I bought hp compaq presario laptop on NOv 1 2010 from CROMA electronics, Above STAR bazaar ,Koramangala Bnagalore.. Since I was held up with my work I did not use use it until Jan 7 2011.When I switched on laptop it did not boot up and even if it boots it was getting hanged. So I immediately next day when I went to HP service station they said there is some issue and they need to find what it is. After 2 dyas when I call them they tell wrong mother board of laptop was placed and it has to be replaced.other than that no issue. As I am not aware of the laptop I said you can go ahead. After 15 -17 days when I call they said since it required lot of approval it took so long to replace it and it is now ready to take home. When I went there to collect my laptop, they say there is some issue with processor and it has to be replaced and they have registered as another case and I cannot take it home.They did not even inform me on this earlier.Finally I got my laptop home delivered on 2/2/2011. I was happy to collect it. When opened it I see that most of the devices like blutooth,camera and nothing is working . What I understood id I have put 34000 to buy scrap product. Please help me at earliest to get my laptop replaced.

Whom should I ask to replace. it .When I go to dealer they say it is not their issue. HP Service says it is not their issue and we cannot trust any of the electronics devices. You are the unlucky person to get that worst laptop .
Should I think that CROMA sells scrap product of the hp itself makes scrap.

Please help me .

      Hello,
      I have opted for HP Care pack on 31/10/2009 which is valid till 2/11/2011.This care pack service included replacement of HP Adapter.I have invested Rs.6500 for this care pack but now replacement of adapter in removed from HP care pack.

      I have issue related my HP adapter but now its not covered in this pack then what is the use of taking this pack, my problem is still not resolved regarding adapter.You keep on removing the items from pack without giving any prior information.If you remove items from this pack then what is my fault because when i opted for this pack replacement of adapter was included.

      I will be obliged if you resolve my adapter related issue to the earliest. Hope you will understand my problem.

        I bought my HP Pavilion Home PC a6450in in the summer of 2008.Included in the HP monitor w1907.A couple of weeks ago, my monitor's display went and I dutifully contacted HP's service center.They told me they would get it checked and they kept their word.Where they faltered and failed was in delivering the actual after sales service.Their service center is located in Okhla and goes under the name of Redington India Limited.The outsourced service center also handles the after sales service of other companies as well.Anyways they replaced my monitor's lcd panel,power board and conversion board multiple times,surprisingly failing to make it work each time.This went on for several weeks where I also found out that all parts are either repaired or refurbished.I have written to the MD of the company, Ms Neelam Dhawan and received no reply.I've also written to the Director and CEO(worldwide) but no one is interested one bit.The situation has completely deteriorated now and I am unable to do anything.I've told them that I may have to recourse to the legal system if they do not sort out this fiasco but their supervisor told haughtily told me to give it a try. The head of LCD division at Redington India, Ms Baljit, also is beating around the bush buying time so that the warranty period gets over. It is shocking and surprising that a company of such refute is displaying such uncivil and uncooperative behaviour with its customers. It is indeed a sad day for you HP, that I. a fan of your technology and an admirer of your products, has to publicly display my outrage and stinging disappointment at your after sales service. Shame on you!
        I have a same problem with the monitor. My warranty is about to lapse.
        No replies, no solutions.

        This is my 3rd encounter with HP India regarding service issue. The level one service center is pathetic. and others dont even try to respond.

        HP is a shame. I will never buy anymore from HP.

          I have purchased one HP laptop model no-HP G62-361TX S/N-CNFO3284F4 under Invoice No-1037 Dt.15.10.2010 from M/s.Gayatree Computer & Services, Link Road, Cuttack. That time the offer was for Rebok Assessory or Titan watch worth Rs.2,000/ and one anti-virus software valid for 1 year.The offer for Rs.2000/ not yet received by me and the anti-virus expired after 60 days.

          Hence you are requested to instruct to submit the offer worth 2000/ & antivirus software for further 300days.

              I bought HP Laptop dv4-1318TU in June 2009. For the past three months the touch pad hasn't been working. I took it to HP Service Centre in Safdarjung Enclave (TECHNOLAND SYSTEMS LIMITED) and they told me that the touch pad has to be replaced.

              I gave them my laptop on 12th December 2010, and they told me it would be ready in 5-6 working days. When it wasn't done in the said time, they said ten days more and after that 4 days more!

              Later they said by 26th Jan 2011, but when I called on 27th it was still not done. Now its February and its still not repaired.

              Calling HP consumer complaints is of no help!

                I purchased a HP laptop worth rs 41,500 on 25th Dec 2010 and during my purchase there was a 3000 rs gift voucher. According to HP, to get the gift voucher i had to register my product serial code on HP website and mail to HP scan copy of product serial number and purchase invoice. I completed all the required formality and it was mention on HP advertisement promos that after registering and mail to HP you will get the gift voucher within 10-12 working days but now it is passed more than 25 working days i do not get any gift voucher also not getting any update from HP side.

                Plz lookup into the matter.

                  I Have Hp product Printer Desk jet All-in-one F370.
                  today i gave my printer to repair,problem was error on detecting cartridge.He told you have to change the ca-ridge part cartridge is not having any problem.
                  He charged me Rs.850 He told me i have repaired and then i got my printer,after coming to my home i see the printer is not working and still showing same problem.
                  Please show attached photo's to an expert.
                  easily it can be detect that old ca-ridge is not alienable with my printer at all.
                  then tomorrow i will go there for this what they will say!!!!!??????

                    Hi,

                    I had purchased a Deskjet 2050 HP printer on 17th Jan 2011 around 1:30 pm. When i brought the item at home & removes the tape. the Input tray that is on top on the printer was broken. There was a crack on the on the corner of the input tray. Within an hour around 2:30 i called the dealer to replace the tray but they refused and ask me to talk HP customer service. I had made a call to your customer service, they suggest to send a mail to esc.[protected]@hp.com.

                    I mailed them then I received call from Rachna from esc.[protected]@hp.com., she initially said item will be replaced. I just need to send photograph of the broken parts and mailed to the dealer they will replace it. I talked to the dealer they again refused. They want DOA. Most frustrating part it almost 10 days I have not used the printer. First I talked to Rachna on 19th of Jan then she did’t respond. I shouted on customer service talked to supervisor then on 24th Rachna called without giving any proper solution, she promised to call back. Since I had not received any call. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. You want me to take some legal steps against you.

                        I 'was' a customer of HP for the last 10 yrs.
                        In 2008 October I bought a HP Pavillion DV 2902 laptop for my Post Graduation purpose. I continuously used it for 2 years.
                        After that i kept it idle for nearly 3 months.When I turned on my laptop after that I felt some sort of key pressed condition in it.
                        As I understood correctly the 'Alt' key is in a pressed mode.So when I try to type something 'Shortcut keys' will work.Like if I type 'f' in MS Word the drop down of 'File' menu will work as if I am pressing 'Alt+F'.
                        I agree that there can be complaints for most of the electronic devices if we dint use it for long time.
                        Then I called the 'HP India Customer Support' and they told me to contact
                        Redington (India) Limited,papali Chambers 42/2501,1st Floor(w),Tatapuram Sukumaran Road,Cochin-682018. (ph:[protected]/201)

                        I went there and met Mr.Alex P Alex (Customer Support Engineer) and gave my laptop to him for service.
                        After 3 days he called me and told that the keyboard has to be changed and it'll cost Rs.2600.
                        I paid it. But even after changing the keyboard it started showing the same problem.
                        I gave it back again for servicing and when i met him after a week he said he dint find any complaint with it.Unfortunately, when I tried to show that issue, it was working fine(I don't know what he did).
                        I took it back home.But after a week it started showing the same issue.
                        But as an Engineer he is supposed to troubleshoot that issue.
                        Now the warranty period of new keyboard is over and I've to pay again to get it serviced.
                        All I can do is to throw this stuff to the basket.

                        I will never ever in my life, purchase a HP product again and I suggest most of my friends not to buy a HP Product only because their servicing is very bad.

                        I am sorry to say, but you people have shown no professionalism in the way you provide it. Here in Simtec Computeronics Ltd, Dadar, Mumbai, I submitted my Notebook for HDD replacement on 22.11.08. But one and half month has already gone still they are not able to say, when ill get my system. My work has suffered a lot due to this.
                        Sir, my warranty period will expire on 27 March09, since this is your failure to provide service in time, please extend my warranty period for 2months.
                        Can you give me my notebook and clarify about the irregularity from your side. you people have not left any option than to file a case in cosumer forum.

                        HP India — Bad Services

                        I have a HP Pavilion laptop model DV4-1415TU (Serial No.-CND9384JPF) which i purchased it on[protected]. In August, i faced problems regarding battery charging. I have given the laptop in Gurgaon service centre.

                        I would like to inform you that i am not satisfied with the services provided by HP service centre Gurgaon.
                        They informed me that there is a problem of motherboard. They have replaced the motherboard and gave back the laptop after 16 days saying that it is now working and battery problem has been resolved.
                        After receiving it, i used it for 6 days and the same problem occurred again i.e. battery not charging.
                        I would like to request you for proper diagnostics of my laptop again. Since i am very much upset as far as the services are concerned and suffering since 1 month. Do the needful as soon as possible.
                        We are using Hp laserjet and deskjet printers in our form from last 9 years in year 2010 we purchased a laserjet m1213nf printer from delhi hp distributer.
                        And from that day till now we are facing lots of problems and no one care about it wheather it is hp customer care or ho authorized service center. however we are useng about 20 hp printers in our firm still v are facing problems.

                        i am subhransu parida purchase a laptop on dt 17.02.2011 model hp G42 and now I had already used 11month but previous some days i have face problem for battery backup and i checked up it by hp support assitant which is inbuilt in hp laptop and it shows weak strength of battery after that I had go your service centre at balasore, odissa. but they told whenever it is not fully red we had not able to change the battery but in that time it shows half red, and they dont change the battery. I have not sattisfied his servicing. I[censored] take any action any action before warranty I have pleased ur servicing.

                            dear sir
                            i purchased a hp g62-253tu notebook pc on 03 Nov 2010 from nucleus computer services and that time a diwali offer of Rs 2000 gift of addidas. I was provided web address of hp as www.hp.com/promotion while logging on this a number of times I was guided to product registry by the web eventually I did so(about four times) taking it granted as this to be the procedure. but I didn't receive any confirmation mail from hp till 25 nov 2010, further i was intimated that offer was valid till 15 Nov 2010. this all shows as basic attitude of hp as to give minimum gifts thats why web of hp is so unfriendly, even today it is next to impossible to get any email of hp excecutive.

                            I was plannig to go to consumer court and that i will do ultimately if the problen is not resolved through u shortly.
                            I had placed the same complaint on 09 Jan 2011 but that is not seen on your complaints page.

                              Dear Sir
                              I purchased HP G-62 Notebook on 03 Nov 2010 from a retailer in Gorakhpur (U.P.) and there was festival offer on the same for Rs 2000/- worth gift from Addidas. I was informed to log in on www.hp.com/promotion, which I did and was guided by web to register my product, after doing so even I was prompted to open my login accout which I did eventually. There was no feedback from the site and on revisiting the shop on 20 November 2010 I was told that offer was valid till 15 Nov 2010. This was not a problem as I had already registered on the site. But on further querries I was informed that now my claim for offer is not valid as I have not send the cuttings of the packing. Now I was totaly at loss as this was never told to me neither was prompted by the site.

                              Inspite of my various attempts I could not locate any contact on the hp website to whom to address my complaint and site itlself prooved to be most unhelpful.

                              Now I am planning to present my case in Consumer court. This is my last effort to solve it otherwise.

                                I am Janmejay Sethy, I have purchased a HP Pavilion laptop DV4-2123 Tx Datted- 22nd April 2010, amount chargeble in 44,900 from Strategic information Technologies Pvt Ltd, 29/2 Rajpur Road, Anekant Place, Dehradun Ph[protected]. After seven months i found two white patches on the screen. Then I went to HP Service Center ,E-10&F-9,1st Floor,Janpath Shopping Complex, Near Bindal Bridge chakrata road dehradunNr. Bindal Bridge, Chakrata Road, Dehradun-248001 (UA),Phone NO.[protected], Email :rt.[protected]@intarvo.com, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.Mr. Ranjan is the Leader of the HP service center. Mr. Ranjan said your Laptop/ Note book facing problem with SPS- PNL RAW 14.1 WXGA BV 2A5 DV4 PAV ( Part). Diagnostic the Note book issue within panel but the white patches (TFT panel) are not covered under warranty. But my laptop under warranty. They are charging me 16, 938 rupees. What Shall I do? I request to you kindly quick and Necessary action.

                                    This is Vikram mallya, I had purchased a new hp laptop 2 weeks back. I had applied for gift voucher .By mistake i had applied for HP swing offer instead of jai ho offer.. please do cancel HP swing offer for me and please send me an acknowlodgement for jai ho offer..i had already sent all the details for jai ho offer to [protected]@solutions-intg.com ... please let me know what exactly happening... i don’t really understand why you people delaying to reply and sending acknowlodgement...

                                      i have brouht a colour ink jet printer of HP company from newgen technologies,new colony, rayagada, and it gor repair after 20 days and i again brough a new catridge of cost Rs. 500/- and again the printer was getting pause while printing , and then i gave to the new technologis, as i brought from them, and it became 2 months till today, there is no response from the HP servicing centre,
                                      so i am requesting you to please allow m e the original cost of the colour printer and the extra 100 rupees for harrasmemt and mental agony charge,,,

                                      Yes, I agree, HP Printer provides defective products and thier service center does not even bother to repair and replace. If it was USA, these guys pissing in thier pants.
