quick response to my complaint.

          HP Laptop — Faulty Motherboard

          I had purchased a HP 17" Laptop- Model DV9500 and after using it for just over 1 year the motherboard started giving problems. The display on startup would either be blank or display four horizontal bands of the startup screen. The service centres in Guwahati were unable to rectify the fault and after over 5 months of trial and error they said that the motherboard needs to be replaced but was not available in the market.
          Please advise regarding availability of motherboard for the above model
          From the looks of it, I think what you have is some thing called overheating of graphics card causing the motherboard and graphics chip issue.

          This is not new, lot of laptops have it. And off later consumers in the US have recently been able to file a case and get the problem rectified.

          SADLY LIKE INDIA, UNLESS ALL O[censored]S WHO HAVE THIS ISSUE COME TOGETHER AND FILE A CASE. NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN

                I have purchased Laptop "HP PAVILION DV6-3049 TX" S/no:- INA032023k from NOBLE INFORMATIQUE, CHANDIGARH. s.c.o. no.61, sector 20-c, Tribune Road, Chandigarh. When I reached home i realised that this laptop was giving vibrations and shocking sensation when ac adapter plugged in .
                But some times these shocking sensations converted into severe shocks. I have got serious electric shocks a number of times. It is not possible for anybody to work with this laptop. I have complained at HP voice support team after two days whet i have faced another problem in speakers(Speakers stopped working).Both the problems of shocks and speakers were logged with complaint no:- [protected].
                After some days the speakers were replaced by hp's service centre at Ambala cantt.But the problem of electric shocks is not resolved till now as hp has no solution for it.It is really dangerous to work with this model. HP will be responsible if any mishap happen. After checking this problem on internet i found that the same problem is there with all laptops of this model..This is not related to a single unit but with all laptops of dv6-3049 tx. I want refund for this faulty product as i dont want to play with my life.The current can be checked with test pen by touching it anywhere on laptop's body.

                Hp is saying that improper earthing is the cause of this problem. But this is not a desktop, this is a laptop and we have to take it at different places for work.It is not possible for anybody to check earthing everywhere before using laptop.

                One of my friend has been refunded by HP for the same problem with same model. I want the same from H.P. as this is a safety issue.I can not take any chance.

                Few days before i again got an extremely dangerous electric shock. On[protected] i have again complained to voice support team with reference numbe:-[protected]. Still no response till now.
                I want to sue a case in consumer court as i want refund for this dangerous laptop.

                  I am Nirmala N.k. residing in 148,Dhanalakshmi Society Mahendra Hills. MY cosumer number is 33074. Distributor Secunderabad Gas agency .For the past five months the cooking gas cylinder is not supplied even after ten days and then too after constant follow up .The agency never answers the phone and every time the HP has had to intervene. .
                  Computer booking has been started and this month Igot the number 1 as the booking number . After 15 days the agency ciaims that no booking is regisyered with them. Each month the agency has execuses like our men are new ,they could not find the address etc. Ihave been with this agency since 2002 , and their godown is 500 mts away .

                    i had deposited my HP mouse (covered under warranty) to one of the service centres of HP care on 13 September 2010, the redemption period they said of 7 to 10 days , But till (30 Oct 2010) i havn't received any confirmation, I am getting vague replies from the Service Centre Emplyees,

                    Even I am suffering from the same issue. I purchased the USB mouse from HP from one of the shops in Nehru place. Left click of the mouse stopped working. The mouse was purchased on 23 April, 2010 and is still under warranty. I went to the dealer Modcare Enterprises 106 Red Rose Building, Nehru Place to get the replacement. The sales person, Mr Mani, told me that I will have to visit the HP authorised dealer located just behind Redros building. I climbed to the fourth floor and there the guys sitting at the office said that they only replace HP usb drives here and they can not do the replacement of the mouse. They then reffered me to 207 Mansarovar building to get the mouse replaced. The guy sitting at the office said that they dont replace mouse here and I will have to go to RT outsourcing in A-200, Okhla. By, this point of time I had already invested 2 hours going from one building to another building in Nehru place. I was frustrated and felt cheated by HP and the sales man who sold me the mouse. Initially I was purchasing a local mouse and the sales man forced me to purchase HP and advised me that HP offers a good after sales service and he even said that if I face issue with the mouse then I can get the mouse replaced through his shop. On the pretext of getting better service I then purchased a HP USB keyboard too.

                    I then went back to MODCARE Enterpirse from whom I purchased the mouse and the guy names Mani then offered me to assist by contacting some HP dealer in Nehru place itself. He then asked me to visit Omega Comptech, and some guy Praveen took the mouse and gave me a challan and said that I will have to wait for around 10 days before I will get the mouse. I again felt cheated and agitated by the type of after sales service that I was getting from HP. As I had no other option so I agreed. Then after couple of days I got the call from Praveen and he said that I will have to visit Kiriti Nagar to get the mouse replacement. Come on guys Kirit Nagar is 15 Kms away from Nehru Place.

                    Already I came from Noida to get the mouse replaced. You want me to spent another 200 Rs to get the replacement of the mouse. How fair is that!

                    Instead of spending more money for the replacement of the mouse, I should rather write a big anti HP slogan mentioning pathetic after sales support of HP and print those papers and distribute them all over Nehru place.

                    I have already wasted half of my day at Nehru place running from one building to another and then I am being asked to go 15 Km away to some location in kirti nagar and I am dead sure that when I go to that office I am sure to be turned down again.

                    I can not believe how tacky HP after sales support could become.

                    I think I should rather take some legal action against HP and ModCare.

                      HP India — HP is making a fool of Indian consumers!

                      I bought my compaq notebook (model :V6102AU and product s/n: CNF6350CLY) last year whose warrantee period expired in mid november. Now since the first week of december my wireless lan is giving problems and the Compaq service centre says that the lan card needs to be replaced which costs anything between[protected]/- After purchasing a notebook for 53,000/- isnt it too much to pay for a hardware soon after the warrantee expiration.
                      I am not at all happy with Hp DV5 1201au Notebook, since i bought it last 1 and half years.

                        PROBLEM : i) Hangs during scanning from day one
                        ii) Defective printer head. ( displays an error message “ incompatable printer head” )

                        The compant ( HP india ) was approached on the on 26-10-10 at ph no [protected]. After confirmation of the problem the company has asked to approach their authorized service station ( Remington India ltd, E- 48/4, Okhla , Ph – II, New Delhi ) for free replacement of the defective “ Printer Head”. On approaching them , It was again confirmed that the printer head is defective but could not be replaced as the same is not available.
                        Request : The product is under onsite warranty and is found defective since new. Hence, the printer itself should be replaced with a new one and this replacement should be provided at home as the product is under onsite warranty. Suitable compensation should also be provided for harassment caused to me and for the loss of work at my end. Mr Ram at M/s Croma, RAJOURI GARDEN, NEW DELHI 110027, has also been approached for an early solution as the product was bought from them.

                            the system has developed some problem. it keeps typing number '5' automatically. to stop this i have to type 5. this problem arises too often and hinders my usual work. this happens whene5ver cursor is placed in a typing space. once it is stopped, it re occurs any time after that. u may have noticed the word whenever on the second 55l5i55n55e5555555. 55555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555... see now u can see... i pressed the number 5 and so it stopped automatic typing...

THE ACTUAL CASE IS THAT MY SELF HAVING TWO PRINTER ONE WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICING (FOR SAME PROBLEM WHICH IS OCCUR PRESENTLY )ONE MONTH BEFORE FOR THAT PARTICULAR CASE HE HAS CHARGED ME RS. 300/- AND MY SELF HAS COMPLAINED AGAINST THE SAME SERVICE POINT . THATS WHY HE IS TAKING REVENGE. KINDLY LOOK AT THE MATTER AND TAKE THE CASE SERIOUSLY.

                                    I purchased HP laptop charger from PHOENIX SYSTEMS, Essel Towers, Bunts Hostel, Mangalore, Tel: 3000034/2444867. They gave me the charger by telling its original but when I used it i faced some problems then i contact HP service center, i found it was duplicate. I went back to them but they did not showed any support.

                                    Please take strict action so that in future nobody else gets cheated by them.

                                      Sir i have purchased a notebook of hp from a dealer of my city sultanpur. I have bought that by seeing an advertisement in newspaper he given me the notebook more than written in advertisement. And in that it was written that it has been loaded with windows 7 but dealer gave me windows xp. And some keys of notebook are not working he is not giving any heed . It is also having a warranty of 1 year

                                        I have purchase a HP Laptop DV6-3050TX. There was a Overheating Problem in my Laptop.
                                        I have submited my Laptop in Hp Service Center on 13 Oct 2010. Service center say me one part of my Laptop will changed.Part No is - SP S Thermal Module DIS 45W. Today 22Oct 2010 I talk to Mr. Ajay in Hp Service Center he told me Part is not reach.After 9 days part did not come.This is so many time.
                                        So plz Help me as soon as possible.
