I am currently traveling from shimla to delhi via volvo bus, which starts from isbt shimla, now its 10:22 bus bus staff has not switched on blower of bus. I want to say i[censored] cant give Services to customers then shut down these buses. Go to see service in punjab Volvo buses, even their HVAC donot stop at parking. And u cant give service after 2:30 hours of Journey.

Sir, my self kartik dogra.I booked bus ticket from kangra to baddi for 8 january 2017 on 6 january 2017 from hrtc app.but while booking the balance from my account is deducted but I cannot get ticket number or details.I am booking seat number 34.the deducted amount is rs230 .and ecom number is 70061970.sir kindly refund my money.the atm number from transaction is made is [protected] and account number is [protected] and owner name is shashi bala..please refund my money as soon as possible. bus departure time is 10:40am...

Sir I regularly travel in HRTC buses.Good & awesome services
But here I point your attention towards balance money refunded by conducted to passengers.My short journey from Baddi to distt. Una hardly take 2 hrs. Time & the ticket charges are 88 to 89 rs. But by giving them 100 rs. Currency note conductors only refund balance money 10rs. To their passengers rest of 1 or 2rs.they never ever given to their passengers, many time I ask them to refund my balance 2 rs. Or 1rs.but they refuse to do that.
So it's my humble request to you.please look in this matter to avoid unnecessary problems which are fluelenty given by conductors.

I lost a suitcase full of my valuable things because the conductor was careless. The bus stopped directly at Delhi after leaving from kangra and the conductor was really rude because I and my friend had excess luggage. We are students and we had to shift from himachal so we had no choice but to take all our luggage in the bus. When the bus arrived Delhi he started throwing our bags out of the bus and left in a hurry without letting us check. And I lost one big suitcase full of expensice things including my projects! It's shameful. After staying in himachal for 5years this is the kind of treatment I get.

From bcs to edwards. At 9:15 am on 2/12/16. The bus got so packed that there was no place left to move even.
On demanding the rent i asked the conductor to come forward as there was no place for me to move. He started shouting at me n called me an IDIOT .
I asked the bus driver to provide me the log book but he did not.
I would really like to lodge a conplaint against this bus driver and the conductor who have no sense to talk to people.
I would be highly obliged if an action is taken against them.

Osn[protected] time 11:40 am place katori bangla h. P. Punjab border. Dear sir 5 passenger waiting for chamba to chintpurni bus 2 passenger was going to nurpur & 3 passengre was going to talwara. I was waiting for other bus when bus has come passenger are signal for bus stop, but bus driver has ignore thier signal afterthat one passanger take lift for dunera then he asked to driver why you did not stop bus on katori bangla driver said bus going to late we have taking food in dunera sir many hrtc driver do not stop bus in many place. Thereafter passenger are suffring due to driver misbehave. Sir i requested to you please take departmetly action against said driver.

I have cancelled two e-tickets bearing number [protected] & [protected]on 02-Nov-2016 but it has not been refunded yet. I have already sent email to [protected]@gmail.com but they are saying that it has been refunded to our respective account and credit card. But till not we have not received it yet. I don't understand why bank won't refund our amount if HRTCHP has already refunded it. Looks like there is something missing.

Very poor service when it comes to refunding the e-tickets.

i am surender kumar working with tenzin hospital i am just waiting for bus after duty around 6 pm to 6:35 pm at outside of the tenzin hospital hrtc bur arrive around 6:35 pm i stand front of the bus and give sign for stop bus after long time but the driver totally over speed ed and without break he cross the bus front of me. Its too irritated and not ignorable issue for hrtc bus services i want some action on the driver who is the on-duty .

A bus ticket booked under the TicketID [protected] using the HRTC online bus booking portal was cancelled due to internet connectivity problem but the amount of "Rs. 1122" was deducted on on 10-OCT-16, 11:12. Transaction Reference Number - IGAABHHHQ5. The amount has still not been refunded after 25 days. A refund was initiated on 14-OCT-16 according to the attached copy of mail from the HRTC office but my bank account did not receive the refund. I have still not been informed about the reason for refund reversal. My mails and my calls have not been responded adequately. After repeated mails still no confirmation of refund has been given to me. My calls to the HRTC office were also not answered.

This is to bring into your notice that the driver of bus number hp 63 5318 deliberately missed the pickup point (Ghora chowki) even though it was clearly mentioned in the e-ticket (Ticket number [protected]) i had bought for route id 1 (Shimla to kashmiri gate new delhi) on 2 nov 2016. This caused a lot of inconvenience as i had to book a cab to overtake the bus and board it at waknaghat. I would also like to bring into your notice that upon confrontation the driver and conductor lied that they had stopped the bus a bit ahead of the stop and started quarreling and misbehaving with me and the cab driver. This behaviour and service was not expected buy the corporation. I hereby request the corporation to refund me the whole amount of the ticket and the cab (Rs 500) amount because of the inconvinience caused and mental harassment done by the driver and conductor. I expect a prompt action and reply from your end. Thank you.

I am travelling from Pawanoo to Baddi with my wife on bhaiya dooj by using Hrtc on dated 01/11/2016: 5:00 pm. Conductor ask for ticket from ladies and women. I have to pay for my wife as well. He told me that bus is travelling by pinjore which is in haryana and also told me that free time for women is finished on 5pm. Please send me proper notification of Transport ministry or take any suitable action.

I am traveling from dharamshala to rohru route bus. Because today is diwali festival, they said they would go up to ghumarvin which is about 100 km away from Shimla. I have to reach my home but if this bus does not go to Shimla in time I would miss my bus to Chaupal.. And my home me is far from the stoppage, traveling in this bus today is become now trouble some for me.I request to kindly order this bus which does not mentioned its number inside the bus..to go at least up to Shimla so that we can celebrate the festival with our family..

Today 28 August 2016 I was travelling in the bus the bus no. Was HP 67 2308 it was from chintpurni to Hoshiarpur . The conductor misbehaved with the senior citizen of India, who was ex employee of HRTC.And when we came down he something which was very embarrassing. He was new but didn't know how to behave with senior citizen. I want some action to be taken again with anybody else .
I hope you will not ignore this complaint .

Am travelling from chandigarh to bilaspur. As today is 14th august so i got bus ticket after 2 hours of waiting. As counter person giving the priority to long route people and decline to give ticket to us.in the end i got a ticket which is for the last seat and its a 5 seater. I took my seat and bus leave the bus stand. My seat number is 47 after some time conductor come to me as ask for side on seat and let him seat too. But as every bus have a conductor seat with driver he is not seating there as he wants to sleep. I am very tired already and i have pay full amount but i dont get my seat. All of my seat is taken by him only am seating so conjusted. Its a seat for 5 but he adjusted 7 people on it including him. And he is continually sleeping only. Bus number is hp64 6705.. We are still on the way i want you to short out all the matter right now. I am attaching the photo of your conductor look how he sleeping on duty. I feel he is drunk too. Am not conform but i got some smell of it.

I am ashok choudhary, resident of village khatehar, po dhagwar, dharamshala, my kids daily goes to school/college by bus route dharamshala-rajal though mesrehar-bagli-kangra morning time 09:45am, but many times driver not stops the bus and children get delayed to attend the school/college
One more bus route dharamshala-53 miles though mesrehar-bagli-matour-53 miles driver also not stops the bus manytimes
So, you’re requested to take the necessary action against both the drivers and solve the problem immediately please

I traveled from una to dehra on 31st august 2016 by volvo bus no hp 28 b -1517 having ticket no. 036816 issued at 18:13:32. the conductor asked for rs.180/- which i paid but he gave me ticket for rs. 179/-. neither he returned me re.1/- nor he was sorry for not having change
Similarly while travelling from maa jawalamukhi to delhi on same date i. e. on 31st august 2016 by volvo bus no. hp53- 1896 having ticket no.000630 issued at 21: 50:48, the conductor asked for rs.1010/- which i paid but again he gave me ticket for rs. 1008/- and he also did not return me rs.2/- nor he was sorry for not having change.
It seems that the running staff of your department has made it a practice.
To avoid this situation kindly arrange to round off the ticket value or provide them some change at the begining
The journey from maa jawalamukhi to delhi is of about 9 hours and the conductor gave only one 500 ml bottle. on asking for another 500 ml bottle, he refused. is it sufficient to have only one 500 ml bottle in summer season?
Kindly look into this matter and take seviour action against such conductors. ihave kept tickets with me and if required i can send copy of it

Dear all, we are travelling pathankot to mukerian on daily routin. bus charge fare 60 rs. higher than other transport. on ticket distance showing pathankot to mukerian is 59 k. m but actually distance is around 40 k. m from pathankot to mukerian. you can check distance from any where its aroun 40 k. m but humachal transport charge 19 k. m cost of fare extra from every passener. this is a fraud by himachal transport to take extra fare. please find attached copy of ticket n take action n give me satisfaction resoluation.
