Greeting to you.

I placed a request to change my plan from STD package Rs. 99 to STD package Rs. 54 on around 10th December’07 thru customer care. However the plan did not got changed and on 13th Feb'08 customer care representative Bharati told me that there is no such request place though I placed similar request almost trice by calling customer care and they told me that we will place the request (and I received the bill with STD package Rs. 99) .

When I tried calling customer care yesterday night (29th January’08) twice they put me on hold to check the details and disconnected the call (1st Mr. Narayana Reddy, 2nd Mr. Vijay Kumar). They never told me that I need to mail this request to corporate care however similar request was activated on my colleagues mobile number thru customer care (111) why is so discrepancy?

On 13th Feb'08 I spoke with Bharati and told me that you need to mail to corporate care for the request. Hence I made a request to change my current plan from Rs. 99 STD package to STD package Rs. 54 on 13th Feb'08. Also sent repeated mails to customer care marking Mr. Bhupenjeet who is Corporate Plan Manager and Amitabh Singh however there is no single acknowledgment from customer care of Vodafone.

However they call me for my bill payment status and when asked about the status of the complaint he said hold the line and disconnected the call after some time.....harassing us.

Also, I place a complaint regarding my SMSes are not getting delivered to some of the BSNL numbers(charged in the bill though it did not delivered) I got the complaint number (and not request number as it is been termed though it should not be termed) then when I called customer care they said that the issues has been resolved still I was facing the same issue. I walked into Vodafone store near Begumpet Pizza Hut where I launched a complaint and the person attended tried SMSing those number (charged for this also in the bill: I can understand that the system don’t know who SMSed and I am not bothered about the money also) but saying this that she has launched a complaint and when I asked for a complaint number she said that this is an internal problem with Vodafone and BSNL compatibility and will not have the complaint number but will get resolved in 2-3 days which did not happened; today when customer care told me that it was just an inquiry and please mail this also to corporate care….……the only question arises in my mind is why should I make an inquiry to a customer care that is it getting delivered or not and why not to a person whom I am sending the SMS whether it s/he received it or not?

I the undersigned have changed my plan to Raymond corporate
Plan.But my bills against [protected] have been totally confused me.I had gone to Vodafone office opposite Mallhar tokies, Thane.One person named Prem Pandey sorted this problem and asked me to
pay Rs.1457/- against my bill. I have paid the same but Rs.463/- is still showing against my bill.

Please look into this matter and do the naeedful at your earliest.

I have vodaphone prepaid connection since 3 years, phone number is [protected] now i applied for migration of prepaid to postpaid with the same number on 25th nov, 2008. Next day vodafone Executive has came and he wascompleted verification, from 26th onwards my prepaid network was INACTIVATED. Now i am waiting for activation of POSTPAID NETWORK.

I have applien for the doscontinutaion my vodafone Number [protected]. While in Gallery your executive told me it will be discontinued within 72 hours. I had given the application on 27th January, 2009. Now it's 7th Feb, 2009. Till now it is not discontinued. in the meantime they restricted my outgoing calls. now today i received one SMS saying my outgoing calls activated & i can make a call. I don't know what the service vodafone people are providing. this is only for bills sake? Bcoz my bill generate on the 5th of every month. for getting bills payment they are doing this. if this is the procedure then i will clear the payment at the time of application only. I really fed up with the service.

When i try with any sim card other than vodafone its getting connected without single problem anytime i call.

I am one of the customers of mobile service provided by your organization .My postpaid mobile no. is [protected].

You are activated a caller tune in my mobile number without any intimation and debit my mobile’s account Rs.45/- . Please note that I didn't make any request for a caller tune. I spoke to your local support Executive Mr. Navneet at 111, regarding this issue but he is not able to do needful.

It is your minimum responsibility to send a request to the customer for confirming this kind of facility. I am using this connection only for my official purposes and I don't like any type of caller tunes in my number.

Also I request you to kindly avoid sending all types o[censored]nwanted messages and calls to my number (please note the Govt. order).I hereby request you to remove this caller tune from my number immediately and also credit the amount which you deducted from my account.

    I was a customer of Hutch before Vodafone took over, my hutch number was [protected], I had received pathetic service from this service provider, I was not allowed to speak to customer care when i had issues with the service, I never had an opportunity to speak to any one of Hutch /Vodafone to address my issues, because of this inconvenience I opted for different phone service provider. At the time of switching my relation ship with different vendor I had outstanding bill of RS.2400+, which I haven't paid till date because is was not happy with the service i received.

    Now I get threatening call from some one who is part of Vodafone saying they will file a legal case against me, he calls himself a lawyer hired by Vodafone because I didn't pay the bill, also he called a lady of our family saying you have to pay the bill because I have spoken to her most of the time using this number, The person who called also used abusive language and he calling her several times.

    I would like to file a case against this person or the company he represents because they have hurt my family member. He doesn't have any right to call some one in my family and use abuse language against them.

    Please some one help me how to go about it. Thanks in advance.

    I also want to know is Vodafone hiring a rowdies to recover the outstanding balance

    I am not saying I will not pay the bill, but let some one come to me and here what was the problem I had while I was a customer of this company.

      I have brought a SIM from Vodafone dealer (num:[protected]),on submitting documents they havent told anything ,but after that they unnecessarily delayed verification and suddenly they barred my both incomin & outgoing (even it was in intial prepaid condition),then after i changed the documents & resubmitted it again in my frnd's name.......although that document was perfect ,nobody came for verification. i spent 1 month with that num wothout both incoming and outgoing. now once again they r asking document again & deposite money as well ,,,,
      wat abt my previous deposite? i am frustrated with this vodafone. i am not thinking abt the money. but it is not a style to welcome a new costumer. now i am thinking of going to consumer court against this.....any explanations regarding this
      last month i lossed my sim([protected]) postpaid. thats y my num blocked.
      then now am re activate my num. so please infrom how it is?

        I have made a complaint that I want to disconnect of my vodafone number,they gsve me a email ID of vodafone co.. after one month they send a letter mentioning that you can't disconnect the no...,

        I told that i will not pay the bill unless untill you disconnect my no....amt is Rs.400,
        From past two months they are giving me a call for payment of bill. and yet they have not disconnect the number....
        in last week of JAN. i have received a notice from ADVOCATE OF HIGH COURT, mentiong that you will have to pay an bill amount of Rs.815/- with an 18% interest...



        now pls tell me is their is any LAW that bill of Rs.815? with an int..



        Now m ascared of these call after every two days they are disturbing me......

([protected]) to postpaid in cost can u guid me how is it possible, I had talked to customer excutive they said it is not possible due to close that type of migration, how is it possible, we are the user, when we had wanted post paid that time we had converted it from prepaid, but now we wanna to post so their is rule and regulation. if is close so why r u not close migration from prepaid to postpaid. It is not satisfactory reply or answer from vodafone... I wanna change it any cost or I dont wanna erase or change this no thats why I send this feedback to u.... pls reply and help me...

          I have bought vodafone connection just one week before through my company and I gave my company's address as the address for correspondance, as I was staying in the company's guesthouse.

          After all the verification complete, this afternoon I came to know that my outgoing call has been barred with out any sms/ mail/ intimation/ notice etc. When I spoke to customer care executive, I was told to go to Vodafone showroom and then they will tell me what I should do - it means that customer care executive is unaware of what I need to do.

          It is creating a lot of INCONVENIENCE to me and I really feel very bad for having got this postpaid connection. i would request the concerned person to take care of the same at the earliest.

          i am using a vodafone connection postpaid plan since 2 years. they have barred my all outgoing calls without any notice. though i have paid all my bills regularly. i am on roaming and will return to delhi after 2 months . i feel helpless. my mobile no. is [protected]

          Vodafone in — disconnection of outgoing without any notice

          I am using vodafone no. from last 4 years in jan-09 I have converted from prepaid to postpaid costomer.My 1st month bill was rs. 1290/-. Ihad deposited only 1000/-. I had faced no problem regarding the disconnection of phone as I paid a lesser amount to them but in the month of april my bill was 1859/- rupees. I went to deposit my bill in the nearest vodafone store which is in sector 35-c Chandigarh. Mr. Ravi who was on reception at that time, I asked him to diposite my bill amount and also asked him that I made a payment of just 1500/- rupees only. he replied, "Sure Sir".I had made the payment ang let the store. On 30/04/2009 they barred my outgoing without any intimation. after that I called in customer care they said that due to non payment of the due bill your outgoing is barred. Sir my credit limit is 3500/- per month.On dated 30.04.09 my unbilled payment was 1500/- and 359/-rupees pending of last month which was not more than 2000/-what they barred my connection. I send mail to there customer care e mail I have not got any answer. while time of ssale they made no. of calls but once no. is sale out the responsibility finish. I am suffering from 15 days no step taken from there side . They are now calling for the payment of bill. may be there was myb fault That i can't made the full payment but there is also faukt of the company firstly there CCE misguided me For payment. After that I consult customer care they gave diffrent- diffrent reasons in fact they are not aware about the rules and regulation of their company. Mistake was made from bothsides but suffurer is only me. please help me asap i can't pay the bill till my no. not starts working.

          I'm Subhasish. I stay in Golpark. Since 2000 I'm the Subscriber of Vodafone. My no. is-[protected], a prepaid connection for the last 8-9 yrs. Due to bill or some other reason I surrendered my post paid connection in the year 2001. In the month of August 2009, I got a call from your customer care with a reasonable offer and I agreed to be the post paid subscriber with the same no.. I submitted all relevant papers as per the requirement. After submitting it takes 7-8 days to activate the new sim. Any how after using 1 or 2 days my number has been barred. Next day I called up & came to know that for the outstanding bill for the year 2001 was not paid so the no. barred. After 8-9 yrs without informing or any notice how shall I come to know the actual reason. Since today no one neither inform nor communicate with me. I'm very much upset & feel dis-appointed for the services from your end.

          Hi I am Mohammed shahid using vodafone post paid connection ([protected]) for more than one year. Vodafone was providing me a good service.On 20 sept 2010 they had barred my outgoing calls, so when i called their customer care (time:14.07)and one of their executive (Mr.Arun Kumar, complaint no:[protected] told that i have an bill pending of Rs.155, and so he told me that will be clear after paying the bill. According to that i paid my bill at 16.50 at vodafone care. and so my outgoing calls was activated at 17.15 on the same day. but after 18.00 on that day itself my outgoing calls was again barred. then i called their complaint cell and one of their executive Mr.Mahesh (time:18.07) attended my call and registered my complaint (no:[protected] and said that my bill payment is not updated yet and so he had updated it now and my outgoings will be activated with in 10 minutes. but my outgoing calls was not activated till 18.35. Again i called vodafone complaint cell and said my complaint again. At that time one of their executive Mr.sirajudeen told that my bill date is changed and the error is due to that, registered my complaint (no:[protected] and asked me to wait for 30 mints then i shouted at him that i cant wait and how come they change my bill date with out my permission. soon after that call they disconnected my outgoing calls to vodafone also and my number was completely barred. then i called to vodafone complaint cell again two times and shouted at them a lot at all that they asked me to wait. but now my call has being barerd to complaint cell also...
          so please dont ever complaint to vodafone coz its waste of time and you will loosing more services.
          so plz dnt doooooooooooooo. and my request for new coustomers plz dnt go for a vodafone connection,
          Friends i am just waiting for the number portability rule bcoz i dont want let my contacts go away...so plz be aware when you choose vodafone

            I got the new prepaid connection [protected] before one week. Once I have recharge the number with Rs100/- from internate banking. The amount will be deducted from my account. I got the account statement. But I have not received the talk time. So I was trying the customer care no but from last four days the customer care will not taking the call. So I have tried from one other number and ask about this problem of not lifting of my call. In the response he replies it may take one week or two week to talk to customer care.

            Pls note that I m a Vodafone Prepaid Customer in AP(Prepaid Mbl No:[protected]).Y/day afternoon I got 3 messages from Vodafone that you are activated a caller tune in my number and deducted around Rs.45/- from my mobile’s account. Pls note that I didn't made any request for a caller tune. Then I spoke to your local support number (customer care), reg. this issue and they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while talking to somebody and that’s the reason for enabling the caller tune. Even if any type of such arrangement is there in your system, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather this facility enable or not. Also pls note that suddenly my balance become minus balance. I am using this connection only for my official purposes and I don't like any type of caller tunes in my number. Also while talking to anybody, its my right to touch any key button on my handset(pls note that its not supplied by you).Also I request you to kindly avoid sending all types o[censored]nwanted messages and calls to my number(pls note the Govt order reg. this).I hereby request you to remove this caller tune from my number within 24hrs and refill the amount which you deducted from my account I thought if you stop this type of PICK POCKET Business, that will help you very much in your Business. I am waiting for your kind immediate reply. pls note that if you are not responding properly I will send this complaint to TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) and all major News Papers in India.

              Hi,

              I have been using my vodafone for the last 5 yrs, and been using the current number [protected] for the last 2.5 yrs. Since I was traveling, I had requested Vodafone to provide my mobile bill on the emails address (Gmail and Yahoo).

              Even after calling them several times on 111 they have not sent the bill. They have also barred my services due to non payment of bills. I do not understand how I can pay the bill without seeing the bill. Moreover I insist on seeing this bill as I have been charged exorbitantly high even when I was not using this number. As I was traveling in Gujarat, I was using a local number thers.

              It has been an extremely harrowing experience trying to call 111, it does not get connected to the complaints section, and if it does gets connected after trying for hours, their server does not work, and the customer should call back after 4 hours.It is not a joke, for the past 3 days, i have been trying to reach 111complaints session, and have held the call for more than 15 minutes, still not got connected.This has happened more than 10-12 times in the last few days. Imagine the time wasted by the customer in this process.

              Even after being a loyal customer for several years, this is how you get treated, and there is absolutely no regard for customers. I have decided to now move on to a different operator. Vodafone has the worst attitude towards it’s customers.

The Staf[censored]nit there was very ridiculous; they were not givin attention to the customers and treated them like a table tennis ball unnecessarily as one of them talking to there boy-friend on phone n some others with silly reasons. this was my very bad experience at customer care.                   when i called on 111 customer care, on[protected], mr. himanshu patel rudely behaved me and denied to register my complain regarding reimursement of rs. 70 which was deducted due to system fault. i was very disappointed by the way of talking of mr. himanshu patel. i can't bear such kind of short temper executive who don't know how to behave with thier customer. it put a question on the reputation of your internatinal brand-name towards its custromer. if i will not get satisfaction of my complain, i will switchover to other company only due to such poor response given by the executive.

                  Vodafone — misbehaviour with customers

                  I am Paras kapoor from Delhi pitam pura vp-65a.on 21feb.2009 I was called up vodafone for credit of balance from my account and in customer care i was talking with Mr.vikas and he was not gave me solution for that.so i was sid him to divert my call to there manager but he was not listen me and he started abused me and mis behave wiyh me.after all i was once again call customer care and talk to Mr.santosh and he was transfered my call to manager and after talk to manager he was gave me suggestion to mail on vodafone.but i will not and my mobile no.is [protected] and after all that they will close my customer care.now i will not call to customer care and hoped that you will take strict action against Mr.vivek and terminate him from vodafone.i hoped that you will solve my problem and please give me feed back with in 24 hours.

                          I am a coustomer of vodaphone now .At the begining it was a CUG connection offered by BPL mobiles in kerala.Later these service provider changed to HUTCH and at last to VODAPHONE.All these times my connection remains as CUG.But at the last week they removed y CUG offers and make it as a normal connection. As of the CUG connection takes one rupees rent per day ,now also take this rent but no offers of CUG.

                          But, It is not effecting in the bill and they are charging for this group.
                          The customer people said that there is no CUG connection available for TCS employees.

                            Before I started for US , I have called vodafone to activate my international roaming. their customer care provided me wrong info that my international roaming is already activated.

                            when I landed in US, I could't get the signals , when crosscheked againg with vodafone, then they told me that you international roaming sevice is not there you have to activate your intl vodafore roaming service.

                            again I send them mail on their corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com thrice howevere my sevices is yet not been activated.

                            I spend more than 300 US$ just making call to india.

                              my cell no. is [protected]. i called up their call centre and asked for internatinal roaming . And i was informed that as i am a prepaid customer it would be automatically activated........but yet its not been automatically activated.............I am in london from 1st Feb 08 and i tried calling them from here also, the agents told me to mail me at [protected]@vodafone.com............... i even did that but i got an automated reply that my query will be solved within 3 working days and it has already passed many days...........

                              I have come here for some months and i want my internatinal roaming to be activated ASAP.

                              Please help me with this and i had many talks with their call centre agents and they just keep me on hold and do not help me out............... please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                              I faced the similiar situation, I requested International roaming on 10th Oct, 2009 and within few hours they activated raoming as per there SMS, I left india on 12th Oct, 2009 the roaming was working fine till 20th Nov. 2009, but suddenly after that they stoped my roaming, I checked my credit balance was enough, I posted number of request to reactivate, they did not bother to respond to any one, made a call on there cs number [protected], some jitendra said the services are very much active, just try after some time, but his statment was a lie, the International roaming never worked since than till I came back on 28th oct, 2009, I was realy angry over there attitude, as I missed lot of business due to the number was deactivated on international raoming, I made a call to lodge a protest, they apologised, I insisted on speaking to superviosor, they after a long hold said all are busy they will give me a call back, that never happended. again after few days I made a call as despite they discontinued the international roaming they continued charging International roaming monthly charges, but the lower staff was skepticall and apologotic to wind up the issue, I asked to speak to the senior/superviosr, I just came to know for the first time the superviosr is big crook, cooked up stories and started telling me they send me SMS, total lie, also said they spoken to me, Another big Lie. From now onwards I lost full faith in vodafone, they are big liars without ethics, he was saying me they called me to submit my visa/pp docs, on 16th oct, when i was already on international roaming, 7 days after the activation of International raoming they wokeup and looking for docs for there customer who is simply not in India? isn`t this surprising about the common sense. All I am waiting is the Number portability to migrate my account away from voda fone, the liars comapny, the big cheaters company.

                                The list goes on...your executives need to hear a customer and offer customer service then customer fright. The executives are rude/they cant talk proper english or hindi. Morever, they dont execute what they are asked to. Nor do they record what a customer has called up for. I have called up atleast 5 times for duplicate bill copies since novemeber. I have not yer received them. Everytime its said its been delivered and no one tells me the correct name and phone number of delivery. Copies were promised on email notyet received. I subscribed for a 50 p hutch to hutch, it was on for a while and u suddenly decativated without notice. I needed dupl copies to verify it your execs who continue to tell me thatthere was no such service. I dont receive any mails on my email id only an sms stating it has been sent to my email. Rubbish! On top of that on my dad's mobile there have been promises of reversals for the last 3 months, again to no avail!! You guys have filed miserably in keeping ur customers happy....i soon plan to d/c waiting for my plan to get over...if this falls on any responsible ears, plz call back or atleast email

                                I have Vodafone connection vide No. [protected]. In my account ECS facility is activated and bill are paid directly by debiting to my Bank account. I was told in the month of November 2009 that previous bill was not paid. Vodafone withdrawan my out going calls. I deposited my twomonths outstanding bill amount of Rs.513-00 vide Receipt No.0020911C8892956 dated[protected] at aboubt 12 Noon. At their store I was advised by their staff that out going facility will be restored with in 30minutes but this was not happened. Than I contacted their customer care no.111 but with no results. On the contarary hey statrted the announcement that outstaning bill is not paid whereas I have already paid the bill. My outgoing was restored on 1st December 2009 afternoon.
                                When I am having ECS service activated in my account and billis not paid by the bnk they should have given me the proof thereof.Under the circumstances I feel that I must discontinue the relation with such company who never bothers for their customers.Now please deactivate my ECS facility as bill is paid by me.

                                  i have a lifetime vodaphone connection in my mobile since few mounths and i am getting very very bad service from it.First of all they cheated very much.example.when i am going to call a regular number sometimes it tell me that number does not exist,and it cut my balance for the call of that number which it telling does not exist...very nice..Then when i call to the customar care they told me to call 24 hurs later.ok .When after 24 hurs later i call there, they give me some fake reason for their gulty..great...sometimes they take complain but dont give any response according to it...when i going tell it to them,they again make fake reson and do argument badly...no manners...is they forgot that we are the customar,we are paing...and we are cheated..if this thing is done one time then it can be forgivable...but this incident is done 5time..is it forgivable??
                                  I live in Kumily,Idukki District, kerala. I asked for a new connection two weeks ago and I was duly granted one on the payment of Rs. 500 and an additionla charge for my top up card! Then I got cut off completely. Pretext- I didi not have a residence proff for Kumily and my Indian passport has a Kodaikanal address. Then I was asked to get a Gazetted Officer's signature which I diid and after submission I was told it would take 24 hours to reconnect!!!
                                  I am still waiting for my reconnection! Do the minions in Vodafone realise that it is thoroughly unconstitutional to not give a connection on the basis of an Indian passport or is it just the Malayali chauvinism that predates and prejudices every application from a non Malayali?
                                  Please do the needful or else I will have no choice but to ask the Supreme Court of India to take a special interest in this!!!
                                  GLOBAL DIRECT, one of the worst selling agents. The executive do not respond to you properly. When asked to give in writing on Letter Head they would not do so. Tried calling Global Direct on the nos. mentioned on the receipt, but you would be lucky if you get thru. Or you are kept on longgg hold. The executive Nisha Khanna. had promised to convert our grp 10 plan to 50 p all local call but till today almost 3 months they have not done. ...The manager Arvind andhle cell no [protected] doesn't pick up the phone and is not avaiable.... worst to worst services from GLOBAL DIRECT...AND I can't understand why VODAFONE is having such kind of stupid DSA's. that mean Vodafone is also worst.

I am NRI staying in India 6 months and rest outside India.Every time when I come back from abroad I never get my mobile signal in Mumbai but no problem when i come to kolkata directly which reveals that the problem exists in roaming.I have tried my best to convience the same to your customer care but their co-operations donot help me to get rid of said problem.This time I have determined to get out of this problem by asking Vodafone a favour to change my phone to prepaid.Since this is not witin vodefone policy/ scheme I am unable to maintain my account with you.Also note some of your call centre personnel (Mr.Ranjit Sharma)and sales executive (Mr.Rudha)they not even know how to talk with their customer. In view of aforesaid problems I could easily smell this telephone company is no more the way she was before and before relation gets spoil it's always better to quit.                                   this is more than the worst experience i am having since the day i choose to vodafone.
                                  I have long story to tell you and planning to go to consumer court as i am being troubled again and again.
                                  I took this connection in march it took long than a week to get the sim working.. then i applied for GPRS plan and again the same duration to get the plan working... well i called 111 hundreds of time and customer care hardly get connected and even if gets connected, 8 out of 10 times ypur happy to help representative hanged up with out even care to listen to the customer.. is this the way they are pretty happy to help????.
                                  Well that also pass over some how.. now i was traveling and i found that my Vodafone sim is deactivated with out any notice this was the time i had to think to go to consumer court.. it was ridiculous and frustrating to get the sim deactivated at the time i was traveling and needed it on top of everything..
                                  well i tried 100 times customer care no. 111 (happy to help you) but they are pretty unhappy to even get the call it seems.. they do not even want to listen what is the problem of customer.. instead they forced me to pay the bill (mind it that I was traveling and was not in the condition to pay the bill and told the same thing to Vodafone happy to help CSRs) what i was not supposed to as i am using GPRS 299 unlimited plan that Vodafone consolidated at the end of the month so that is not my responsibility.. and when they do it at the end of month the bill is supposed to exceed the limit for sure.. hell they do not even understand this thing.. anyhow one gentleman understood and activated the phone .. phew!
                                  but no next day again they deactivated the same indulging mr to go to consumer court and file a case against them. many a times i called customer care ()unhappy to help you) and got once in hundred times and they were so adamant that they kept telling that we get ur request and will do the need full. i can not write how frustrating it was when u need it at the most and u don't get it all u get it negative response from the service provider who promises happy to help you..
                                  finally i paid the amount because i needed it, not the Vodafone cares about the customer.. i am really surprised how long it will take Vodafone to disappear from Indian market if the same is the case with other customer.. i am possessing the corporate plan so i wonder how much the normal people would have been suffering.. if this is the way they respond to a corporate customer..
                                  well now i got it activated and i don't really know when they will de activated it again and again i may be dialing 111 thousands time to speak to a representative once who will not listen to me anyway... i had Idea earlier and i really miss that.

                                  Conclusion is i have 299 unlimited price plan. if you consolidate it at the end that is not my problem and my services should get deactivated without a prior notice.
                                  I am planning to go to consumer court anyhow.
                                  This was the biggest mistake i made in choosing Vodafone. i am suffering a lot for it.
                                  Please do the need full ASAP.

                                  Global Direct people visited my home and told me that both of my no's, [protected] and [protected] would changed to GTK 299 plan (Re 1 STD and 0.6 local) within 3 days. They also took money for that. When I checked after a month, it was not changed at all and I ended up paying extra money. When I called vodafone customer care, they changed it on 9th May 2008. I lost a lot of money because of that.

                                  Vodafone India — Horrible CUstomer Service

                                  Instead of spending millions on commercials saying Vodafone execs are "Happy to Help", the company should invest this money in training their call center agents or hiring better employees because THEY JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND AND JUST DON'T CARE.

                                  Legacy Hutch used to be wonderful, I had faced absolutely no issues in the last SEVEN years. But since the time Vodafone has taken over, their customer service SUCKS.

                                  The agents disconnect calls while on hold, block customer's ability to reach a rep thru the IVR (yes, they can do it and have done it twice with me, the moment I selected the option to reach a re, the IVR threw me back on the landing script. Reason "You called Vodafone more than once for the same issue"????!!!?? GIVE ME A BREAK! I called more than once because your SUPER SUCKER REPS were unable to resolve the issue on the first call. There's something called FTR (First time resolution) which this company doesn't know exists.

                                  I can't tell how desperate I am for the number portability act to come into effect. Will have to wait till 2009 to switch to Airtel with the same number I've had for over seven years.

                                  I enabled the new STD pack (Rs. 1.3/min) after reading from their website that there are no hidden charges for the same. I lost all my free calls and SMS after I enabled this. When I called the customer care, they checked the database and said that my free SMS are still valid and asked me to try sending a SMS and call customer care again. I tried sending a SMS and I was charged and when I called them back they were talking to me very rude. They took a complaint from me when I threatened them with consumer court. Then they closed the complaint quietly and when I called them back they are rude to the core. I have never seen any customer care that is so rude as these guys. Please don't believe their advertisements of friendly customer care. They are big cheaters and rude people.

                                    I have recently bought a sim card from Mysore vodophone
                                    I have recharged it three times sucessfully paying 198 for 198 talk time. I tried to top up by 1000r at kannur station rd 670001 on the 03-01-08 the vendor said I could only top up by 999 id rm[protected] he said it will take 24 hrs to recharge. it actually rechrged by 25.01r. my friend went back to the store and thankfully he returned our money. today 07-02-08 Itried to top up again by 1000r at GP enterprises 131, cash bazaar, commercial road, ooty 244557. paid 1000r to vender. id rm [protected] it recharged only by 790r. the vender said the rest was due to tax and would not retuen money. My friend also bought a recherge from a different store of 200 and was recharged by 25r. the vendor would not return say money saying it was down to vodophone not the vendors. (he is going to put in a separate complaint with details of transactions.
                                    could you clarify what the tariffs are. how we can be sure what the payments are for talk time and what to do in future when we are not getting the correct call time

                                      Recently I bought one Vodafone six-years connectivity prepaid card for my son (we have BSNL, Tata-Indicom mobile lines with an Airtel landline added to this). Since, he is only 12 years old I could not take the card in his name and as such I took it on my name. First my son recharged the SIM with Rs.50/-. After a couple of test calls and downloading of a ringbone it reduced drastically to Rs.2.84 paise. Everybody know that Vodafone lines get number o[censored]nwanted SMS automatically. Since he do not know the dangerous nature of these and since he do not know how to get rid of them we just deleted them. One day, while he was using the phone somehow a Vodafone alert service got activated and his balance of Rs.2.84 awfully reduced to -28.16.

                                      We checked with the dealer he said that some service might have got activated. Then we checked with the Vodafone customer care and as per their direction we again recharged for Rs.50/- which act deducted Rs.-28.16 from our talk value and we were left with Rs.14.35. (So we paid Rs.30/- for an unwanted service.) Then we used that Vodafone alert which was somehow chosen by him and got a reply saying that the alert service was deactivated. Then we sent one SMS to stop vodofone junk mails by using a term ACT DND (suggested by customer care people) to the specified number. We got a message from Vodafone saying that their SMS will be stopped. But after a day or two we started to receive junk SMS from them.

                                      Today morning we had only Rs.9.37. This afternoon again our account reduced to Rs.-20.63. Probably Vodafone company swallowed another 30 rupees for its favorite service. So, just in a week they swindled Rs.60.00 from a customer diligently. I spoke to the customer care twice. Both the female staff repeated their jargon “the customer is wrong”. Fed up with their attitude I finally broke the SIM-card into two and thrown it away. Thus I spent Rs.350/- for learning a soar full lesson from Vodafone.

                                      Vodafone’s advertisements are extremely good; their customer care people are very kind (only male staff); their advertisements are catching but their attitude is detestable.

                                      I also have a complaint. i have a lifetime prepaid number [protected]. I had recharged for Rs.150 and got full talk time, but within 30 days the balance of Rs.100 and above was taken away .the customer care executive says that there is a validity of only i month for this account. I am surprised as i got swindled of Rs.135 within a month. I am already thinking of discontinuing the service. is this the kind of service we expect of vodaphone. If this is the case i think vodaphone is making a bad name for themselves in india and soon they will have to sell it off and go out.

                                      Vodafone Prepaid — Customer care cheating.

                                      i had 31 rs. scheme for 1 Rs. STD calls.

                                      i called up customer care 9th April 2009 morning and asked them why i was received msg about deduction of rentals for the scheme.

                                      she told me that the scheme has ended and now the calls wont be at one rupee. she asked me to recharge Rs. 11 and Rs. 1 / STD call scheme will be activated for 15 days. She also showed me how to cancel old scheme.

                                      I trusted her and did the same. I got the same rental deduction msg.

                                      I called up customer care again and i am told that since 31 rs. scheme was activated on my cell previousloy, it would still work for me. That was concealed by the customer care person.

                                      This was so wrong. A wrong way to promote newer policies and cheat customers... Its not about those 11 Rs, but its about being cheated. This is fraudery. Customer care ppl should be there to help and not do such cheap things to earn bucks for the company.
                                      I have a vodafone prepaid connection in bangalore, If I make a call to landlines, there would be no response but the call charge will be deducted. (no ring, no beep no voice). It happens every alternate day and I found that It happens with my friends also. Great company, great cheating
