HSBC Credit Card — Application Status Not Received

I have applied for HSBC Credit Card My DOB 2nd january 1980. Mobile No is [protected].

But Still no message received whether Approved or Declined.

HSBC Credit Card — Collecting officer took money and away without submit

Hi,

The due amount was not much then 7k then in last may 2008, one person came to my office after called to me in last MAY. I just paid all my dues as 6800, that was the bill then.I thought, It all Shatteled . After 3 months, when i applied for LOAN from Citi bank, i got to know that Collecting Officer took that money away without submit to HSBC. No HSBC bank, people is not want to put hand on this.

HSBC Credit Card — Unnecessary charges, not used the card at all.

I got the card from HSBC, but till date, I have not use the card at all.

When I received my first statement of credit card from the bank, I saw they have charged insurance premium, wih processing fee. The same day, I had called at helpline no. 66800001 and requested to cancel, insurance charged in my statement. The letter for the same, was also dropped in the drop box on 16/08/08.

Again, today i.e. 16/09/2008, I got the second statement, in that
also the insurance is charged and previous balance, towards non-payment of earlier payment is also shown. When I contacted the Manager Dalaksha, she told me that, we have got your request on 13/08/2008, your insurance is cancelled but you have to pay the oustanding.

When I have not used the card, how come, it is volatory for me, that I have accepted their terms and conditions.
How, one will come to know before, what the hell, they are going to charge in the statement.

Today, excluding my premium part, I have paid their total amount through visa money transfer online.

At the time of opening salary account along with the package i was given master card and visa card, i was not willing to take, but they said its a part of package. Then before six month i was about to close the card, but i got a call from your call centre for the we do balance transfer and i[censored] take this scheme we will not charge u anything. My only transaction was 4000 dhs tranfer on each card from other bank credit card, no transaction other than that. now i have been charges dh400 each card as membership fee. which i am not happy with it, kindly do the waiver, coz i wont be paying the same. i will one pay the outstanding balance +interest due this month and will cancel the card. will inform once i pay the amount excluding 400dhs.

I have applied for a credit card from HSBC bank, I recieved a message to my mobile that the card has been dispatched. I have recieved the telebanking pin number alone though courier and not yet the card. Will i recieve the card later some time or it would have been dispatched earlier? Please confirm me at the earliest. Thanks!

With reference to above subject I am credit card holder of your HSBC Bank in Bangalore from February month first week, after one week I received the Statement from you thorough courier, I really shocked because, I didn’t use my credit card till date, but, transaction happened in Internet at U.K. as per informed by your customer service and after I blocked the card on 10.03.08 at 6.45 P.M. through Miss Deepti – customer service department.

So please verify the above matter & issue the clearance certificate and cancel my credit card,

Please take necessary action and do the needful.

Note: I already submit the Dispute letter in Basavana Gudi Branch

What is the status of my newly applied CREDIT CARD ...

HSBC Credit Card — Unagreeable Charging of annual fee of card application.

HSBC Credit Card No. [protected]

I was having this credit card since last one year. I was not making any transactions on this card since last 4 months and the outstanding on this card was NIL.

However I have received statement in the month of July 08 debiting my account of Annual Fee. As I have been assured at the time of taking the card that this is a lifetime free card, I was not supposed to pay. From the next months my statement has been debited with the financial charges and late payment fee on the annual fee which I have not paid.

Now I don't want to continue with this credit card of HSBC and this is a neferious tactic of the Bank to earn money.

I want to get my credit card account reversed of the Annual Fee and other charges on it immediately.

Such a worst experience with HSBC team.The customer care service is worst.I haven't received the credit card statement from 2008 of JAN.Worst reply from HSBC team.Representatives give bad reasons like my residence and emailid is not proper.But it will be proper to send notice is it??????????Please send me staments till date.I have requested HSBC representatives several times to send me the statements but all in vain.Please reply soon.
