HSBC - Nri Services — check book never received

an nri account with hsbc bank in gaiahat, calcutta was opened about a month ago.The check was submitted on may12, 08 and was cashed in on may 13, 08.next day. but unfortunately untill todaymy checkbook/welcome pakege never received received from hsbc. calling at call cente I received nothing but a blunt ananswer. Please tell me the reason, why I should not change my said account with citi bank nri or iccci bank nri getting ten times faster service? thank Yoy. Soumitri/June 16, 2008.

HSBC Bank, Bank Account — Bank Account activation

Hi,
I had opned my account in 2005 with HSBC when I was working with HP, due to some reason I was not using HSBC saving account for long time. But due to some reason ( IDBI FLEXI Bonds cheques came on same account number ) additional with some other purpose, I have to activate the account.

So on 13 september 2008 I personally visited HSBC MG RoAD ( BANGALORE) branch and completed all the formality, Met Paresh Barve the concern person to ACTIVATE the account. During that time this fellow explained so many other bonds and schemes.
Almost from big Q ...11PM to 2 PM I was in Bank.

I asked Customer care for the status of the account on 29 septmeber 2008, 03 October 2008. once again ...the status is "the database has not been updated for any information.
and the CC person suggesting me to RE-visit the BANK agian for further things.

1. Why it is taking long time "Activate" account.
2. what is use of this phone banking, internet banking ...If again and again making rounds to bank.

hai this is aditya i am the manager of mid air travels india pvt ltd i applied for credit card my addres verification also complident and wen i called to custamer care they said that u r card as been going to be deliverd with in 2days that call i received on 2weeks back i receied pin number by courier so plz let me know this status application no:5841315 my number is [protected]
I got an sms from HSBC that my credit card reference num. is[protected] am unable to get the status of my credit card till date. It is more than 15 days I have applied for it.

Credit card. — inflated billing /unwanted/unexpected billing & finance chgs.

I ajay gupta credit card holder bearing c.c. no-[protected].with reference to the above i have requested several times and previously send a regd letter to your customer care deptt on 05.9.2008 regarding detail of rs. 2180.00 but you did not provide me.if you will not provide me detail /statement of the said amount i will not make payment.if the above amount used by me i shall make the payment as and when i received the detail.I am simply demanding a information under my right, if you will dealy in this matter you will loose definitely your amount .it is very easy to provide information me but if you make copmlicate this matter i will not be responsible for any further dues.i have surrendered your credit card.pls take immediate action to aviod further disputes.

HSBC Credit Card. No - 4476 9212 0536 4288 — unexpected/unwanted/inflated bill & finance charges thereon

credit card no-[protected] issued by HSBC.The concerned c.c.bank raised me a dues of Rs.2180/-and did not send me monthly statement.next to next month when i get the monthly statement i shocked because the monthly satement showing a previous bal of rs.2180.00 incl of finance chgs & other chgs.I write immediately to the customer care deptt.of credit card and asked the detail of rs.2180.00 but they did not provide me I requested several time on telephone regarding the detail of rs.2180.00 but customer care deptt refused to provide me this detail.on 05.9.2008 i send a regd letter to customer care deptt.of the c.c.and demand the detail again but i not recd.any response.lastly I fed up I cut the credit card in four pieces and send to Asstt.vice president credit card chennai.I Want to solve the matter but bank is not taking interest.my demand is very simple, i want detail of rs.2180.00 if i have use this amount i will pay as and when i get the statement / detail.if i have not use the amount then bank has to waive interest/ finance chgs & other dues.the management of the bank is gaming / practicising policy o[censored]nfair trade practice and making defaulter to the people if the bank will not provide c.c. statement in time how the people will check.
which softwares i have to download for my nokia6233 handset jarfiles or jad files???? some softwares r asking abt nul java problems...pls guide me softwarse r not wprking on mi cell...pls send mail for these problem...

I am richard selvaraj.I have been using HSBC crdit card more than one year.My card no is [protected].When i enter my credit card no, while we do a call to ur cutomer care no its not being go to the next level.Its saying that my card no is incorrect.Then i spoke to the customer care person.He asked me to stay in the line.I had been waiting more than ten min.But he didnt back to the line.I never seen a poor customer care service.I expect ur valuable reply.I[censored]r service remain the same, i will not bother to cancel my card.
