[Resolved]  ICICI Pru Life Time — NEED ACCOUNT STATEMENT

icici prudential life insurance lifetime — there is no statement of policy

i have taken icici pru life time but since last year i have not found any statement regarding this policy.
policy have been matured but yet there is no reponse from the company .plz do as necessary.

ICICI Prudential Life Time Super - A Horrible Experience
This is amazing and horrifying that a reputed organisation with the brand name of ICICI bank had created the suspicion and doubt by doing such a silly and blunder mistake by sending a Premiun Paid Certificate for the year[protected] mentioning the almost similar name of the policy holder with the policy no belonging to another policy holder.
The Policy No : 04765854 ICICI Prudential Life Time Super has been assured in the name of Mr. Rajendra Kumar Tyagi R/o 99-Akash Kunj, Sector-9 Plot No 14, Opp DDA Sports Complex Rohini, Delhi-110 085.
The certificate for the year[protected] having the same Policy No has been issued to me in the name and address written on the same as:-

How can I develop faith and belief in ICICI bank whether my invested money with the bank is properly used against my policy or not?
