HSBC Credit Card — Harrasment and Voilence

I have written mail to HSBC that i have cancelled their crdit card last 2 year back and i am written to email to [protected]@hsbcbank.co.in & [protected]@hsbc.co.in stating the same, I have been getting harresment and vungulr calls at my residence numbers in the night from a PCO in Delh also from a some Delhi Number[protected]

They have used very vulgur language to my mother and my wife, my mother is a senior citizen and having major health problem the calls have been made by a person in the dead night althogh the number is from delhi he says he is calling from Pakistan when i ask the person name he uses vulgur language and abuses, I am in the process of filling an NC with the Police station and sending a notice to the bank.

As per me when i canceleld my credit card due to very bad services like late recipt of statement, overcharging and no response on the call. i had cleared all my payments two years back, they are now saying that they have taken all the past years interest and annual fees and asking money.

My family is tranmatised of calling and abusing, they person calling give all kind of bad words.

THIS IS REGD TO OUR CASE / COMPLAINT REF – 3005461 , I HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY UR MANAGEMENT THAT MY CARD HAS BEEN CANCELLED , NOW I M RECEVING STATEMENTS REGULARLY, I CANT UNDERSTAND UR WAY OF WORKING , I THINK I AM BEING HARASSED & I M FORWARDING MY CONPLAINTS TO RBI – CREDIT CARD COMPLAIN DEVESION, AS U HAVE CANCELLED MY CARD & SENDING ME REGYLAR STATEMENTS , ALSO AFETR MY REQUEST TO KNOW THE STATUS OF CARD AND ASKING TO CONSOLIDATE MY LIMIT OF 2 CARD , I M NOT RECEVIG ANY APPROPRIATE ANSWERS & UR TELEBANKING / COUSTOMER CARE NO ARE IMMPOSIBLE TO REACH. THIS ANOTHER REASON OF BEING HARRASED , AS UR COUSTOMER CANT REACH UR CARE NO IN TIME & THEN U CHARGE THEM UNDULY, U SYSTEM OF WORKING IS MISLEADING & UR BANK IS REGULARLY MISLEADING & MISDEALING & HARRASING UR COUSTOMER IN A VERY PLANNED & PROFESSIONAL MANNER .

I WANT A CLEAR EXPLANATION TREGD THIS ISSUE & I WANT RBI TO ACT & PUNISH IN ANY WAY BY PUTTING HEAVY SERIOUS PENALITY OR CANCELLING UR BANKING LISCENCE FOR CHEATING & HARRASING WE ESTEEMED INDIANS BY U INEFFICIENT FOREIGN BANKS.

LOOK FORWARD TO HAVE ACTION AGAINST UR BANK.

I agree to the above complaint.
I had HSBC credit card, I went for settlement of the card and paid the complete amount in the month of Nov'08, even today I get a call from HSBC asking me to pay the balance amount with interest.
Last week I recieved a call from HSBC (I think main branch), they were very patient in listening to my issue and they asked for the reference number for clearing the dues through settlement of the card, luckily I had the duly signed letter from HSBC bank and I provided them with all the details after that I did not receive any call from HSBC bank.

I am still disappointed as my name has been sent to CBIL (inspite of opting for a settlement) any idea how to come out of this situation?

H.S.B.C — credit card harrasment

Ihave settled my HSBC credit card ([protected] ) as on 9 th june 2009 through cheque by their Collection agency.I have the settlement letter from their bank and i am attaching this one with this mail. After this i don't know that how H.S.B.C bank can send a bill (attached herewith)after settlement?

I had made a payment through HSBC credit card on 27th March for Rs 38000/- but i have not received the statement nor any written intimation from the bank for payment when i had receive the call from the bank i immediately made the payment vide cheque number 080544 for Rs 38000/- now the HSBC credit card is harrassing me to pay Rs4927.85/- more towards charges which are unecessary .
