At HSBC Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010 I did address my concerns with the Board of Directors concerning what HSBC India has been doing and is doing in India to our customers.

HSBC Credit Card — Wrongly charged annual fees on card

I was having a HSBC credit card. When HSBC has issued me the credit card, there representative has stated that the card is life time free and there will be no annual fees. For 2 years HSBC has not charged any annual fees. After that they started charging annula fees. When i contact the customer care, they accepted my concern and reversed the annual fees. Since last 2 years the same procedure is followed by HSBC. In July 2010 i had surrendered the credit card by sending a letter. Again HSBC has sent statement with the annual charge in Dec'2010. When contracted the HSBC they said that they have not received my request for card surrender. When i gave the copy of the letter, they say this letter is not valid as it is send to the Manager, card product division, Mumbai. I had not activated and nor used this card since last 2-3 years. Now they are charging late fees every month and threatening me that they will send my case to CIBIL and take legal action. I don't know what to do?

HSBC - Credit Card — ISSUE WITH THE HSBC CREDIT CARD BILL - ADDED THE REWARD MEMBERSHIP FEE OF RS.150 WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE - 4476929984373248

Dear Sir /Madam,

Kindly note i've received the credit card bill with the amount of Rs.150 for reward membership WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and i've never received any information regarding that. Also i'm not using this card for more than 6 months.

Please help me in sortingout the issue. They had confirmed it is ot possible to re-emburse the amount of Rs.150.

I have submitted application for HSBC credit card before 40 days. I submitted all necessary document.they called me 10 times for verification.Last week Ms.shiristi told me within a week, you will get your card but till date, I didn't get my card or any kind of information.Please tell me my credit card status.

HSBC Credit Card — Harassment for credit card due

Hi HSBC Credit Card Team,

I had two credit cards from HSBC ([protected] and [protected] ). Because of some unavoidable circumstances i had to settle both the accounts. Both the account are settled in 2008 and 2009 respectively. I got the company letter head acknowledgement as well. Now after such a long time, i am getting calls from HSBC branch office of dues. Team is harassing me to pay the amount. I also checked the CIBIL data against my name and the records are from HSBC bank only. I would like to remove those false entries against my name.

HSBC Credit Card — FRAUD IN HSBC

I had taken HSBC Credit card long back when the time of taking they mentioned me that its a free card.

but after 1 year they had added extra amount when i call the call center they revert back it.
but in second year only they had done the same mistake but to my bad luck i had not actively monitoring that card.So they added late Feee and created a Fault in my Credit Report.

so i had informed to HSBC manager then they had revert back amount and said sorry.

After 1 year i had applied for car loan not its got cancelled due to HSBC credit Settlement but my credit history is Clean.

HSBC, Credit Card — Getting monthly statement of card W/O having any card.

This is to inform you that I am getting monthly statement every month for the credit card No – [protected] but this card does not belongs to me I have never used this card . I have complained to customer care many time but this statement not stopped (card No – [protected]) HSBC recovery agent called me so many times and torture me to pay the outstanding of Rs. 44000 Approx, they can not solve this issue & every time disturbed and harass me .
Regarding this issue I have visited the HSBC Noida Sector 18 Branch, but they told me this card made from Ahmadabad branch and this card received by another person and address, the user of this card made one Payment of Rs 1000 by cheque.
I want to know why HSBC cannot track the user of this card on the basis of a/c No given in cheque.
I am getting harassed by HSBC Recovery Agent and Cannot afford any more mantle Stress by HSBC Bank and their recovery agents.

This is Prejesh VP, I had a HSBC credit card and it expired in july 2009. I had paid all the dues of that card before that . I made my last payment on 7/7/2009 . HSBC without my knowledge , have increased the validaity of the card till 2011. I was never informed regarding this. also they have charged Membership fees and other fees(card was life time free when it was given to me) on the card during July 2010( again i was not informed reagrding this) and further added interest and other fees , and are now demanding rs 9000 towards the card. my question is why should I pay the money when I cleared all the dues and when card expired in 20009. please do the needfull .

HSBC & Indiaideas.com — Fraudulent Transfer of Funds from my HSBC card to Indiaideas

In my latest credit card statement - for my Husbands co-card I could see a transaction of over 26,000 to a company called Indiaidea. I am neither aware of this company nor ever did a transaction. On callin the bank they did not give any sufficient reply. They said to visit the branch.

On searcinh net I realised that Indiaideas is a fraud company and keep pishing money from people cards. Why is that HSBC did not secure their gateway against this Fraud. Why is that they want me to travel to their branch and submit 100 requests.

Please help

HSBC Credit Card — Harrassment for settlement before due date

I was a regular payer of dues on HSBC credit cards till last July2010 and due to certain financial problems in the business I was unable to pay the dues regularly during the past one year.

Now that I wanted to go for settlement and for one card I settled during last week amounting to around Rs.49000/ I also requested the bank to offer settlement for the second card too.. However due to certain unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to make the payment on the date ( 9th July,2011) as I committed whereas , in the settlement letter offered by the bank itself, the due date was given as 20th July,2011. When I pleaded to the collection agents & Bank's representatives, for consideration of my case at least for one more week's time, ( i.e.before 16th July,2011) before which I will be settling, they started harassing and abusing among themselves each other within their team in my office and in my presence which is not warranted. I request the authorities to advise the concerned to handle customers with utmost care when they have genuine interest to settle the dues.

HSBC Credit Card — HSBC BANK IS A BIG JUNK AND FRAUD

Hello Every body,

I have been using this cridit card for long time and its a junk Bank, the customer support is rude and they do not do good. They tell rules and implement it very strictly but they never follow it. I have requested them to close the card and paid some extract amount for adjustments, they taken the request and caliculated and told me that some money will be returned to me. But when i call them back after the specified time, they are saying that all the money got adjusted and nothing will be returned. And the customer care is also not polite and very rudly they answer when I request for reward back.

Its really very bad experience with this bank and request all the people to be aware with this kind of Banks and please do not take any new cards with this HSBC, seriously. And with this one, if you pay payment in form of cash they will charge you 100 for that too. funny right. Please advice your pals and family members not to go with HSBC, i am not sure about other banks but i never face such kind of issues with other banks.

HSBC Credit Card — UNNECESSARY CARD FEES

I am using HSBC Classic credit card past 5 years, Last 1 year not at all swipe a single rupee after 2 months i got statement from HSBC CREDIT CARD mentioned that i need to pay Rs. 685/- annual fees that to known by after a year now that statement shows bill amount 12400/- could not understand why they are doing like now they are updated in cibil also, When i bought that card people told me that was life time free credit card NOW I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO DO.
I applied for HSBC credit card on 5/9/11 my application number is 88175, Kindly let me know the status, Expecting your reply.
