Time : 5:30 am
Route : plp - chd (Dehra bankhandi route).

Issues faced while travelling with route id 966 palampur to chd (Dehra - bankhandi route). Misguidance and misleading behaviour of conductor.

*mostly i do online bookings, this time also i booked the seat online via hrtc site, got confirmation over email and via message as well. Next morning when i boarded the bus the conductor asked me to leave the bus at the next station. As per him i had boarded the wrong bus but that was the same bus and same route for which i had done the bookings. He told me that my bookings or my ticket id is not there in the online passenger list. So you have to leave the bus at the next stop. I showed him all the proofs mails and my ticket print which were clearly showing that i had boarded the correct bus. Most surprising thing he said was that "there is no such bus at 5:30 am timing you have boarded the wrong bus" is he was day dreaming or what, he was in the same bus still he was saying such things.
I just wanted you to please look into the matter. Please ensure to take fresh data /passenger list before departure only, do not use the stale data.

* second thing which i want highlight is :
I am travelling with this route from last one year most of the times bus engine fails or tyre puncture such kind of things are happening mostly.
Every monday i take this bus from palampur at 5:30 am and fridays from chd 15:15 pm timing. Every time same problem with the bus happened and we have to change the bus. So this is really very frustrating.
So please take care of this issue as well.

    I am travelling in hp 06 a 5654 bus from chandigarh to shimla. When i entered into bus i found one left side complete row of luggage tray occupued by single passenger only. When bus started and conductor came to check my ticket i asked him please clear this material he sad how can say to passenger as he is ready to pay doible ticket of it. I said i am having 4 kg of sweets which i have to put it there he said scatter your material to differnt available space in between other passenger luggage ls. I said hiw it is possible. He didnt help me... And said what we can do... It is rule so as per government rules what is policy. It is a total hassasment

        A volvo bus service has been provided by hrtc from dalhousie to delhi. It is shocking to inform that tickets are allowed to book only through online and only from dalhousie to delhi. No ticket is booked for chandigarh or other destination inbetween these two destinations. Bus conductor has the monopoly to encash for the vacant seats. Is there any rule that passengers have to take tickets for delhi by force irrespective of boarding point. I feel there is something wrong with the portal of online booking.

          It is highly regretting that the complaint mentioned in the subject cited above was brought to the notice of the honb'le minister for transport sh. Bali and the behaviour of the driver dr. Khushi ram has not been changed. He is using excess pressure horn, playing music player and using abusive language to the passengers. The bus number is hp66a-2597, route is kullu to bagasarhan and timing is 5:30 am. Date is[protected].

            Sir i have booked 2 tickets seat no. 15&16 online in hrtc tata ac him gaurav from delhi to palampur on 18.06.2017. The bus was scheduled to depart at 7:45 pm on 18.06.2017 from isbt kashmiri gate to joginder nagar. I have to board on bus at singhu border. But i could not get the bus. I was not informed about the bus status. I could not get any help from hrtc office at isbt kashmiri gate. Even the mobiles no. Of bus staff was not available with hrtc office kashmiri gate, delhi. I was not informed about whereabout of bus there was totaly chaos in service. I have spend rupees 1900 on fare what about that?

              I have boarded hrtc ac deluxe bus coming from delhi, going to manali. I paid the fare to conductor, but on asking about ticket, he denied to give it. When i asked why he is denying it, he said i have given tickets to all from delhi. Now its my right to earn something. He even asked me to get off the bus if i ask for ticket again.
              Please take an action on this conductor.

              We have a big harrasement because there is no timing of bus today. Now lift is 10:00 am. The bus timing is 6:30. Now what we do for lift. The bus is before time.

                I am travelling from manali n going to chandigarh, i didn't get tickets on dated 14-6-17 so i booked tickets for next day 15-6-17 in morning, when i reached at kullu station at 5.00am, here toilet conditions are so poor n my mother need to go to washroom.
                Conditions are here :-
                1. Here no one listening properly or giving any info
                2. Toilets are so poor that no one can use it for any purpose.
                Here you are requested to kindly register this complaint as top priority because sanitation conditions are important in daily life.

                I travelled 06 June 2017 from Kuthera to ghumarwin in sarkaghat Delhi Volvo bus service. So I take a ticket at ₹40
                That is LIC 2₹, HIMACHAL FARE 36₹ SND RAJSTAN FARE 2₹. SO how hrtc take me Rajastan fare in Himachal.

                  We were standing on delhi isbt stop to go karnal (Haryana). A bus came going to ponta sahab via panipat, karnal, indri, yamunanagar & ponta sahaeb. Firstly the driver start shouting panipat, karnal, indri, passengers are not allowed and he denied to pick up and said that get in but i will not drop at panipat, karnal, indri. While u first take a ticket upto yamunanagr then only he can drop. On the day i. E. 14/06/2017 haryana roadways strikes is goin on. So we dont have any choice we took a ticket up to yamunanager and get down in karnal.
                  When we said how he can deny to stop at panipat, karnal, indri, this is public transport without giving any reply they drove bus away. Sir this dictatorship of drivers in public transport is not acceptable if it would be a private bus i can digest it secondly if it would be a long route bus i still can accept that they cant pick up.                     Respected sir/madam,

                    I booked 1 ticket from chandigarh to haridwar in himsuta volvo. As per online booking website and my e-ticket i have to be at chandigarh sector 17 bus stand at 11:40pm on 11/06/2017. I waited at same location from 11:20pm to 12:30pm but no volvo bus came at bus stand.

                    I called shimla hrtc help center at 11:20pm and got very good response but as they are not aware of pickup location so they given chandigarh hrtc help center landline number. I called both landline numbers from 11:25 to 11:52 8 times but no one responded on any number.

                    If there is no bus from chandigarh sector 17 then why such information given on hrtc site. It caused me a lot of trouble.

                    Kindly look into this matter on high priority and rectify your error and i want full refund of my ticket. Ticket no for your reference [protected].

                      In reference to the subject cited above this is bring to your kind notice that i had booked a ticket for two persons from delhi kashmiri gate to una in volvo bus route no. 16 from delhi kashmiri gate to hamirpur timing 09:20pm. But due some reasons bus had not come till 12.00 midnight. So. You are requested to refund my ticket amount of rs. 1722/-.

                          We have booked 5 tickets from mcleonganj dharamshala to chandigarh for volvo 11am. They took in ordinary bus from mcleonganj to dharamshala. From dharamshala volvo is in very bad condition.ac is not working properly and volvo is running very slow. When we asked, driver informed that engine temperature is increasing dramatically. We have padi for volvo but travel in ordinary bus with lot of sweat. We want refund of difference amount

                            Last night i was travelling from chandigarh to shimla. And it was very difficult to get a seat. As i got a seat, i was carrying a trolley bag which was very difficult to adjust so i kept it near first seat. On that the bus conductor very rudely told me to pickup my luggage. When i ask them where should i keep my luggage they told me it's not our headache. On that he coated 'passengers are themselves only responsible of their luggage ' it's not our headache. Also he told me why i am traveling in ordinary bus if i have luggage. I would have taken volvo.
                            Sir half the way i carried the suitcase on my lap. I was so helpless and distressed whole of my journey. I came india after a year from dubai and this kind of behavior your staff is showing towards passengers.
                            Strict action should be taken towards your both of the staff. Below i already attached the photo of bus. Hp 38c 6215 is the bus no. I will waiting for your feedback

                              Bali sahab apne palampur jane wali bus via nagri dadh chamunda chala di
                              Agar yeh rat ko wahan pahunchti hoti tab bhi samaj aa sakta tha ki kafi gaon ka area cover hua but yeh bus subah 8:30 baje malan pahunchti hai
                              Agar koi 2, 3 log dadh nagri ke hain bhi woh din mein local bus se ja sakte hain
                              Y people traveling directly to palampur are harassed and volvo is not made for local roads driver face lot of difficulties moreover

                                I was standing at the kullu bus stand ticket booking counter atleast 35 minutes the girl sitting on the counter i asked her several times to book a volvo ticket for next week to chandigarh she said she directly said kal ana what kind of service is this, mean while in whole 35 minutes she was playing game on her mobile phone as you are due to tourist season almost every bus is fully booked already. just because the unattentiveness of your employee i am not book my ticket. For playing games you people are paying the employees???? seriously disgusting service you people are providing

                                  Online booking of any of bus tickets of hrtc is very poor, no cashless transactions, no notice boards, no token system at chandigarh sector 43 bus terminal. We are Indians and are familiar with this but at least take care of those coming overseas. Staff can't communicate with them. As all know, tourists have great influence over a state GDP. Mark buses route board in English or both. Please start a token system everywhere in this department, it is really helpful and comfortable for everyone. Encourage tourism and help them in their comfortable journey. Thank you very much.

                                    This is complaint regarding the misbehavior of hrtc conductor. One week earlier i was travelling from ponta sahib to chandigarh from bus rooted between haridwar to chandigarh through nathan. At nahan bus stand conductor changed and then bus leaved the nathan bus stand. After driving through 30 mint the bus reached at kala amb and they stopped for dinner only after 30 mint journey. Ok i understand that driver was required rest but they will also take rest at nahan from where they leave half an hour ago. Then i asked conductor to why u stop here why not on another place means at some cheap hotel. At kala amb dinner cost was about rs 120 which is not affordable by all. Then conductor replied that their department had told him to stop at this hotel. I want to know that is that right. Has department have an agreement with these hotels. Tell me as soon as possible unless i will post it in newspaper

                                      Today dated 02.05.17 kullu depot non stop bus arrival chakkar at mandi 6:50 AM has not been stopped. i have requested to stop the bus but driver has no stop the bus. i am a regular passenger in this bus, with me a three person also going to shimla. kindly take appropriate action.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        This is to inform you that new Bus service (15 Seats bus) started at 5:15 AM from Nahan to Delhi . It is really a blessing to Nahan Public that good intiative has taken by HP Govt. This bus reached at Delhi at 11 AM. However this bus could not get even 15 Passangers because of mis managnement.
                                        An other bus of Haryan Roadways staterd at 4:50 from Naraingarh and take all the passenger via Kala Amb to Saddora, Sahabad, Panipat and reach Delhi at 9:45 AM. Notwithstanding this bus is full of Passengrs and carry about 70 Passengers instated of 45 . Sometimes bus couldnt stop because of over loaded.
                                        In this case if Nahan Depo will start this bus at 4:45 and follow the same route as Haryana Bus and reach Delhi at 10 AM, the viability of route will be there and Bus will get fully load . Now by doing so we have number of advantages as :
                                        1. Bus get Viable
                                        2. Passegers will reach at right time to their office
                                        3. Bus remain always full
                                        4. Remuneration to Nahan Depo will increase
                                        By adjusting the morning timings the route viability will be there.
