I Have Hp product Printer Desk jet All-in-one F370.
today i gave my printer to repair,problem was error on detecting cartridge.He told you have to change the ca-ridge part cartridge is not having any problem.
He charged me Rs.850 He told me i have repaired and then i got my printer,after coming to my home i see the printer is not working and still showing same problem.
Please show attached photo's to an expert.
easily it can be detect that old ca-ridge is not alienable with my printer at all.
then tomorrow i will go there for this what they will say!!!!!??????

    Hi,

    I had purchased a Deskjet 2050 HP printer on 17th Jan 2011 around 1:30 pm. When i brought the item at home & removes the tape. the Input tray that is on top on the printer was broken. There was a crack on the on the corner of the input tray. Within an hour around 2:30 i called the dealer to replace the tray but they refused and ask me to talk HP customer service. I had made a call to your customer service, they suggest to send a mail to esc.[protected]@hp.com.

    I mailed them then I received call from Rachna from esc.[protected]@hp.com., she initially said item will be replaced. I just need to send photograph of the broken parts and mailed to the dealer they will replace it. I talked to the dealer they again refused. They want DOA. Most frustrating part it almost 10 days I have not used the printer. First I talked to Rachna on 19th of Jan then she did’t respond. I shouted on customer service talked to supervisor then on 24th Rachna called without giving any proper solution, she promised to call back. Since I had not received any call. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. You want me to take some legal steps against you.

        I 'was' a customer of HP for the last 10 yrs.
        In 2008 October I bought a HP Pavillion DV 2902 laptop for my Post Graduation purpose. I continuously used it for 2 years.
        After that i kept it idle for nearly 3 months.When I turned on my laptop after that I felt some sort of key pressed condition in it.
        As I understood correctly the 'Alt' key is in a pressed mode.So when I try to type something 'Shortcut keys' will work.Like if I type 'f' in MS Word the drop down of 'File' menu will work as if I am pressing 'Alt+F'.
        I agree that there can be complaints for most of the electronic devices if we dint use it for long time.
        Then I called the 'HP India Customer Support' and they told me to contact
        Redington (India) Limited,papali Chambers 42/2501,1st Floor(w),Tatapuram Sukumaran Road,Cochin-682018. (ph:[protected]/201)

        I went there and met Mr.Alex P Alex (Customer Support Engineer) and gave my laptop to him for service.
        After 3 days he called me and told that the keyboard has to be changed and it'll cost Rs.2600.
        I paid it. But even after changing the keyboard it started showing the same problem.
        I gave it back again for servicing and when i met him after a week he said he dint find any complaint with it.Unfortunately, when I tried to show that issue, it was working fine(I don't know what he did).
        I took it back home.But after a week it started showing the same issue.
        But as an Engineer he is supposed to troubleshoot that issue.
        Now the warranty period of new keyboard is over and I've to pay again to get it serviced.
        All I can do is to throw this stuff to the basket.

        I will never ever in my life, purchase a HP product again and I suggest most of my friends not to buy a HP Product only because their servicing is very bad.

        H.P. India Ltd — Bad service

        Dear sir

        I am sorry to say, but you people have shown no professionalism in the way you provide it. Here in Simtec Computeronics Ltd, Dadar, Mumbai, I submitted my Notebook for HDD replacement on 22.11.08. But one and half month has already gone still they are not able to say, when ill get my system. My work has suffered a lot due to this.
        Sir, my warranty period will expire on 27 March09, since this is your failure to provide service in time, please extend my warranty period for 2months.
        Can you give me my notebook and clarify about the irregularity from your side. you people have not left any option than to file a case in cosumer forum.
        please do the needful at earlist.

        HP India — Bad Services

        I have a HP Pavilion laptop model DV4-1415TU (Serial No.-CND9384JPF) which i purchased it on[protected]. In August, i faced problems regarding battery charging. I have given the laptop in Gurgaon service centre.

        I would like to inform you that i am not satisfied with the services provided by HP service centre Gurgaon.
        They informed me that there is a problem of motherboard. They have replaced the motherboard and gave back the laptop after 16 days saying that it is now working and battery problem has been resolved.
        After receiving it, i used it for 6 days and the same problem occurred again i.e. battery not charging.
        I would like to request you for proper diagnostics of my laptop again. Since i am very much upset as far as the services are concerned and suffering since 1 month. Do the needful as soon as possible.
        We are using Hp laserjet and deskjet printers in our form from last 9 years in year 2010 we purchased a laserjet m1213nf printer from delhi hp distributer.
        And from that day till now we are facing lots of problems and no one care about it wheather it is hp customer care or ho authorized service center. however we are useng about 20 hp printers in our firm still v are facing problems.

        dear sir,
        i am subhransu parida purchase a laptop on dt 17.02.2011 model hp G42 and now I had already used 11month but previous some days i have face problem for battery backup and i checked up it by hp support assitant which is inbuilt in hp laptop and it shows weak strength of battery after that I had go your service centre at balasore, odissa. but they told whenever it is not fully red we had not able to change the battery but in that time it shows half red, and they dont change the battery. I have not sattisfied his servicing. I[censored] take any action any action before warranty I have pleased ur servicing.

            dear sir
            i purchased a hp g62-253tu notebook pc on 03 Nov 2010 from nucleus computer services and that time a diwali offer of Rs 2000 gift of addidas. I was provided web address of hp as www.hp.com/promotion while logging on this a number of times I was guided to product registry by the web eventually I did so(about four times) taking it granted as this to be the procedure. but I didn't receive any confirmation mail from hp till 25 nov 2010, further i was intimated that offer was valid till 15 Nov 2010. this all shows as basic attitude of hp as to give minimum gifts thats why web of hp is so unfriendly, even today it is next to impossible to get any email of hp excecutive.

            I was plannig to go to consumer court and that i will do ultimately if the problen is not resolved through u shortly.
            I had placed the same complaint on 09 Jan 2011 but that is not seen on your complaints page.

              Dear Sir
              I purchased HP G-62 Notebook on 03 Nov 2010 from a retailer in Gorakhpur (U.P.) and there was festival offer on the same for Rs 2000/- worth gift from Addidas. I was informed to log in on www.hp.com/promotion, which I did and was guided by web to register my product, after doing so even I was prompted to open my login accout which I did eventually. There was no feedback from the site and on revisiting the shop on 20 November 2010 I was told that offer was valid till 15 Nov 2010. This was not a problem as I had already registered on the site. But on further querries I was informed that now my claim for offer is not valid as I have not send the cuttings of the packing. Now I was totaly at loss as this was never told to me neither was prompted by the site.

              Inspite of my various attempts I could not locate any contact on the hp website to whom to address my complaint and site itlself prooved to be most unhelpful.

              Now I am planning to present my case in Consumer court. This is my last effort to solve it otherwise.

Mr. Ranjan said your Laptop/ Note book facing problem with SPS- PNL RAW 14.1 WXGA BV 2A5 DV4 PAV ( Part). Diagnostic the Note book issue within panel but the white patches (TFT panel) are not covered under warranty. But my laptop under warranty. They are charging me 16, 938 rupees. What Shall I do? I request to you kindly quick and Necessary action.

                      i have brouht a colour ink jet printer of HP company from newgen technologies,new colony, rayagada, and it gor repair after 20 days and i again brough a new catridge of cost Rs. 500/- and again the printer was getting pause while printing , and then i gave to the new technologis, as i brought from them, and it became 2 months till today, there is no response from the HP servicing centre,
                      so i am requesting you to please allow m e the original cost of the colour printer and the extra 100 rupees for harrasmemt and mental agony charge,,,

                      Yes, I agree, HP Printer provides defective products and thier service center does not even bother to repair and replace. If it was USA, these guys pissing in thier pants.

                        I booked gas for home delivery on 8th Nov. 2010 but till today 29th Dec. 2010 not delivered After five time reminder. Whenever I make phone call to Gas Agency (Kay Ess Enterprises, 8, Upkar Shopping Center, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Phone:[protected], 2520578, 2520150 ), he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. When agency confirmed that I must sent the cylinder then take leave from my institute therefore, I have lost approx Rs 20,000/-from my salary. This is mentaly and finential harassment. It is humbly request that look in to the matter and try to send my gas cylider other wise I will go consumer forum.
                        It is very shameful that HP Gas announce that agency will supply the cylinder within 24-48 hrs after booking but after 50 days I have not receive the cylinder.

                            I went to the service centre of hp located at panchsheel towers in secunderabad, andhra pradesh. my printer was out of warrenty so they directed me to a private guy in the lower floor of service centre. What i found was unbelievable, lower staff in hp are sending customers to him for commission form this guy.

                            This person is a cheater, he cheated many customers like me, he said that he will inform me the estimation by phone. i was not happy for the price he quoted and went to pickup my printer, this guy demanded 500 rupees for returning my printer this is for testing my printer, which he never informed earlier I found that I was true as service people came there to pick money for the sent customers right in front of me. he said that he has to pay commission for staff in your service centre he is cheating a lot of hp out of warrenty customers with the cooperation and understanding from staff in hp service centre.

                            EVERY ONE SENT IS SUGGESTED TO GO THERE, HE IS RIGHT PERSON FOR REPAIRING OUT OF WARRENTY CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR COMMISSION THEY GET FROM HIM. I never expected this type of cheating from a company like HP. please take care of culprits in your service centre. Please see that others wont get cheated on the name of hp, you know very few people like me complain while a lot of people suffer silently.

                                My pc show an error message when i creat recovery disc then i submit a complain on technical support for recovery disc last 2 month is gone but i can,t get my recovery disc. i call many time for it but they have only on answer this disc is not availiable

                                  I purchased a hp Pavilion dv6 1319TX from Docketcare System Lucknow UP in January 7th,2010. At that time a promotional offer
                                  for Videocon LCD was existing, for which I sent a Demand Draft of Rs. 9000/- along with other required documents. I recieved a mail from HP redemption on February 1, 2010 stating my Redemption code as S6HJEPME7I. Two months back I got a mail from Ms Pallavi & then Telephone call from some Mr. Bhatia asking me for an alternate address, as the address given by me was not being covered by their courior. After getting permission from Mr.Pankaj Agrawal of Docketcare, I gave their address as alternative address. BUT after that till date neither I recieved my LCD TV nor I'm able to contact anybody at hp redemption cell. After many mails I was informed that my LCD has been dispatched on 24th Nov through Madhur Courier vide consignment No. 82903079 but it has not been reached Lucknow till date. When Lucknow Branch was cotacted, they said that they have not recieved it yet and when Delhi Head office was contacted they said that that they have no record of this consignment number. Now no one answers my mail nor the attend my call at hp redemption cell. My mobile No. is [protected]

                                    I was also send scan copy of bill and box cutting scan copy to [protected]@solutions-intg.com date on[protected].

                                    As per instruction mail last date of claim submitted[protected]

                                    I was loot of time follow up by mail but i have not received any reply from there side and call many time hp call center and he was give me redemption inquiry no but this is closed no of phone.

                                    So finally i want to share my issue with Hp consumer complaint and i hope you will give me respectable reply from your side.

                                    please do the needful and reply the status as soon as possible i am waiting for your fast reply.

                                    We had purchased a hp laptop in the Jan, 2009 with which there was a Philips Home Theatre System free. But they courier the gift to u only after u send the required documents to their delhi office. We sent the docs on 8th Jan n received a message from them that the gift is dispatched thru Overnite couriers on 23rd march, 2009. Its been 2 months and we havnt yet received the gift. Inspite of repeated enquiries, all that they say is we r looking into it. Its so disgusting!! n that too from such a reputed company!! I have vowed never to believe in such schemes. I wud recommend to all to never fall for such schemes especially from HP.
                                    We have purchased a Hp laptop on June06, 2009 with which there was a Scheme that for buying Motorola Mobile of Rs 13, 799 we will get it in Rs3, 999.But they courtier u only after u send the required documaents to thier delhi office. We send the docs on 8thJune, 2009. Its been 3 months and we havnt yet received the gift.I kindly request you to please look for it.

                                    I had purchaed the lap top from Mr.Pankaj Dogra (Dogra Computers Solan HP, who is affiliated to your Chandigarh based dealer.As my priority to purchase this lap top was DDR3 which in fact I could not get. Moreover, at the time of purchase the supplier could not show me the details depicting installation of DDR 3. It was only at my own that I could explore the details of DDR from the lap top itself. When I came to know with the factual position I immediately contacted the supplier and asked him to get the lap top replaced with the required configuration. The supplier contacted his Chandigarh based dealer for the replacement but he could not get the same replaced. Presently my lap top is still lying with the supplier. In view of above mentioned fact your good self is requested to look in to the matter personally and my lap top may kindly be replaced with new one.

                                      I purchase a laptop from a local retailer of gurgaon in sept 2010 on which a gift voucher worth Rs 2000 free for which retailer assured me. For that retailer registered the voucher online with other name with his mail id. Due to multiple registration of other cutomer from his mail id company reject the claim.By this reason i have not received voucher. When i discussed the matter with the retailer, he has not giving any satisfactory answer. He is saying it is not my matter, my work is to sell the laptop. Due to such reason i incurred loss of the voucher.

                                      Laptop — my suggestion to my friends in purchasing laptops

                                      i purchased a laptop of acer brand 14" with intel pentium P1600 with hard disk 500GB and ram of 6 GB (which was kept in offer list) at maithri vanam in laptop zone shop (ph.no :[protected],[protected]) its located at corner of ground floor 3 months back, since then iam getting shutdowning problems and i was vexed by wandering with that laptop to that shop finally i found he gave rams which are not working and in money aspect also he cheated me so friend iam requesting u not to buy laptops here and there,the money what we are keeping for laptop is nt a small amount and my hope no one will be cheated like me.
