SCF 13 , 2nd Floor Inner Market, Sector 7C Chandigarh-160018-UT. · Product purchased: - Hp Laptop Compaq CQ40-317TU Product Serial Number- [protected] Redemption Code: SNSCND91246JV ·Demand Draft No- 808190/25/06/2009 Rs.5499/- Rupees(Five thousand fourhundred and ninty-nine)only. in favor of Innovative incentives & events pvt. ltd., payable at chandigarh main branch. As per Redemption Support - Self Care <[protected]@innovativesupport.in> mail myclaim has been approved on 15-Jul-09 Vide file number 118290 mail received on dated 17th August 2009 (Monday). And gift should have been reached to me with in 10 days. But till now i have not received any gift from your side. In this respect I have check status of myclaim on redemption support website but unable to get proper response.You are requested to please respond as soon as possible that when I am going to get my gift claim of MOTO ROKR E8 .& please update me with related to my offer. Please note, there is no courier delivery facility to the address we have mentioned in our address format. So please make sure that the delivery must be sent thourgh indian postal service. Other wise please inform us or send my gift claim for an alternative address there courier facility is available. Please resend the status of your delivery. Thanking You. compaq notebook (model CQ-40-317-TU) — poor customer service

Sir,
I bought a laptop of compaq model CQ-40-317-TU from Altek solutions,Berhampur ,Orissa.After one month it shows LCD problems.So I had submit that laptop in service center, Blue solutions, Berhampur, which is an authorised service center of compaq notebooks on 19.08.09.There they told that the LCD have to be changed and it will take 10 to 12 days.But till now they have not done that.Whenever I called them they told that parts are not available.So I kindly want you to give it due atttention,

All electronics shops now days doing prostitution.Totally they are lying to the customer.Once customer purchased the things then they are telling you have choosed a wrong thing. we have not given such thnings to you or this facility was not available with this model.
