Respectd sir,
As i have made a policy in the year 2005 of the plan of three years then i have make continue my plan as going but in the year 2007 i gave the ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE my policy with the cheque of rs 18000/- to surrender my policy and make the payment.After that i wait for about two month then i call them then they told that your policy and cheque has been lost or kept anywhere in the office after that i proceed that ok now what to do to issue that copy then they told that you have to pay 200 rs for new policy and one 100/- rs stamp i agree for that also then on the date 13/07/2009 they call me and said that you have to pay 36, 000/- after that only the policy will be surrender know what to do please mail me as my details given below ;-

3. Sorry to say that u have not understood my complaint.
4. I have not received the payment for the current year i.e 2010.
5. As per info gethered from yr offices, the cheque was send to my old address of New Mumbai in
March 10.Cheque un delivered & being held at Vashi Office,
6 Request to issue a fresh cheque for Rs 3420.& send it to my new address of Ambala.

    Meri application no 01082666 dt. 19.03.2009. receipt no.571438 cheque no 287814 dt. 18.03.2009 Rs. 25000/- se jama kiye hain. Icici application no HS 00312175 date 25.05.2009 ka refrence de rahi hai. Maine dt. 23.06.2009 ko on line complaint ki thi. icici company ne phone par mujhse sampark kar wife ka medical karne ke liye kaha. company ne meri wife ke nam ka letter jari nahi kiya hai. company ki or se proper response nahi diya ja raha hai. Company 4 mahine se meri rashi apne pass rakhe hai. Meri policy jari karvaye ya meri rashi with intrest wapas karwaye. Please.

    Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that, i have been touch with ICICI Bank from 2000 my account No.[protected]. have never face any problem from you. but this time... by the way. i have not received my policy number 19142762 along with my payment receipt till date. I received SMS that it was sent to my my address on 10th Feb 2015. Moreover, you have sms me that the welcome kit has been develvd on this mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in but by the time of this policy i was mentioned mail id as [protected]@gmail . I have an icici prudental policy which i took in Feb 2015.and have visited 2 & 3 times in your ICICI Bank( Malad Branch ) where me one of the Executive of Malad Branch. he told me that you will get within week but no one trun from your end. angain have visited after 1 month and met same Executive of Malad Branch again he told it will take another week..but again not happend, again have visited after 1 month. this time the same Executive of Malad Branch told that he will personnely get in touch with me and follow up for the same... till date i am just waiting call from the Executive of Malad Branch. why your pepole laying, dishonour with custmers. i am realy feeling very bad about you. Kindly look into this & arrange to send my policy as well as receipt to my address which is as follows: Kishor Gajanan Atavankar, Address: 663/4, B.M.C.Colony, Malavani, Marve Road, Malad (West), Mumbai 400 095.       I took a house loan in Dec 2007 and I realised that an ICICI Prudential Home assure policy had come uninvited. I took the policy documents to ICICI Prudential office and cancelled it on time.

      However in Oct 2008, I received a renewal notice for an ICICI policy for Rs3417 which I ignored only to realise in the next month that it has been debitted from my Savings account. I filed a complaint with ICICI Prudential over phone that I didnt receive any Health Insurance policy documents or knew that the policy was in force.

      The call center agents assured that the home loan documents could be tampered and that I will receive my money back.. I only received a letter from ICICI in Jan 2009 that nothing can be done and the policy is in force.

      Is there any way I can get my money back?. Atleast the recent premium?.

        Dear sir,
        I am the employee of icici prudential l.i.c limited.the company was terminated my services on forged signature on customer documents .but this is not true and customer not loged the complain on this matter to company .customer also send his cocern letter to company regarding his signature. the all signature in form and supporting docu ments are customer.company also issue the policy and customerd received the policy.
        please provide me the advise what to i do .please suggest me the best lawyer who deals this matter.

        Dear Gaurav,
        You cannot be terminated on the ground if you have not done it. If you are proved guilty then the case is different. Otherwise you may reffer your case to Labour enforcement office and consumer forum.

          Sir,
          As i have made a policy in the year[protected] and i got policy from them then i have paid two year continue premium then next year i was surrender the policy then i have give cheque of sum rs 20, 000/- and my policy to them from then the policy is misplaced my them know they i ask for them to recive me the duplicate copy of my policy so they told that you have to pay 300/- for issueing the duplicate policy know you tell what the fault is my.

            Cheque for Rs. 20000 a.w. Policy revival cum health decleration form submitted to ICICI Prudential Harsha Bhavan, CP, New Delhi Office before June 11, 2009 through my investment consultant.

            No receipt for the premium issued.

            Checked and found that my Citbank SB a/c has been debited on 13.06.09 for Rs. 20000 for cheque no. 194948 paid TO ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD but the policy not revfived.

            Talked to Ms. Pallavi - Customer Care executive of ICICI Prudential at the toll free number.

            She afirmed that the cheque has not been presented for payment, policy not revived as there is medical trigger.

            My comlaint:

            1. Why the cheque has been encashed by ICICI prudential, if policy can not be revived without medical examination?

            2. Why the customer care executive repeatedly informed wrongly that the cheque has not been encashed?

            3. Why premium receipt not issued?

            4. Why I have not been informed about medical examination requirement without my contacting them?

            5. Mr. Aman - Sr. official of ICICI Prudential called me on one evening but did not want to hear my problem and behaved arogantly over phone.

            6. On my repeated contact with ICICI, ICICI informed to undergo certain medical tests costing RS. 780, cost of which to be deducted from the units balance in the account, why?

            I am under great anxiety.

              Hi,

              My Name is Rachna Sethi and i have a Life Time Gold Policy with ICICI Pru, Policy No.07909890,
              I have taken the policy in Feb 2008 and paid a premium of Rs 20000. My next premium was due on 23rd Feb 2009. one week before the premium due date i have walked into ICICI Pru malad west branch and got my premium frequency changed from Yearly to Monthly. I have filled up the required form and as per the mandate for frequency Change paid two months premium in advance through ECS( Swipped my Credit Card).


              In my credit card statement i got to know that the amount was being debited, and so on i made my credit card Payment.

              In the month of May I get a letter from ICICI Pru at my address that due to non fullfillment of premium payment your policy is in payout status, and they return a cheque of Rs3334( 2 months advance payment which i made).I think as pre IRDA Rules the customer needs to be informed abt the changing the status of Polcy. I didn't received a single mail or a telephonic call from ICICI before all this.

              After that i got in to call with ICICI Pru and they say that frequency is not changed. But now please make the payment, they agreed that the problem was at the their end, they can see the form which i filled up for frequency change. They Requesedt me to make the 4 month payment, (i.e from Feb, March, april, may) the cheque which they have sent to me, asked me deposit in my own account.I again made the 2 month premium payment (i.e april, May to cover up )through SBI cheque and than dropped the cheque in One of the ICICI ATM and than the ECS will start from June onwards. Even After paying the premium i didn't received any acknowledgement so i mailed ICICI and then again they said, they have not received the cheque. I called them on 29th June to know how i should make the payment now, then i got to know that frequency is not changed and i have to make full premium payment of Rs 20000.

              I also got to know that now the frequency can not be changed as it can only be done on the premium due date i.s 23rd feb. So even now i will keep on paying the monthly payment, it doesnot matter, bcoz the policy will remain in a inactive status, which means if something happens to me ICICI pru is not liable for the insured amount.


              Even after speaking to lot of their executives, nothing has been done from their side.

              Now although i have to make a peyment Rs 8330 for 5 months, i am not clear whether my policy status will change or not.

              I have not received any clarification from ICICI pru in this matter.

              I considered this to be a sheer negligence from the Management and this is crime because they are just foolling the customer.

              I am humuliated with this kind of service.


              I want you to highlight this issue, as these comapanies can easily get away from their mistakes by just making execuses at the cost of customer hard earned money.


              Request you Please look into this Matter.Looking forward for your response.

                HI FRIENDS,

                I would like to share the same fact regarding this stupid and useless ICICI Prudential insurance.

                ICICI Prudential had a tie-up with Bank of India some 6 - 7 years back. BOI welcomed them in good faith, but this bloody company did the following:

                1. Mis-sold policies to practically more than 95% of bank of India customers, with false commitments, misrepreseting the facts of the policy, false preview of returns, miscommunication.


                2. They took many of the Bank of India's HNI customer base to their useless ICICI bank, which has caused a major client loss to Bank of Idia.

                Its been over 6 years, sice the tie-up has ended but Bank of India ( staff as well as customers) are still weeping and are brooding over the damage that this stupid company has caused.

                I have a relative who was cheated in a saving plan of ICICI Prudential wherein he was totally fooled about the features and was told that he would get a loan after 3rd year, which turned out to be wrong.

                Lastly, even the staff at ICICI Prude office is very arrogant who know nothing and are so un co-operative .


                Its a request please stay away from such companies. Please SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND PUT IT TO USE IN SOME BETTER WAY.

                  I already launched complaint in the same forum few months ago. After having several round of discussion with ICICI prudential, they are accepting the mistake but not ready to take action on it. Need your help and guidance to take it forward. Pl find the below details for your information.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have enrolled one Ulip insurance policy with ICICI. Policy no 07436954 and Premium Rs 22111.
                  I requested for online password before 1 year to take control of my policy. In reply, they had given all my policy information to different person who is having similar to my name (I have evidence mail with me). Then i request them to give information to me and not to give my policy information to other persons. They continuously did the same mistake for the year discussion is going on, they changed the things very recently after my strong comment.

                  All my policy information has been given to other person against contract law and other person policy information has been appeared to me (Evidence available where they have shown me the other person policy no, address, phone no and all personal details)

                  I can't accept where my policy information known to other which shows very poor service from ICICI Prudential. I contacted them many time through mail and telephone where their response wasn't good. In this process, i wasn't able to control my policy which has lost lot of money. Why should i loose my money for some bodies inefficiency?

                  I request you to intervene here and get my money back with reasonable interest from them.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have taken a policy of your company whose no is 11765582 in March 09. At that time your company executive told me that with this policy you will get Medical policy worth Rs 100000 (One Lakh) but till date I have not received any document or any call regarding Medical policy. One day I received call from Megha Gupta whose contact no is [protected] regarding new policy at that time I asked her about my medical policy then she said what have you not received the same document.by mistake you could not receive the policy document so I am sending the new request to our Bombay office within 15 days you will receive your document. I & my friend both were interested for new plan so I said please sent your executive for new policy same day ( When I received the call from Megha Gupta ) your company executive came to us for new policy & I also asked him about that, then he went saying that first you get the new policy then we will provide the Medical document alongwith new policy. when I m trying to contact to her Mobile No she is not receiveing the call viewing my Mobile number on her cell.As per commitment from her side I was just interest for other one let me know how can I continue my old policy & suggest to otherone for your company policy. Your intervention is required for resolving the issue…

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice regarding a change in monthly premium amount for my Insurance Policy number 00159212 which has been taken from ICICI Prudential. I started to pay this premium from month of July2002 till June2009 through monthly ECS. An amount of Rs1546/- was getting debited monthly till june2009 and I was not a defaulter for even a month. Previous month I opted out from ECS as I closed that bank account. Then a new premium notice has been sent saying my premium amount has is[protected]+16(Service tax)). I went to Koramangala Branch- Bangalore on 20June09 to check why this hike has come, but they were not able to give a proper response at that time and told they will revert back in two days. After two days, as I have not received any response I opened a Complaint (Call ID #[protected] through email, but each time they say two days and then after that I was told I need to wait till 01July09. I am not sure why this much time is required for checking a hike in insurance policy and for any insurance policy the insurer is supposed to pay the amount that is stipulated in the policy document and I have not change the period of payment. How can an insurance company hike my monthly premium amount with only their discretion and is not able to give a proper reason substantiating it for the increased premium? Kindly treat this concern and would like further suggestions/actions from your part.
                    I kindly request you to treat this grievance and take necessary actions from your side for the negligence and irresponsive behavior from Insurance Company.

                    ICICI — UNNECESSARY HIKE OF LATE FEES

                    DEAR ALL,
                    I AM A EMPLOYE IN A M N C . I SWIPED A CARD FOR AIR LINES BOOKING IN THE MOTH OF DECEMBER THE AMOUNT WAS 3600 APROX & RS 500 FOR PETROL BUT DUE TO SOM RESONS I WAS UN ALBE TO PAY ITR BUT I PAID THE AMOUNT OF RS 4000 CASH LATER IN ANDHERI (W) BRANCH & 200 RS IN BANDRA(E0 BRANCH, TILL THAN THE BALANCE WAS 300 APROX BUT THE MAIN THING IS THAT THE CHARGED ME SO HEAVYLI THAT MY AMOUNT FROM 300 RS BALANCE WHICH I HAD 2 PAY HAS REACHED T O 1819 RS, MY CREADIT CRAD NO IS [protected] . CAN ANY ONE PLZ HELP ME REGARDING THE SAME AS ABOVE MENTIONED
                    U call up ICICI toll free no. Speak to representative. I[censored]r reason is valid, he wil reverse the interest charges for u.

                    Connect 2 Life — Hike of premium amount

                    Dear Customer_care,
                    I would like to know something from your end about the Reliance Connect 2 Life policy.
                    I have a Reliance Connect 2 Life policy bearing Policy No. 10439363 and Client ID No. 00855802 which yearly premium amount is Rs.6757/-. To pay the 4th premium I have issued a cheque bearing no.741460 dtd. 19.09.2009 drawn on State Bank of Mysore, Salt Lake City Branch, Kolkata, amounting to Rs.6757/- in favour of Reliance Connect 2 Life Policy No. 10439363 but the said cheque has been returned back with the comments that the premium amount has been increased with Rs.70/-, therefore, the present premium amount is Rs.6827/-.
                    I am really unable to understand how can the premium amount be increased whether my sum assure i.e. Rs.1 lakh is fixed. Therefore, you are kindly requested to let me know the details in respect of the above.
                    Kindly also let me know if I want to discontinue the said policy now then what are the required steps to be taken from my end and what benefits I will also get from the said policy.

                      ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — bond not received

                      I am not getting my claim amount of Rs 165000/= against UTRN:-CMS76082287 .As ICICI prudential said to me that they did a payment on 29th of December but still not getting the amount in my account of punjab national bank account number [protected]..I called several time(more than 100 calls) but they always saying to me that amount has been credited from our side you check your account or talk to our branch.but my branch is not going to take any initative they always said to me that some error was done by icici prudential.as i got one of the amount on 28th by..but still not get the second amount.
                      i called in Mumbai office where i got the confirmation of NEFT ([protected]) .now they are not picking my phone..I am getting frustrate of such kind of behaviour and services..

                            I got ICICI Pru Forever Life (RP) policy in my name (MUKESH BHAGIA) on 16/07/2002 and till date regularly depositing premium in time. Last year I deposited my premium vide cheque No. 539852 Dt. 13/08/2008 personaly in ICICI Prudential Tonk Road Jaipur main office personally and it was cleared on 19/08/2008 as per my bank statement. It is highly surprising that I got letter from the company's Prabhadevi Mumbai branch that my premium has not been deposited and my policy has lapsed and benefits offered have ceased.
                            Today when I visited ICICI Prudential Tonk Road Jaipur branch and showed them all details then the agreed my premium is lying in suspense account and will be credit in next week in my account. Then tell me how I (consumer) is responsible. Due to silly mistakes of your staff, why customer should suffer loss and get unnecessary tension?

                              Sir/Madam,

                              I here informing you that i have policy with Icici Prudential Life insurance Company policy no[protected],
                              i was paid it for full three years. Last June 08th 2009 i went Icici prudential company in Nungambakkam Branch
                              in chennai and i request to partial withdrawl to against my policy fund value, i was finished my formalities on the same day to get the amount Rs.20000/-, there was one of the customer care officer told me you will receive the amount with in 6 working days, after three days (11th june 2009) again i made call, call centre of icici prudential company to know the status of the request, they told 11th june 2009 on that day only they has taken registered on my request of partial withdrawl and also told, again i should wait for 6days to getting the amount, but my fund value of the policy Rs.20000/- deducted on the day of 09th june 2009, i got suffered in physically and mentally so i want Rs.200000/- componstrate against this regard. Please take seviour action against this complaint and i need justice for this regard.
                              Note:- I am not fluent in english, i was typed here at the level of my knowledge.

                              ICICI — ICICI Prudential Life insurance

                              Hi All Have taken a policy on 17th of March 2009. I have made my payment through Credit card. So far ICICI life have not issued me a reciept for the payment made on 17th march 09.
                              I have made complaints many times to Customer care or local branch managers to look into the matter as i was in hurry to get the Income tax exemption. Now they have delayed or not issued the reciept even after 20 days, had to miss an oppurtunity to get the it exemption. I had taken this policy using my friends credit card to buy this policy. How Can i sue them. Kindly advise.

                              Good Evening !!

                              I am desperately writing you this e mail after getting frusteted by the irresponsible behaviour of your sector - 9, CHANDIGARH office staff and I am now repenting, Why I joined such a bogus policy.

                              At the time of joining the policy, I was told that locking period is of just 3 years, but, while I approached your office last year in January, regarding surrendering the policy, I was bluntly told that it will be processed next year.

                              I visited same office on last saturday (7.01.12) and asked at reception about the procedure for surrendering the policy ( HARD COPY OF THE POLICY WAS SHOWN TO THE PERSON) and I was told that I can apply any time along with one cancelled cheque and one ID proof.

                              Today, while I reached you office along with required documents, Once again executive refused to attend my case, saying commencement date of my policy is 15th Jan so I can apply for the same only after that. Also she said that first year's premium will not be refunded.

                              This shows clearly that your firm is only interested to capture new clients and there is no satisfactory after sales service. Why you want cancelled cheque while I have made payment of first premium through cheque of my saving account?



                              At last but not the least, executive addressed me by "TUM" while a well qualified person should be addressed by "AAP". I wish to know, does not your employees undergoes behavioural test before joining your firm?



                              I request you to take up this issue with the relevent office / employee and support me to get the hassel free refund of premium amont that I have paid else approaching consumer court shall be the only option for me.

                              Please find below details of self & my ICICI Prudential Policy ;

                              I refer to the above mentioned policy which I surrendered after 5 years at your Thane (West) Office to Mr. Sravankumar (Mobile : [protected])on 22.07.2013. I was asked to submit statements of accounts from my NRE accounts from which amounts were transferred online to ICICI & a cancelled cheque from my NRE account of AXIS Bank which I submitted to him & received an acknowledgment from him.

                              I was asked to follow up the matters & assured to receive the cheque valued Rs. 2, 34, 000/- by 30.07.2013, which somehow didn’t happen. I flew down to Muscat – Oman on 31.07.2013 to resume my job as my vacation was over. I tried to call Mr. Sravankumar a number of times from Muscat, but the call was not attended by him. At last I sent him a sms asking me to update me & he then sent me a sms saying he is on a customer visit.

                              Ever since then, I must have attempted to talk to him not less than 30 – 40 times, but he does not answer the call nor does update me even by an email.

                              I have following concerns with ICICI Prudential regarding surrendered policy;

                              · Does ICICI Pru really care for the customer?

                              · I have never received any email from ICICI except reminder for the premium payment.

                              · ICICI Pru doesn’t have any contact numbers except toll free number which is not accessible from abroad; so how do you think we should contact ICICI?

                              · The responsible officers do not answer when called on the mobile & we do not have any landline numbers.

                              · Tel. No. 022 – 40391600 is not in existence; Tel No. 022 – 61930777 prompt me to press 1 for calls from abroad & 2 for calls within India; After attempting 1 or 2 it always prompts that we have not entered any number. This is waste of time & money on International Line.

                              · I have had bitter experiences with ICICI before & grievances were put before Ms. Chanda Kochhar CEO – MD ICICI through your Nodal Officer Mr. Shiva Tadikonda regarding frequent harassment from ICICI Bank for recovery of loan which was given to another customer who is still on run & bank was contacting me regarding recovery. As a result I stopped dealing with my NRE account at ICICI bank. This case is adding up to my bitter experiences with ICICI.




                              Please let me know how this issue of mine regarding refund of my surrendered policy can be resolved; who is the contact person in this case while Mr. Sravankumar refuses to take the call; What are the contact numbers of the authorities to whom I should talk regarding this matter/ or else only option left with me is to fly down to Mumbai from Muscat at ICICI’s cost to resolve the matter & collect the cheque & claim for my mental harassment from ICICI Pru.



                              Lastly I would like to ask Management of ICICI Pru, is it ICICI's culture to torture a customer & to take him for a joy ride; Are your officers specially trained to do so?

                                sir,
                                I am policy holder of ICICI PRUDENTIAL -PREMIER LIFE . My policy number is[protected].This policy premium (Rs.60000/-)was made by me on 11/09/2004 through an agent (RAVI SHARMA) .As per policy, the fund allocation are basis for 100% balancer fund. When I went to claim my payment on 24/09/2008 (on due date)I was shocked to know that my POLICYwas switched OFF and ON two times without my consent (9/2007 and 1/2008) . Now executive of company informed me that this switching was made though an ID .I informed them that i have never registered any ID with the company but no action was taken by the company to find out the person who switched the policy .
                                it is therefore prayed that the complaint may kindly be accepted and company may kindly be directed to pay the maturity amount as per the original policy with interest for the period from 11/09/2008 to till today

                                  I, K.S.Sarma, having a SB account in ICICI Bank, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad bearing No.[protected]. I opted for IFG-ICICI Prudential Infrastucture Fund-Growth and paid Rs.2000/-, the same was debited from my account by way of ECS on[protected].(Folio No.4327558/97/SIP Purchase Application No.5050474-ARN-0020 with due date of 10th of every month) Infact, I decided to pay Rs.2000/- per month for an year and I was told by the staff at Branch, Vanasthalipuram that if I pay Rs.2000/- per month for an year, I would get Rs.36, 000/- in the end. I have filled in all the application forms and signed and given to Mr.Sunil at the Branch.

                                  During April, 2009, when I contacted the branch for the statement, everybody turned deaf ear saying that the amount, which was debited from my account was not reflected in the systems and the statement could not be generated. And also I was told that I need not pay the amount during April, 2009.

                                  Again, during May, 2009, surprisingly an amount of Rs.1000/- was debited from my account by way of ECS instead of Rs.2000/-, which I opted. When I contacted the Branch Manager of the Bank about this discrepancy, he told that my monthly investment has been changed from rs.2000/- to Rs.1000/- without my knowledge and I have to pay only Rs.1000/- every month from June onwards.

                                  I do not know why this hanky-panky situation created by the Bank authorities and why this kind of irresponsible behaviour of the bank people. Pl. let me know whether I was guided properly by the bank or cheated in toto.

                                    While filling the form and allotted me yearly premium plan having yearly premium
                                    Premium of Rs.70, 000/- for 10 years instead of One time investment.

                                    Sir,

                                    I am a senior citizen of more than 70 years old became a victim of two representatives of Prudential ICICI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Mr. Rajat Johri and Mr.Amit
                                    Sharma who have also cheated many other customers of Bank of India. They cheated me while filling the application form and allotted me yearly plan instead of One time plan for their own benefit.

                                    I would like to put my grievances before you with an expectation to get justice.

                                    Sir, I am a retired senior citizen of 70 plus. My monthly income is hardly Rs.4000/- and that also from my investment in fixed deposits with nationalized banks.

                                    I had a matured fixed deposit receipt of Rs.70000/- of Bank of India, Jacob Circle Braanch, Mumbai 400011. I approached the concerned Bank Officer Mr.Adam E Shaikh
                                    (Who later transferred from the branch to Cumbala Hill Branch) and requested him to renew the said fixed deposit receipt. Mr. Adam Shaikh was then Incharge of fixed deposit department of Bank of India, Jacob Circle Branch. Unfortunately during those days there was a tie up of Bank of India with Prudential ICICI Insurance company and Bank’s staff were marketing for ICICI products. Mr. Adam Shaikh convinced me to allow them to transfer my F.D proceeds to Prudential ICICI Insurance One time Plan.He introduced me to ICICI representatives Mr.Rajat Johri and Mr. Amit Sharma. They assured me that they will directly transfer my F.D proceeds to One Time Investment of Prudential ICICI Insuracne plan and assured me that I would be much benefited. I confirmed from both Mr.Adam Shaikh and representatives of Prudential ICICI that whether it was an one time Investment as I could not afford regular investment as I am retired and having very low income from my investment. They assured me and took my signatures on blank Prudential ICICI application form. I relied on them as they were on their responsible chairs. But they cheated me while filling my application form and allotted me an Insurance Plan not covering the risk having premium of Rs.70000/-pa for 10 years which I could not afford at all as I have a poor monthly income. The Company dispatched me a policy but unfortunately that time I was at my native place and I returned only after 6 months and shocked to see the policy as it was a plan having yearly premium of Rs.70000/- for 10 years.

                                    A seventy plus person will never buy a plan of 10 years and that also without covering risk having such a huge premium.

                                    I immidiately approached the Bank of India and spoak to Mr Adam Shaikh who assured me that it was indeed a mistake deliberately done by Mr.Rajat Johri and Amit Sharma for their own benefit and also told me that there are number of customers of Bank of India who were victims of these persons. He and then Bank Manager assured me that their bank will solve my problem as I was invested in said plan on the request of bank’s staff.They assured me that they will manage to convert my yearly plan to One time investment plan. They took an application from me and requested me to come back after 15 days. Unfortunatly during this period both Manager and Mr Adam Shaikh transferred from the Branch and Bank’s tie up with Insurcance Company also ended. Since then I am visiting pillar to post but getting no response. Neither bank nor Insurance company is solving my problem. Even Prudential ICICI Insurance company has issued me a letter of decline and denied my request of conversion of existing plan to One time Investment plan.

                                    Sir, it is a mandatory for Insurance Company to get Income proof from his customers while allotting such a big premium plan but they never did ask for income proof from me.
                                    Secondly a 70 plus person having poor income will never get such a big premium plan for 10 years and that also without covering the risk. It proves that ICICI staff had cheated me for their own benefit.

                                    Sir, I beg for justice. Please do some thing for me considering my age. For your ready reference I mention below Address and mobile number of Mr.Adam E Shaikh who is witness in my case.

                                    ICICI — plan allotment

                                    respected sir/madam,
                                    i have applied for 199 Corporate Plan for ICICI employees, but you alloted me 99 Corporate plan for ICICI Employees . so i request you to change my plan and give the the plan which i have applied for .i.e 199 Corporate Plan for ICICI Employees.                                       Sir I am a 70 years old man. I had a matured fixed deposit receipt of Bank of India Jacob Circle Branch.approached the Branch with receipt for the purpose of reinvestment. Unfortunately during those days Bank of India was marketing for Prudential ICICI Insurance Products. The F.D office Mr. Adam Shaikh convinced me for one time investment of matured proceed of my Fixed deposit receipt in Prudential ICICI Life Insurnace. Matured amt. of my F.D was Rs.70, 000/-.I confirmed from both ICICI and Bank of India staff whether it will be one time investment. Which they assured me that it will definately be one time investment. They took my signature on blank application form but while filling the form they alloted me yearly
                                      plan having premium of Rs.70000/- p.a. I totally relied on them. They did not ask me for my income proof. While allotting such a big premium plan it is duty of the Insurance company to get income proof from the customer. But they never did ask for the same. They allotted me this plan so that they can get higher commission.

                                      When policy delivered to me at my residence that time I was at my native place when I returned from my native place and examined the policy I was shocked to see that it was an yearly premium plan of Rs.70000/- and that also for a period of 10 years. Whcih neither I can afford nor does it suit my age.

                                      I immidiately approached the Bank of India and show them the policy. They assured me that it was indeed an mistake which is deliberatly done by ICICI bank staff Mr.Amit Sharma and Mr.Rajat Johri so that they could get maximum commission. They further informed me that they have done thiis with several other customers of Bank of India. They assured me that they will solve my problem. But since then I am visiting pillar to post but in vain. Bank told me to complain directly to Insurance Company and did so but the companay sent me the letter of denial.

                                      Sir, I am an old citizen for 70 years having monthly income of Rs.4000/- only I cannot afford this plan I requested the Insurance Company to convert this plan to one time investment plan as it is given by their staff for their own benefit and secondly they have not obtained any income proof from me while allotting such a big plan which is mandatory for insurance company to obtain while allotting such a huge amount of premium. I request you to please help me in solving my problem.

                                      but not yet received till today.so please do the needful & oblige.
                                      sir i have a msg from you as below here,
                                      Renewal preium letter for policy 04324743 is dispacthed on 23/06/09.Premium due is Rs.4541.You can alsoay online at www.iciciprulife.com.This is the msg i have from you. But your officer say me when i join this policy this a 100% free policy, you dont pay the dues automaticaly its renewed year by year.Past two years it goes well, but now you send me this msg.i asking about the same at your Erode main office, THEY DONT RESPOND MY ENQUIRY AND ALSO ME.
                                      When i was insured children policy, that time they told me about this free policy, and they renewed last two years, But now they send me msg & phone calls for the same.I visit your office and asked about the same, They told me WE SEND A MAIL OR MSG FOR THE SAME.But still now they dont clear my problem but send me the same msg about the policy payment.
                                      I mentaly disturbed about the same, so please clear this problem otherwise close my all policies on icici and settle my payments as soon as posible.

                                      Iam also cheated the same way as you have been deprived of your FD from BOI. These money pullers ( PruICICI ) appoint a third party agent to pull money from innocent customers. These agents simply bluff some idiotic things to the customer & brainwash them to get money saying that this is a one time investment & no more premiums will be asked for. But after one year they will send the renewal notice asking for the second year premium. If we question them about this they blindly tell us that you should have gone thro the offer documents provided to us while dispatching the policy. Dont believe on any Pru ICICI life policies.

                                        On 8th Apr'09 received SMS from ICICI Prudential stating that for Preclosure of Home Insurance policy.

                                        "Payment of Rs18065.52 for your policy[protected] has been sent to ICICI Bank Limited on07/04/2009

                                        vide Cheque No.151134&AWB-[protected]Express IT"

                                        However as i didn't get the cheque on the said date approached Branch office and understand that

                                        due to system problem by mistake the cheque got made in the name of ICICI Bank instead o[censored]ndersinged.

                                        Again Branch understood the mistake and assured me to resolve this immediately.

                                        Today I received call from them stating that again due to system problem the cheque issuance got delayed.

                                        I have few basic questions to ask.

                                        Why such mistakes are happening always to me.
                                        Who has authorised ICICI prudential to play with customers money.
                                        Need interest charges for Rs.18065.52 from the date of 07th Apr'09 till receipt of the cheque @ 12 % interest charges.
                                        Why such careless attidue whenever any customer asks for refund.? What will be the fate of the customers who wants to get the maturity value.
                                        Is ICICI Prulife is controlled by some body? if Yes how you are able to survive with such lapses at your end.

                                        icici pru life time super pension plan is one of the flop and FRAUD plans of ICICI. i had invested in the same plan two years back . You have deducted almost more than 15% of the invested capital in the begining only, saying that it is the fund management charge. If you are really managing fund very well, then why it has gone to the bottom ? due to the recession? If i invested money in the stock on my own, i would have the same risk. The fund value has gone down to the incrediable limit and ICICI is still deducting FUND MANAGEMENT CHARGES, it is OPEN LOOT. THIS IS A FRAUD . Not only with ICICI but with all unit linked plans, the situation is all the same. These plans are designed to cheat and loot STUPID investers like me. My question is, How the hell can you charge such a big amount as a fund management charge, when you are no longer worth to do it?? You have eaten all my hard earned money and shamelessly again asking for further premium for your fun!! All i believe is God is watching you and you will be punished one by one personally in your life, my all curses are with you and you will find thousands of such curses behind you, of all those investers whose money you have swallowed, in the name of recession .
