HSBC Credit Card — not issuing no due certificate

sir,

I have cleared HSBC Credit Card dues and closed the balance account on 3.10.09 .
I have advised to HSBC to cancel and deactivate my card and the card was also destroyed into pieces .
But I received the HSBC card statement on 19.07.10.Hence please arrage to get no due certificate from HSBC

Please let me know require any further details.

HSBC cheaters:

Hi guys if any body has opted the HSBC premium ofer, I am sorry for u all...And if any body is planning to take that, I would say no for that.Its just a mere cheating and gambling played by this SO CALLED INTERNATIONAL BANK HSBC.

I received the call one day from one of the executives of HSBC and they confirmed me that u had been selected for this offer.And I asked what them wat sort of benefits wud u b providing.They replied me with these options:

1.A free wrist watch worth 4500 Rs.
2.To and fro flight fare free any time in the 9 months period.
3.one night and 3 day stay accomodation at the time of your Vacational trip. any where in India.
4.5% cash return on any piurchasings u did on your HSBC Credit card.
5.Some benefits i[censored] opt for international trip by paying some extra amount.

And the amount they charge in order to avail this facility was 6000 Rs around.I was very much excited and asked them if they would be providing me the Air fare as well for free.And they replied me yes.Since I stay very long from my home town, I thought this offer would make me go home in few hours atleast once which usually takes 30 hrs in train..So considering these benefits I opted this plan and they deducted the amnt 6000 from my HSCB credit card.

Now the real story starts.I recevied som documenet related to availing facilities provided in the plan and along with it a wrist watch worhting 4500 Rs as they mentioned.The watch was good of POLO london club.

And then I was going through the document kit which they sent and I found a worse news regarding the air fare.It mentioned in that they can provide only the base fare and the taxes have to be borne by the passenger himself.The flight is also decided by them.We are not given the choivce to choose the flight.What a comedy this was.In flight the base fare som times costs just 300 or 400 and the rest amnt is the taxes which are to be borne by the passenger usually in 4000 or more.So i need to cover this price as well.What a cheat is this.They dint mention this when they called me.I feel very sorry for accepting this ..And frnds I checked the cost the wrist watch in the internet and it gave me another shock..The price of the watch was around 700-800 Rs only..

Look at the game played by HSBC bank and how they are swallowing the hard earned money from a person..

I request you all to think once or twice when ever these bloody cheaters call u for an offer.The more u offer, the more u l b in truobles and thte more the bank benfits.

HSBC Credit Card — misuse of credit card

Hi,

This is in reference to HSBC Credit card misuse.

I have reported miss use of my card ending with 4410 to bank. The bill generated on March 2009 shows several transactions between 11th Feb 2009 to 21st Feb 2009 and the total outstanding for this month was Rs 90910. Ths bills generated in consecutive months have been showing this outstanding in addition to some finincial charges. The bill generated in August 2009 has total outstandin of 103337.24.
I again want to bring it to your notice that card ending with 4410 was issued to me on 23rd Feb 2009, which is after these transactions were made, and hence I am not responsible for these transactions and any outstanding on my HSBC card. I have not used any HSBC card issued to me after 1st Feb 2009.
I have already filled dispute form, discussed with bank, filled dispute form but so far issue still persists.


I have already gone through lot of disturbance because of this issue. can you help me how to escalate this issue with RBI?

HSBC Credit Card — AFTER SETTLEMENT ALSO THEY DEMAND FOR MONEY

Dear Sir/Mam,

Im bindu working for a private company in travel industry , i had got a HSBC credit card which i use and paid minimum interest for a long time and then they came for the settlement for Rs.17,000/- .I settlement that money in one shot and got a settlement letter from the bank.

But now im getting HSBC card statement every month and they have entired that in the civil stating its outstanding.

And when i enquied about this they say u need to pay Rs.1,30,000/- to to remove from the civil.

i dont know what to do,Please help me to come out from this.

HSBC Credit Card — Fraudulent Sale of Insurance along with Card

I decided to opt for a HSBC credit card sometime in January 2008 . 1 or 2 months after the issue of card a
Term insurance policy of TATA AIG was delivered to me which has no date and so the look in period cannot be determined . Upon contacting HSBC and TATA AIG i was told it is some group insurance policy which remains valid only if i pay the Rs 505 premium along with credit card dues monthly
Since i had never opted for the insurance policy I asked HSBC resolve the confusion and cancel it .
They took 6 long months to find an answer and end of the day asked me to followup with HSBC directly to get premium refunds .
What is the legal recourse i have against HSBC for deceitfully selling a bundled insurance and then taking inordinately long to settle the issue .

Customer Name in CIBIL Defaulter List inspite of having settled all dues.
Myself had applied for a home loan recently.

I was shocked to hear from the Banks (HDFC, SBI) that your name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.

I have paid all my dues till date. but they (HSBC) have not forwarded the settlement letter. In between I lost my credit card number and payment full payment paid in HSBC Bandra Bank in the first week of May 2010.

This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

I had never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct?

I seek justice to get our names removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect.I
Please help us.

Hope all the Bank offering life time free card but for this HSBC classic Visa card you are collecting annual fee and additional card charges.. this is really not fine. Im the prompt payer still i had no pending dues and all.. promptly using the card and make the payment on time and im following your interest rate and all
Am using your card from june 2008.. if I contact your customer service executive over through phone.. they simply saying If you dont wish to continue then you can close your credit card account.. Do you accept this?
In the past 2 years you have decreased the credit line.. Instead of increasing the limit.. Please consider my request and hopefully awaiting for your positive reply

HSBC Pune — Loan Settlement Deferment

Hi,

Im Santhosh, I had taken a Personal Loan from HSBC, Pune.
After some time, i thought of settling down the the loan and even after sending couple of reminders regarding the settlement, i dint hear anything from the bank. As i was out of the country for quite some time, i could not follow up on this.

During my stay outside India, HSBC Executive (Miss. Bharathi) had called me regarding the loan settlement. After couple of discussions, they had given a settlement amount which was about 2.6 lakhs and the time given was about 2 weeks. At this point of time, i was caught up with some financial crisis(i just agreed to pay the settlement amount as i dint want to betray the bank and i want to settle down the loan on a positive note.) and i could not pay the entire amount within the due date. Hence i requested for some time extension so that i can clear the loan amount.

They agreed for the time extension and promised me to give the settlement letter and the no dues letter from the bank.

After that i tried to reach the bank executive(Miss Bharati, Cell Number : [protected]), she keeps on postponing the things saying her manager is not available. I requested her to give her Managers number so that i can speak and settle down the things. But she denies in sharing the number.

Please do suggest me how to take the things further on this.

IF HSBC HAVE ANY PROOF OF NEW CREDIT OF RS 701 I AM READY TO PAY.

I have also gone through same. I deposited Payment through HSBC ATM which HSBC said they haven't received. Everytime I got a call from Customer Care i tried to clear them but they thought me to be liar. In the end i had to go to Bank Branch & gave them written Application to check through Close Circuit Camera & verify. Then, they accepted THEIR mistake after almost 9 days...This is the Level of Service this Bank has. ...See thier working hours...!!! Astonshing...!!!
Better send them back to their own country...

HSBC Credit Card — Reducing the credit limit without any notification

My name is siva reddy, I am using the HSBC credit card from the past 2 years. earlier the customer service was good. now they reduced the credit limit without any notification to me.

I called them today they said the banks will do the periodical reviews on the accounts and reduce and increase the credit limit. then I asked them on what basis you do the reviews. he don't have any answer.

Then I asked I want the strong reason for reducing the credit limit, he is replying the same thing. even though my credit history was very good. I never paid the amount late.

Don't go for HSBC credit card, it is the worst card and worst customer service.
