Respected sir i have booked twp tickets fro Delhi Kashmiri gate to jawala ji throgh online with the Rs. 892. Instantly i have cancel the both tickets, the tickets are cancelled but still my deducted money are not credited in may account. please suggest me but i have to do or after how mauch time it will credited in my account.

    Dear sir, I am Niyati Sharma from Sundernagar (H.No. 100/5 Mahamaya Road, V.P.O. Chatrokhri, Teh. Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi). This complaint is about the irresponsilbility of the bus driver. Almost every morning the bus driver of HRTC HP31 8869 hits the roof of my house damaging it badly and when asked to stop the bus rushes it over and dont stop the bus. This situation arrives in every 2-3 days and we are fed up of this.This is a very serious issue and I want the bus driver to be penalised.And if no action is taken I would report it to the police. Resolve my query as soon as possible.

      Hi, Last night i faced a problem. I have booking in HIMSUTA (Volvo) bus, having details as below: Source: Manali Destination: ISBT Kashmiri Gate, Delhi Departure from Sundernagar: 8:15 pm Route No: 11 Date: 01/07/2014 Seat No: 21 Ticket No: [protected] My boarding place was Slapper (district Mandi ), and i was waiting over their from 8:30pm. Many volvo's crossed the same route by that time.So i was not able to judge which bus is mine. Earlier also when i go through same route with advance booking, the conductor himsel[censored]se to stop or slow down the bus, to find his passenger. But this time no bus stops. Well no bus stops, and i wait till 11 in a hope that my bus will come, either its having dinner in HaraBagh (district Mandi ) or their must be some problem in bus thats why it is late. Moreover in meanwhile i tried calling sundernagar (district Mandi ) as well as kullu depot, in order to inquire the contact details of conductor. But that all was useless. 1) Sundernagar: [protected] This no. goes busy for contentiously 2 hours. I don't think official calls goes such long. The duty of these people is to serve people enquiry but might be they were busy on their personal talks on govt. phones. 2) Kullu: [protected] I called 20+ times on this no. too, but their was no one to attend my call. I want some action should be taken, so that in future we will not face such problems again. Finally i rush towards harabagh to find my bus, then followed a deluxe bus, and taken seat in that, I suffered 3 hours. Hope i will get a solution soon, and want some action should be taken.       Not last night, , its on 1, july i.e Tuesday.
      I had a booking in hrtc Volvo from Delhi to mandi on 412/12, departure from Delhi isbt kashmiri gate as I have put my luggage in bus hoarding and when I reached my destination I found my 1 bag was lost and I asked conductor that where is my bag he said it might be there and no response from the either conductor or driver. Their behaviour disappointed me I was waiting in mandi and try to find out but does not succeeded. and i have taken the ph. no. of conductor and asked him to cal and find out but still no response there is no responsibility of hrtc staff and the are not giving any solution to passenger problem . i request you to see the problem.

        I travelled in hrtc bus no hp53a-1969 pertaining to baijnath depot (Hp) originating from lad bharol to new delhi on 16 jun along with family vide ticket no bd 436401, 436402. At una (Hp) driver changed, bus was fully overloaded upto chandigarh. From chandigarh enroute to new delhi, i observed many times driver was sleeping while driving the bus and on the straight road high way he was applying break to the bus and bus was in zig-zag movement .Many times he washed his face and also stopped the bus got out side but no use. I asked the driver and he accepted for sleeping, also i requested the driver stop for half an hour for fresh him self and drive the bus, it was the matter of life of innocent passenger. I reported to conductor, his reply was that his duty is to look after the ticket and not responsible for other work, i asked for phone no of rmo, no response. His behaviour with the passenger was so rude that cannot be explained.
        I requested hrtc management please directive the driver and conductor for safe driving and good behaviour and donot play with the life of innocent passenger. Also requested that tea brake time hotel has no toilet facilities for ladies.

          I booked my ticket online of himsuta volvo on 16 june 2014 for my travelling towards delhi on 22 june 2014, but when i booked the tickets payments deducted from my account but no ticket was showing in booking history and when i called booking centre dharamshala on no.[protected] the person who pick up the phone at 10:00 am was very rude. I just ask him for that my booking is confirmed or not. I ask him please check the seat no. 3 and 4. He was very rude. Please take action against him. He is customer care representative, his job is to reply all questions of the customer, by getting angry is not the solution.

              Subject :- Complaint against the Rude behave and unnecessary bus charges

              R/Sir,
              I am is working in Brotiwala and daily travelling between Mehatpur to baddi. And Baddi to Mehatpur Morning and evening .

              On dated[protected] :- I am traveling between baddi and Mehatpur via HRTC- Nalagarh Depot bus no. HP-12C-1220 on dated[protected], Time 3:00 PM (Kalka to Una Rute) . My Daily Traveling amount between Baddi to Mehatpur by Smart Card and Yellow card the Total Amount of my Travling are Rs. 62 ( Baddi to Dabota is Rs . 20 By Yellow Card and Dabota to Mehatpur is Rs. 42 by Smart Card.

              But the this Bus Conductor create the ticket of amount Rs 67/-
              The Ticket No. are
              Are 046599 of Rs. 30/-
              And 046600 of Rs 30/-
              And 082198 of Rs. 5/-
              And 028918 of Rs 2/-
              Total Rs 67/-

              As I am letting my doubts clear about the ticket the conductor against unnecessary charge The Bus Conductor said to me Rudely Behave :- Itna hi Ticket lagega Jana Hai to ja, Nehi to Utar ja, Koi bhi Dabota ka ticket nehi banega Sidi ticket le, Kabhi Smart Card bolta hai Kabhi Yellow Card Bolta hai Ticket
              67 ka hi lagega.

                I booked my tickets in himachal road transport in Himsuta Volvo for date 22nd March 2014 scheduled at 07:10 pm from Kangra to new delhi.HRTC sent outdated volvo without light facility and no charger facilities and bus was creating unwanted noises.. like springy or like local buses voice. I complaint the hrtc complaint department but they said the original himsuta volvo was met with an accident thats y they sent this outdated volvo no television facility no light not equipped with charging facility asusallly hrtc gives... I always travel with hrtc ... seats are not comfortable ... I booked this bus becouse my mom is suffering fron thai severe pain.. I spent 2106 ruppees and got no facility of volvo.. in full travel my mom was suffering with pain and uncomfortability...I called several times to hrtc but they said we cant help you. This is really pathetic and unexpected service I got from Himachal Road Transport. They cheat me and with my money. 10 hrs journey was totally deadly outdated bus they sent. I need my 5 times refund back to me because of this cheating...my mom was ill and not helped me for any other bus...now my mother is very ill because o[censored]ncomfortable journey... I want to sue this company Hrtc. Please help me out. My seat no is 17 and 18.                   IN HRTC BUS ROUTE DELHI-HAMIRPUR WIA GALORE. DRIVER STOPED THE BUS AT SHIV VAISHNO DHABA LOCATED IN SAMANA BAHUN, HARYANA..I M COMPLAINT FACILITIES PROVIDED BY THIS DHABA.
                  1. TOILETS ARE NOT CLEAN AND LACK LADIES TOILET CONDITION NOT SATISFACTORY
                  2.SELL THE ITEMS ON VERY HIGH PRICE FROM MRP.
                  3SHOPKEEPER BEHAVIOR ARE NOT HELPFUL
                  4 FOOD QUALITY IS NOT GOOD.
                  5. MRP ON ALL SELLING ITEMS ARE ERASED OR CROSS.
                  PLEASE WE ARE REQUESTED TO YOU PLEASE CHANGE THIS LOCATION OF STOP THE BUS OR PROVIDE GOOD FACILITY ON THAT STOP.

                    I was traveling on a bus of HRTC Sundernager Unit of Manali Delhi Route bearing ticket no.00088327 on 9/12/13 at 11:30 AM from Zirakpur To New Delhi, when i asked driver & conductor that when will bus reach delhi, they both told me we will be there by 4 O'clock in evening. As i have to reach new delhi railway station from where i have to tke my train to kolkata but the speed of the bus is like we are traveling in three wheeler not in a bus, buses started after 1 hour from chandigarh crossed our bus but it doesn't matter to the driver..story doesn't stop, both driver & conductor are drugs addicted and the conductor taken out the cigarette & after making the bhaang (marijuana)cigarette they stop the bus at the road side and both get down from the bus to enjoy there cigarette, again bus started and after few kilometers bus stops again conductor gets down and i don't know what he was doing again ..due to all this i miss my train i got loss of my Ticket charges as well as my business loss..now can any official of HRTC can tell me what action they will be taking against both of them as as they have crossed all the rules .

                      This is to inform you that on 11.11.2013 I booked a E-Ticket in HRTC Bus from ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Dehra for 14.11.2013. Due to some problem the ticket was not booked but the amount (Rs. 422/-) had been deducted from my bank account underTransaction No was [protected]. Next day on 12.11.2013 I booked another E-Ticket on same route and same seat no for the same date i.e 14.11.2013. This time i got the ticket. since one month has passed i did not got my money back from your side which was deducted by HRTC.                             Dear Sir,
                            I have complaint against the the conductor of Bus no HP 69 1038 (Dharamshala to Dehli).Details of complaint is as given below.
                            During my journy from jawaalji to Ropar bus conductor Lock the door of bus as it reached jawalaji at 8:00 PM.He refuse to pick up the passangers of chandigarh.On asking him to register complaint against him he open the door.But he starts querlling with me.He starts taking matter Intensnaly and charged the fair of chandigarh while i have to go upto ropar and pretended that Ropar is not a station of bus rout.I was helpless as it was night time so i pay him the fair upto chandigarh.Later when i reach my stop at 12:00 PM he intensely drop me 200 mts from the Bus stop. which was a risk for me in the night as i have carried 20000 Rs.with me.In this way he misbehaved.It is quite disgusting that our upper authourity do not have any control over these nonsense people.I want to see your action on the matter so as to proud on athourity.Waiting for your immediate reply and contact.

                            MTS Bus — not response conductor

                            Dear sir/mam
                            M500 bus stopping ...few stop only stop. for 1minutes only stop the bus many person.run away the bus...conductor and driver not response the stop the bus....one person ask it conductor scold him and her bad words....so bad...government bus ah.......please take action...

                              i have booked three tickets from Chandigarh to Manali for 3 Jun 13 through the HRTC website on 23 May 13 ticket nos [protected], [protected] and [protected]. but due to some reasons i cancelled the all three tickets on 24 May 13 at 1600 Hrs but the money (approx 7620) is still not refunded in my account. plz do the needful.

                                the conductor of bus take extra charges when i trvlling from zirakpur to delhi on saturday[protected]:30pm in bus no. 7655 una region. the route of bus was chanpurani to delhi. I took the bus from zirakpur chouk but he gave me the ticket from chandigarh. When i object that he didnt respond me and said this is just a difference of 10 rupees. Neither he changed my ticket nor repay me my balance. It is the first step i am taking after this i am going to file an application in the consumer form and also in other formates.

Thereby due to some mishappening in my family i had to cancel that ticket within 1 hour. They showed that i would get a refund of approx Rs 1300. Its been 10 days, I have still not recd my refund,

                                      Respected Sir,

                                      I hav been issued a smart card of HRTC which entitle me 10 % discount on the ticket normal fair. But conductor of the Baijnath Depo HRTC denied to prepre ticket as per my entitlement and forcibly prepared ticket without considering my entitlement and made me feel ashmed for getting the discount in front of the other passanger.

                                      The whole incident happen when I travelled in HRTC Baijnath Depo Bus no. HP 66 1066 from Chandigarh to Baijnath. departure time from Chandigarh was 4 pm on dated 19.4.2012. Conductor name Baldev Singh as he informed.

                                      I have informed the same matter to the available person ie Mr Shakti Singh in Una Depo but no action has been taken.

                                      Now i pray to your lordship please provide me justice.

                                      Feel extreamly sorry for any content which is not as per standards and due curtesy.

                                      HRTC is the Department full of with one of the stupid Employees, with. They have all the fuc... ing, habits, they need only wine, chicken and women in the evening, they are one of the corrupt in this Himachal and India, that’s why the HRTC in loss since its inception.

                                      It is senior who saves their people to be more corrupt day by day. Driver sells Diesel,

                                      Conductor makes money from public .Mechanic makes money in fixing old parts and selling new one again, with the handedness of their seniors. HRTC Store incharge also sells old parts, outside.
                                      Inspector takes money from Conductor They are the same as police dept. employees.
                                      Only God can save you from them. Better be quite. Earn money and have your own vehicle. This is India.

                                      Himachal Road Transport Corporation — no pick up passengers

                                      on 07.10.2013 Kangra Rohru route bus has not pick up any passanger from Nadaun to Hamirpur. Sir, there is only bus to hamirpur after 4.30 am to 07.00 am. Bus start journery late from Kangra and Driver is hurrey to reach Hamirpur in time so they have no stope in stopage. please guide them. Thanking you.
                                      on 07.10.2013 I have complaint no pick up passengers from stopages not yet rectified i.e 11.12.2013. please rectify soon.

                                      Himachal Road Transport Corporation [hrtc] — Non satisfactory services

                                      This was my second travel from hrtc volvo from shimla to delhi. I am not at all happy with the services sometimes the ac is not working and sometimes the bus is not at all in a good condition. And there is no assistance on complaints

                                        i am Ashok belongs to Hamirpur Distt. i want to do complaints about irregular timing, Not well Conditioned bus services to travel specially Out of State as Delhi ,Chandigarh and other of Hamirpur bus Depot.They always always get in Fault during traveling or timing delay to arrive. I have suffered so many times and always get pained by this not well serviced one time i have lost my Train from Delhi , one time Jalandhar. Always get in fault during traveling this makes so painful for journey or not honorableness to other states when they do journey specially or they make fun for our Distt. Buses not cleaned , broken glasses or not fit for playing Noise during running . off this journey or Very Shameful for Hamirpur Distt. Other distt buses well cleaned or well for journey not so like of Hamirpur. Please take Necessary action or Check your services in other state bus Ground to see or to suffer. i had suffered a bus on 06.02.12 Destination Hamirpur to Chandigarh Timing -9.00- 15.00 arriving time but Arrived at Chandigarh at 17.00.See photographs below...........
