[Resolved]  HRTC Bus Booking — refund of money

I got my money back

I have book ticker from delhi to jawalaji in an ordinary bus and cancel the ticker after few mintues rs.889 deducted from my debit card but still i did not get my money back. what I have to do for this,

Its Subangini.. I cancelled the tickets on April 6th but haven't received the respective amount back. Kindly take an initiative to refund the money back.

Dear sir,
I booked 3 volvo ticket solan to delhi isbt 10.30 pm reporting time with seat no. 5, 6, 8 on 19/4/2017 & cancelled on 21/4/2017 and was told by Hrtc that refund of 821 rupees will be credited but no money money has been credited so far...pls help

The wrong amount has been deducted on 19th April-2017 during ticket attempt on HRTC portal but my Ticket is not confirmed and amount of ticket rs 485 dedudted after 20 days of wrong deduction the amount is not refunded..

मेने आज दिनांक 19/06/2017 को ऑनलाइन टिकिट बुक कराया था सुंदरनगर से अम्बाला तक 6 टिकट कराई थी hrtc.gov.in पर जाकर श्री मान मेने वहाँ सभी फॉर्म अच्छे से भर दी थी आगे मुझसे भुगतान के तौर पे 6 टिकटों के 1870 रुपये का भुगतान करने को कहा गया मेंने अपने stat bank of india की नेट बैंकिंग से भुगतान कर दिया जो कि सफलता पूर्वक हो गया था मेरे पास एक कनफर्मिशन मैसेज भी आया था लेकिन जब में बस स्टैंड पहुंचा तो उन्होंने बोला कि ये टिकट तो दिल्ली के लिए किसी और ने कर व रखी ह अब बताये सर मेरे तो पैसे भी कट गए और टिकट भी नही हुआ श्री मान में अपनी सभी डिटेल भेज रहा हूँ कृपया मेरे रुपये वापिस करने की कृपा करें
