[Resolved]  HTC Mobile Phone — service problem

where do I get this reparied, some one help, I paid 30k for this

In my phone HTC P3400i, the speaker is automatically on, when i connect the headset, still speaker is on and headset is not working. Either you switch off or switch on the speaker, by default its speaker is always on. Even after connecting the headset its on and can't hear anything in headset.

Please suggest me the proper solution or service center of HTC in kolkata.

The service centre in Bangalore Salora International Limited very poor, they not even treat there customer well also not even receive the call over all its total worst & about HTC mobile Its totally defective i suggest plz dont buy HTC Product its having lot of problem & problem

i have p3400 model phone.now my mobile has a problem that screen is off and select and end button blinking only i cant operate my mobile

HTC / Touch Dual — no after sale support from HTC

I would like to inform everyone who is interested in HTC product in Saudi Arabia and Middle East that, HTC have no support for after sale service at all. I faced problems for after sales services for two of my HTC phones. First of all they do not have a care center but only through third partis i, e; NASA, SILICOM, ELECTRO, JARIR etc, ...who's job is just to collect your mobile and again look for a third party to repair ir and the cost to be charged from HTC. since, HTC do not trust them being all these people are Egyptians and can't speak English nor enogh qualified to handle such high-tech USA product, These Egyptians have no choice but to forge the customer by deceiving the customer by simply saying "we found water inside - or someone have already open this mobile or simply - this part is not covered in warranty " ultimately if you want to get your device which is suppose to be under warranty - PAY FOR IT otherwise YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING against these Egyptians since they are Arabic speaking - no one in this country will listen to you.
I lost my money twice, being an expat working in Saudi Arabia I sincerely advise everyone not to buy any of HTC product due to problem with after sale services.
I am sypathise with HTC - USA working hard to such beautiful product but is a failure due to bad supporters in Middle East.

I have a problem with charging of mobile..it charges automatically or sometimes it never detect..so use to restart it...no srvice center of htc in mumbai..visited vikhroli...laminton road...tardeo.. all service center are closed..battery gets over in half a day itself...worst phone of htc p3400i

Well, where do i start about HTC service...Here's how the story goes.
I have a HTC touch(the first touch series one). Brought it in 2007 and it worked perfectly fine. I have to say that the phone was very good. As good things in life lasts for a short time(in this case, 2 years), i dropped a full glass of whiskey on it and off it went down the gutter. I have tried everything to get this fixed realizing that the main circuit board needs to be replaced. But somehow HTC cannot find me a replacement board. That's quite funny isn't it. It does not take a nuclear scientist to replace it if provided a new board. I think HTC is from Taiwan and they have real issues with replacement parts. I would suggest people in India from staying away from purchasing HTC phones. Again the phones are great and very innovative but if something goes wrong with it, may god have mercy on your soul. Realized that the phone is next to worthless in terms of price after 2 years o[censored]se anyway, so got myself an iPhone. Got a call from the Apple service center within 2 days with all the details of their service centers in Bangalore. Now that's after sales. No wonder Apple is making a profit in this crazy economy. Wake up HTC...if you want to be global, provide some quality after sales as well.

Hi, I purchased a HTC Touch 3452 on the Feb. 26, 2009. My friend recommended this handset to me but as of date I feel my friend cheated me... Every second day I find a new issue in the handset and then go to the HTC Cust. care at Jaipur... I am the most unsatisfied user of HTC... There are problems like, auto off, touch not working, does not read the memory card, etc... Even the silver portion around the camera turned to black color within 6 months...
It is still with the Customer Care Center, Jaipur... I'm afraid that I spent my whole money on this worthless handset...
