This is to bring into your notice that the driver of bus number hp 63 5318 deliberately missed the pickup point (Ghora chowki) even though it was clearly mentioned in the e-ticket (Ticket number [protected]) i had bought for route id 1 (Shimla to kashmiri gate new delhi) on 2 nov 2016. This caused a lot of inconvenience as i had to book a cab to overtake the bus and board it at waknaghat. I would also like to bring into your notice that...

I am travelling from Pawanoo to Baddi with my wife on bhaiya dooj by using Hrtc on dated 01/11/2016: 5:00 pm. Conductor ask for ticket from ladies and women. I have to pay for my wife as well. He told me that bus is travelling by pinjore which is in haryana and also told me that free time for women is finished on 5pm. Please send me proper notification of Transport ministry or take any suitable action....

I am traveling from dharamshala to rohru route bus. Because today is diwali festival, they said they would go up to ghumarvin which is about 100 km away from Shimla. I have to reach my home but if this bus does not go to Shimla in time I would miss my bus to Chaupal.. Today 28 August 2016 I was travelling in the bus the bus no. Was HP 67 2308 it was from chintpurni to Hoshiarpur . The conductor misbehaved with the senior citizen of India, who was ex employee of HRTC.And when we came down he something which was very embarrassing. He was new but didn't know how to behave with senior citizen. I want some action to be taken again with anybody else .

Am travelling from chandigarh to bilaspur. As today is 14th august so i got bus ticket after 2 hours of waiting. As counter person giving the priority to long route people and decline to give ticket to us.in the end i got a ticket which is for the last seat and its a 5 seater. I took my seat and bus leave the bus stand. My seat number is 47 after some time conductor come to me as ask for side on seat and let him seat...

I am ashok choudhary, resident of village khatehar, po dhagwar, dharamshala, my kids daily goes to school/college by bus route dharamshala-rajal though mesrehar-bagli-kangra morning time 09:45am, but many times driver not stops the bus and children get delayed to attend the school/college
One more bus route dharamshala-53 miles though mesrehar-bagli-matour-53 miles driver also not stops the bus manytimesbr...

I traveled from una to dehra on 31st august 2016 by volvo bus no hp 28 b -1517 having ticket no. 036816 issued at 18:13:32. the conductor asked for rs.180/- which i paid but he gave me ticket for rs. 179/-. neither he returned me re.1/- nor he was sorry for not having change

Dear all, we are travelling pathankot to mukerian on daily routin. bus charge fare 60 rs. higher than other transport. on ticket distance showing pathankot to mukerian is 59 k. m but actually distance is around 40 k. m from pathankot to mukerian. you can check distance from any where its aroun 40 k. m but humachal transport charge 19 k. m cost of fare extra from every passener. this is a fraud by himachal transport to take extra fare. please...

I am a employee in education department. i am travelling daily in hrtc bus. my one side fare is 38 rs so i gave 40 rs but conductor did not return 2rs in this way morning and evening they put 4 rs in his pocket. this did not happen only with me but with many passanger. if they take 4 rs daily in one passanger then you think they collect how much money in this way and down the image of hrtc in other state passanger who are travelling in hrtc...

I had boarded an hrtc chamunda-rohru bus from theog on 11.7.2016 which was heavily overloaded because no other buses to my destination kotkhai had arrived for 2 hours.
The bus departed from theog at 6 pm but reached chhaila at 8 pm eventhough the distance is just 15km downhill....

Pathetic and a nightmare experience with Himachal Road Transport Corporation HRTC, Himsuta A/C(Volvo). At 2:00 PM it started from Manali and it directly stopped for dinner at 10:30 PM at Swaar Ghat HRTC office. I have booked a ticket accourding to the delux bus as i have a patient along with me and when i reached to the isbt 43 sector for taking the bus for chamba. But they have told us on 6 p. M that no delux bus is available and an ordinary bus is provided.
