Today i have talked with mr Viishal in escalation department i said him i will not have HTC wildfire again, please repay my amount that i have paid for the handset, he said that there is no such schemes in HTC to repay for the faulty handsets, where will your customer go, either repay my amount or exchange to some other handsets which is better than HTC wildfire.
i need a better handset with good quality.

is there any quality handset in your HTC company?

    I am your old customer for whom you have replaced HTC wild fire handset.the issue was Your mobile was not getting charged and after a long time you have replaced,and i was over whelmed by your support,
    IMEI No: [protected].S/no: HT0BvPY01714

    but never thought that i will mail you for the same issue again in the replaced handset the imei no for the replaced handset is [protected],this is ridiculous a customer is cheated again by your company, A person who buy mobile for his convenience and you are giving all this problems, Now this time i like to say you this i want my money back,i cant bare it any more, i will never buy HTC Wildfire at any cost.please repay my 14000 Rs/.

    I have used many mobiles but yet not faced such problems, this is really miserable,very hard to digest that a company like HTC is making such worthless handsets that his customers have to suffer.

      Thanks for your support, but as per the telephonic conversation i have said that there is no service center in salem of htc. and i am unable to go chennai. i want you to help in this issue. i want my mobile to be repaired fast as possible. I think that by choosing htc mobile handset i was not wrong.

      As per the conversation before three days by your HTC representative said that before Saturday your new handset will be delivered, but till today i have not got any handset, I have talked with your HTC representative, she gave me the number of Mr.Thyagrajan dealer at Bangalore, He said there is no stock available, is this the right answer?

      Really i am getting fed up with your company now, whether i did any mistake by purchasing your handset, i am loosing all my contacts, i am loosing all my business opportunities, can you bring all my business dealings back, i am loosing my patience if you don't have the stock, i am not responsible for that, give me the handset today, i want it, or give me better handset than wild fire.

      Today i have talked with your HTC representative, they are not giving me the clear picture what's happening there regarding my issue, you have mailed me that my handset will be replaced, when it will be replaced i need to know that. till now i have called your HTC more than 30 times and each time it takes 25 minutes, i loose all my time that i can work and loose my cash, will you pay back all these things.I am loosing my business because of your mis management, will you pay back all my business incomes?

      your Bangalore dealer Salora in'l Ltd is a worst dealer that i have ever seen, he assured me many times that you will receive your handset tomorrow, Tomorrow never comes, and when i call him he is rejecting my call, he is not attending my call, why? am i a fool to call you guys and spend my precious time, this is just too much. and now after a week time he is telling me there is no handset ready, there is no stock. what rubbish is this.if he doesn't have HTC wildfire in stock, send me HTC Dzire as replacement or any higher end model,it is your company fault why should your customer suffer?

      and each and every time i mail you, you just say you will look behind what's wrong, but never solved my problem.i want a solution for this problem
      i want to talk with higher executive of your company.Your Htc representative has given me your head office number, no one picks up the call, it's really very pathetic that there is no one to hear your customer's even in your head office.

      In this regard we would like to intimate you that there is only one option remaining that you need to do the restore factory settings. To perform the restore factory setting you need to perform the following settings,

      1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly
      press the POWER button.
      2. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the
      VOLUME DOWN button.
      3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER.
      4. Press VOLUME UP to start the factory reset.

      Note: - In the restore factory settings all your data will be lost. We request you to take the Backup the phone before doing Hard Reset.

      To use the Android market please follows the steps,

      1. Tap on the Home screen
      2. Select the market application
      3. Enter the G-mail ID and password.
      4. You will be able to use Android market.

      From here please select the application and you can download this.

      Note: - The download of the application depends on the operator speed and the Google server.

        I lost my HTC p3400i worth 10000/-.
        I contacted the company they said cannot do anything regarding this.I have the bill and IMEI no. , they said they cant even block the handset , tracking is far thing.They just asked me to file FIR ,which i did.Police asked me to contact the company.Every time company gives the same response. I need help regarding this.

          Purchased new HTC wild fire handet from poorvika mobile shop salem,worked for just 5 days.Charger ic is not wroking. i cannot charge mobile. given a complaint against this to htc website, their representative called up and said that you have to send it to chennai, i cannot leave my job and go to chennai for repairing the handset. i want replacement of my handset, now they are not even replying my mail.they have no care for this issue. heard that HTC is good company but it is not up to mark.my mobile number is [protected]

            I love my HTC wildfire A3333 sooo much but its poor battery back up really disappoints me regaularly.
            All day long i have to carry my charger.

            i have been searching for the battery of my htc 3400 but not getting suggest what to do,
            even my mobile is under warranty period.

            HTC — POOR BATTERY PERFORMANCE

            I have purchased htc S720 model hand set within a period of 5 months. Since the begining it has a very poor performnce of battery life. I have to recharge it atleast 3-4 times daily. Recharging completes within 5 minutes and also drains after making 7-8 calls of i minute duration. Now I am residing in Orissa & there is no dealer for htc to replace the same. Even I have tried my level best if the dealers there at Kolkata may have a stock of it but all have denied. Kindly let me know if I can replace the same or shall throw away the set.

            I had the same problems and tried contacting the service centers of htc but no use. Then I decided to mail the HTC worldwide ceo and the founder about the situation (dont ask how i got the id's :) ). and it shook the entire HTC india office and my work was done. I would suggest you to mail the problem directly to [protected]@htc.com who is the head of Asia HTC. I am sure your problem will be solved.

            HTC Wildfire — features

            The alarm only goes off when the phone is left on, so if you don't have your charger, the battery is running low and you need to get up at a certain time the next day- basically, you're stuffed. You leave it on and it goes dead = no alarm, you turn it off to save battery = no alarm: stuffed!

            Also the alarm can only be set to the tunes on the phone already - no songs allowed, so even if the alarm does go off, it's that loud and shrieky that you're in a foul mood for the day!!! Gutted.

            Other than that, love the phone, just hate that they overlooked such basic features!!! :(

              Good Day. I am sorry to inform you that your service didn’t meet our expectations. Please take every step and measure to assure you that we will find a solution to this issue immediately.

              This is regarding my new HTC Smart Phone which I had purchased on 6/11/2010.

              On 13/11/2010 there was an issue with the phone and it was handed over to the service centre. As the concerned person told that there was some issue with the software and display..

              But when I Spoke to the Customer care regarding the issue and ask Mr. Vishal to rectify it. There was no proper response from his end. Everyday we are calling regarding this issue but there is no response till date as I have never received any response.

              Is this the way the HTC response as it creates a very bad impression on the customer feedback since I am calling daily and there is no proper response. Hoping that you will do the needful.

                  I purchsed HTC smart one month ago. It is a troublesome mobile felt from the day of purchase. The battery back up is worst. I have to recharge the battery 3 times in a day. If the phone is kept idle and it is not in use, in spite that, the battery goes exhausted.

                  Moreover - (1) The phone can not read the memory card. (2) It hangs frequently. I have to pull out the battery and insert it again to restart the phone. (3) Frequently it begins to restart automatically. A message comes on the screen :- "oops ! A system error has occurred."

                  It is an irritating mobile. I am in trouble to buy this phone. I suggest everybody NOT to buy such worthless phone.

                      My Simple problem is , I am not able to geotag my photos.Its not working only in my handset

                      "Our Technical Team will contact very soon", I have been hearing this since last one month.Every time I get a call I have to explain everything from beginning and fight for convincing them that it is a problem with camera application. I am not sure why even HTC technical team is not educated enough to understand this straight forward problem. No matter how much you misguide and try to deliberately confuse with footprint (as Vishal n Junaid and Nikhil all did in past) I am not going to close this problem at all.You might want to escalate to higher management , otherwise these things will be dragged to months without any progress and finally you will say warranty is over. I am also not sure why do you try to close this without any solution every time.Why was 10INCW40ENA000249 and 10INCW38ENA000066 case opened without solving this one? HTC is being really irresponsible.

                        I purchased HTC P4350 and from the day 1 i am faing issue with the headsets, but it crossed all the limits when my phone starting abruptly. In HTC Windows Phone you need to select start only, it'll sutomaticlly working and it will select all the options. Then talked to HTC Customer care and went to salora chandigarh. At last they changed the motherboard (14/10/10) and again in 1 year, i am getting the same error (Functions auto running).

                        The cose of the phone is 20,000Rs and i wasted all my money in this phone. i am seeking for a help that somebody give me a permanenet solution..

On[protected] phone stopped the working and dad. it was handover to your authorised service center chanakya technologies at gwalior. on[protected]. we are sorry to inform you after 40 days we are not found my mobile back after repairing. it was shocking to us that at brand like htc fail to provide customer service.

                          I brought a wildfire on monday, on sunday of the same week I was forced to brake suddenly, the phone slides out of my handbag falls to the car floor, may be 20cm, and my screen cracks.When I brought the phone no protective gear was available at any of the stores to purchase.I called HTC they tell me to take it back to Telstra to fill a report before they can deal with the problem and Telstra wants to charge me to make such a report.Me I think its bad marketing from both HTC and Telstra to launch such a flimsy and fradgile phone with no protective gear. I can't see why I have to pay to get the phone repaired HTC should be producing phones that are slightly shock proof.

                          HTC Wildfire — music and gallery

                          i have problem in music and gallery.I have installed memory card software it shows list of songs and images.But i couldn't able to see in music and in my gallery.In music it shows music not found and in gallery it shows no data.Kindly solve my problem

                            I bought HTC HD2 in January 2010; used it well for first few months and since then there is either a repeated breakdown of device or software failure.

                            All the device hardware, except for body case had been changed, then the faulty device was replaced with another faulty device, at least they claimed it to be new. After this there has been many assurance, from people at the highest position in the company, to replace the device with HD2 or Desire but none of them have been fulfilled by far.

                            Their service quality of repair centres is terrible as well, one of the engineers mentioned they were not given any kind of training to handle the device or its feature.

                            I have issued the final ultimatum to the company to process for the refund after which I'll be sue them. If any one here has any experience to share then please do so, these cos. need to learn leassons for their customer ignorance.

                              HTC — Panel Not Functioning

                              HTC Desire S having Serial No. HT13YTJ01971purchased 2 months ago fro Mumbai is not functioning . HTC authorized Service Center at Borivali West has taken handset for repairs on 4th July and promised to return duly repaired on 7th July are not responding to our call. Reat calls have not resulted into definite answer . We have now formally lodged complained at call center with no .11IND[protected] . They have promised to look into it but yet to get firm answer . I am very dis- satisfied with the services of HTC.

                              I wish that they should rectify the problem with replacing the part and if not they should replace the handset immediately .

                                Two mounth ago I brought HTC Touch T3320 in Rs.13000/-
                                but,now on dated 04 Aug 2010 without any reason Touch screen pixcles damaged and Liquid spread inside the screen due to that i am not able to use my phone and it's touch screen. when i go for rearing to service center for replace, service told me it's not repairable and not count in warranty for this reason. and told me u have spend Rs, 3000/- (P9 Service center SURAT told for that),

                                i felt very bad with the budget of reaping told by service center and HTC Company.
                                Please guide me that i have already spend 13000/-for mobile and with in 2 months i have to spend 3000/-it means i would be in complete loss of 6000/-due to current price 9500/-for THE SAME mobile.

                                If it isnt physical or liquid damaged they must accept your device under warranty or if your device is out of warranty period in HTC web site, you can show them your proof of purchase (invoice) for the warranty claim) and your device must be within the region where you send it for service.but if it is out of region, meaning you bought the device in other country, then even if it is under 1 year warranty you can 't claim free service for that. hope this will help :)

                                  After just 3 months of purchase HTC LEGEND developed a problem. Company's authorised service franchisee - S G Infotech - Borivali West retained handset for repairs saying they would rectify within two days. However, they did not honour their commitment and went on extending date saying part required was unavailable.

                                  Finally after a gap of 24 days, S G Infotech - Borivali West returned to me on Sept 7, HTC Legend purchased on April 23, 2010, stating motherboard had been replaced. However, charger/adapter was not returned since problem persisted.

                                  Since motherboard is the core my HTC LEGEND now bears New IMEI number: [protected] & New serial number: MB027NX04560. Even their system is not accepting new Sr. No. saying it is errorneous.


                                  S G Infotech refusing to issue new warranty contract commencing Sept 7, 2010, despite my present warranty contract being based on the old bill which states my old IMEI number [protected] and old Serial number: HT042NX06032. IT IS LEGALLY BINDING IN VIEW OF NEW IMEI AND NEW SR.NO. URGENT CONFIRMATION IS SOLICITED.

                                  I had HTC HD2 and have had terrible experience with the device, service quality [again SG Infotech] and there after with the HTC officials to resolve the problem. This is going around since 2 month and now am planning to drag HTC to consumer court.

                                  Even I had the same issue of board change and later I was given warantty extension of additional few months, but you need to aggressively follow with them. Contact the manager at Salora International Andheri and talk to concerned authority.

                                  Ur lucky that u got ur motherboard replaced. I have HTC-P3400i since 2K8. 4 mnths back, I also take my set in above hTC service center (SG Infotech, Borivali) for resolution of my set's battery drain problem. Initially, they charged me 750 bucks for repairing. The took 5 days resolve the problem and when I started using I experienced no change in my problem. I again submitted the set and suggest them to keep my phone with them for 7 days more after repairing so that the problem get tested and freezed. After 15 days I called them again and they tell me that motherboard needs to be replaced and quote me 8000/- (My brought the set @10120/-) and with warranty of only 3 months.

                                  Since then I am in contact with hTC global service center seeking for offer me one of the below possibilities.
                                  1. affordable motherboard cost.
                                  2. Exchange offer.
                                  3. Warranty upto atleast 1 year as it cost near to new set. (hTC Smart is aprrox. 7000)

                                  As per hTC INDIA customer support country manager import duty is 40% on set device part. Thus, it cost high. As I am 2 year old customer they offer me device cost 6000/- with 6 months warranty and no service charge on it. But still it is too costly to repair.

                                  U feel urself lucky that u dnt need 2 pay 4 motherboard.

                                    I have Purchased New HTC Wing Windows Mobile on 13th August. I received it with MAX made Head Phone and one ear phone stopped working the same day.
                                    The delivey made without POUCH and Audio / Charging Cable is not there in the box.
                                    I will go ahead with consmer forum and get this sort out if not solved within next 10 days by India Times Shopping / Akansha Distributor.

                                    Indiatimes is a big fraud...they sell fake products also through their website...i bought a nokia mobile few months back, and it was the worst deal i ever made...their transactions also are not fair...they give the option of payment in EMIs and charge money for conversion and later u see the whole transaction in a single go in ur credit card statement...i faced this in december last year and still i have not got any reply from them a single time...even though i sent almost 10 mails to these people and tried the customer care thousand times...they are not to be relied...they should be stopped/banned/boycotted totally by consumers/manufacturers/resellers/dealers all...

                                      I have a htc touch and it had some problem for which i had give it to your service center in Borivali ( S G Telecom ) it was given on 21st June ... and they told me that it has a touch flow panel problem .. for which i had told them that there was no such problem and the problem was that the phone went off every time i press the yes or no key .. for which that said that the vibrator and touch panel was faulty and changing that would solve the problem ... Later on after a few day when i called to inquire about the phone that said it was ready and i can collect it ... and no payment has to be made as it was under warranty to which i told them that it was not under warranty and i was ready to pay for the same .. then they told me that it was not ready as some part was missing and would be done within 2 to 3 days... as again there was no reply from their side i called to inquire after 15 days to which again the reply was that it was not ready .. and told me that he will do it within a week. Later on 27 th of July i send my bro to pick it up with making the neccessary payments which were around 2300 but again to my surprise no tax invoice was issued and was only hand written on the job sheet and later on when he got it to my surprise when i checked the piece it was looking very new ... and i was happy .. but not for long .. before i started the phone and completely to my surprise the piece was in the same state of problem for what i had given it to the service center .. and again i was thuged as i had already made the payments ... and just imagine ... it was 40 long days.. and lots of work was getting delayed because i did not have a stand by phone ... Still again today i have given it back to the service center and i am totally disgusted with the service that they have provided me and the trauma that i had to go thru for all there days and more ... god knows how much .. and top of that my money is also wasted ... as they have charged me for the reason that was invalid and wrong .. and not needful ... i have been cheated... Pls do some thing on urgent basis and pls solve my problem ... as i feel i have been dealing with a very reputed co.. and was totally satisfied with your product .. and was not expecting this kind of after sale service .. waiting for your favorable and positive reply and please save me from this problem .. thank you ..
