It is not a complaint but humple request to provide me the status as well as the statement of my account # [protected] JNU Old Campus Branch, New Delhi - 110067.

For you kind information, I would like to inform you that I had opened my account in JNU New Campus branch and presently I am abroad for almost 8 years. Last November I visted the said branch to make equiry about my A/C and balance. I was told that my account has been shifted to JNU down campust known as old campus but unfortunately I do not had enough time to go down campus.

Therefore, I request you to kindly check the status of my A/C and send me the statement of my account so that I can start sending remittences to SBI in you branch with full faith.

    Dear Sirs,

    Please refer to interaction id by ICICI Lombard [protected].

    This is to inform you that I have renewed a Health Policy # 4034/FNP/02240488/00/000 from ICICI Lombard General Insurance for two years and the payment was made for Rs.23, 061/- on[protected] one month in advance before the expiry date through credit card no. [protected] as a lump sum payment. As per my tele-conferencing with their representatives Mr.Vaibhav (contact numbers [protected]) and Ms.Kritika (contact numbers [protected], [protected]), and as per my request they had assured me to forward the same to the concerned authorities for conversion of the amount into 12 EMIs of Rs.19211.75 each without any interest and processing fees whatsoever. Not only that I received an SMS from ICICI Lombard regarding renewal of Policy
    and conversion of premium into 0% EMI.

    However, today I received a call from ICICI Bank Credit Card Department (contact number[protected]. They were adamant at the point that the amount can be converted into six EMIs and that a one time processing fees will be charged on the amount, which is absolutely unjustified as I had been assured of no interest or
    processing fees. Not only that an overlimit charge has also been levied, which is further unjustified.

    Please note that I have not received any document till now, as the same was supposed to be received within seven days.

    Moreover, I had claimed for reimbursement of medical expenses for the same policy in the last financial year, which was already approved as per the representatives of ICICI Lombard and was supposed to be sent
    within 21 days of the receipt of claim as per the insurance company representatives.

    You are therefore requested to look into the matter and direct the insurance company/ bank to do the needful and reimburse the medical expenses claimed for over a month and to convert the premium amount in 12 EMIs
    of Rs. 1921.75 each as agreed and assured by ICICI Lombard without any processing or other fees whatsoever and also to reverse the overlimit charge at the earliest.

      Hello I am Mukesh Agarwal,

      I was holding ICICI Credit card Vide No. [protected]

      Actually I was trying to book my air tickets using ICICI Credit Card, The value of the tickets were debited to my credit card account but the tickets could not be generated. When I contracted yatra.com they requested me get the transaction Id from the bank so that the tickets can be generated. Now on my repeated request I was denied the information even after requesting them to mail on my official ID registered with you.

      In protest I stopped the payment and requested them to clarrify on the issue, that why a information belonging to my transaction is denied to me. But I protest went in vain as there is no body responsible to take care of ny complained and to reach them is the most difficult task.

      I was regularly getting the statement after adding the late payment and the interest. Then I thought of resolving the issue and called them, and I was very specific that I am not doing any settlement rather told them that what ever amount i have used I will pay, but the late payment charges and interest should be removed from account, despite they offering the settlement less than the amount paid by me. i was told that your account will not go in defaulter list if the payment is made on that particular date. I made the payment as agreed vide DD No.011987 Dated 21/08/2008 of ICICI Bank Only and the same was acknowledged by the bank Vide receipt no. 6342604 and Letter No. HYD/451/[protected] DATED 21/08/2008.

      But to my surprise still I am getting the SMS and email statements for the card which is closed in Aug, 2008. For the same I have already complained with ICICI and spoke to the customer care department, But all my efforts are not yielded any thing.

      Now te concern is unlike other cases after a apan of 2-3 years I may get a claim of lakhs of rupees fro non of my fault. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and resolve and also request them to remove my name from SIBIL.

      Once again with a request I remind them to take neccessary action otherwise i may have to approach RBI for the same.

        ICICI Bank has charged me on Cheque bounce. In this case i am the depositor of the cheque and receiver of the fund. I have heard that cheque bounce charges are levied on the A/c which doesn't have fund or signature mismatch or any other reason of bouncing the cheque. When i asked for the explanation ICICI Bank employee told that it is under RBI guidelines. In this case i want to know, where is my fault, I have got a cheque and i have deposited it. If something is wrong in issuer's account then why i should suffer for that. I am attaching the mini statement from my Internet banking A/c.

          HI, i'm Nilesh
          I availed a vehicle loan and due to some personal reason i surrendered the vehicle to the bank authority. They returned all my EMI cheques but kept my security cheque with them which they promise to return after settlement of account. After selling the vehicle there was no outstanding against my loan account. But instead of returning the security cheque they produced the same in the bank and filled a case against me (non-bailable warrant) of bouncing the cheque. I produced the neccessary documents i.e NOC, ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT LETTER IN THE COURT WHICH FORCED THEM TO WITHDRAW THE CASE. Can any1 help me with their suggestion, i wanna strike back against this unethical business they are carrying out.

              Dear Sir /Madam

              My self Jaishree Panicker In November 2007 I received an ICICI credit card in that card they provide me the ICICI medical Insurance policy first they told me that it is free there is no charge. When I received the first statement I saw that there is 500 rs mentioned as payment and balance of 9500 in my card account. When I called the customer care they told me that is the payment of ICICI medical policy on the same day I request to cancel the policy and card I told them I did not want to use this ICICI card any more so please cancel that card they agreed also. From that I have not used that card for a single purchase. But now they blocked my account reason is credit payment. When I have not used that card for a single purchase then how there is a due. Why they are selling there products without asking to customer whether they are inserted in that or not. Now they are showing that there more than 5000 rs more they blocked my account, I have more 15000 rs in my account but I am not able to withdraw that. I have called several time to there customer care but now response from their part. I send one mail to them but no response. Now I Need a help from your part to solve this problem and get back my money. It is absolute totally unfair that a Bank like ICICI are doing like this to their customers.

                1.According to ICICIBANK email to me, the clarification for the charges taken on behalf of the I-ticket transaction is Rs. 50/-.

                2.Railway booking surcharge is 1.80% for internet transactions and 2.5% for other bookings, so, total EMI conversion is 4.5%.

                But I am not understanding the ethic of charging against the amount by the railway I-ticket is Rs. 5171/-, hence the amount of total charge from me including with 4.5% EMIcharge should be 5171.00 + 232.70=5403.00. How can be 6400.70. Can you help me out on the issue.

                3. Is the charge of the credit card against the I-ticket cover the Constitutional rule and regulation or Act? Then under which act ?

                  I have withdraw Rs.400 form ATM of icici bank at neheru Place branch in 19-may-2009, but there are deduct 5000 extra amount from my account(Account no.[protected] untill i did not get 5000 amount, when i complaint to customer care they said for inquiry after some time they send me message that we can't able to retun your amount, when i said him to give me proof of withdraw and show clips they said to contact to Branch manager of your branch, when i go branch office, branch manager said that i will give you proof within a week but now up over more that 12 days, i also have complain to icici customer care which is provided by icici bank and it divide at stge level, i have complain to Customer service(Mr. Avijit Saha), Mr.Shiva Kumar Tadikonda(Nodal Officer), Mr. B.Madhivanan, Senior General Manager, Service Quality, but get only complain acknowledgement mail and reference number '[protected]' on May 23, 2009 and get another mail by their executive of Mr. Avijit Saha, for wait 3 days, after 3 days i again send mail him then they reply give me more time but still get nothing response from him, i again complain to Mr. B. Madhivanan but now they don't reply me .

                  i have withdraw Rs.400 form ATM of icici bank at neheru Place branch in 19-may-2009, but there are deduct 5000 extra amount from my account(Account no.[protected] untill i did not get 5000 amount, when i complaint to customer care they said for inquiry after some time they send me message that we can't able to retun your amount, when i said him to give me proof of withdraw and show clips they said to contact to Branch manager of your branch, when i go branch office, branch manager said that i will give you proof within a week but now up over more that 12 days, i also have complain to icici customer care which is provided by icici bank and it divide at stge level, i

Madhivanan, Senior General Manager, Service Quality, but get only complain acknowledgement mail and reference number '[protected]' on May 23, 2009 and get another mail by their executive of Mr. Avijit Saha, for wait 3 days, after 3 days i again send mail him then they reply give me more time but still get nothing response from him, i again complain to Mr. B.                     I Maqsood Ahmed having savings account in icici bank a/c No.[protected], Sir icici bank has blocked access to my account. when i called up icici customer care phone banking on[protected] they said that ihave to make the icici bank credit card dues of RS. 54, 000=00, so they have blocked my account with the savings of Rs.26, 600=00in my a/c. i have a icici credit card no.[protected]. Sir i have cleared all principle amount every single month contineously, in rare case of late payment fees which they have levied and the taxes has been multiplying every month.Now till datethey have charged with all these hidden charges and the interest amount of RS54, 000=00 to my credit card. i requested the customer care phone banking every month contineously to reverse the all the hidden charges which they are multiplying every month.They did not reversed it. i contacted in person to the icici bank credit card collection department, 4/10, Mythri centre, Bommanahalli, hosur road, Bangalore-068. These people told me to make the payment of Rs.35, 000=00 to settle the issue. Sir i have cleared all thetotal principle amount so far, Every month only during the time of due date i receive the call on mobile and tell me that they are from icici bank and they ask me to make the payment of principle amt. and the will reverse the entire amt. of interest amt. and i donnt have to pay that. sir i request u to pls look in to it and solve this issue As early as possible, other wise they will debit the amt. of Rs26, 600=00 which is in my savings a/c. which i dont have to woe them.                     ICICI Bank Credit Card — Hidden charges

                    Recently I had a transaction of Rs. 1190.86. using my ICICI Bank Credit Card (filled petrol in a petrol pump) and have a receipt of the same amount. However, my credit card statement is showing the transaction as Rs1, 223.72. When I contacted the customer service, they informed me that there was an additional charge since the card was used on a non-icici machine. The credit card statement nowhere mentions how this extra charge was claculated. Also, I cannot find any place (document, website) which says that before using my card I am suppoed to check whether it is being used on an ICICI machine. I am also planning to approach the Consumer Court. I have submitted a compiant with ICICI Bank and am awaiting their reply so that I can include their reply in my consumer Court complaint.

                    They did cheat me same thing. I lost the trust in the ICICI bank and if ICICI guys can;t take the ownership of the collection centre then its better to close the outstanding then keep away from the ICICI. They are good for nothing and I seriosally doubt about the ICICI management and i am sure with this management the bank will not exist not more than 5 years. I bet.

                    4) Mar ' 10 ; No payment done , the late payment justified

                    6) May'10 No Payment done , the late payment justified
                    7) Jun10 Payment done Rs 1300/ = vide chq no 325599; late payment Rs 400 / = with Service chargs

                    Please note the charges of almost Rs 3200 / = appriox with Service charges , despite making payments albiet a delay from the due date.
                    Nevertheless, the Interest charges and service charges are leviied which I am yet to debate

                    I would request to waive the Charges of Rs 3200 / = to enable continue with this card or treat this mail as a Cancellation request

                    If I do not hear on the subject , I would cut the card and no longer wish to use the Credit card

                          I have applied for a HomeLoan for Property for Rs. 60, 00, 000/- .

                          As updated long back (to Mr. Patra) that I have handed over a sum of Rs. 45000 (in two installments i.e. 25000 & 20000 for Home Loan Process and Later on Rs. 57085 (Rupees Fifty seven thousand eighty five only) on 15/01/2009 to MR VIBHOR RASTOGI of ICICI Janakpuri Delhi Branch. Vibhor updated that my Loan has been approved and Rs. 57085/- is required for an EMI Security purpose with the condition that if I go by the Home Loan then the Draft will be considered as my EMI against the loan, OR, in case if I do not go for the loan by 10 February then the amount will be returned to my account and the Loan Request will be considered cancelled. Hence, I requested to return the draft and the deposit the amount in my Bank Account.

                          Now, its been quite long time am following up for the amount of Rs. 102085/- (Rupees One Lac two thousand eighty five only) which was supposed to return to my account in the month of February, which is still not been deposited. Till March to mid April, I was chasing for the same and getting new execuses from Vibhor. In February, I was told that its done pls check your account.

                          Since then... till time it has become a joke. and no wareabouts of my amount. Then one day when I asked to Vibhor then he replied that there's some financial issue in Bank and every one is very busy, but I need not to worry and he gave me an assurance and gave me his personal cheque no. 233599 dated 26/03/2009 of Rs. 57000 by saying that as everyone is very busy due to financial year-end hence once they clear my amount he will take this amount from me, I was bit annoyed that why he is getting personal in professional things, but I wanted a proof so that one day I can prove myself of this cheating & fraudness.

                          Suddenly, Vibhor disappeared and he stopped picking up my phones and calls.

                          I would like to understand that where my money has got stuck or do let me know to whom I need to escalate.

                            ICICI has deducted QAB charges around Rs 800/- for my saving A/C for last tow quarters ie. form Oct-DEC 2008 and Jan-mar 2009 w/o prior information.Till 27 Oct 2008 my account balance was more than Rs 16000/-. As per QAB charges calculation there can not be any penalty for quarter OCT-DEC 08.
                            Also ICICI should inform customer before applying such heavy penalties.

                            Kindly look into the matter and intervene.

                              to inform that being a card holder of your bank is the worst experience one can have.I am holding a Credit card of your company ([protected]) and basis your collection team (Mr.Gourishankar from Durgapur City Mob No-[protected]) i was asked to deposit Rs 10000/= against my outstanding balance on 16.05.2008 and was told that the balance amount would be converted to an equal monthly EMI of Rs 4086 for 18 months which i agreed to. But to my utter surprise i came to know that nothing has happened on the same.
                              I then contacted his senior ARP MAnager Mr.Pitobash Nayek(Mob No-[protected]) and instead of giving any solution he started behaving very rudely. this is not expected for customers of your bank from employees,
                              He even asked me to complain to his higher authorities with conviction that nothing can be done to him and told me to contact your Credit Manager. i also contacted your Credit Manager Mr Rohit Jain (Mob No-[protected]) and spoke to him also. he was initially completely unaware of the same and on hearing also could not give a way out and started behaving indifferently.
                              this took alsmost a month and during which instead og the agrred commitment i recieved a new account statement which had no reflection of EMI .
                              i believe that an esteemed organization like you cannot treat customers so badly and if you continue with such staffs the future is not bright and you will start losing Customers.
                              Strongly reccomend that the matter should be taken up firmly with the corcerned people and neccessary action be taken against them for giving false commitment just to meet targets.
                              i do not expect any correction in my statement but lets see.

                                  I am a customer of ICICI bank for past 1 and half years.Recently(on second week of May 2009) i sent a net banking password reset request for my account.The Bank website states that any password request will be done by sending the new password through "Indian Post" and not by any courier within 7 days.But its been 15 days, and i still didnt get my password for net banking.

                                  Note: I own a credit card of same bank, and since the day i got my credit card, i m getting my statements by post.So the Problem is unaware that it is from postal department or the bank.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have ICICI Direct account for last 4 years. Now I am on short trip to US and they sent a note to my home address that they need account reopening forms again as they lost it. They are threatening to deactivate the account for no mistake of mine in case I am not able to submit those on time. I am not able to do so as I am not in India. This is really frustrating. Now I am in US and I dont have any means to submit all those forms.

                                    I talked to their customer care executies but they are hopeless.

                                    Please let me know what should I do to make sure that my account will not get deactivated.

                                    Even after talking multiple times, the account is not yet activated. At the first, why that was deactivated when they are regularly deducting the yearly account fees from my bank account. Second, why they are not responding with the activation of the demat account.

                                    THE BIGGEST THING IS, I COULD'T FOUND THE email address FOR THE ICICI DIRECT CUSTOMER CARE. if anyone has that please reply to this post.

                                      I, Chinmoy Khan had purchased one item of value Rs.41500/-(Foutryone thousands five hundreds) on 07/03/09. My due date was given on 07/04/09. They asked whether to convert it to 3 monthly EMIs. But I told I am giong to pay within a month, before due date. If I fail and pay the minimum, then yuo convert it. I paid full amount on 03/04/09. THey assured me of no conversion. But I receved SMS, that it is converted to EMI and charged me extra Rs.2000/- including service tax.
                                      I protested in writing, but customer care only felt sorry for me and told me that it can not be reverted.
                                      I want justice from the bank.

                                      ICICI Credit Card — emi converson wrong

                                      i purchased some products ; asked me to avail me on jan 09 to convert EMI scheme. ; after seeing it i found rs 6472, 5976, 4865, 2849 dated 5/12/08 are already paid for dec statement;they had received -----rs 47711 cheque 399620 ref jan statement .how can they convert emi for a paid amount .they can convert emi for rs 24500, 5000, which was not paid .i requiested them to correct many time .till now it is not adheard.

                                      they are always not understanding the customer issues .

                                      I am Balakrishnan, I have a ICICI Credit Card (HP) Credit limit of the card is Rs.4000/-
                                      I used April08 - July08, i hardly purchased Rs.4450/- and payment of made Rs.5230/- Inclusive of late fee. Now they charging Late fee & fee levy for cash payment and overlimit charges around Rs.3700/-
                                      and int & svc charge Rs.1922/- Normaly i drop a chq in the bank mostly icici person come and collect.
                                      i thought the o/s is cleared but now they sending o/s amount is Rs.9700/- (around) and converting it EMI. I sent a mail to customer care with calculation to waive off the amount

                                        iccic prulife help desk representative ms richa from borivali branch please let me
                                        explian this case from the very begnning on date 06/05/09 i was told that since my
                                        policy no 02907273 was assigned i cannot do fundswitch online by iciciprulife online chat
                                        acting on this information i obtained the fund switch form from the branch 0n 07/05/09 and signed it
                                        and left for my business overseas next day my father a senior citizen went to teqhe branch
                                        and requested her to talk to me on the phone(my fathers mobile) but she was very non-coperative
                                        and refused to talk then my father had to make several rounds from std booth to call me simply
                                        because she wont talk i cant undertsand this person has no respect or care abt a 67+year old
                                        senior citizen, does your organization hire such type of employeee who instead of giving
                                        5 mins of her job time and co-ordinating with customer query esepcially one who has flown
                                        overseas(even the security asked my old father do u need any help? this shows how heartless this person is)
                                        more shcoking things happned as she told me father she can provide this information
                                        online through icici prulife chat when we very well know that the iciciprulife customer
                                        serivice centre s in banglore and none of the employess are authorized to chat from the
                                        branch but she told otherwise this means this person is framing her own rules above the
                                        rules of your company i feel you should take urgent notice of this persons actions which
                                        can seriously affect your business myself holds iciciinsurance co in high regards and i have got
                                        more then 15 high valued policies for my freind&agent Mr sachin ugale but this experince has left
                                        a very bad scar on my mind and i have to re-think about my opnion i have regading iciciprulife.
                                        all i wanted is to make a fund switch on date 07/05/2009 with the percentage 50%maximiser and
                                        50%protector for a policy inforce but i was repeatedly denied this by this help desk employee
                                        this resulted in financial loss and her intention behind this seems to be harresment since 2
                                        days a simple job like fund switch could not be carried out cause of this unwilling and non-coperativve
                                        employeee of yours who tried to only mislead thus making a bad name of your company i shall provide all
                                        the relevant information which would help you to trace this particular employee i hope you take action
                                        against her the last thing told by her to me was" IT WAS YOUR FATHER WHO CAME TO US WE DID NOT GO TO HIM" i was
                                        absoutely shcoked to hear the rude response and i decided to terminate all further communications with her and
                                        and initate further correspondence with you.

                                        a serious doubt of thier nexus with share market bookies to delay this procedure

                                        hi, Even my experience from the icici pru life customer support on iprotect policy(Policy OL[protected] was very bad. i am from bangalore, the customer care confirmed via email that they have received the copy of my scanned passport and form16. Later they called me 6 times and asked for the "identify proof" each time i explained to them that they have already confirmed me via mail that they have received it, the 7th time a lady by name Dimple A mailed me that identify proof was missing. I decided not to continue with the policy on my assessment that they dont value customer records hence i cannot trust them with my life insurance. I am waiting for my premium reimbursement (lets see how long thats going to take ... lol )
