Hi HTC is NO.1 Fraud Company. There are two type of openings. They are.,
1.SMILE.
2.SMART.
In SMILE we have to attend apti test and HR interview. No one will be eliminated in Apti. In HR they will tell this is a 6months training program. we have to pay 1lakhs for this and also submit all certificates 3 1/2 yrs bond package is no pay in training and after training 1.5lakhs per year. Non refundable one. They will tell we will give corporate training in 3 domains where in Mainframe,Java, and .Net. But after joining they will give training in only 1 domain. Training is also not so good its worster than some Private Centers training. Training consist.
1. Basics 10Days
2. C++ 18Days
3. Ora cal 10Days
4. PL/SQL 10Days
5. Any of the domain above.
Training of these short period very difficult to Non IT guys. and timings are 9AM to 7.30PM. They will eliminate in training also. 1Lakhs gone they will not refund. So Guys dont join this company very cleaver company they are putting bond and keeping guys in their control. These are the things relay what happening in HTC.
For SMART we no need to pay 1lakhs. but we have to clear Programming Test. Same kind of training will be given.

Here what ever said is not lie. every thing is Truth only... Because i am also affected by this company i want to save other Guys Please...

This is to inform you on my experience with HTC Incredible S and the support provided to me on the same.

I had bought a HTC Incredible S in the last week of March 2011. And from since then, I have been having issues with the handset. The major issues came to light in June when the phone started having signal drops and automatic disconnections. I had taken this handset to the service center almost 6-7 times till now and everytime I only get an unrepaired handset back. I have spoken to a lot of people in customer care but till now no resolution has taken place.

This is one of the most worst product with the most sucking support. My recommendation is that please don't buy this product.

I attenend interview in HTC (chennai). They ask 1lakh for 6month training after sucessful completion in training i.e to score above 60% in test. They provide me job with condition of 3 year bond of 15k salaray per month …can I trust HTC cuz im 2010 passout till now no job and also im frm middle class family one lakh is huge amount for me…plz give ur valauable suggestion and idea….anyone go by this process in HTC…they eliminate...

We purchased Desire S model about 5 months ago . About 1.1/2 months ago its panel found not working . We gave it to your service centre at Borivali/ Mumbai who after 10-12 days of continues follow up replaced it . In this process we had to visit your service centre for 3 times and had to spent extra money for replacement of scratch guard . Trouble of downloading and re loading of data apart . Once again it had problem of receiver malfunctioning which was replaced about 2 days ago .yesterday we again noticed the following problem - 1. Backlight of search button not functioning 2.Interface has become slow ( Despite we have not loaded data again ) We have been totally dissatisfied with product and are regularly visiting your service centre incurring expenses on our travel besides changing scratch guard . first 3month training then next 3month 4k as stipend....from seventh month 15k as salary

Hi, I have purchased HTC Wildfire A3333 mobile from ALFA, 5/6 DADI HOUE ,IRLA SOCIETY on 07.03.2011. Mobile details: IEMI:[protected] S/N:HT12CPY00794 P/N:99HLC065-00 The phone worked quite well for few months; but unfortunately in May (after 2 months) I started facing problem in touch screen as the touch screen was not opeartive.Immediately I rushed to Thane Mumbai HTC service centre MOBILE POINT, They said this may have happened unexpectedly & there is no specific reason & the phone was repaired & given to me same day. On the same night I faced the problem again & went to the service centre the next day. Then the phone was kept with the service centre for 1 week time & repaired & I was called to collect it. The phone worked well for a 1 month & now again I have started facing the touch screen problem with a additional problem of fade in camera quality. There is no wear & tear to my handset from my side. Again my phone was send to the service centre & they again exercised on it. I am shocked a mobile from HTC can get so much of damage. Every time I travel to Thane service centre I incur travel cost & waste my important time. Every time they service the phone they take my original scratch guard which has costed me Rs500 & put a temporary
one.



THE PHONE HAS BEEN IN PROBLEMS 4 TIMES IN 2 MONTHS.THERE IS SOME BIG PROBLEM IN IT ;WHICH SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT INFORMING. I REQUESTED HTC TO KINLDY GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT SET OR RETUTN MY MONEY BACK.

After saying them that I will go to consumer forum they have increased my warranty free period for 3 months. After this I collected my device but to add to my miseries they have left some garbage ( paper cut) inside the touch screen also the phone is not repaired & I am still facing the problem. Ahain I complained to HTC customer support & the concerned person is not taking my phonme neither he is saying anything about the replacement.


I request consumer forum to pl help me come out of this.

MY HANDSET GOT DAMAGED JUST WITHIN 2 MONTHS

THERE IS NO PROTECTION OF EVEN LIGHT RAIN

AS I HAVE NOKIA HANDSET ALSO WITH THIS THAT IS NOT AT ALL AFFECTED

HTC Touch Screen Mobile nos [protected] battery life very poor not even 2 Hrs , got in touch with various Service Centres and the rates (varying between Rs 900 to Rs1300/- used to vary in Mumbai , when was in Delhi ( Dec 2010 / Jan 2011 got in touch with the HTC Service Centre and was told that there was a close by HTC Service Centre near to GT Road , on going all the way there and during discussion they indicated that there is no stock and the price is just Rs 300/- was taken aback, again got in touch with HTC Service Centre who then guided me near to Defence Colony market , who replaced the battery for Rs 300/-, was happy even though was put into some trouble due to the distance I had to travel from one end to another, never the less was happy but was just shortlived when I returned to Mumbai the next day the battery which was fully charged got discharged within two hours again , when called them up they guided me to their Borivali Service Centre who replaced the battery , but the problem persisted. They replaced the Mother board and loaded a software of 6.1 which I had doubts of it's genuinity as well as its function , though this was replaced free of cost , had to return again after few days as there was some problem in the eharing and they loaded a patch,by this time it was March , was happy witht eh same for some time and again this started giving me problem in the month of May for which ahd made atleast 4 trips , they kept on indicating that the person who is to do it ( Neeraj) was not available , somehow managed to get hold of him in July on a Saturday that is the 23rd July who reloaded the software , and then the big thing happened that the phone went dead on the 24th , as have lost all my nos now wonder what to do with such a pathetic product.Please help out, though HTC has been doing this free of cost I just cannot afford to keep on running after the services because of the quality of product or the services rendered , should I go for a legal post and drag the company to Court.

I have purchased mobile of HTC Smart F3188 on dated 24.11.2010. I had problem with headphone. Then I went to the service centre to get it repaired. They assured me to replace that with e new one within a week's time. But I was not provided any type of receipt of that. When i got back to them to get it back after a week, they were asking for the receipt. I have visited them twice and got nothing. Please tell what should I do in this regard.

B. The Glass Display is NOT coming on when powered
C. Supsected Fault is the Main Flex Cable

A. The main board is damaged and needs to be replaced
B. Total Repair costs is Rupees.10,000.00

I have bought new HTC desire S S510E on 8th May 2011. Within one month on 8th June 2011 phones motherboard got problem. I have contacted HTc service senter, C Com Services, Raguleela mall, Navi Mumbai. After a week time now they told me that, mother board is not in stock in main mumbai center too, so they can not give me any latest dates when they can get replace mother board.

Kindly help me out for concern issue. I am really very disappointed with the HTc new phone & services in India.

I hav bought a htc handset(wildfire) on 4april2011 from "anmol watches" sec 22 , chandigarh. That handset is givinig me the problem from very first day and I hav visited their service centre in chandigarh sec40 named "salora international" 3 times and got no proper response. I hav to go to chandigarh specifically from my hometown sangrur and which make me to travel 300km (150km + 150km).
Company is also not giving proper response . Plz solve my problem

HTC provides good training to students who seeks for IT job . They will train you real good in any stream ( they will put u in any domain.It is upto the organization).If You want to learn software skills, if you hav interest and determination to learn, then u can attent the interview and get trained well and placed in HTC with the bond( bond period may be 3yrs).Where ever u go, u'll face some good and bad . i[censored] see only good and hav the attitute to take only the good things and satisfy wht u get . Then u'll get some experience as well as some income. . Take a good decision and stick to it to achieve something which will be valuable in future.. ALL THE BEST. :). U have to take a good decision .

I have a comp lent against Alegion Insurance company, that is I had purchased my mobile in Bangalore with Universal shop,that is on 3/3/2011. i had lost my mobile 23/3/2011, i had complained to my nearest police station, & i got the form 76A, i attached all the documents with Insurance Clim letter & sent to their office to Chennai, till now aim waiting for their response ,i dint get a call from them.
When i tried to call them they are not picking a call,i was trying to call everyday once they picked & they not ready to listen what aim telling ,because i had language problem on Tamil.when i taking in English he dint understand what aim telling.
so on this matter what shall i do.
one thing i want to tell for everybody, i don't wont the insurance or Mobile,but why this people are citing to the costumers.so no body is their to take a action such a like this company's.

I bought this handset last year but from the day one i am facing very critical problem. 1; Internet is very slow 2; When my mobile is in sleep mode it doesnt intimate me about the call 3; Memory card not accepting 3; Network not accessable.
They have only 3 service center in all over mumbai and the spare parts are too costly.
Please stop promoting this brand to fool the indian as they are mostly made in taiwan.
I request not to buy this handset ever. the previouse model is good but now they are not able to maintain the same kind of durability so please dont get fooled indeed buy Laptop.
