Instead of 10 requests i have not recieved my bill at my billing address
everytime i call at customer care irecieve the same response that it has been dispatched
But where i don't know ????

Dear Mr.Vodafone,
my problem is yet to get solved.
Every time during payment time, my out-going gets dis-connected.
This is being repeated for the third month.
SBI Cheque no.670463 (Rs.12055.00)being deposited on 29/11/07 with Ankit Communication, AF-377, Krishnapur Main Road, Kolkata - 700102.

charges for late payment and duplicate bill

I have a postpaid connection. In 2006 in sept i did not receive my bill.After reminders i got bill and was charged for duplicate bill. Next month again bill was not received so could not pay.Late payment charges were shown in next bill. After that I have spoken to cc Sent emails from official outlets in pune but the charges are beeing reflected in all bill till date.I have received letters from in this regard twice which is insulting....

Set caller tune and add that amount in my bill without any sort of intimation

I am Mithun Bagchi working as a Software Developer in Noida using Vodafone Post Paid Connection.My Mobile number is: [protected]. They set a caller tune without any intimation and add Rs. 50 to my bill. Again they add more bill which i use.

No one is responding properly from Vodafone Customer care....

problem with service/ getting ad calls

I am getting lot o[censored]nwanted calls of advertisement from your mobile services, my network service is very poor, we have total 3 connections of vodafone in my house, other 2 connections are active and my mobile service is not there.
I hope it is beacause the life time membership with vodafone

Customer Care executives are not trained

Hutch-Vodafone cust. executives are not technically sound. I faced an issue with my prepaid mobile. I called the interactive system and reached an executive who was quite polite and very sweet. per day minimum 15 time they switch on and put the songs. while i am driving time i took the phone that number comes my hand will automatically switch off. Some times peak times call the phone. so please avoid the above subject. I am your customer. and i don't want to change number in future. that is in your hand....

Do Not Disturb service not working

I have registered successfully for Do Not Disturb service of Vodafone, and they have given me a request no. for the same. Alas, the vodafone has not stopped its tele-marketing calls and SMS to my mobile.

I hope Vodafone ad hires to the service it has to provide....
