Hutch-Vodafone cust. executives are not technically sound. I faced an issue with my prepaid mobile. I called the interactive system and reached an executive who was quite polite and very sweet. But that is all he was. Called Senthil, this guy knew only to respond like this to each of my question: "Dear Ms Nithya, thank you for calling Vodafone services. Thank you so much for giving me the details. I will surely help you out with your issue." I told him 4 times what issue I was facing. But each time, he responded with the same (above) answer. I asked him ,can you solve this issue? He said, "Dear Ms Nithya, I can surely solve your issue, thank you for calling Vodafone. Thank you for giving us your details!" I felt disgusted at having wasted so much money and I hung up. I had to visit a Hutch (nee) Vodafone shop and get it sorted out. It was a simple issue, which the girl at the counter (Revathy) sorted out immediately, within 2 minutes! So much for Senthil.
