I have purchased a desktop (model : a6710in, s/n INA84703CJ) from Radhika Associates shop no-17, Birla market Renukoot Sonbhadra UP in March Ist week 2009.
I have recieved only UPS through Overnite Express courier on dated 19/08/2009, but not recieved the PRINTER till now.
Please clear what is the status of my PRINTER and in how many days I will receive? Please do the needful action as earliest possible.

I had purchashed compaq Desktop SG 3630IL Desktop on 25th Feb 2009 and sent a DD as per HP Redemption cell's Terms and condition.I recieved a UPS but did not recieve the printer yet.I had tried to call the redemption cell office and emailed them on this regard but noting has been done till date.My redemption code is MJDRTTZFE.Pls help me.

my hp printer- CW95C591T5 is not working i have complaint my dealer for this he told me he send it to service center for replacement on 18/11/2009 but not yet i get my printer please call me on [protected]

COMPAQ - COMPUTER — Offer not yet get - purchased 27.2.09

We have purchased a hp-compaque computer on 27.2.2009. The company offered HP All-in-one printer 4288+HP 600VA UPS. For this offer the company demanded a DD for Rs. 999/- and other documents. So I sent a DD for Rs.999 vide DD No.879848 dated 7.3.2009 along with other documents. On 18.4.2009 the company mailed me and give a reference No.86647 and saying that my claim is processing. After that , the company mailed me , my gift is claimed and accepted - awaiting dispatching. But till date on 29.12.09, I dont get this offer.

I bought the computer nearly 10 months. With the offer given by the company, I would not buy the UPS . my computer is working without UPS. Voltage fluctuations and other problems are damaging my computer. Several times I mailed this matter, but sorry to say that , no reply is sent. So once again to sent this
