Dear Sir,

I want to inform you that my credit card no:[protected] was lost somewhere in transit while i was on a trip to Himachal Pradesh. It is therefore requested that please block my card and let me know the further details as how I can get a duplicate of the same

In the statement for the month u have charged Annaul Fee for myself and also on Additional card. Please note that at the time of issuing the card it was told that this is life time free. Hence no question for Annual Fee arises.



You are requested to please waive off these additional charges (Annaul Fee) and send revised statement so that we can pay the amount used in the period.

By this mail informing you that already dropped my cheque Rs.1000/- Sbi cheque on 8th of jul 2008 and telecaller is telling that cheque is presented 14th of Jul to my sbi bank & cheque has been returnted due to insufficinet fund even though having my sufficient balance this is the 2nd time happening & requesting you to look into this matter & waive of my charges & make ensure that this should not happen next time.

I applied for the HSBC credit card 5months back. I got pin number four months back and i got a mobile sms from HSBC credit card department like " Thanks for the applying HSBC credit card.. Your reference number is [protected]"
and also i got a call from HSBC credit card department like HSBC credit card approved.. But Till now i didn't get the HSBC credit card..

Please kindly help me on this issue...

I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY HSBC REPRESENTATIVE AT THE TIME OF ISSUE OF CARD THAT THERE WILL BE NO ANNUAL AS WELL AS RENEWAL FEE ON MY CARD FOR LIFE TIME. ON THIS COMMITMENT, I HAVE TAKEN CREDIT CARD FROM HSBC. MY CARD NUMBER IS [protected] - VISA.

BUT I AM SURPRISED TO RECEIVE BILL FOR THE PERIOD 11 MAY 2008 TO 11 JUNE 2008 CONTAINING ANNUAL FEE FOR RS. 786.52 AND ANNUAL FEE FOR ADD ON CARD OF RS. 393.26.

IT IS HIGHLY AGAINST THE COMMITMENT MAKE TO ME THEREFORE, I REQUEST YOU TO DELETE ANNUAL FEE FORM MY BILL AND SEND ME REVISED BILL SO THAT I COULD PAYMENT.

They took all my details my id card pan card and passport zerox never turned back with teh credit card that they filled application form with me.

HSBC Credit Card — Wrong delivery and misuse upto 22,000Rs

HSBC delivered my credit card to the wrong person thro blue dart and card was mis-used upto 22000 Rs. Almost 62 days over, still the money is not reversed, but HSBC official informed me that it will be reversed with 60 days, but still not reversed. Blue dart's careless service made my life miserable now
I just received text mesage about my monthly statement saying that it has been dispatched by BSA delhi AWB Z7897905
but so far i haven't receive any hardcopy of the same, my due date is 28/06/8
i got a reference num on my mobile but am not able find my status, can u please tell my status if possible

My experienc with HSBC credit card dept is very unfortunate and frustrating. It seems that no responsible person is working for HSBC. These peoples are robing customers.
"No statement since I got my HSBC gold dredit card",
"Charged me for late payments even thougn I have not received any statement from HSBC",
"No statement after one month for duplicate statement",
"No customer care phone numbers working (try pune cust care no[protected].
So I must say HSBC is "Worlds Gharita (Wrost) Bank.
