I am Gurjeet Saini from Chandigarh. I am using HSBC credit card for last one yeear. I applied for balance transfer of my SBI card. I didn't receive any demand draft/cheque for sbi card yet but I got HSBC card monthly statement with BT. I could not under stand how can they send me this statement when I didn't receive any dd/cheque yet. There is annual fees mentioned in the statement, when I apply for the card there was not annual fees mentioned more over I dont have any ad on card but in the statement there is ad on card fees imposed.

Credit Card — Stop sending credit card status ..

I did not received the credit card, but Account status is coming in my mobile number through SMS.

request you to find out root cause and stop sending the SMS.

HSBC Credit Card — Getting SMSes for HSBC Card which I never received

I had applied for an HSBC credit card but since now I have not recieved any Credit Crad from the Bank. However, I am continuosly getting SMS on my mobile giving statement detils saying that my HSBC credit card statement(it was a 0 balance statement). Many times I had informed to representatives of the Bank that I had not recieved the card, and requested them to forward my complaints to discontinue this vague account but in vain. Though every times it was 0 balance, Iam not at all comfortable getting statements in my name for a noon existent card. Today I have got an sms saying that HSBC Pre-statement alert: Outstanding on my card no. **********1064 on 20-Aug-08 is 1179.78. I am surprized??? it is also written that pay full or min amt due of 100.00 by 11-Sep-08 ????
Tell me what I do?
I am working in Ministry of Agriculture, & Consumer Affairs, Krishi Bhawan, New DelhiI and Iam thinking to make a complaint with Consumer Forum.
I got an sms from HSBC that my credit card reference num. is[protected]. I am unable to get the status of my credit card till date. It was already 30 days I have applied for it.

Respected sir, I never used HSBC Credit Card but every month i have getting raised bill. I informed to customer care . This Card issued me through free scheme.

Even i informed to customer care, there is no more good activation. So Please Do needful. My Card no.[protected].

HSBC Credit Card — CHARGING ANNUAL FEE

AS PROMISED INITIALLY AS THE CARD IS FREE OF COST AND THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CHARGES, BUT THE SAME HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN THE STATEMENT. KINDLY WAVE OFF THE CHARGES AS I AM DROPPING THE CARD IN ONE OF THE SUGGESTION BOX IN YOUR OUTLETS.

I have applied for credi card before 4 months .i have got confirmation call also but still iam waiting for status of it.many times i have talked for this with Mr. tahir at mumbai but always he makes excuse many more like... i will tell you after 5 minute, tomorow.but no way to come this perfect.so lastly i want to know weather my application accepted or rejected tell me otherwise if in future any missuse will be happen i will be not resposible for that.please consider on this as my notification also.

HSBC Bank Credit Card # 4476 9212 0391 0991 — Bank not issuing the NO DUES CERTIFICATE

Sir,
As I have sent so many mails to the HSBC BANK to get my NO DUES CERTIFICATE. I have paid the all the amt. of the settlement in the time, that was given to me by the bank but after the final payment on 29th December, 2007 bank did not issued me the same. Every time, I requested through mails for the same but result was zero. Please tell me, What should I do ?

I have applied for Hsbc credit card befor 40 days, and i got Verification Call and reference number[protected], but i not yet received the Card and not able the track the Status too.

So do the needful ASAP.

hsbc gold credit card — FAKE TRANSACTION posted on my credit card

I did not use the credit card but HSBC shows the transaction of around Rs.10000 on Nov-20 2007.

From then, i raised the dipute on this transaction but HSBC is making me liable for this transaction continuously and annoying me to pay for this till today.

Very painful and worst experience with HSBC. I raised the request to cancel my credit card during Jan-2008. Still, I am receiving the statements.
