golden credit card — my application status

sir,
I have submitted application for credit card with necessary document on last month. I had recevied a verfication cum confirmation call from your head office regarding sanction of credit card, till date i have not received the card.

So pls send my application status and inform me when will i get the card.

I have applied for HSBC card in first week of September 2008. I got the confirmation call as well as SMS from HSBC. In SMS which was recieved on 11th Sept, reference number is given as[protected]. HSBC Credit Card — Wrong Billing Statement on lost card

Hi,
I have received wrong billing statement of Rs 4583.89 on my free HSBC credit card which is lost and my account cancelled. They have wrongly charged me Rs 224.72as Repayment PROTECTION Premium(Ihave not applied for any insurance on the card) + Rs 400(Late Payment charges) which has added up to Rs 4583.89. Ihave not made any purchases against this card. Even after speaking to credit card personnel in HSBC bank (Basavanagudi branch, Bangalore) this issue has not been solved. Please settle this matter once for all.

Y this dirty ref no u ppl give. wher to check the status with that no. very bad service...ever seen. Pls dont go for HSBC cards...those can be easily haked and used by others..

HSBC Credit Card — Rowdyism

Dear All,

I had applied an HSBC credit card after the Marketing guy promised that there would be no extra charges for filling at Gas outlets. Not to believe him, I checked with the HSBC service centre and they also confirmed the same. After due diligence, I went for the credit card. The problem started with charges being added on filling at gas stations.I had to call the service centre and ask them to nullify the charges.They used to revert upon my request everytime. This was a mental harrasment. The second case was I could not pay the due amount on date as I was not well. I informed the same to the service centre and paid the amount after 2 days.The call centre guys promised that they will revert the late payment fees and interest. This never happened.They went on charging month on month even though I have been in constant touch with them to remove such charges.Even though I asked them to transfer the call to Manager, they denied it.Then they started calling in abusive language and later I warned them that I will file an FIR against them for such abusive language.The calls stopped coming.After some time, a madam called and told if there were all issues becuase of HSBC and asked what to do.I told whatever is the principle, I am ready to pay as u start putting late payment fees even when I was ready to clear my principle it is your problem. She accepted the same and they provided me a settlement letter and confirmed that no more statements will come from HSBC and also the credit cards gets closed.I told fine. After 2 months, I started getting calls from New Delhi office from recovery deprtment asking me to pay the money again when already I have the settlement letter.So now I have thought of knocking the consumer court for case against abusive language and mental harrasement from HSBC.Also demanding money again even after settlement copy was provided.They have not yet closed my card and have informed me that the credit cards are still active.
The names of the concerned people from HSBC recovery panel for not verifiying the case properly and using abusive language is Sunny and few other peroson calling with different names and not ready to disclose their names.
Now not to attend their calls, I have asked them for a written communication and I will go with all the proof to Consumer court for rowdism, mental harrasement and bansk not keeping proper records nor updating the same in the cusotmer database. Such banks should not be allowed to operate and licenses should be revoked.

I have applied my HSBC credit card Sept - 2008.I got a pin number of my HSBS INTL GOLD - V from Pan Branch : 246 at 16/10/2008 Ref : C098683 but I dont receive my Creadit Card till that date.

And I miss my reference no also. i try to Customer Care but dont reply from customer Care. So what i do ?

HSBC Credit Card — INFLATED BILLS

I have paid whole amount AGAINST CARD NO:[protected] A/C NO:[protected] and further asked HSBC to close my account in the m/o Oct 2007 with immediate effect. I am surprised to know that my acount closer took place in them m/o may 2008.I am sure no balance can be bending agaist my card and if at all anything it might be in paise(INR) and HSBC has multiplied and make it thousand(INR) till m/o may 2008 and further 6000(INR) in the m/o oct 2008.
Point is
1) Why HSBC hasn't close acount in the m/o Oct 2007
.2)Why HSBC keep on showing purchasing value in bills though i have stopped using your card and tear off in 4 peices as per hsbc instruction in the m/o Oct 2007.
3) I have used only once HSBC card with transaction of 1000(INR) how can you HSBC me to pay 5000(INR) in less than 5 months.
I HAVE COMMUNICATED BY PHONE AGAINST CLOSER IN THEMONTH OF OCT 2007 ITSELF FIVE TIMES.
I HAVE MAILED THEM TWICE IN THIS REGARD.

HSBC / Tata - Aig — DAY TIME ROBBERY

Hi Team,

I want to cancel the Credit card due to your poor customer care services and cheated the customer.

After I providing the necessary information Regarding TATA-AIG policy .
Without my fault.you have debited rupees 702 in the statementt this is like day robbery .

I got the letter you sent by dated October 23/2008 along with policy document on november 3/11/2008 after that I canceled that on 4/11/2008. I got credit card statement on 14/11/2008 by 702 rupees debited by TATA-AIG .I could not understand your transaction with the customer .

So I don't want to continue transaction with HSBC any more .You have given me lot of tension and peace less mind.

HSBC Credit Card — Unnecessary charging FInance & Late Payment Charges

Dear Sir,

Please note that I am using this card for more than 4 - 5 years & had made my payment on time or before time. In September I had received payment statement late & so was not able to make the payment on time & received a statement in Oct along with the late payment & finance charges. So I called the HSBC Mumbai helpline & informed them the same. They told me that once the payment of INR 723 is credited in their account they will reverse these charges. But now when i received the current statement they have not reversed those charges & on top of it they have again added this months finance & late payment charges. When i called them up again they are saying that you should have called in Oct once the payment was credited in their account. I am very surprised that once payment is credited why should i again call & again they had never informed us to call again.

Now they are reversing this months finance & late payment charges but are not reversing last month when there is no fault of mine. So would appreciate your looking into this matter & doing the needful.
