[Resolved] Hul Pureit — Tap broken, battery replacement
I am using pure it water filter for the past one year. I have placed complaint one month back to change the battery and also to replace the broken. Every day I used to call him and I was getting a reply that it will be attended immediately. But till date no one has visited my residence for this purpose. On 21st April, I spoke to Ms Anitha and requested her to do it at the earliest as I had complained long back.
I never expected this from a company like HLL. Would the concerned authorities look into it. ?
