i have a htc phone p3400.last few days some probleb with my phone. its charging automaticaly week or mant times it not charging. plz give me the contect no. and add. of service center of htc mobile.

I have a Htc ELFO100 i have been using BSNL sim card but it is not working properly with BSNL sim meantime it is working with airtel & others sim card well. if i insert BSNL sim card then a message pop up that your network is locked please enter the correct password.Now I am using airtel sim.So kindly resolve my problem.

Horrible reliability of phone.. with very gentle and mild usage, the display went bad in 1.5 months after urchase!!! Display full white wth black striations!! repair quote of Rs.4500/-..exorbitant and baseles pricing+ hopeles reliability of phone .

HTC /S720 — Phone Gets Off

I have purchased HTC S720 in last June. It worked for 7 months but since than started giving problem like

1.) It hangs.
2.) Internet is always on even you disconnect mounting lots of Data Usage Charges
3.) Go off in when you talk for 2 mins and will switch on only after few mins. However, works ok with charger connected to it. It is not a battery problem.

Most pathetic phone and service..

HTC Cingular 8525 — only white display

I have given to phone to HTC service in Ahmedabad from last six months. Service station executive told us no parts are available for the particular product.Service provider name is V B Technology and R T Out sourcing services. Phone is their still their from last 6 months with both parites.

please make it clear and do the needfull at the earliest.

After spending so many money if that kind of service is there what is the meaning to buy a phone of HTC.

please clear otherwise unfortunattely have to go to Consumer court.

I lost my HTC phone earlier this morning, actully some one stole it out of my pocket. But now may you please tell me how could I trace my phone. Is this possible for me to make my cell not usable for that other guy who stole it from my?

Who the hell this HTC mobile invented? Why the hell I purchased? Who the hell going to repaire it? where is the hell servicing centre? fed up of this phone there r so many complaints which I cant describe now. So I would suggest all Indians not to bye H...T...C.

HTC Mobile — not resolving my problem

i have a htc mobile model number s-720, the problem is set is hang during out going calls.i have visited rt outsourcing private limited branch dastur mehar road camp pune on 9th of march 2009.they have registered my complain and returned the handset with OK certificate on 26th of march 2009.the set has activated around 8pm on same day and i have found the the problem was the same nothing have been done with the problem.i have visited on 30th of march the have call me on 2nd of April but the problem was not solved.the have given me in written that we will provide you the new handset till 8th of April.when i have visited there they said sorry to me and said that it will take more time.finally they have given me the handset on 16th of april. but the problem was same.they are not using the warranty term and condition's.as the set is cdma i have only this number and due to that im without the phone from 1 month.all the balance is vanished becouse the phone is with him.and due to the problem i have lost thousands of money.please help me in this regard.

I have an HTC touch cell which is completely dead after 1.6yrs o[censored]se, I gave it for servicing with RT outsourcing Bangalore, the technician says the motherboard is dead and it takes 80% of the total cost to replace the same that's around 13K it will cost me the same as an I-phone for this crap thing I purchased, HTC has the worst service centre and RT outsourcing has the worst technicians on board.

HTC Touch Diamond — Service Centre issues

Hi,

I had purchased my Diamond on 14/3/09 but had issues with the touch screen. The nearest service centre was RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, Vikroli(W), Mumbai. I tried calling them but there was no response on the telephone nos.[protected]/92), so i directly walk-in to the centre on 11/4/09. I was told that the touch screen was defective and need to be replaced. I was asked to come after 4 days. I tried calling the service centre on the above mentioned nos from 15th till 18th Apr but there was no response. They never responded to any of the calls. So again I had to personally visit the centre on 18th and to my surprise found the device still not ready. Both the times I was told that I would receive an SMS as well as a call once my device is ready. Neither on the timeline front nor on the service front they fulfilled what they promised. Today is 24th and I'm yet to get any call/SMS from them. During my 2nd visit I could see the frustration of some of other customers who had the same issues of no response on the service centre nos. I even called on one of those nos in front of the front desk manager Mr. Nitin and made him listen to the ring, , no one ever picked up the call. This is very disgusting and inspite of complaints there is no resolution. Looking forward to a prompt solution and a much better service standard from your service centres.

HTC mobile phone p3400 — very urgent very bad feedback about htc service

The branch stool my camera from my phone while i just need to fix the signal

Dear Sir

After good day my name is Mohamed Abdo i am service manager in 5 star hotels in dubai, and i am here in egypt for vacation and i will be back to dubai within 1 week

Kindly be informed that i handled my HTC mobile to your service center in Agoza at 13/4/09 to just fix the problem of the signal as the device dropped the signal only

but when i received the message to come to collect the mobile, i found that your reputable team stoll my camera from the mobile and may be also the board itself as i showed it to the customer in charge in this time as he told me we can not fix your phone because it will cost 1400 bound and only the problem was the signal nothing else but when we checked it together we find that the camera was not in the mobile and almost all the other options were not working, and when i asked him where is the camera of the phone he told me we will investigate so which kind of service you delivered to your customer, instead of fix the device the team took the camera and destroy the rest of the option .( i refused to received the mobile )

So kindly be informed that i need my phone completely fixed . .

I have a problem with My HTC touch cell phone. whenever i started my phone it shows only windows screen nothing else..please suggest a authorised service / repair center for resolving the problem
