Customer care Executives does not take care to resolve the issue

Hi,

I made a call to local number when i was in roaming.
For that i got a bill amount Rs 18.
Usually the charge will be Rs 1.40 for local call.
I spoke with customer care executives many times,they said we will connect with seniour till that be patient on the line.
I was waiting aroung 15min at every time after that the call was disconnected automatically.
This is very horriable to me and...

Hutch-vodafone cheating strategy in postpaid connection

Hi ,

issue of duplicate sim card

I blocked my sim card that was stolen on[protected].i have asked for a duplicate sim card which has not been issued by the dealer at vellore till[protected].i have reached chennai on account of holidays.i would like to know whether i will get my duplicate sim card issued at chennai.if so kindly give me the address and telephone number....

Change of caller tune without permission

vodafone one of the leading telecommunication partner in the world doing its worst service in india.they had inactivate my number 2 times, after the payment i had done. we had visited nearby vodafone shop regarding the query.we also asked the customer care for this,they cooly said that the amount is credited on someone's account.i really dont know what they are doing in the system with LAN SETUP..concerned people take necessary action...

Harassment to customer by outgoing call baring without notice

I had purchased a new corporate connection ([protected]) from Vodafone in my company premises(TechMahindra) under a corporate plan. When i recieved my bill i saw that the corporate benifits were not given to me and on enquiring with Vodafone I found that I had to pay the full bill because of the fault of the Vodafone executive who missed out in telling me some facts.
Now on top of that Vodafone has barred my outgoing without prior notice...

Mis behavior when talking with customer care at ahmedabad

My account deducted by 30 rs. and activated my caller tune without request, then i call to cusomercare that time i spoke with Mr. AspakAhmed and this is complain number[protected] and he told me because of some mistake that was happen and you will get your balance back with in 72 hrs. at that time i have balcnce of 11 rs. and this number i am using as very professional so i can not put film song as caller tune so i request him to deactivate...

cancellation of caller tune

Self wants to cancel caller tones set on my phone. As per vodafone msg the "CAN CT" should be send to 50144. since 3 days am trying sending same to the above said number but my request is not processed. Without my willingness my caller tone is ocntinued i can say to get money. Does that mean now i have to change my hutch to some other good service givers. am using hutch since 6-7 years. kindly let me know how to get rid of this...

Useless customer care,nodal and appeal team.

I am Om prakash Ahuja one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] and [protected] is continously suffering from the worse services just because of Useless "Customer care and Nodal serices". only from last 8 or 10 months just a short tenure.

Top up not given after payment is done

On Oct 6, I did a top up for Rs. 249 to my Hutch pre-paid card but it not get the talk time.

when the customer service number was called, they gave the following reasons -

1) some problem with your bank (it was through internet banking)
2) our systems are down
3) you have to go to the store to get this sorted (I can't move out of the house. am pregnant)
4) money will be credited back...

Illegal subscription of 20-20 World cup service pack.

I have prepaid connection of Hutch ( Now known asVodafone ) . Last 21st September, 2007 the company sent me a message about activation of subscription to 20-20 world cup. I didn’t subscribed but company illegally themselves subscribed me and cut my balance Rs.99.00 . That time the balance in my phone was Rs. 68.59 paise. After cutting it became (-)30.41. excess bill charged

hi,

after regular scrutinising and observation i found that Hutch(now vodafone) is giving us the fake bill by increaasing the bill amounts .
this is very rediculous way to get charge from there valuable customer .
My mobile details are:

complaint:- on 29 th august my bill amount is around 372 Rs and it get reaches to 1310 Rs by 30th augst night.and i am sure no such heavy calls has done...

Website registration

Since Vodafone took over Hutch I have had so much trouble, my sim stopped working, I have to buy a new one and change my number. Now they have given me atleast 4 passwords but the website says my hutch number (on the vodafone website) is inactive. If you have to take over then please ensure that your customers dont have such a hard time while you are busy twiddling your thumbs.
Either get that website up and running or dont take over...

improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company....

Payments not getting updated into my account

I have made payment for the bill of Aug2007 thru my ICICI internet banking Bill pay option on Sept 10th 2007 for amount of INR 1406.90 via transaction number [protected].
