per day minimum 15 time they switch on and put the songs. while i am driving time i took the phone that number comes my hand will automatically switch off. Some times peak times call the phone. so please avoid the above subject. I am your customer. and i don't want to change number in future. that is in your hand....

Do Not Disturb service not working

I have registered successfully for Do Not Disturb service of Vodafone, and they have given me a request no. for the same. Alas, the vodafone has not stopped its tele-marketing calls and SMS to my mobile.

I hope Vodafone ad hires to the service it has to provide....

poor signal reception has been the main problem for all vodafone customers in TamilNadu.

will the concerned authorities look into this issue seriously....

VODA FONE BILL NOT RECIVED FROM LAST APRIL'07 to TILL DATE

My last three months bill has been not reimbersed by my company because of hard copy i

have not sent to them.

Am requesting the same from april'07.Till date you people are careless that you have

Somebody with nickname Lala who claimed to be with my absconded son dipendra did several calls to me in past from Dadar, Mumbai area from his mobile no [protected]. We insisted for the address to see them but later on he changed the sim and that no. is no longer in use. My son is still missing with no trace. Would u pl assist me to get the address of that mobile user to trcae out my son.

This is to complaint about the collection dept of Vodafone.My family and few of my friends are recieving calls from your collection dept to get my contact info. when they opposed and said that they do not have my address then they were harrassed .My parents are still in the state of mental trauma.

SMS pack deactivation without my permission and i was not informed about the same

I just checked my bill and found that I was charged for the SMSs that I send for almost the whole month. My SMS pack was not working. I don’t know how it got deactivated. And the worst part is that even if it was deactivated nobody bothered...

Activation of caller tune without my permission

Multiple connection problems

I sent this complain vodafone customer care many times. I am facing many problems during using vodafone connection regarding vodafone services & vodafone customer care services. In vodafone customer care no person can help me please solve my problem. I talk many times to customer care executive but they cannot satisfy me....

Customer care Executives does not take care to resolve the issue

Hi,

I made a call to local number when i was in roaming.
For that i got a bill amount Rs 18.
Usually the charge will be Rs 1.40 for local call.
I spoke with customer care executives many times,they said we will connect with seniour till that be patient on the line.
I was waiting aroung 15min at every time after that the call was disconnected automatically.
This is very horriable to me and...

Change of caller tune without permission

vodafone one of the leading telecommunication partner in the world doing its worst service in india.they had inactivate my number 2 times, after the payment i had done. we had visited nearby vodafone shop regarding the query.we also asked the customer care for this,they cooly said that the amount is credited on someone's account.i really dont know what they are doing in the system with LAN SETUP..concerned people take necessary action...
