This complaint is with regards to my faulty Compaq Laptop (CQ40) and the pathetic service I have received from HP Call/Service centre.
I bought a Compaq Presario Laptop from EZONE, Mumbai on 18th March Model No.********40T8.
My Laptop has a display problem, as some lines have appeared on the display monitor on the lower bottom of the screen. I have been facing this issue since January 10.
I contacted the customer service centre over the phone vide mobile phone in the month of January 10 explaining two problems & also gave him my model number of the Laptop.
1. The Display Issue
2. Windows stops functioning whenever I try to run a movie
Kindly note that I didn’t receive any customer complaint number at this call, also I was unaware that a complaint number was to be issued.
The HP agent suggested that for the second problem that I reload the windows from my recovery disc and for the first problem visit a service centre.
He gave me addresses of 4 centres.
1. Jaynagar 3rd Block
2. Koramangala- behind HDFC bank
3. Indiranagar above More Super Market
4. Maha Electronics - Indiranagar
As I had just shifted to Bangalore at that point and I found it extremely difficult to locate the HP Service centres.
I visited the Jaynagar Branch, where the waiting time was very long, so I had to leave before my turn came.
I visited the Koramangala Centre, where they said that they do not repair Compaq Presario laptops but only normal HP laptops.
Finally I managed to locate a Indiranagar Branch above More super-market, where they informed me that my warranty period had expired, I requested them to consider my case explaining the difficulties I went through locating centres. They asked me to visit MAHA electronics.

At MAHA Electronics despite explaining the situation they refused to consider my case as the warranty had expired & connected me to a lady called Swati of some Technical Support. She obviously refused to help & consider my case.
Here to my utter surprise I came to know that none of my complaints were logged & that even my call of today afternoon at around 3.00pm was also not logged in your records. What was even more surprising was, even my visit to the HP Sakinaka Service Centre in Mumbai regarding a Windows Software Problem which I faced two months after I purchased the Laptop is also not in the records.
Since the agent didn’t give a complaint number for my call in January so conveniently the Technical support said that I didn’t call & even if I did then I didn’t give my Laptop details.

My experiences with HP Compaq product & its services has been despicable and considering the circumstances through which I have been put through I have no intention of repairing this Laptop which is little over a year old. I sincerely expected a lot more of Hp/ Compaq, but I have been sorely disappointed.

Compaq — Product Not Received

I have booked COMPAQ water Purifer at VASAI (West) Thane, on 14.01.2009, and I made payment by HSBC Ceedit Card, But till today I had not received the Product - (27.01.09)

Name of EUREKA FORBES REPRESENTATIVE - Mr.Chandan Pandey Code No - 9005616,

He told that I will get the product by - 15.01.09, As on today No Response from him.

Please Clear the Issue.

Compaq — Poor Product and Service

I had purchased a Compaq Presario Notebook (CQ40-425TU). Just one month after the purchase, the screen of the laptop started giving problems. As the laptop was within the guarantee period, I took my laptop to an HP Service Center at Kolkata. They said that when they might take around 10 days for repairing my laptop.

After 15 days when I gave them a call, they said that the company had not yet confirmed whether or not my laptop was within the guarantee period, so they have not received the spare part yet. They kept saying this for the next 15 days. After 30 days, they finally said that the spare part will be arriving shortly. On the 35th day, they called and asked me to collect my laptop. But when I went there to collect it, they said the laptop is 'almost ready' and would take 10 more minutes. And they finally returned my laptop after I waited there for around 1 hour.

I am extremely disappointed by the products and services of HP. I would advise everyone never to buy an HP product.

HP — faulty product delivered

I purchased HP pavillion dv6 laptop on march5, 2011. the laptop has so many issues. It freezes at every single click, it's processing is so damn slow. when i called customer care, they asked to follow their stupid troubleshooting steps which is so time consuming and refused to send technician for the same. then, the laptop came up with motherboard issue for which the technician came and replaced the motherboard in 20 days of my purchase of the laptop. the technician also mentioned that the operating system and the touchpad drivers are not installed properly in the laptop due to which it freezes and i need to get them reinstalled. he refused to do it himself as he was in hurry and asked to come back and got y previous complaint locked himself without resolving it. when i called customer care again, they said that i need to file a complaint again to get a technician. when i try to delete a folder, it gives an error that the folder cannot be deleted due to I/O device error and hangs my system after which the only option left with me is to hard reset the unit. i am so fed up o[censored]sing this laptop. i wish i old have purchased a second hand laptop instead of wasting rs40000 in purchasing this one as this laptop is even worst than a second hand laptop. HP sucks! i wish i can get my laptop replaced.

    Dear Concerned,

    First of all, I really don't know for self, whether detailing my problems in this site would help or not, if it does, its worth mentioning all the more.

    I had purchased a HP laptop from Juhu Croma last year along with 2 years extended warranty. In the month of January, thats post the first yr manufacturers warranty period, my Laptop suddenly stopped functioning. I called up the toll free for the first torture.. who gave me some number and address which does not exist anymore. trying again, a new number and address was confidently given, for a change this was replied but said this is only for TATA docomo services and not laptops.

    Through my friends I found on my own rather relying on Croma Toll free. I visited the service centre, which is outsourced to some RT Outsourcing ltd. Technical person name Joshua attended me and said he will need to check and need one day to revert. Even after trying my best to convince him to try starting now and check.. he said it will long time I'll check and tell tomorrow. This day was 16th January 2010.

    I recived a call after a week saying the Laptop seems non repairable at their end and needs to be sent to Level 3 and thats in Bangalore. I really dont know what they did as I had the least of information on my product. Every time I would call up, they would reply saying they are yet to recive any update from Bangalore, they would check and let me know, which never happened till the time I would call.

    After 3 months of torture, one day I called and there was no reply on joshua's mobile and neither the landline, fearing I took permission from my office and landed in RT outsorcing, it was ridiculous as everyone including Joshua were in the centre and were not replying. Status of the product was still teh same. I too the Bangalore number and called from there itself. They gave a weeka TAT.

    Later that week I received a call from the service centre saying the Laptop has cm and they asked me to collect. after reaching, it was horrible to know that the Laptop is still in same non starting condition and too add to the frustration they have misplaced my Power Adapter also.

    That same day I had lodged a feedback/complaing on Croma's website. Everyday I get a call to check whether me complaint is resolved or not... without knowing that they are further harrassing by not giving my Laptop Back.

    Its 4th month running. I have been transfered to Hyderabad from Mumbai with all my family members in Mumbai. I got my Laptop for chatting and emailing them which is not happening. This is waste of time and mental torture.

    HP Laptop — WORST HP service

    Never buy any HP product ,worst worst service,If there is any small problem you need pay full amount for that.

    I have some question to HP team ,i posted no of times but never got reply.

    I requst all the people don't buy any HP product if you already buy and if there is any problem don't go HP service center becase they very big quotation than acutal product, any qusetion ping me :[protected]@gmail.com

    1) Why HP is not repairing the product instead of simply replacing the product.
    In my case the they are saying we don't know functionality of LCD screen
    that what we just replacing instead of repair.
    2) It is more than 70% of product cost ,How customer can through away the
    particular part even 99% is fine.
    3) It is just cheating of the customers and regaining for selling of your products
    again and again
    u r right...hp service is the worst in indiia..hp products ae worst.. spread this word... we shdnt buy hp..

    HP Laptop — Worst ever services seen

    Since day one of purchase of laptops i am crying out litterly....
    mini laptop damaged.Initially bad sound was coming out of it with kind of sparking on screen and now window is corrupted.Unfortunately this laptop was also of HP.Please find below the details of the laptop :

    HP Laptop — worst customer service

    Hi my name is Pushpa Sahani. I bought HP laptop model no. pavilion dv6 now I am getting problem with speakers and it’s been just 1 month i bought this laptop. I tried to watch one movie after downloading but during watching the movie voice started breaking up, i thought there is a problem in movie which i downloaded but it happened with another video and now there is no voice at all but i can hear voice from my headset. I called customer service regarding this complaint but Hp customer service its worst customer service i have ever seen. they asked me so many question to which i gave answers also and at the end they asked me that which media player are u using, I told them that i am using VLC but after hearing this thing they were too rude on the call and informed me that it’s not going to cover under warranty because HP laptop is not supporting VLC. I told them that there is nowhere i can find this information in the manual and CROMA STORE also did not informed me about this thing so now i do not have any options rather than expending some more money so please do needful for me.

      Hp india is really cheating with its fraud promotion.After sending Rs 9000 and all other documents i did not get any LCD TV for over four months and now they have sent me videocon VHL22SMH model LCD TV with a MRP sticker of Rs 11000 and which was available in srinagar for less than Rs 10000.Imagine this fradulent claim of a gift with an HP laptop when you get something for over Rs[protected]+1200 entry tax )after over four months and so much pleading which is available in the market for less than that.it is really disgusting.

      Totally agree with you there is always a huge difference in cost of products, it is cheaper in market as compared to direct sales, secondly HP rarely provide you redeemptions

      i also have same problem i fully agree with this issue i have got lcd after 5 month and with a MRP sticker of Rs 11000 .it is really disgusting.

        I bought a MFP1319F printer in December 2008, and my warranty was to expire on 29th December 2009, so accordingly i had applied for a renewal of warranty vide reference number [protected] on the 24th of December. Four months have passed and nothing has been done about it. I keep on calling the customer care and they keep on telling, "we would contact you." Today on 21st April 2010 i receive a call from one of HP representatives and i am informed that since my printer is out of warranty today so i cannot be granted extended warranty that is supposed to be given to a printer in warranty. This means for the fault of HP i have to suffer. If HP did not extend my warranty i have to bear the loss of that. if this is the way a company like HP treats its customers then i must say its pretty disappointing and right now i feel cheated and would never go for HP which is only looking to sell products and is so poor at customer services. I am sure this is the last time i purchased a HP product and would never suggest anyone to purchase one.

          I purchased a laptop HP pavilion DV-6 2113AX form baroda, Gujrat, India. From CROMA electronics. Within one month I faced battery charging problem, though my total usage is not even one month as per hours. I showed it in baroda ITEC authorized hp service center but they could not identify the problem, so again 15 days passed. After this I showed it in Ankleshwar Simtech comptutronics pvt ltd. authorized service center. They identified the problem and are saying to replace the mother board and battery; but they are still not sure about persisting problem. Now if they are going to replace the afore mentioned items, about 75% of constituents in the laptop are going to be changed in a short period of time. Hence I request for a replacement of the laptop.

          As a customer, facing a problem in such a short duration, it doesn't give me confidence on the products of HP. As I preffered to take HP laptop instead of other brands, now I can not recomend my freinds and relatives to rely on HP products if sufficient and satisfactory support is not received from your side.

          Even i bought the same model from STAPLES, Bangalore. Within 7 days I also faced the problem with battery charging and the total backup is less than 1 hours. But at the time of purchase i was told that it will give 3 hours and 30 minutes of backup.
          And while charging most of the time it shows plugged in, not charging. I went to the service center and told them the issue. They said it's not an issue but a feature. But I couldn't find this written anywhere. I don't know if this is a feature then why it is not mentioned anywhere.

            I faced two problems:
            1. While my lap in warrenty period ,i changed 4 batteries bcoz of not charging properly and back up problem
            2.now my 4th battery also lately charging and strucking in between while charging , i ask to hp service thy replyed me we r helpless(main thing is my lap is getting charge only in hp service not at any another place even my home ) so if this issue is not get clear definitly i'll go to consumer court ..i

              After two days same i didn't get any response for the hp, I again call at customer care (same no.) the person was said please send your details to mail ID- [email]esc.[protected]@hp.com[/email] and wait for (24 to 48 Hrs), I sent at dated 16.04.10.
              After two days on 20.04.10 when call at customer care the person was said me you are going wrong way please send a copy of invoice and offer latter (which was sent by [email]in.[protected]@hporiginalrewards.com[/email]) to email Id- consumersupport.india.com and Fax to [protected].
              when i try to send fax on given number it was Fax sending failed.
              try to sent mail on consumersupport.india.com mail was failed.
              called again after long discussion call transfer to head of the caller
              she said my you send you all details to [email]esc.[protected]@hp.com[/email] and consumersupport.india.com.
              when i said i have did it. she said that i did not not find any mail from your side. may be you are not able to send or sent mail and fax.

                Hello,

                My laptop was in guarantee period and i dont know why should pay for it. When i visited the Service center, they open the laptop and told me that i dont need to pay anything as it was in guarantee period then after few days they came up to me saying that there was some water in it.When they open the laptop in front me there was no water at all. How can i believe them that they were right? they had sent me quote amount is more than the price of new one. . i come to you as they harassed me and they are cheating me. i did not about consumer court site before so i could not come to you. Please help to repair my notebook.

                  I PURCHASED A LAPTOP COMPAQ PRESARIO Notebook.
                  DURING Jan 2009 AND I WAS ENTITLED FOR A FREE GIFT OFFER. AS REQD. I SENT A DD FOR RS.1299/-as transportation charge( from delhi ) .WITH ALL THE REQD.DOCUMENTS.there is delay of more than 1year.and .. stillill gift is not received .

                    These people are fraud.
                    It is 420 and they should be sent to jail.
                    They withdraw money and enjoy the same at the cost of customers.
                    Maybe 1 out of 100 gets this product.

                    My item code CNU9314N1M has not been dispatched inspite of repeated requests for more than 4 months of my payment.
                    They have withdrawn payment of 9000/- with a written understanding that the product will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.
                    HP and this [censored] cell have connived together to cheat us by fraudulently withdrawing money against promises not to be kept and now not responding at all.
                    Some forums also highlight that when insisted upon these cheats send non wall mountable and cheap lcd instead of the one promised.
                    HP should be ashamed to let this happen.
                    This is my last correspondence prior to a legal notice.

                        I purchased a HP Laptop Pavillion dv2000. S/N 2CE706267Q , P/N : RZ893PA#ACJ. I bought this laptop about 3 Yrs back, Surprisingly it went to the service centre in just about 3 mnths after service. Since my place of work was too far from the nearest service centre still i travelled all the way down to the service centre to get the problem fixed. Right from the first day i faced the problem with the DVD driver as it could not read DVD's, it was comparatively comfortable with CD Driver. I took the laptop to Redington (Authorized Service Centre in Indore) They retrned me the laptop in about half n hour saying that the problem i fixed but it started againt in just a week time. Then in about 7 Months time after purchase the Keyboard and Battery was changed, and the same temporary repairing was done with DVD Driver. DVD Driver is still not working, the new battery lasts not more then about 45 Mins. The laptop gets extremely hot in just 15 Mins. I had been really a loyal customer of HP and had lot of faith in HP's quality. I am using HP's printer and Fax machine, bought a HP laptop to gift my younger brother on his Graduation. But recently when i got a new job i particularly requested the management not to give me a HP laptop, but bad news that company had tieup with HP, still just on my request they provided me a Compaq Laptop which i find really much better then HP, since both the products belong to same manufacturer but Compaq is better.                         I had purchased a new HP pavillion dv2000 note book from HP dealers in Siliguri in November 2007 and was supposed to get a hauppage TV tuner within 6 weeks,however 4 months having passed I have not received the gift inspite of submitting all documents to their redemption cell in Okhla,New Delhi.
                        It doesnt speak well for a company of HP's stature.

                        SUBJECT: LACK OF COMPLETE INFORMATION REGARDING HP LAPTOP WINDOW VISTA AT SERVICE CENTRE.

                        SIR,
                        I HAVE TO INSIST TO PURCHASE HP LAPTOP WINDOW VISTA BY THE DISTRIBUTIOR THAT THE SERVICE EASLY AVAILABLE AFTER SALE. HE ALSO ASSURED ME THAT EVERY INFORMATION THAT YOU WANT AVAILABLE EASLY WITH THE HP SERVICE CENTRE. SIR IT IS VERY SAD TO SAY THAT MOST OF YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING LAPTOP ESPECIALLY (WINDOW VISTA). I HAD PURCHASED WINDOW VISTA HP PAVELLION DV 2000 FOR RS. 48, 500/- FROM M/S. WAHI COMPUTER, SECTOR 20, CHANDIGARH.

                        IN THE BEGNING I HAVE TO FACE LOT OF PROBLEMS REGARDING LOADING SOFTWARE ON IT. CUSTOMER CARE ALSO COULD NOT PROVIDE SATISFACTORY SOLUTION. WHEN I CONTACTED YOUR SERVICE CENTRE THEY TOLD ME THAT WE HAVE TO CONSULT THE CONCERNED PERSON TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE WINDO VISTA.

                        I HAVE VISTED 2-3 TIMES AT R.T RESOURCING, SECTOR-34, CHANDIGARH AS ADVISED BY R.T RESOURCING. THE PROBLEM WHICH I WAS FACING THAT SYSTEM WAS DECREASING ‘C’ DRIVE MEMORY DAY BY DAY. THERE WAS THE DIFFERENCE IN MEMORY CONSUMED IN ‘C’ DRIVE AND THE MEMORY USED IN HARD DISC. THERE WAS LOT OF DIFFERENCE . TOTAL MEMORY USED IN HARD DISC FOR EXAMPLE 54 GB, BUT IT SHOWS IN ‘C’ DRIVED ABOUT 30 GB. I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THAT WHERE THE COMPUTER STORE THE DATA AND WHICH TYPE OF DATA IS BEING STORED ON THE HARD DISC. REGARDING THIS I CONTACTED R.T RESOURCING, CHANDIGARH. THEY SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT THERE SHOULD BE VIRUS IN YOUR COMPUTER. YOU HAVE TO RESTORE THE COMPUTER. THEN I RESTORE MY COMPUTER AS DIRECETED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE. DUE TO THIS I HAVE TO LOST MY SOFT WARE LOADED ON THE COMPUTER. AFTER RESTORING THE COMPUTER THE PROBLEM WAS REMAIN SAME. I AGAIN CONTACTED AT SERVICE CENTRE. THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE TO LEFT THE COMPUTER WITH US. IT WILL TAKE AROUND 6-7 HOURS TO CHECK THE COMPUTER. THERE ARE VERY HARMFUL VIRUS.
                        BUT, I WAS ASSURED THAT WHEN I HAVE RESTORED MY COMPUTER, THERE COULD NOT BE THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY VIRUS ON MY COMPUTER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, BUT I AM USING COMPUTER FOR THE LAST 12 YEAR.

                        I STUDIED LOT ON THE WINDOW VISTA AND CONTACTED ALSO WITH MY FRIEND WORKING AT DELHI AS A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER.
                        I DISCUSSED WITH HIM REGARDING THE PROBLEM. HE SUGGEST ME TO CHECK THE COMPUTER PROTECTION SYSTEM. HE ALSO HELPED TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM. WITH THE HELP OF MY FRIEND I INDEPENDENTLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM.

                        IT IS VERY SAD TO SAY THAT PEOPLE WORKING AT SERVICE CENTRE AT CHD ARE NOT UP TO THEIR MARK. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY EXTRA KNOWLEDGE. COMPANY SHOULD GIVE THEM TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BEFORE LOUNCHING THEIR NEW PRODUCTEDS. CUSTOMERS HAVE TO FACE LOT OF PROBLEMS WITHOUT PROPER SERVICE AFTER SALE.

                        IF I LEAVE MY COMPUTER AT THIS SERVICE CENTRE I CANNOT IMAGINE WHAT WOULD BE THE CONDITION OF MY LAPTOP. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE ABOUT NEW PRODUCT OF HP. HOWERVER, ALL THE HELP AND SUPPORT AVAILABLE AT THE HP SITE.

                                  I’m Fazal Shaikh from Mumbra and I had made complaint regarding my color cartridge is not giving print outs in color for the above printer and i have been recommemded to go for the cartridge check in Ingram Micro in Vikroli authorised center for HP Printers with my issue and they have rejected my application for replacement by saying for the sceond loss of weight and i have explained i have not used more than 8 to 10 pages that is only sample pages to check the printers and from the date of purchase printer i’m not able to use it and in my computer when i check it still shows a level 50% in color cartrigde and i can show with a proof but the person representative are not helpful to me and during the technical help from HP while filling a complaint no [protected] the techinical assistant did some test by pressing together cancel key and switch on for less than 10 second and we did that for 5 to 6 times but not able to get the print out of the confirgation page and the call center agent told to go with cartridge and their will not be any issue configuration page and Ingram Micro rejected my application by saying we cant further push yr application for consideration because you dont have properly document to relog your case.

                                  HP DESKJET f4288 All in One Printer — Printer Not Working

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I purchased a printer HP Deskjet All in One 4288 on 02 Oct 09.
                                  It is under the guarantee period of 01 Year. The printer is not working properly. I complained about this on the HP Service Center many times. They assured that the technician will visit on site. I have been waiting since 07 Jul 10. No technician turned on till date.
                                  yes i am totally agree with mr. fazal shaikh, even i also facing similar problem with my deskjet F-4185 all in one printer. even though i have purchase the new colour cartridge ink level shown ZERO . when i have got in touch with my retail shop Raj Technologies Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon west- tel no. 28748637 / 28748636 . he said i have to go HP centre to exchange the cartridge.

                                  And i am fed up with your Service centre as they are shifting / closing branches from mumbai city & the customer has to run around them for searching their branches. Do HP is not bother about the same ? what their service teams are doing or the company does not have any control on their franchises.

                                  Surprisingly, the new branch of service centre, Redington india Ltd, Andheri, Te. No. 30893701 / 9 the cartridge dept. still not in place and more over they are not lifting the phone calls . Therefore i can not go their to check the status of Cartridge & its become pain for me.

                                  I think company has more nos . of customers & they are not able to service them . Hence they should shut down the business and give it to their compititaor.

                                    I would like to inform you that my name is Swapan banerjee & I'm holding an HP Pavilion DV4-1211TU.Batch number is: CND91257R3.There was a problem in my laptop from last 1month.Some horizontal lines were coming under the LCD.That's why I deposited it at the service center named "Digital Care Private Limited" in Kolkata.(88A,Sarat Bose Road,Kolkata-700006).I deposited it at the service centre on 29/03/10.After few days I got a call from their end that the problem is solved & I can collect my Laptop anytime I want.Then on Saturday 3/04/10 I went to the service center to collect my product I checked it,the problem for which I submitted it it was ok.But they made some physical damages to the facial.I told them they told me they will do some touch up work for that particular portion I opposed to take that granted However some of them was also partially telling me they haven't done any mistake the damage was may be already there which they overlooked at the time of receiving that.
                                    I want a solution from HP & as a penalty of this harassment & mean behavior of your companies' franchise I need a brand new facial for my laptop for my whole laptop body otherwise I'll complain to the consumer forum & complain against your company warranty norms violation & as well as against that particular franchise.
                                    I hope I'll receive a solution regarding my above stated problem as early as possible.

                                      I bought two laptop from HP which is just 4 months old & under warranty are DV5 Pavallion & Compaq Presario CQ 161 which I bought in Feb 2010 just 1 month back. I am trying registering my complaint on HP's customer care & their website but no response.

                                      DV5 screen is fumbling & CQ 161 has got shortcircuit in my adapter/charger. I am unable to use my laptop, who will pay for my work loses, will HP?

                                      Is someone is there to listen or not or you only want to sell your products & no service reply after that.

                                      Both of my laptops are under warranty, pls resolve it otherwise I have right to approach consumer court.

                                        LG — Redemption of gift

                                        Hi,

                                        I bought a LG refigerator in Adishwars show room on 8th April 2008 at Bangalore during LG 11th anniversiry celebrations scratch card offer.I got LG home theatre in that sacratch card.

                                        To claim that gift everytime i am calling Adshiwars people but they are saying that till now they haven't received those gifts.I really do not understand it is a mistake by Company or dealers.

                                        Please let me know the status of that gift or else i want to proceed consumer court on this.

                                        please remember the dead line date to collect those gift was 20th May'08.

                                        LG Fridge — Scratch Card Gift

                                        Dear Sir,


                                        we have purchased LG Fridge on 8th Feb 2009 from Bajaj Electronics Panjagutta showroom they have given scrach card we have scrached and we got LG Mobile they asked us to submit the Address proof and id proof we have submitted on the same day but till now we have not received the Gift. When we contacted Bajaj Showroom no one is giving response.

                                        Please look into this.

The DD for amount 9000/- is sent in the name of solutions integrated mktng svcs pvt ltd New delhi on[protected].along with the invoice no sticker sticked on the bill. But till now not there is no response.
