My name is RAJARSHI CHATTERJEE and my phone number is [protected].
My billing period is 12th of every month till 11th of every month. I recieved my bill for the period 12th Nov till 11th December in time, but I was charged extra 30 rs. for the caller tune.
But I never have that service and I never requested for that service. My bill payment date was 30th December. I got a call from one of your customer care rep on 30th and when I asked her about the extra charge she could not answer me properly , instead of that she was just rude to me. When I asked her to put me to her senior responsible persons to speak with , she just simply denied and after sometime she hanged up the phone. After couple of minutes I recieved a call from one gentleman from customer care and I told him everything. He assured me to call me back shortly but after that I didnt recieve any call from vodafone untill 8th of January. Then I had to go to vodafone store but due to short time and long que I could not talk to them. I just paid rs 500 cash on that day. My balance after that was 578 rs. which is supposed to be 548 rs.

On 30th when I spoke to that lady, i just asked her to put me through her senior authorities and asked her to send me a correct bill of Rs. 1048 instead of Rs. 1078. She didnt answer any of my quires, in stead asked me to go to vodafone store.

On 8th when I spoke to a CSR called Streesi, I explained her everytin and I took a reference complaint number which I can produce later.

Now my question and quires to you are:
1) Is that my fault that you made a wrong Bill?
2) Why do you provide customer service on phone, If they ask us to go to the store.
3) How can a CSR be rude to your customer.
4) After repeated call No response came from the Customer Care Managers Desk. Is He or She is aware of this???
5) After speaking with your CSR on 8th how come you send me the same wrong Bill
repeatedly.

Now Let me tell you due to your sick customer service my phone was not working from 1st Jan to 8th Jan. It was not that I did not want to pay the bill. My previous acoounts you can check. I had the quiry from CSR on 30th regarding your wrong billing. But you didnt give me the service and my phone was Barred from 1st January to 8th January.

So I would like to tell you that Im very much interested to pay my previous bill which is Rs. 548 and the recent bill ( from 12th Dec till 11th Jan). But I will not pay the monthly rental charges from 1st January till 8th january. You deduct my security money Rs 300 from the total amount.

You send me the bill to my office address. I would love to pay that.

If you ahve any quires feel free to contact me through email.

I dont need your service anymore from 12th of January 2008 ever.

I HAVE MOBILE NO-[protected] WITH MANE OF MY COMPANY-CHHATRAL VIDHUT KAMDAR MANDALI.I HAVE RECIEVED BILL OF MONTH-JAN 08 WITH SMS CHARGES-603.00RS,I HAVE NOT MORE THAN TWO SMS IN THIS MONTH.HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY?PLEASE CHECK MY BILL AND CORRECT WITH TWO SMS CHARGES.

If the respective concern person is available there too. I as a VODAFONE user want to register a complain, so the I can get the BEST SERVICE which was PROMISED TO ME; WHICH I DIN'T GET.

I CALED UP 7 TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE 111. AND WAITED FOR ABOUT 1 HR YESTERDAY (DATED- 20 JAN 2008), BUT NO RESPONSE HAS COME UP WITH THE PEOPLE.

MY no. AS WEL AS THE CONCERN NO. OF MY ORGANISATION ARE FACING THE PROBLEM WHILE DIALING SINCE LAST 30- 45 DAYS

WHEN EVER WE MAKE A CALL, AL OF THE SUDDEN IN THE MID OF THE CALL

1. EITHER CALL GET DISCONNECT

2. THE OTHER PERSON OR ME CANT HAVE EXCHANGE OF WORDS

3. OR ANY OTHER CALL INTEREPT IN BETWEEN.



BECAUSE OF ALL THIS RESON THE CALL GET DISCONNECTED AND MY ORGANISATION IS LOOSING OUT ITS BUSINESS AS WELL AS ITS REPUTATION TOO.

SIR/Madam,
i Kunal Shah Holding the Vodafone Mobile No:[protected] under customer
Relatiosnhip no:1.19825586 am writting this mail; to state the agony
that i am put through by Vodafone Essar Ltd. which i am afraid to say
are not custoemr friendly at all. On the contrary, they are meant to
harrass the customer. I had disconnected the aforesaid mobiler number
on the 1st of November 2008 under docket no:[protected] .However
despite the disconnection the said no. was mysteriously reactivated on
the 10th of november 2008., under docket no:[protected] also on the
11th of november 2008 the company executives at the sion outlet claim
that someone using my photo id as a proof has reissued the sim card of
the said no. under docket no:[protected] Sir, I have been charged
rentals amounting to 1003.81 as on 18th april 2009. for the same.
Not olny that when i contacted the company officials they said that
the sim card of the number, has been couriered to my place. However i
was shocked to know that there is no proof of courier done to my place
for the sim card of the number. Also the company has no proof of my
visitng their store to collect the said sim card. I have been told the
sim card has been issued against my driving licence. I would like ot
point out the number had been taken by giving my dribving licence as
the proof of address nad photid at the time of taking the connection.
Also, i have given the company copies of my driving licence
many-a-times for various purposes.
The company claims to have made many calls at my residnetial address
and and on my cell no. the sim card of which i would like to point out
that i have still not recieved.
Sir i am really worried as i have recieved a legal notice from the
company Vodafone Essar Ltd for non payment of bills. Please do the
needful.

in above mail vodafone has juse to answer two simple questions
1) wether on the 1st of November 2008 under docket no:[protected] they
have received disconnection request as i had lost my phone.
2) Company has got suficiant documentry proof to prove that they have
sent and i have received a duplicate sim card before activation of the
connection
My sim no.is [protected]. I am officer in Govt of India .and now days i have posted in Jaipur. Before taken of Sim i deposited my all document to dealer which mobile no.[protected] name is Chandrabhan .My mobile 2 days run and VODAPHONE stop that connection. I again made contact to VODAPHONE STORE which is located at the Mansrowar, Jaipur and where as VODAPHONE STORE person direction i have submitted again a set of complete record deposited. The name of that person of VODAPHONE STORE is Mr. Nand kishore, which mobile no is[protected].So many request made by me to start the connection. My sim start and VODAPHONE again stoped. I went again the VODAPHONE STORE and ask about my connection. They replied this is my computer problem. and connection again start. .After3 days again VODAPHONE stop my connection. I can not understand why I am facing this problem’s. My SIM stopped by VODAPHONE five time. AS this time VODAPHONE stopped my connection .Why?

    as when i took the connection it was hutch pre paid,but u people force me to follow ur plan 444,that time u people commit so many things but i think ihad been cheated by u,i must say robbed by u,and after converted in to vodafone ur service has becomeworse than worst.now the thing is that when i changed my plan i deposit rs. 250 as a security,as per ur's executive's words this ammount supposed to refunded with in 2 months,but later on ur c.c.executivesaid-4 months than 6 months,but no response,wat is this?wat kind of service r u giving to ur customer...disgusting([protected])

    Iam Rahul from sriganganagar(Raj.) studying in jalandhar. I requested the vodafone customer care to migrate my prepaid connection into postpaid on[protected] forwarded my request to thesr local area representatives and they took all the required doc. and security Rs.250 for the connection and they replied for 2 days after 3 days i got call from their head-office that i need to pay a sum of Rs.250 more as my bachelor accomodation, i submitted it in their nearby vodafone store at jalndhar model town, after 10 days by being fedup i got the response that it could not be migrated due to company rules& regulations i asked them to refund me my money back. With in 15 days they reefunded me 250Rs. with a problems i suffered and asked me to get the other from the store itself, when i asked the store representatives they replied that it would be reefunded in forty days but the head office employees assured me that it wont be take this much long near about 10 to 15 days you will be refunded. They made me travel 15 kms. every day for which i have suffered a lot if i call them they doesn't response it. for near about this all went on for last 75 days and still they are not ready to refund me or help me.

    sir my vodafone no.is [protected].i am using a bonus card to reduce the std call rates .but my std call rates are still normal .i file a lot of complaint according this problem for last 1 month .but i am still facing the problem .
    sir for last 7 months i am using std pack, montly rental is reduced from my balance, last friday 14/8/09
    i deactivate that std pack, very next day again 31 rs is deducted from my account, 3 times i cal to customer care and spoke to them till money is not given back, the complaint registration number is - [protected]

    This is hereby to bring to your kind notice that the complain regarding Vodafone dated 26th May 2011"Call Center agent sold me 2G Plan though offered 3G" has been resolved. Vodafone has refunded me sum of 1600/- which i paid initially at the time of taking the plan.

    Hi,

    This is regarding my vodafone prepaid Mobile Phone Number [protected]. On 4th of Feb 2012, Rs 67 have been deducted from my main balance.
    When I called the customer care they told me that the amount have been deducted for the internet use, But in the morning itself i have recharged my number with Rs99 internet pack. After recharege I checked my free MB at that time it was showing 1024 free MB usese and then i switched on my pocket internet on my mobile. So my concern is that even though i had free MB in my account then also they have deducted Rs 67 and that's not fair. The customer care people gave me a request number stating that you will get a call from Vodafone within 48 hour. But till now I have not got any such call and the most sucking part is that I am not able to call to c-care as I think they have disconnected my number so that I can't talk with them.I tried 111 and 198 several number of times but I failed to connect with these nos.
    So Please help me out with this issue. I am thimking to change the service provider. Can anybody suggest me a good service provider in Mumbai.

      respecte sir/madam,
      hello sir am mr akash shah [protected] took a new connection from ur service on the promise that you would activate coporate full value 199 plan (30p v-v,50p v-m 1rs v-l,around 150 sms and 100 min talk time free) on my current number and the new postpaid connection tht i take.my new connection no is [protected].i had clearly talked to ur operators on 111 while taking new connection and even to the man who came to my house to give the new sim card but now when i speak to them regarding this they say tht they would only activate it on my new connection after a month. .now this is a clear cheating going on with me.one more thing ur operator says that the plan has expired a month earlier then how can u offer me the plan 8 days before.please look into the matter and reply

      Sub: Deactivation of unused cell phone no. [protected] and [protected]

      This is with great regret putting in writing the unethical methods some customer care executives are cheating the people.


      On 1st October,2007 Mr. Bharat – Cell no. [protected] / [protected] office no.[protected] of Global Direct, Thane Branch visited my office and started explaining the benefits of switching to vadafone phones and and convinced people at our office if they do not want to switch over to vodafone, they can still get the benefit of lesser call charges by simply paying Rs. 600/- on airtail cell phones, since vodafone has got some tieup with airtail and also get one prepaid sim card free . He also insisted and assured that I need not change my airtail sim but still can get the benefit of call charges
      .

      He sent one of his customer care executive to my house and I paid him Rs. 600/ in cash vide order form 693 dated 02/10/07. He promised the needful would be done and took my airtail bill copy saying that it is required as proof or address and promised from the next bill my airtail bill amount will be drastically reduced in view of this tie up between vodafone and airtail
      .

      To my surprise after 10/ 15 days I received two parcels containing vodafone sim cards which are still lying with me unopened. I contacted Mr. Bharat and informed him by mistake I have received two sim cards instead on one free card. To my horror I found these two sim cards are postpaid one and he informed me I have to discard my airtail sim and use vadafone sim to avail the facility of low call rates and other one can be used by any one of my family member. I categorically informed him I am not interested in using either of the vadofones, since I nor my family members wanted to switch over to some other phone, we are happy and got used to the phones we are presently having and told him to immediately deactivate the above phones and refund the balance amount after adjustments if any to which he agreed.



      I also spoke to various customer care executives and requested them to immediately deactivate the phones under intimation to me .

      On 28th Feb.2008, my daughter called me to inform that one customer care executive has come home asking for payment of the above phones. If you see my usage on the above nos. u will find I have not even made a single call nor opened the packets.
      Keeping in view the above facts I request you to kindly deactivate the above two postpaid sims and close the matter. I have been cheated and in no way I am going to tolerate some one coming to my house in my absence and harassing my family members. Please note I am not responsible and will not pay any bill amount claimed by you. I have also sent an email on 29th Feb,2008 to “vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com”


      And also see that people like Bharat does not cheat public and spoil name of reputed company like Vodafone. The above sales tactics of Mr. Haresh Bhadra and Bharat Tolani strengthened my belief , not to “TRUST WITH SALES PEOPLE
      I have also got similar experience with this stupid vodafone
      agents.

      Simply throw away any fellow knocking at your door for any kind of offer.In my history this vodafone people will never reply to your mail, if you are facing some problems because of their fault.

      For any kind of service, for any brand, better you visit your nearest show room
      i had made the payment of rs 660 in vodafone store (goregoan E) on12/may/2008 TID number is 17012020and still not updated in system plz do the need full as soon as possible . my number is [protected].

      Vodafone — No turn up after taking money for new connection

      I applied for the new connection with Vodafone. An executive came to my place on 1st May'08, took relevant documents, and an advance of 300 rs in cash as deposit/activation fees. I was promised that I would get the new SIM on 2nd May and that my connection would be activated on 3rd May.

      Despite many calls, e-mail complaints, I'm yet to receive either the refund or new connection till date.

      I had Vodafone number[protected], I had migrate to talk 249 mega plan in May, when i spoke to customer care executive about the tariff charges on this plan, he explain me about local m-m 30p and m-other network 60p and std v-v 1rs and v-other std 1.99rs, and i asked him how can i drop my std charges he replied by sending sms STD to 56565 and it will slash down to 1.30rs, i had sent this sms and i revert back from vodafone this service can't be applicable on my plan.

      After few days later again I spoke with customer care executive is pack where i pay some money my std can be drop, executive advice me there is one UP western plan STD pack where std can be drop to 1rs and need to pay around 35rs a month and it will take max 3days to activate, I made this request and the executive registered my request. After 5days i spoke with executive did this pack is been activated or not, the executive replied no this pack can't be applicable on the above plan. I inform but the executive confirmed me this can be activated on my plan. I asked them can i speak with your senior they replied no you can't.

      I just wondering someone can help in this.

      i m with vodafone pospaid from 26 th march 2007 on family plan in month of feb i had given request to change my plan to talk [protected]@80 p
      the plan was changed but again on 11 mar 2008 i had given request at four bungalows vodafone store to change my plan again to vodafone family plan, i was informed that the plan would change within 72 hrs but till 31 at mar the plan was not changed i visited several times to complain same regarding the issue but i was given some or other excuse was told that it will done as soon as possible finally on 31 st mar the plan was changed but as i moved the family paln i was chrged for nthr intra calling which should be free i again called cust care and also visisted the store i was assured i will be reversed the intra calling charges as i had two only 1 bill chrgs are refunded but the other number chrges are atill not refunded i called cust care so many times atlast i was lost that u need to complain at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but it seems that the link is not working i was told i will rec call within 48 hrs and i m waiting from so many daya but not yet rec the call now without informing me they have dr my bill form my credit card last the mode of pymnt was cash automatically it changed to direct debit when i confirmed they sais they will inform me in 48 hrs and they dr my compltee amt after several cpmplains to resolve my prevois bill disputes there are so many complains taht i do want to complaint as i think i m wasting my time hope some or other day it will resolve
      Hi,

      I have been trying to change my tariff plan from a group talk plan to 299 talk plan. I went to the vodafone store twice i.e on the 22 May 2008 & 20th June 2008. During both of my visits I was told to submit a letter which was written by one of the employees of vodafone and I undersigned the letter.
      The first time I did not mention the other Number in the group talk plan as I was not asked to give that number, the second time I went again after a month to enquire as to why the plan has not been changed the advisor told me that as I did not give the other number it couldn't be changed ( for this I was not even contacted for a period of one month to give any updates OR to ask that other number). I again drafted a letter and this time the other number was mentioned in the letter which was again written by the employee and undersigned by myself.
      This time the advisor said that the plan would be changed within 4 days and said that I will get a confirmation on the same within 4 days. After 4 day I called the helpline number on 111 to check if the issue was resolved and was told that it can not be done and the advisor took a complaint and said that it will be reverted in 72 hrs. I also received a msg on this with a reference number which said that I would be reverted on this on 1st july 08 by 18:00hrs and there was no call from your side.
      I had to call again on 111 at 2:00am on 2nd july to check whats happening about this and was told that the other number was again not mentioned on the letter submitted( which I checked while drafting the letter it was mentioned on the letter).

      Now I don't know whose fault it is but its getting totaly annoying for me. This is not the first time I am facing this problem but there are several other problems. The customer service of Vodafone is getting pathetic day by day.

      Kindly look into this matter ASAP

      Hope to get a better cust service this time.

And i have purchased a simcard postpaid from your ghatkopar west office on 31/04/08 my no is [protected] i was told to pay RS 1100extra for the same number out of which 1000 rs will be adjusted in my monthly bill but after 2 months when it was not adjusted i again contacted your executive VIKAS KUKRIJA. who in turn promised me that it will be adjusted inthe third month but it wasnt due to which i shifted my postpid into prepaid and again contacted VIKAS KURKIJA at your ghatkoar west office to return my money but he refused to do the same after he refused i came to know that he is a historysheeter and he has previously cheater airtel to the tune of RS 2LAKHS and not allowed to enter any airtel office sir if you keep such type of executives in your office will it not effect your repumtion he will surely one day do the same thing that he has done to airtel please take some action ungrently.       Full Value 199 — Refund of Security Deposit

      This complain is registered a more than a month back to customer care executive.
      Yet no actions are taken, I am always said you will get your refund within 10 days...
      I have deactivated my no.[protected] in month of January and that point of time I was said I will get my refund within 45 working Days.
      I am suppose to get a cheque of Rs 536/-
      So please help me on this...

      My name is Kapil Aggarwal i had purchase vodafone post paid card from your malad west Sunder nagar branch and i was told that if i want to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid one i will have to pay only 99 Rs to convert into life time incomming free and recharge according.
      When i went to convert it into prepaid one from Goregaon West Branch I was told to pay Rs.99/- to convert it into prepaid and to recharge of any mimimum amount and to use minimum recharge amount of Rs. 200/- within 6 mths. As my Prepaid card was activated i had purchased recharge card from vodafone but the day i had recharged, the same day card was blocked without even using the balance, asking to recharge again of Rs 199 for vadilation of 6mths. Why is that?
      Then why i was informed that i can anyhow in parts recharge total amount of Rs. 200/- within 6 months of validation and even at the time of purchase of card from the vodafone centre itself by your vodafone customer executive i was told it will be valid for 6months.
      If the matter cannot be solved then kindly close my card and refund me my total money of my card unless i will not pay any amount for my postpaid card.
      The customer service of Vodafone is getting pathetic day by day.
      Kindly look into this matter ASAP

      VODAFONE DUPED ME

      I was given wrong information about schemes to convert my prepaid to postpaid-


      I was told that randomly 150 numbers are chosen by the company for experimenting new service of location display on screen of incoming calls, for which prepaid is to be converted into postpaid first.other schemes will be-
      1.Disply of location alongwith number of caller.
      2.No clip charges.
      3.Ater a month if not satisfied with postpaid, all prepaid schemes will be resumed and security deposit will be refunded.
      4.After 2month if i get my connection converted into prepaid, number will be same and all recharges would have full talk value and all previous schemes of prepaid will be resumed.


      When i enquired customer care they assure me of the authenticity and told me that even if i was demanded some amount in this regard it'd be safe as the call is from vodafone employee.when i got my connection converted, all schemes turned out to be bogus and when i registered complaint at vodafone customer care, they clearly told me that you can get your connection terminated as that employee of our has left the company,

      After that i found that i'm unable to talk with the customer care at customer care line i.e.111 by my phone, than I call by other number i found that my number was on IVR i.e only schemes can be listened on 111 but can't talk with customer care executive, anyhow i got it corrected.

      Next time when i call their executive talk with me but instead of giving proper answer, he put me on hold for a very long period and than cut my line.

      Here i want to know who is playing foul with me that employee only or the company as the company has assured me of the authenticity of thet person as its employee and the motive of that person was to benefit company.

      I bought that connection for Rs.295, and lifetime validity for Rs.300, more than that havin that number from last 3 years, and now i've been duped like this.

      Any suggestion????

      Im a vodafone customer :[protected] and despite of giving proper ID proof and photo my number is disconnected. I availed Rs.49+Rs299+boosterRs.30 package but never used them.
      I made so many calls to vodafone dealer.His no :[protected].But he is so lethargic in action.
      Shame on vodafone
      Ihave taken vodafone postpaid connection [protected]. The com[pany has disconnected the phone after one monthwithout sending the bill. Then your recovery executive visited my office and askerd for the payment . I told my dissatisfaction over the service and paid the bill in april and told that i donot want the connection any more . I have never used the phone bnut still i am getting the bills every month. I fail to understand how yiour system is blind they couldnot see even the functioning of phone or not.If you have any care of customer try to verify whether that phone is working or not and stop sending the bills .You will be responsible for any inconvenience of the excustomer

      I am a vodafone customer chennai. I was barred to make any call stating that I had exceeded the credit limit. After paying the money also they have not activated my service. They are the biggest crook of entire world.

Lastly I received inquiry call from your end regarding what is your relation with Mr.Shikare. I was surprise when I am going to disconnect why your department is making inquiry? I inquired on 111 where I was told that you must take request No. wihtout it no body will can take action. Lastly I went again to same galery and met Mr, Khushal and Mr.Imran who did all the formalities and finally today i.e. on 12/10/2009 it has been disconnected. Now who will be responsible for such type of harashment. I am Senior Citizen and have been too much harashed with such type of irresponsible behaviour.         I have been trying to call from my phone with has a vodaphone prepaid card since the last 3 hours. i have not been able to connect to anyone nor is anyone able to connect to me. i stay in a hostel and its becoming difficult to use your service because of bad connectivity and connections problems as there is always an "error in connection " or "this vodaphone is currently unavailable " even i[censored]r moble shows full range.

        U guys are really useless, ur phone services have been going from worse to worst. Leave the business i[censored] cannot handle customers.

        its absolutely ridiculous that evejn after makin payments and submittin docs. there has been no service provided to me for a month now... n the kind of response given by the agents in the vodafone store (RTNAGAR) is really sad...i dont understand on wat basis they are recruited for the job.. wen they cant provide customer satisfaction or even responsible answers are not given..its been promised that this ll be resolved in 60 days, if not i ll ve to take this issue to a higher level...
        I have space availavel in bareilly for moble tower
        I purchased Vodaphone World Calling Card with Sr.NO.[protected] Pin No.[protected] in the last week of June 2013.At the time of purchase Your Executve Made it pinless dial. I could make only one call through this Card to UK and thereafter it has not been working.After the Toll-free Access NO.50318 asks me to dial the destination NO. I always get the same response that the dialled no. is wrong and/or the ISD call gets connected to DELHI Police Control Room.
        I LODGED two complaints on 31.07.2013 at 02.48 pm(SRNO[protected] and on 03.08.2013 at 08.46 pm(SR NO 2380) . In response to first complaint I was asked through SMS on 03.08.2013 simply to contact 111 . In response to 2nd Complaint, I was advised that your response will come by 07.08.2013 but so far I have not received any response.
        In lodging complaints I wasted my two hours as your three Executives including one Senior were not able to initially understand and comprehend the problem.
        It appears that the problem is unresolvable at your end since it is pending since 31.07.2013. Hence, Please Transfer the balance amount of Rs 224.7 paise to the credit of my Mobile No.[protected]. and response immediately..

            Vodafone — Getting Billed 4 months after disconnection of postpaid

            Hi,
            I was having a Vodafone connection in Kerala with mobile number [protected].As I got shifted to Bangalore, I disconnected my connection in Jan 2008 at the ending of my Dec/Jan billing cycle. I had a bill of Rs 986 and I paid Rs 486. I was told that the remaining Rs. 500 will be adjusted against my security deposit.

            But last I got a call that I have a pending bill of Rs. 649. When I contacted the Vodafone store, they were unable to give me a proper explaination. They first told me that one of my cheque which I paid in July 2007 bounced and that is why the extra Rs.149 in addition to the amount they were supposed to adjust with the security deposit. As far as I can remember, I usually have a bill of around Rs 1000 to Rs 1500 every month and I was never out of cash in my bank account. More over I never paid by cheque. I mention this to them and after checking for over an hour, they told me that the amount of Rs 149 consists of late payment fee of Rs.100 and its tax.

            Vodafone in Kerala is having a horrible service and I recommend anyone to avoid at any cost. One my be tempted by the deals offered by them. But it is never worth the trouble they put you through.

            Vodafone Postpaid Connection — Billing for 6 months after disconnection

            Hi,

            I am a consumer who is currently very badly hurt by vodafone. I got a connection around 6 months back for the purpose of my office and wanted to test email2sms facility, Vodafone mobile net connect and a post paid connection that was offered to corporate employees. But unfortunately there is no signal inside the office and there is no use to keep this connection any more. So I went to Vodafone office on koramangala Bangalore to discontinue my service, but they informed me that I should contact different support through email since it is a corporate account. I had sent a mail to them asking to disconnect the connection and also requested them for a subsidized billing from the date I had taken the connection. Because there was a billing done for the period of 1 month but I was using the service only for 10 days and for which there was a rent being put completely for a month. I requested them to waive off the same before they could do this the next bill was generated with the same issue. After somehow they managed and able to reduce the cost as I requested. I had payed all the dues till that time. But later I started getting bills for non-usage only with rent and service tax. I keep sending the mails on disconnection and there is no proper response and the same was happening for every month. I refused to pay the amount since the phone was disconnected. But till now they have summed the bill for 2500 rs and they are forcing me to pay the bill or legal action would be taken in that way there was a threating happening to me. Please let me know how to go beyond this point.

            I have 3 postpaid connections with vodafone. And I am not satisfy with this services due to per-dated e-check passed to my banker (AXIS BANK) last Feb2009. Actually my ECS date is on or after 17th of every month buut on the month of FEB 2009, they send e-check on 16th, where I deposited amount to my bank on the same day. But penalty was made for 3 connection and e-check got cancelled. So I decided to keep bill pending.             Vodafone Postpaid Connection — Services Disconnected

            I would like to share the pathetic services provided by Vodafone. I bought vodafone postpaid corporate connection in October after moving to Bangalore. Despite giving vodafone hundreds of reminders I have never received hardcopy of bills. Still on the basis of Vodafone SMSs I always made the bill payments on time. Since December I am making calls to Vodafone Customer Care to give them my new address hoping that I might be able to get the bills here. Unfortunately every time I call Vodafone CC I get the assurance that this time new address will be updated as there was technical fault the previously but till date that has not been done. On top of this I received a call from CC yesterday enquiring about my availability at home so that address verification can be done to which I gave the information and 1 hour later my phone services were disconnected. When I contacted CC they informed me that they were unable to track the address so the disconnected the services. I even spoke with the supervisor DEEKSHA and then to her supervisor FAROOKH but instead of helping the customer all of them keep on giving fake apologies. On requesting them hundred times to turn my services on as its a corporate line not residential and it was their fault that they failed to update or verify my new address timely, still they refused to assist and advised me to wait for atleast 48 hours. I was shocked to experience such a pathetic customer service from vodafone. Firstly, vodafone representatves failed to update new address timely , it would have been better if I had not called them to give the correct information. Secondly, when the information about my availability at home was given to the rep, they would have delayed the line restriction till the verification was complete. Thirdly, as they keep on sending sms for each and every filthy matters they should inform the customer that due to xyz reason your services will be disconnected. Forthly, they should follow the normal procedure of barring outgoing calls first and then eventually barring incoming rather then disconnecting all the services together specially when its the carelessness of their own employees. I was surprised to know that a company like VODAFONE doesn't know what does " CUSTOMER CENTRICITY" mean probably they need to learn.

            I have 2 postpaid connection of Vodafone. I bought it 1 month back. Now, I have to re-locate to Hyderabad due to work. Hence, I need to disconnect those two connections.

            When I walked to the nearest Vodafone Store, they have refused to disconnect the connections and told me that its not in their scope.

            Could you please advice ?
            The following mobile nos were closed on my request at the Andheri west centre with my application dated 13th Jun 2010 and payment made at that time only through Citi bank credit card for all the nos,

            After few hours my new sim card was activated([protected]) but after one month the different calls from different persons started coming to me for payment of the above phone nos and till date I replied but now it is unbearable to attend no of calls which says to pay further amount of those nos which is ridiculous. I was using only vodafone ([protected]) and being an old customer is this a treatment? I would like to tell you that if those calls are not stopped I do not have any alternative except to address to court for the same.

            On a call from your side i agreed to shift from pre paid connection to a post paid one. I took the start up plan with a monthly rent of Rs 150/=. with the additional facilities, it was a tempting offer, but it proved a disaster. Just after a month, i received a huge bill of Rs505.

              Dear Sir,

              I was the subscriber of above subjected Mobile Number, which was surrendered by me in the month of August' 2007 after paying all the dues.

              This is to inform you that at the time of surrender the total due amount was of Rs. 2327 /- which was paid through cheque no. - 279924 of HDFC Bank which was cleared in my account on 22.11.2007. After paying the all dues I was shocked to receive a telephonic call on my alternate number that the above amount is still pending and the excutive threatned me that if I will not pay the amount, the Company shall take serious action against me. After hearing from the execuvtive I again issue a new cheque no. - 545607 of ICICI Bank of amounting Rs. 2227 /- which was also cleared in my bank on 11.12.2007.

              I was again surpsised to receive a telephonic call from your executive that the above amount was not cleared in their account.

              Sir, as per my account statements of HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank which shows that the above two cheques are cleared and you have received total amount of Rs. 4554 /- instead of total dues of Rs. 2327 /-. After receive the double amount you are still want to recover more amount from me. It means that you want to extract more amount instead of due amount by threatening the customers.

              I request you to please check your accounts and let me know the actual refundable amount which was excess paid by me on account of dues on account of my mobile no. - [protected].

              My suggestion is you'd have taken bold decision and stopped making the second payment and warning them that you'll face them at consumer court. You can produce the bill copy and bank statement to prove that you did it right. Now, after making the second payment, we are at their mercy.

                  I have never seen a bad service like Vodafone.In the mid week of October i got a call from Vodafone sales dept..asking me to change from prepaid to postpaid...i said see i am not intersted rite now you can call me in November i probably can take this plan ..Vishal from Sales team, called me on 03'Nov..asking for the same plan i said no i am not intersted.On 04th again he called me my brother spoke to him and said see we are not intersted please do not call, he again called this time my elder sister said that we are not intersted please do not bother but he started abusing, this is how you treat you customers...i was very much sure that i'll not get any resoulution if ill call customer care...to make a complaint still i called spoke to Rajjat, i asked for a supvisior he said there is nor supvisior or manager availbale on the floor how disgusting!!! rubbish he jotted down the number from where i was getting calls...he said i can lodge a complaint online...in the end he asked me again do you want to chng from prepaid to postpaid(laughing)...holy cow!!! i have expected this no wonder...i called again spoke to parvesh(who was helping) again i asked for team leader.coach, manager anyone in higher auth so that i can make a complaint he was trying to connect the call to supvisior but the lines were busy(that's what he told me)...so he logged a complaint and gave me the ref number-[protected]...i am 100% sure that i'll not get any resoulution from you as well still i am doing this...please i want Vishal not to be part of your organization as he is spoling vodafone' reputation

                    On Feb. 16th 2008 went for making the payment at Vodafone shop at Nerul, After few attempts i could not make the payment.

                    2nd time i went on Feb 29, 2008 as it was last day of payment. Each time i made the payment, machine getting hang, ultimately vadafone customer service reset the machine. I happened for two times and customer service had reset the machine. I also put complaint on the register same day and called on the customer support service.
                    The machine did not generate any confirmation of my payment, hence i made 3rd attempt on march 1, 2008.
                    Through the credit cart statment i came to know that Rs.2728 twice debited to my account and total excess of 5456.00 is debited to my account. I request you to resolve the issue with interest refund till you hold my excess amount.

                      Please note I have requested at Vodafone care shop – D 25 (Opposite Big cinema, Inner Circle, Connaught place, New Delhi -01) to change this number in to Individual account.                               Hi,

                              This is Mahendra Kumar Shukla from HCL Technologies Ltd.-Noida, has been taken corporate connection on 17th Dec,07 number is ([protected]) from your sales agent (DSC Noida) Mr. A.K. Varma his mobile number is ([protected]). I have paid 250 Rs. Cash for this connection. I asked Mr. Varma for providing me the 250 Rs. receipts. He didn’t provide me any received of this amount. Any how he couldn’t provide me any receipt. After that he assured me your number will be started from 18-dec-07. Why are you asking for the receipt, I have paid your amount online?
                              As per his assurance, my number had been working successfully during 18-dec-07 to 31-dec-07, finally I was satisfied but my service holed on 01-jan-07 due to cheque bounce. I conformed this from Vodaphone customer care. They replied, your services have been hold due to cheque bounce,. I was shocked and worried as I have distributed my number to my friends and my family. Finally I decided to call Mr A.K. Verma. I called to Mr Varma for discussing this issue. He replied, I have paid your amount through cheque. Again I shocked because I did not give any cheque to Mr. Varma. I only gave the cash amount of 250 Rs to Mr. Varma. According to Mr. A.K. Varma (sales agent) he put the cheque of another person in Vodaphone office which was favoring my number ([protected]) due to not accepting the cash payment from the Vodaphone office. The cheque was issued from ING Vasiya Bank cheque no is (265856). Mr Varma gave me too many contacts (Mr. Ateek Kaushik -[protected], Mr. Ranjeet -[protected] and Miss. Usha – [protected]) for discussing this issue. I talk to everybody but finally got no update. Everybody was trying to make me fool.
                              Now this time, I was very frustrated and bothered. Such persons like Mr A.K Verma - [protected], Mr. Ateek Kaushik -[protected], Mr. Ranjeet -[protected] and Miss. Usha – [protected] are misguiding your customers I have no personal hatred towards these guys but being a reputed company these guys are not sending good message to your customers.
                              Requesting you to please resolve my problem as my family is also suffering this issue. Please take a stern action against these guys (above mentioned) who are creating a bed image of a reputed company (Vodaphone)

                              Earlier I was using Aircel connection (No.- [protected]) which was port to Vodafone (Relationship no.- 1.[protected] in the month of July'15.All the dues are cleared.But yesterday I got a call from Aircel saying Rs.391/- was due because of which they have disconnected my line.I have made the payment of Rs.391/- yesterday itself (receipt copy is enclosed through attachment).But still they have yet not started the line.I am even getting some message frequently from tomorrow written "Sim not provisioned.Error Code - MM#2".


                              Kindly look into the matter and startup my line soon as I am facing a lot of problems due to this disconnection.

                                am postpaid customer of Vodafone having mobile number +91 [protected]. I have taken this connection by my residing address 11-Vishnulok Colony-Lucknow.
                                On 1st I have made a complain regarding opening of ISD Facility at my cell phone after that they instruct me to visit Vodafone Store and deposit the security amount and your ISD will be activated within 10 min to max 24 Hours.
                                I have deposited the amount at Vodaphone -East end Mall, Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar -Lucknow Store on 2nd Jan 2008 at 1:00 pm vide receipt number 1508926 and Service Request Number 1532417. They have promised that your ISD will be activated witnin next 1 hour and max it will take 24 hours. In spite of Several reminder at their customer care nothing has been done till now.
                                In spite of Several Calls done at [protected] every time they suggest that its under process and will be activated very soon. You switch off your mobile and switch on, okay sms act isd 111 etc etc

                                Yesterday when I call Nodal Officer of Vadaphone Lucknow at [protected] she also not responded. She said do the complain at [protected] we cant help you. I have called her two or three times regarding the same and each and evrytime she said okay sms me ur number will try to do something.
                                After 10 Min's i received a call from another lady from [protected] saying that please don't call at nodal office number again and visit vadaphone store for activation and she is also looking into the matter.

                                At 8:30 after i was free from Office reached at vadaphone store at Gomti Nagar no support has been given to me there also. Now they says it might take 78 hours or more. We cant help you while taking the security deposit everyone has assured that will be activated within very soon.
                                When I have told them do the needful otherwise i will complain to TRAI and Consumer Forum Vodaphone store representative says that "Jo Aaye Kar Lijiye-Kuch Nahi hota Hai aur Ab Aap Aapki ISD bhi jaroor khul Jayegi-Ab Aap TRAI se hi ISD Khulwa Lijiyega"
                                Go and do whatever you want to do and also request to open ISD with TRAI only).

                                I have call several times from 6 pm to 9 pm at [protected] and[protected] but no body pick up the phone. At 8:48 pm i have send an sms at both the numbers "If my ISD is not activated within next hour we wil complain to TRAI and will file a case in consumer forum also. No support received from ur waves store as well as you"
                                At 10:00 pm I received a call from Miss Rekha regarding the same that they will try to activate it before 10:00 am today but nothing has been done till now.

                                Kindly take strict action so that in future they should not these type of thing and behaviour to other persons.

                                Vodafone — Loss of talktime of Rs.175.10

                                I am a vodafone prepaid customer. My prepaid Mobile No. is [protected]. My Name is Khempal. I talked Vodafone customer care i.e.111 (Mr. Gaurav Arora) on[protected] at around 21:30 hrs. Mr. Gaurav Arora told me that “A scheme of 100% talk-time on Rs.410/- Recharge is running on your number upto 28th February 2009”. Next day i.e. 19th February 2009 at around 7:15 hrs, I recharge my account Rs.410/- but I get only Rs.234.90 talk-time i.e. 57.29%. Which is not a proper amount for Rs.410/- in any way because I already have “Lifelong validity” so I have no need of more validity. When I again talk at 111 then they told that no scheme was running on my number and they could not provide proper talk-time they also told that “Mr. Gaurav Arora will be punished for it” but it could not cover my loss of Rs.175.10. I want coverage of loss. Tell me please where was my fault so that I loss Rs.175.10.

                                I am a vodafone prepaid customer. My prepaid Mobile No. is [protected]. My Name is Khempal.
                                I talked Vodafone customer care i.e.111 (Mr. Gaurav Arora) on[protected] at around 21:30 hrs. Mr. Gaurav Arora told me that “A scheme of 100% talk-time on Rs.410/- Recharge is running on your number up to 28th February 2009”. Next day i.e. 19th February 2009 at around 7:15 hrs, I recharge my account Rs.410/- but I get only Rs.234.90 talk-time i.e. 57.29%. Which is not a proper amount for Rs.410/- in any way because I already have “Lifelong validity” so I have no need of more validity (I have got nothing else Rs.234.90/- talk time).
                                When I again talk at 111 then they told that no scheme was running on my number and they could not provide proper talk-time they also told that “Mr. Gaurav Arora will be punished for it” but it could not cover my loss of Rs.175.10. I want coverage of loss. Tell me please where was my fault so that I loss Rs.175.10.
                                I request you to please provide me my 100% talk time and oblige. So that I can continue take on your service.

                                    I am a postpaid user in Mumbai. When I had been out of town, I could not find any Vodafone network there despite it being a fairly big town in Orissa (Bhadrak). All other major operators had their network there. However, when I tried connecting to one of the other networks, I kept getting a "No access" error. Customer care told me that they do not have a "tie-up" with other carriers in that area. Before leaving Mumbai, I had called up customer care to ensure that roaming services are available in Orissa and at no time did the rep hint on this "no tie-up" stuff.

                                    More recently, a friend went abroad and got International Roaming activated (after paying a security deposit of Rs. 3000). However, on landing in Thailand, he found that he was in the same "no-access" situation. Repeated calls to customer care haven't solved anything. What is more irritating is that mails to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com aren't answered. No one would expect such high-handedness from a respected company.

                                    Now I wish Vodafone had never taken over Hutch. It has actually degraded the once wonderful service.

                                    I'd firstly like to thank you for the services. However, your recent services has been appauling.

                                    I went to Vodafone Retail Store ( Jogeshwari West) to pay my bill on 25th May 2008, Guess what!!! your cash and chequ machine was not working? Now, since I work in call center (very odd hours) it was 11 pm. where on earth I go to pay my bill? I'd also like to drag your attention to my memos again that I always paid my bill on 25th my due date...
                                    I accept that I missed my bill payment and I could have paid later but I am sure you will agree that this scenario couldn't have taken place had your machines worked. Furthermore, I received calls from collections but as I informed you that I work odd hours I was unable to pay my bills.. I am ready to pay the late fee rather paid my bill if you check the records but can you imagine what sorts of inconvenience I have faced because of this!!!
                                    Today, I went to the store and asked for my bill which I haven't received despite my billing date is 07th of every month and was surprised to find RS. 360 for ISD that to for 9 minutes (which country is that or rather is it on earth or it is MARS, PLUTO or SATURN, I can assure you that I have't made any calls to any destinations (internationally) and I am sure nor in my household. This will be confirmed if you look at my bills from April 2007...
                                    Can you please refund this amount!!! If you look at the memos of my account you will see that my bill has always been around 1200, and this 360 is an derisory for me but it's the matter of priciples, it is the matter of right and wrong..
                                    Further, when I paid my bill (exc the 360) and told your advisor to reconnect my services she says (Jenny at your Vodafone Store Jogeshwari (W)) it wil take 3 working days.. I acept process bit... I paid my bill by credit card and asked her to cancel my account.. she says "OK, since you have an corporate account you need to email us or write a letter? My question is, Do you teach your advisors EMPATHY!!!, how to interact with customers also do you want my custom or not? Rather than just saying OK sir cancel your account she could have alteast asked me why??????????
                                    Also, I have left Zenta (my corporate plan belongs to them) long back and I also informed you but at that time you said its no problem sir, that is fine and now you say you need a letter from them to cancel my account? Why did you not say me before and now I can't go to Zenta to get the letter... your advisor says it not on the account? Are your advisors GOD that they can't make mistakes by not putting notes.. May be the advisor who told me that "Not to worry sir that doen't matter if you change the name Zenta" was a new advisor and didn't put a note by thinking that this is just a small query or may be he/she forgot to out as a human tendency???? If you say that they can't that means that I am telling lie to you?? Come On for getting the letter?

                                    My mobile vodafone number was [protected] and using the same for last several years. Just 2 months ago I went to Dubai and used internet (GPRS) only for some time and Vodafone has charged me more than 43, 000 INR while my credit was just 4500 INR.

                                    I was neighter informed until my uses (As per vodafone) reach up to INR 43, 000 nor crossed up to my credit limit.

                                    After 3-4 days When I reached in India first time I was said to pay 15000 INR and after 4-5 days I went to pay at Vodafone store INR 12, 000 and same time I was said to pay INR 43, 000 (Apx). Now Vodafone is saying that he had received my GPRS data Late and due to late receiving of data my bill raise up to 43, 000.

                                    When I said to Vodafone that if Vodafone is receiving data late than it is a problem of vodafone and Vodafone need to pay that amount. Now Vodafone is giving me warning to take legal action. My all the services are disconnected and each month Vodafone is charging me bills and genuinely I am paying him. For example my last month minimum bills was INR 780 and I had also paid the same, Please be noted that all the services were disconnected.

                                    I have already said him to send me a Legal notice and in Court I will shout and will say to Indian people how vodafone is charging. Today he has cheated to me and in future I don't know how many peoples will be cheated?? Have to take some strict action.

                                    When I said to vodafone that if he had not received data for a Week and if I had statyed in Dubai for 1 week. At that time Vodafone surely had charged of INR 10LaC or more than that.

                                    Actually Vodafone need to Inform his roaming partner customer's credit limit and monitor their uses.

                                    Please solve this matter URGENTLY.

                                    On 07 Jan 09 at about 1620 hrs i received a call from vodafone number [protected](mr Mohan seems to be fake name) stating promotional offer of zero rental plan on my mobile number [protected]. that day i asked him to give me a call on next day ie. 08 Jan 09 and about 1000 hrs his rep. Mr Dinesh sharma having a vodafone identity card with him, had come to my office address and collected sum of Rs 1200 for zero rental plan for 02 mobile numbers the other mobile number is [protected]. Then at about 1540 h on 09 jan 09 i visited vodafone store at fort mumbai in this connection. however, i find no change in my tariff plan. from vodafone store i made a call to mobile no [protected] and he said sir, your plan will be activated in three hours, then i told him that i am sitting the vodafone store only and there is not existing such plan, and the same time he disconnected. since then i am continuing trying that vodafone no [protected] and he is not responding. waiting for a early and postitve action at your end.

                                    This complaint is to draw the attention of the so called "HAPPY TO HELP" guys towards the poor service of Vodafone Karnataka, Unprofessional Customer Care Executives and and another FRAUD by the Giant- VODAFONE.

                                    This has happened to me umpteen no of times and i presume if your are Vodafone customer you would have experienced it as well.

                                    1) I try calling a no. wich is on Vodafone network only.I can hear the other side ringing, suddenly the call ends and I am being charged for the call that never got connected.

                                    2) call the customer care excetuives and they crib about their helpness with access to data.

                                    3) Its not about case of a rupee being charged extra but the unprofessional behaviour, poor service, duping and chaeting customers of their hard earned money and being pompous of Number Service provider in the cpuntry.

                                    4) i dont know whether this is the rt forum, my voice reaches the rt person, but i request the fellow boarders to provide me contact nos/ e mail addresses of people who can give me a satisfactory reply of being charged when the call did nt get connect the first place.

                                    5) I noticed and ignored it so many times but today was last nail in the coffin and to add to disgust the poor customer care experience.

                                    I want to draw attention of those who are experienecing these "fruads" and those who are responsible to adress such issues and many more.

                                    I'm a postpaid customer from Mumbai and I've called on 111 on 30th March 2008, for my billing query and 1st I've got through Alpesh, who was so dumb that he heard my query and put my call on hold for 18 minutes because he had no answers for my query and then I called back again and got through Raj, who was another fool telling me he that he is unable to access my account due to system problem. I've worked for Vodafone UK and I know how Vodafone works. They are pathetic in UK and really sad its getting same in India as well...
                                    Now getting back to the topic. Finally I spoke to a girl from feedback department. I don't remember her name but she was good. Though my problem in not resolved yet but she told me I'll be getting a call back within 48 hours, so need is it gona resolve or ???????

MYOP -Rs. 125/- rental), my group talk scheme has still not been deactivated.I had also submitted the letter to the Borivali (W) branch to Priya Madam on 27th.July 09 & had requested her to change the scheme from the next billing cycle (i.e. from 28th.August 09).I had also visited the same store one week before the billing cycle date to give a reminder & i was told by the senior personal that the scheme would be deactivated on the same day itself (i.e. 28th. Aug. 09) & that it will take 2 hours for the activation of new scheme plan.After that i visited the same store on the 28th. Aug. 09 to confirm the same but i was told that it will take 48 hours for the same.I had also called the head office nodal desk on the same day & i spoke to Manisha who told me that she will be discussing the matter & will revert back but till date she has not reverted back & our group talk scheme still has not been deactivated.Today i had called the 24 hours help line to confirm weather my plan has been changed or not but from there also i got rude answers as usual.
                                    I will not be paying my next month bill unless my problem is solved.

                                    Complaint 1) Many times i tried to pay bill on line with the help of net banking and debit card. But all attempts were futile. Our local Uran store center remain closed. I dislike/hate credit cards. How to pay bills? All other agencies like MTNL are very much convenient for bill payment. Advanced company like vodafone is not customer friendly in view of bill payment and service.
                                    Complaint no. 2) I want add on card for my wife and son. I dialed phone to your representative Mr. Gnesh and Mr Sandesh But still we are waiting. Actually about 20 persons at GTPS MSEB Uran are waiting for add on cards.

                                    on 1stjuly2011 i had made payement of rs:-170/-.actually my bill was rs:-150.then i have taken the prepaid sim for same no:-[protected].till now my sim is not activated.they said that they will activate within 24 hours but still it is not activated.i visited somajiguda vodafone store more than 100 times.i have submitted the form and required documents there but they didn't sent the request to the company.mr.alok was the helper in the store he said that you go to abids vodafone store their also the same thing no body is giving response in store.what is the use.they just only new how to make full to the customers.what they think that customers are fool to make the payement are what?.i will not pay this month bill till my problem is not solved. i am dissatisfied with the service they are providing.mobile store is worst store compare to any other general store.

                                      we would like to inform you that vodafone Essar is not paying our renumerations for the work/job already completed.
                                      we have provided office space in Kanpur city to vodafone essar ltd. The person involved in this deal was Arun Kumar (Up east commercial head) and he assured to make our payments as soon as the work will be completed.
                                      We regret to inform u that the deal was closed in July 2007 and till now we have not received any payment from the company. Arun kumar always assures for clearing my dues.
                                      Now Arun Kumar has promoted to Mumbai as commercial head for the company for India([protected])and now he is not even picking my phone
                                      The officer joined in place of arun kumar at Lucknow office - Saurabh Sharma (up east commercial head) ask us for the written proof for the job awarded for doing this work.
                                      We like u to ask saurabh sharma ([protected]) that if a person at such a high position( commercial head -India ) has commited us for making the payments in his mail, than there is no proof required.
                                      For ur convinience our brokerage bill & mail of arun kumar is enclosed at the foot of this letter.We can provide u the complete correspondence between us & company. we would like u to inform arun kumar to clear our payments else we will have the last option to move to consumer courts for justice.

                                      This is Hansraj using vodafone’s connection for a long time
                                      I bought this connection because of good market value of Hutch’s service but service which I am getting from Vodafone is very very bad.
                                      This is second time happing with me when Vodafone stops getting calls form me why Vodafone stops getting calls form customer?
                                      I am trying to connect with customer care by dialing (111) throw my mobile no but you have stopped my customer care services. I think you should say UNHAPPY TO HELP.
                                      Not only this had even I got a message on 2nd Feb. 2008 from Vodafone that you are getting 200mint. Free from Vodafone to Vodafone on this Sunday. But when I gets my bill there was no discount. I tried to connect with customer care for this but they stop taking calls from my no. then I went to Vodafone’s store and saw them that message which I got from Vodafone they promised me that this time you will get this discount. But again I did not get discount. Just for the sake of 203 Rs. I had to come Vodafone’s store many time. I spend more than 203 Rs. for getting this amount.

                                      Presently I am using china’s hand set I wanted to use GPRS services for this when I tried to connect with customer care they said we don’t have this information we can’t help you for this you have to go Vodafone’s store where you will 100% get this solution again I went there for this but even the lady who were attending me did not have experience for this and said that I can’t help you again they start bothering me.

                                      I paid advance for a year in the expectation of getting good service from Vodafone but due to there bad service now I would like to take my advance back from Vodafone what ever I paid in the advance for this plane not only this amount I want to compensate for my hassles also.

                                      And now I want my same mobile no from Vodafone I would like to go for other service provider with the same mobile no. And really I’ll strongly advice every one that they should not take Vodafone’s connection

                                      Really I never face any kind of problems with Hutch
                                      But Vodafone is a bundle of problems. I can’t explain every thing in this email but I know one day Vodafone will defiantly loose there all valuable customers like me.

                                      i hav had some pretty bad experiences with vodafone but this one takes the cake.
                                      i had a postpaid vodafone connection and wen i shifted my residence, i submitted proof of my new adress and got it changed. after 7 days these buggers disconnected my number without any intimation.
                                      on somehow getting in touch with their post paid customer care i got to know that there has been a verification check at my place, and since i am at work througout the day these found the home locked.
                                      without any intimation or reference call these bird brains blocked my number... and i was like ..wowww. u guys really rock wen it comes to policies.
                                      now not only hav they lost a customer... but also a month's bill. i think they mst be recruiting their managers from some vella colleges.
                                      I am not getting the updated records of mini stores or distributors...

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        My Name is Dinesh Singh, I am serving in Indian Armed Forces and presently deployed in Northern Sector of India in Counter Insurgency and Counter Terrorism Area of J & K and my family is residing in Delhi Cantt. Though, we the army men don’t have enough time for all this, but I am writing you, when I and my family suffered a lots of harassment by one of your employee named My Chandresh, working in Vodafone Shop, Connaught place, New Delhi. I would like to write from the beginning to understand my problem.

                                        I was continuously using your Pre Paid Mobile connection (Hutch now Vodafone) No [protected] for the last 6 to 7 years. In Aug 2007, my wife lost her mobile alongwith the above SIM. She lodged an FIR in Police Station, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt and obtained a copy of the same. Thereafter, on 26 Oct 2007, I came one week leave, which we army men hardly get, and went to Vodafone Shop at Connaught Place (CP), New Delhi to apply for another Vodafone SIM and to retain same No i.e. [protected]. There, Mr Chandresh, one of employee of Vodafone in CP Vodafone shop attended me. Mr Chandresh ask me to submit a copy of FIR, ID Card, residence proof and two passport size copy with Rs 250/-. I surprise, because Vodafone customer care told me that to apply for new SIM, just handover these above documents and Rs 100/- to obtain the same No. When I told Mr Chandresh above this he told me to retain above pre-paid No, I have to take Post Paid connection first which can be converted to pre paid after one or two months (if not satisfy with Post Paid). By the way I agree and handedover the following documents to Mr Chandresh :-
                                        (a) Photocopy of FIR for loss of Mob having Vodafone SIM having No [protected].
                                        (b) Photocopy of Driving Licence.
                                        (c) Photocopy of PAN Card.
                                        A sum of Rs 250/- in Cash.
                                        Two Passport size photographs.

                                        I handedover all these things on 26 Oct 07 and Mr Chandresh handover me a SIM in an envelop and said that the SIM will be activated within 24 hours. When I said that you have not gave me any receipt of the above documents and money. He gave me a blank form of Vodafone connection form just write Post Paid plan of Rs 175/- and Signed beneath. I surprised but take it because I have to do go back on the same day by night train. I repeatedly tell him that be ensure it work within given timeframe because I am going back to my duty station in J&K and it would not be possible for my wife to come here leaving my small children at home alone. He assure me and I left.

                                        But the same thing happen which I was afraiding of. The SIM did not activated even after laps of four weeks. Whenever I need to talk to my wife I have to call on my neighbour’s cell time and again. One day my neighbour’s wife said something bad to my wife regarding use of their cell, she feel very shameful and took another SIM of IDEA and started using it. Its really very shameful for me and for Vodafone.

                                        But this was not the end, suddenly I was given a task of Delhi from my office. I came here in Delhi and after completing my official work, I went to Vodafone Shop on 08 Dec 07 in CP, New Delhi. Mr Chandresh was not there, I tell my story to another employee, she checked from computer and tell me that they did not receive any documents. When I show them that piece of paper which Mr Chandresh gave me, they said that he might have not deposited my documents and suggested me to wait for Mr Chandresh because they said that anybody else cannot solve my problem since they are not aware of my documents. After waiting from 1200 hours to 1430 hours in Vodafone Shop, CP, Mr Chandresh arrived. I tell him everything, he first check from computer and then said to submit all the documents once gain. But I said that since, my wife started using another No and informed everybody of the same, now I didn’t required your SIM anymore. Hence, I handover that piece of paper and SIM to him and since he has not produced my documents even after one months, I ask him to return Rs 250/- which I gave him initially. But he first try to make me agree to take another SIM, then in the last said that he don’t have the money to return and requested to give all the documents once again. Since, he left no other option for me, I once again gave him following documents on 08 Dec 07 :-

                                        (a) Photocopy of Driving Licence.
                                        (b) Photocopy of PAN Card.
                                        (c) Two Passport size photographs.

                                        This time he filled a form and signed there and gave me duplicate copy of that form alongwith two SIM. He said first insert one sim which after activation within 4 fours automatically damaged after four days, then insert other sim. And this time he assure me of timely action and I take his mob No too. I gave that document and SIMs to my wife and went to my duty station i.e. J&K. Initially SIM activated, but in every half and hour a SMS recd that outgoing calls restricted and submit documents immediately to retain the Number. Means to say “same thing happen again”. I called Mr Chandresh over his mob and ask for all these. He first attended my phone and tell me to call next day, when I call next day he checked from system and tell me to come to Vodafone Shop once again and to submit all the documents once again. My GOD. I am serving here for the national security at the border and this man is trying me to serve for him time and again. WHAT A VODAFONE. Is this the so called VODAFONE. I think the Hutch services must be better then Vodafone. Because I was using Hutch since last 6 to 7 years and never faces such problem. I initially thought that Vodafone must be better then Hutch, but I was wrong. There must be some mis-management in the administrative staff. Because employee, like Mr Chandresh can only pass their time in a condition where the administration department is sleeping.

                                        By the way, I have nothing to do with your management. I just want to know, what the senior level management can do for me and Mr Chandresh. Now, I am not going to give you documents or photograph. I just want to know the action taken against Mr Chandresh, who on telephone, when I said that I am going to complain against you said “Do whatever you want to do, you can not do anything against me”. And if, in any case the Senior management can not take any action, please return my money or I will have to knock the doors of Consumer Court. Decision is yours.

                                        My Name is Rahul Semwal and I would like to inform you that I had taken one Car Overdraft Account opened with ABN Amro Bank towards my Car ( CAR OVERDRAFT ACCOUNT NO. 1031414). Would like to inform you that ABN Amro Representative Ms. Kusum/Mr. Shammi /Ms. Ashta from ABN Amro Bank Hansalaya Building called me up and said last month that they have closed this services and now they want to settle this account and as per them settlement was done for 75000/- and I have accordingly paid them the entire amount by cash as well as by Pay Order and as per them ABN Amro I have paid entire outstanding to them and settled the account but now When I ask for the NOC towards the same they have not issued me NOC towards the settled account.

                                        I am constantly followig up with Bank Representatives but Ms. Kusum/Mr. Shammi/Ms Asha giving me falst commitment that due to technical problem they are unable to issue me the NOC towards the same and This is happening from last one month and despite they have closed my account they are still sending me statment with intrest and late payment fees debiting from account as well as their Collection team is harrasing me very much despite I made entire payments to ABN Amro Bank.

                                        I had sent mails to them for issuing me NOC but still nobody is neither responding back to me neither issuing me NOC.

                                        I am very much harrased by this Bank and want to take action against them as now unnecessarily I have to beg around with ABN Amro Bank for issuing the NOC.

                                        Would highly appreciate, if strict action can be taken against this BANK so that nobody should be cheated in future.

                                        I have the vodaphone Connection :[protected], In January I had not activated any Hello tunes, and it was automatically activated by the vodaphone, when I did complaint to customer care they told me they didn't do any thing at that time they deducted 30 rupees from my account, at that time i deactivated that tune and requested customer care not to activate any hello tunes automatically on my cell number. But again the same thing was repeated and in February a New hello tune was activated on my account. I reciceved a message that this hello tune is for 90 days and they deducted 60 rupees. Now today 20th March when i have checked my prepaid balance i come to know that vodaphone people again deducted Rs 30 from my Account.
                                        Now please what you do when you are in this type of situation?
                                        I request you to revert back my balance.

                                        I Have a Vodafone prepaid connection. My no is [protected]. before 5 days back vodafone deduct the 30 Rs. from my balance for the caller tunes.
                                        but i didn't activated the caller tunes. I sbmitted my compliant in the vodafone co. but they said you activated the caller tune that why we deduct the 30 Rs. from youer balance. I didn't activated the caller tune. they sent me a message that your caller tune wil be activated with in 4 hrs. I am not a kid.i know how to operate the cell phone. I think they want to make money with this way.

                                        I am a vodafone user in the Karaikal district of Puducherry U.T. Whenever I call an international number through my vodafone number I never used get my friend's voice or otherwise my voice never used to reach there. Anyhow the amount of Rs. 9.19 is taken from my balance without any use for me. I am always losing my balance unneccesarily when calling international numbers without any proper conversation. This happens not only with my vodafone mobile but also to other vodafone users in our area.

                                        So, I kindly request you to recover this problem in Karaikal District of Puducherry U.T soon..

                                        I am a vodafone user in the Karaikal dist. of Puducherry U.T. whenever I call an international number from my phone I never used get my friend's voice or their voice never used to reach me. Anyhow a charge of Rs. 9.19 is taken from my phone's balance. This problem persists not only in my mobile even for other vodafone user in our area. We lose our balance without any conversation when calling international numbers.

Sir that person written his vodaphone mobile no. [protected] in the riverse of the cheque.                                         After purchasing Redbox, including wrist watch and 2 bonus cards, i had filled a form with the relevant documents, i have handed over it to sifty communication(retailer) and they assured me that the sim will be delivered to me with in 48 hours but after waiting of such a period of 2 weeks i went back to that outlet for some information regarding my vodafone connection and retailer was surprised to know the inconvience i as a customer had. then the retailer contact their distributor regarding my vodafone connection.
                                        Finally i visited to distributor located at Amphalla jammu with redbox and relevant proof of slip having the stamp of that retailer and the Ruchi sales corp. ( the distributor) have neglected my complaint and he didnt attend me properly and strted giving me funny excuses of replacing ur vodafone no. with some another no. this is the biggest example of fraud distributor as i have ever seen. this is not the fraud with only the customer but also with hte company's name.
                                        I have all the proof of purchasing the vodafone connection under mobile no. [protected]. So please take some action regardind my complaint and help me out.
