excess bill charges & abusive calls from vodafone & harrassment& torture....Nightmare

Hi,
i had applied for a vodfone postpaid connection.It was a big NIGHTMARE .A corporate connection and known as hutch.Being a brand cust., i have being using hutch for past 9 years.
I had applied for 199+ plan.
I had specially taken the connection for my wife who was expecting and was in lucknow.

outgoing calls barred without reason

I have a Vodafone prepaid card (Campus pack).
All outgoing calls are barred without any reason. I have balance of Rs. 21.51 and validity up to Jan 21, 2008.
Still I cannot make any call or even SMS.
Even the customer care number (111/ [protected]) is not connecting....

I had submitted my check to vadafone for payment,but due to date issue ,check get back(rejected) so we paid cash instead of check.

Roaming services absolutely pathetic

I am a postpaid user in Mumbai. When I had been out of town, I could not find any Vodafone network there despite it being a fairly big town in Orissa (Bhadrak). All other major operators had their network there. However, when I tried connecting to one of the other networks, I kept getting a "No access" error.
