I went to the service centre of hp located at panchsheel towers in secunderabad, andhra pradesh. my printer was out of warrenty so they directed me to a private guy in the lower floor of service centre. What i found was unbelievable, lower staff in hp are sending customers to him for commission form this guy.

This person is a cheater, he cheated many customers like me, he said that he will inform me the estimation by phone....
