Dear sir/mam
Any Hrtc buses not goes in roorkee. But the route is d/sala to roorkee haridwar the
Same case is chamba to haridwar. Bilaspur to haridwar, shimla to haridwar. Any buses of hrtc in this route is not goes to roorkee. So please any action to you for this. I write this complaint at night in chd. So you understand my problem /passenger problem.

I have booked seat no 6 of chandigarh to chamba semi deluxe on[protected] of timing 6.30 pm i have paid my seat amount online but seat is not booked but my amount is been deducted... After that i booked seat 11 of same bus... And this case also my amount is been deducted but no seat is been booked... Plz refund my amount...466+466= 932... And take some action regarding this...

Today dated 02.05.17 kullu depot non stop bus arrival chakkar at mandi 6:50 AM has not been stopped. i have requested to stop the bus but driver has no stop the bus. i am a regular passenger in this bus, with me a three person also going to shimla. kindly take appropriate action.

Dear sir i nitin just want to know the criterion/byelaws of charging lic in hrtc buses.

Some time "lic fee" is charged from passangers and some times not
When i ask the conductor related to this then he said."only management looks all these matters, he does't know anything".

I, Ashok Madaan, resident of Shastri Colony Ghumarwin mobile number [protected] travelled from Ghumarwin to Panipat in hrtc bus no. HP 28 A - 1812 (Dharmpur Delhi Sarkaghat depot) on dated 14/4/2017. I have been issued smart card bearing no 060439 valid upto 14/7/2018. This bus was neither Volvo nor AC. My complaint is that I was not allowed the discount of 20% by the conductor despite my repeated requests. Conductor straight way said that discount is not allowed in this bus. As per conditions laid down on the back of the card 20% discount is not admissible in Volvo /AC bus from 1st April to 30th September only. I would like to know under what circumstances the conductor has not allowed me the discount for which I was eligible. I must get satisfactory reply within 7days failing which I shell be compelled to go to the consumer court

Bus was supposed to be Volvo but **** bad than the ordinary buses ac not working and a lot to add we were charged the same amount of money but got this in return bus#HP64 6705 conductor said higher officer's gave permission for this bus was for normal route but asked them to act as an volvo bus from chandigarh to Delhi. Maadarchodo sudhar jaao y should we suffer because of you guys

This is for your kind notice that your employee who is booking tickets for bus Number HP 73 4502 has did misbehave as he has drunked and alloted the 3 seats for 9 people's as my wife is standing first in row so he alloted first to her afterwards 6 people's inqired bout the same seats .

Meantime asking the question to that booking person he made argue with my husband.and threatend and abused him.

It is humble request to the concerned management to take appropriate action against him and give training to behave with people's.

Hi myself vishal sharma I m travelling from Delhi to Daulatpur UNA. There is no bus service on the route from UNA to daulatpur chowk between 1 Am to 4:30 Am. I am standing here from almost 3 to 4 hours.. and the only bus which I can see is Delhi-pathankot at 4:30 which is over crowded and even old ladies are standing here in this bus. At the same time there are almost 5 busses to baijnath and to hamirpur.

Name -Himani, busno hp 63 5745, route del-bajenath date 10-3-17, name of conductor manohar lal.issue- I travel frequently on this route frm del to jwalaji nd always preferred same bus to travel bcause of my ofice timings. My home is just 1 km ahead from jwalajii on kangra road i.e khola nd always preferred to get drop near by that only bcause of morning timings.wen I asked him to give me drop at khola he refuse nd start misbehaving a
nd asked me to pay money for kangra..rather my drop destination was hardly 1 km far jwalji bstnd. I hv experienced the same before also with this conductor only.
I wud really like to lodge a complaint against conductor who hv no sense to talk to people.I wud be highly obliged if an action is taken against him.

Respected sir/MAME iam traveling in a semi deluxe bus from chamba to shimla on 19/02/2017. The bus was semi deluxe but it has nothing like that. The side mirror are broken ND covered with tin sheet. All the passengers are suffering from cold lashes of wind all night. Please check the condition, otherwise it's always common people are suffering.

Delhi to sarkaghat bus starts from isbt delhi at 1805 hrs daily and reaches at jahu bus stand at 0515 hrs. it takes 30 minutes break at jahu bus stand without any reason. it again starts from jahu at 0545hrs and lastly it reaches at its destination ie sarkaghat at 0615hr . all local buses started left sarkaghat bus stand at 0605hrs. second bus starts towards my home side at 1015hrs after 4 hours ie sarkaghat thona pingla bus route. sir I want to know that what is the reason for stopage of this bus at jahu bus stand at 30 minutes. you are requested plz examine the case and cancel the stopage of delhi to sarkaghat bus at jahu if 30 minutes. I shall be highly thankful to your act of kindness

I am a student and feeling cheated as I booked seat no 35 on 8 feb 2017 for bus going from Chandigarh to Bhota 1.56pm dated 9 Feb 2017 but seat was not booked and amount of 220 was debited from my account. I have already complained on your site but till now money did not refunded by you. Please treated an urgent.I contacted Hrtc office at Hamirpur, they replied money will be refunded within 24 hour but till now I have not received my money.

I am doing pvt. job and i travel daily from Una to Mehatpur by bus. On dated 02Feb. 2017 at 6.20PM, THE CONDUCTOR of Dehra to Faridabad Bus refuse to run Yellow card. I want to know timing of yellow card in buses & take necessary action.My suggestion is running time of concession card upto 8PM.

I have been waiting for the bus and bus didn't enter in the bus stand. There is no information from any staff member from hrtc. I have been confirming with hrtc bus incharge chandigarh but they also have no information. Its a night before lohri so lot of crowd is there. I have called palampur bus stand for enquiry but no response from that side also. So its bad experience.
My fare is also wasted and no help from any staff. I have traveled standing upto una without any seat in winters in ordinary bus.

Please do some needful and reimbursed my fare.

Today I booked a eticket through a agent named Vijay Kumar, mobile number [protected], Dalhousi, & cancelled the same tickets 24 hours before the departure time. As per rule only 10%was to be deducted but 25%of the ticket amount was deducted even though I cancelled 24 hours before. Kindly take action against this type of fraud activity done to harass tourist. I cancelled 3 ticket of dated 13 jan2017 from Chamba to Delhi, Volvo bus.

I am currently traveling from shimla to delhi via volvo bus, which starts from isbt shimla, now its 10:22 bus bus staff has not switched on blower of bus. I want to say i[censored] cant give Services to customers then shut down these buses. Go to see service in punjab Volvo buses, even their HVAC donot stop at parking. And u cant give service after 2:30 hours of Journey.
