No Service

Hi,

HSBC is offering credit cards to customer but it is not providing in Branch Customer service neither is providing any Toll Free number in case ( though many ) of any complaint. When asked about the same they say to speak to the phone banking officer on phone provided in Branch.
They are also charging 100 Rs extra for making credit card payments in cash.

I feel this is wrong mean of making money and...

Credit Card Settlement Problem

I had HSBC Gold Credit Card for almost 18 years and i had been a very good with the payment, until 2 years, I had major financial problems and i went in for a settlement for the credit card for an amount of Rs.80,000/- and i made a payment of Rs. 60,000/- towards the settlement letter and another 20,000/- after the due date. Wrong statement & fees

I had been using Hsbc credit card 4384..........96 for almost 3 years (with No Annual Fee) without any problem & I was quite happy with Hsbc's service.

Harassing The Credit Card Owner After Settling The Payment Through Recovery Agency

charges for cash payment

I have a credit card of hsbc for the last three years. Till date i have not defaulted in payments for the amt which i have used. I pruchase some item and convert the same into EMI and pay the amt every month promptly by cash. This complaint is regarding the HSBC collection center. I have been getting real abusive calls from the bank's collection center (o[protected] & [protected]), for a card which is not mine and neither transactions done on it.

For some reason i did not pay the amount of HSBC credit card, i used approx 35000 (Thirty five thousand)

After 2 years they have chanrged 88603(Eighty Eight Thousand Six hundread and three)

On 17-Dec-09, I lost my card and got it blocked on the same day. Also, I requested for a new card.

I used to hold 2 cards from HSBC until both of them were stolen about a year and half ago.
