i purchase a laptop in[protected]at that time i purchase they offre free gift for my purchase .that is kodak cam of 9.2 mega pixel for that i send 1299 rup through d.d and i have the redemption code also but i did not get any gift .so i redy to take court action also.kindly inform me procedure for take action .

I registered online with the redemption cell and i have sent all the required documents to new delhi as given in the redemption cell BEFORE THE DUE DATE ITSELF..
It was nearly an year i bought this laptop and still i dint get any camera as told by the HP redemtion when i registered..
Is this GAME jus played with a loyal customer or what...
