[Resolved]  HTC Mobile Phone — service problem

my htc touch mobile fell down, and display is out what should i do now, any body know the service center number plzzzzzzzzzzzzz

HTC P3400 — Very very poor service

I purchased HTC 3400 PDA on 24/05/08 from WaveTel outlet at Rajakilpakkam, Velachery Road, Chennai-73. It developed battery problems and the same WaveTel outlet took my mobile on 16/11/08. They said that it would be given back maximum by 7 days. The mobile is still under warranty.
After till today I did not get it. I am forced to make telephone calls each and every day to them. Every day they are saying that I will take 3-4 more days. Today their zonal manager Mr. Ganesh told me that I would receive the mobile on Monday, 08/12/08.

I am waiting for this last deadline on 8th. If I don't receive any call and mobile from them by this time, i would take legal options against the store and HTC.

I have purchased a htc mobile p3400i fron mumtazuddin times (P) ltd, kolkata on 06.05.2008 for Rs.10800/-.after 2 months, my mobile was completely dead.then i contact our nearest service centre.after checking they have found that pcb was not working.they replaced the pcb after 2 months as they have not pcb in their stock.now again the mobile is not working again i have gone to service centre they are telling that battery was damaged.i have to replace the battery.i am really confused how my times i have to go to your service centre and how much i have to spent for this costly mobile.they have told me that i have to puchase battery from my pocket though warrently period is 1 year.
please look into the matter.if you not take care of your customer why people will take your product.
please take necessary and replace my battery.

i have a Htc p3400i for 5 months back i have been using with airtel sim card but not working properly with airtel sim & working with others well. if i insert airtel sim card then after few days sim card registration failed message pop up...i have replaced my airtel sim card 4 times..but problam continous.

i have pruchased one htc mobile no.p3400i form kolkata in the month of may'08. after 2 months pcb of the mobile had damaged and service centre changed the pcb. again battery of the mobile damaged. why r u selling this type of defective mobile?. please chnage my battery.i have send mail also. but no response. why?

HTC serive is very poor and there is no commitment on delivery.spares are not available in service centre and there is no time frame. My case ID is[protected] since 22 dec 2008 and after 1 week spares in not recieved. This is HTC S720 model for reliance. There is no sim so one can not use replacemnt hand set and just live at their mercy. Will htc please look in to this.

HTC Mobile Phone Model S - 710 — Hands Free not working

I have bought HTC Mobile ( Model S-710) around three months back. Since then, I hve faced a lot of trouble with this handset. Within a month, I was bound to exchange my set because that set was having continuous hanging Problem, Auto Key Pad Locking Problem, etc. Finally I went to service centre and got replaced in 3-4 days. The replaced handset was also already used and now it has also start giving problem to me. Hands Free is faulty . Again I visited service centre . They have taken my hands free kit one month back and not yet replaced . Now, speaker phone has also start giving problem and stopped working since last one week.

I am fully fade upand fel totally harrassed with this company as their product and service both are pathetic and of third Class quality.

Mr Uday kumar doesnt seem to know anything about the mobile.
