I REQUEST ALL OF YOU TO BEWARE FROM THE COMPANY NAMED VODAFONE THIS COMPANY IS BIG DACOIT ,AND CHEAT AND LOOTING INDIAN PEOPLE.THEY GET MONEY FROM YOU AND GIVE YOU A SIM CARD WHICH WORKS ONLY FOR AFEW DAYS AND THEN THEY SUDDENLY DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICES AND ISSUE THE SAME NUMBER TO SOME ONE ELSE> THE BIGGEST EXAMPLE OF THEIR CHEATING IS THAT THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN THE CORRESPONDENCE ADRESS OF THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE OR ANY REGIONAL OFFICE IN THEIR WEB SITE.WHAT ELSE PROOF IS REQUIRED ?THE COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING ITS E.MAIL OR POSTAL ADDRESS TO ITS CUSTOMERS.

we have 3 hutch numbers in use at present in the family, and we all are facing a signal problem, there is no voice clarity and the caller is not able to hear us. this problem is occuring since yesterday, i have made a complaint by talking to the hutch customer care, but there is no improvement.
kindly look into this matter and provide us with a better connection.

my vodafone number is [protected] in silvassa, dnh...I have really weird hours of work and first thing in the morning at 5.00am or in the middle of the afternoon or near midnight when i am sleeping, i get STUPID promotional phone calls...this is horrendous...numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]... If i am interested in any new offers I will ask for it...why do u have to give automated calls and ruin our lives. please discontinue these calls from my phone number or else i will have to place a court against vodafone for undue harassement.

I have two no .I am [censored]ing network problem since from bigning ( When connected )
I have gievn soo many times complent regarding poor network problem.Till today no one can come to my place (Site ) to rectify my problem.I have given complent in your offices in Laxmi Narayan Complex Station Road Hubli & Oppsite to KMC Hospital Vidyanagar Hubli.Your office staff says that when ever i give complient they are telling we are improving network . But till today no work has been done .

Hutch/vodafone — Incoming Calls Being Charged At Local Network

Dear Hutch/Vodafone

I am one of the Subscriber of Hutch Pre-paid Mobile Phone No.:-[protected].This No. is of Bangalore(KarnatakaI. was outstation from 01/05/09 to 17/05/09& came back in the morning on on 19/05/09.Now most of the incoming calls are being as per your roaming charges.I tried so many times to contact your customer care.Every time they are asking my mobile no. and my name and doing nothing.Moreover the funniest thing what they say is that i am near the border area either of Karnataka-Maharashtra or Karnataka-Andhra Pradesh.Whereas my Cell is Clearly showing the Hutch Tower of Shivaingiah Colony which is one of the locality of Jeevan Bhima Nagar in Bangalore.Yesterday night at around 10.30pm, when i tried to contact your one of your Supervisers through Your Customer Care and held the phone in waiting for more than 18minutes., I could listen only some song during that much period.

This is the way your people are attending the Customer Complaints.I think they are least worried in solving the Customer problem.Instead they prefer to have a nice sleep.They are not worried to tell their names even.
Can i still hope something will be done in this regard.

HUTCH/VODAFONE — Poor network

I am an employee working in Tarapur, Dist. thane. I am facing problem of poor network in the area. My employer has provided the service of Hutch to majority of staff. But due to poor network most of the time the callers are not able to call on our cell (whenever they dial our number, they get the message as switched off). Even if we get the ring, we need to come outside from our cabin to attend the call. I am thinking of terminating the service but as there are more colleages with same problem

I request Hutch/ Vodafone to look into this matter and attend the case on priority. If this problem is not solved, then there is no option, but changing to some other service provider.
