REGARDING PATHETIC SERVICES

Dear Sir/ Madam,


I RAMESH CHAND GUPTA here by want to state that I started a policy with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance JAIPUR BRANCH through Mr KARTIKEYA TEWARI (CONTACT NO: [protected]). As it has been more than a month I haven’t received any policy bond or any other document from your side. Even I contacted Mr KARTIKEYA to inform him but he never responded. The services given by ICICI are really pathetic. I am really sorry to say that such a reputed institution is providing such poor services to the cusomers. I would never recommend ICICI to any of my acquaintances.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    My Name is Mohit Malik residing Yamuna Nagar ( Haryana) .. I came to ICICI Bank (Yamuna Nagar Branch) on 05-Aug-2008 for fix Deposit of My money But ICICI Bank Prudential Life Insurance associate Mr. Mohit Bhardwaj ( mail id on business card mohit.[protected]@icicipruspoke.com) ask me to invest money in investment plan and he knowingly did my life instrance under ICICI Prudential Life insurance Plan which is not the actual thing he explained in investment Plan.

    On 19-Aug-2008 I received my investment document which was actually not a investment Plan, it was something releated to Life Insurance cum Investment Plan.

    Same day on 19-Aug-2008 .. I came to ICICI Bank (Yamuna Nagar Branch) and request Mohit Bhardwaj to cancel this Policy and give him the written request for cancellation of Policy ( along with original Policy Bond).. after few days I again came to Bank and ask Mohit Bhardwaj ( along with Bank Manager Mr. Ajay Kumar Garg with assistant Manger Mr. Sumit Aggarwal) to let me know the policy status and he told me that Mr. Umesh who is Mohit Bhardwaj Boss got the Policy Bond in Ambala and it is in cancellation Process..

    I ask Mohit Bhardwaj to give me atleast receiving that Policy bond is now with Bank and they are in cancellation Process but he neglect me to give any such receiving and ask me to contact his Boss Umesh on his cell.. I called Umesh and he said it is under cancellation Process and he already sent a request to Operation team.

    Its being 1 and half month I am following all the person ( Mohit, Umesh, Bank Manger) but nobody is giving me any reasonable answer and even I am not getting any message or any confirmation of cancellation of my Policy.

    Umesh/Mohit and Bank Manger told me twice that you policy has been cancelled from there side and it is in final stage but when I ask from one of my known who is in ICICI Prundential as a Employee, he confirmed that there is no request from any side to cancel this Policy and now cooling peroid is even over.

    My Concern is I came to bank on same day when i received my Policy bond and request him to cancel my policy.. why policy is not cancelled till date.. I have one proff where Mohit Bhardwaj accepted that he received the bond same day and further process to Ambala Branch for cancellation of same but he is not giving any written Receiving.

    I request bank to take a legal action on Mohit Bhardwaj and his boss Umesh and refund my 100% money with in 3 days .

    already put a complaint on icici pru site, received a call number through automatic mail sender (Call ID # 16110075 . Estimated Response time 48 Hrs.) but not update in last 72 hours.


    Pls Note :-- I request Mohit Bhardwaj to cancel my Policy twice in Cooling-off Period but he neglect it and even not giving me receiving after my several time visit to bank ( even bank manager is not giving me receiving) and I have a proff to prove it if he denied it


    let me know the process to file a case against banks and employees.

    life stage policy — still my customer has not received his bond

    which work in icici prudential life insurance in yamunanagar as a unit manager . he has his fraud degree of graduation he is not able to do this job . he is a fraud person and he misused the bank name .so u are requested to take some immedate action on it and do the need ful .

    I am from Chennai, for me also given the wrong commitment. 1st July I have given the cancellation request but still they say it is in under process.

    Please let me know the process of cancellation and what are the steps have to be taken from end.
    iam holding ICICI bank car insurance, recently my car had minor accident.i informed to customer care dept at ICICI. so they inform me to send surveyor with in 24 hrs.but the surveyor came after 48 hrs, my car winshield (front glass) was broken in accident.that surveyor person is not at all believing that it was accident.he told we won't give you for winshield.

    so my advice is please don't take ICICI car insurance .(that to way of customer recieving is also not good) actually i was prepared to mention surveyor name also including his mobile number.but i don't want spoil his carrer because of this.i put a complaint also on his manager.but they did'nt take any action.

    iam a software engineer working at wipro.

    before taking ICICI car insurance some of my few collegues are informed that service is not good.but i did'nt believe their words.now iam recollecting thier words but no use.
    ICICI prudental is a company with fraud and froger staff who only knows to blaim the constumer and not to solve any costumer problems-This company is on top list in consumer court for all this type of fraud

      I am be a customer to them for the policy of flexi growth since from nov-2007, i had received my premium receipts until june 08 but after that i am not received any bill
      Also i complaint to the dealer who make me joined in this, and th www.iciciprulife.com online customer care,
      And over telephonic tooo,
      But still i am not received any response from them
      What the hell in this is i cant leave the policy until the completion of 3 yrs

      I have not received my premium receipt for the month Sept-08.

            Hello Good morning,

            This is to bring to your kind notice that, I am feeling I have cheated by ICICI Prudential,

            I have paid Rs : 24924.00 for “ LIFE Time Gold ” as your advisor Mr. Srikanth From "India Info line" explained me like “If I can Invest 25000 P.A In Life Time Gold “ Up to Three years I will be covering around 30, 00, 000 of life insurance coverage untill unless i surender the policy to ICICI.

            Bcz of that I have paid the above payment, Since 4 Days he is not even lifting my Phone . His No : [protected]


            But now I came to know that from prudential Customer care I have allotted for the below Three policies.


            09582127 Crisis cover 2548

            09620037 Medi Assure Policy 9039

            09583953 Hospital Care 10594

            I don’t require the above three policies, please cancel the three policies and credit back to the same amount to my ICICI Credit Card No: [protected]

            If you can continue the same I will cancel my all A/C s and Credit card (including my NRI A/c Also) and I can switch to another Bank.

            I know that you won’t have any problem loosing me as a customer, for me this Rs.25000 is does not matter, but “I am feeling that I have cheated by ICICI “.

            My friend, even I have been mis-guided by the policy advisor and ICICI Prudential. We are paying for our folly by falling bait to crooks and agents who were promised the moon for hooking customers like you and me. The agents have since then left all association with ICICI Prudential Life. The bloody agent used to religiously come to me to collect premium for depositing, but after a couple of years suddenly stopped. I should have taken that as a hint for the problems that ICICI Pru life was facing. Unfortunately, I failed to take heed. I never receive premium notices any more from ICICI bank and they are ready to do the vanishing act.

            They also send me other people's renewal notices in my email box and sell all our data to unscrupulous persons who call for more products. I too have now removed all relation with ICICI group for this simple reason.

            They are not even willing to communicate properly. When asked for paid up value of policy, they send a list of projected benefits. I think they have something seriously wrong with their business. The model has failed.

              this complaint regarding a policy which i took from the company 4 yrs back. monthly premiums were send to the policy from my wife's account ( ICICI bank itself) on a particular day of every month as per a standing instruction. about one yr back i was told that one premium is missing and i have to give a bond in rs 50 stamp paper for re issuing a draft which got misplaced from their office at kottayam. after several communications i got an email from their customer relations officer this February that my policy is in fully paid status as on 29 Sept 2007 ( last premium due date).
              now only 40 days for the policy to get matured. i got a mail and a letter saying that the policy is lapsed. i am confused whether to go to the ombudsman, IRDA or to make a press club meeting.

                Hi,

                I am Pushkar Upadhyay. have a Life Time policy no 02347035 with ICICI Prudential. The premium amount is of 2000/- and the Payment mode is ECS with Payment due date 23rd of every month.

                Few days back, I gone through my saving a/c through which my this policy is linked for the ECS payment and i found that ICICI has been charging me for 225/- from last two months for late payment of the premium amount, whereas I was making payments on the time.

                Following is the details of premium payments for month of Apr, May, June..

                On 22 Apr... payment through Credit Card
                23 Apr... ICICI debited the amount from my saving bank a/c...


                i complaint for the same and amount credited to my a/c on 7 May
                For month of May, i made the payment through my credit card on 16 May...

                ICICI charged me for 225/- on 24 May...
                For month of june i made the payment through my credit card on 16 june...

                Again ICICI have charged me for 225/- ...

                I had a chat with their representative on their website and could not get the answers from there, so i raised the issue to them through mail on 18 July 2008. On 25 July, i received the response from them was as follows :

                Dear Mr. Upadhaya,

                We apologize for the delay in replying to your mail and appreciate your patience.

                As per your request the amount which got debited on 23rd April 2008 via website has been refunded back in your account on 28rd April 2008.

                Further, your next premium due date will be on 23rd August 2008 for an amount of Rs. 2000/- for which the premiums for your policy will be collected directly from your ICICI Bank account no "[protected]" on the premium due date.

                Please contact us for further clarifications, if any.

                Assuring you the best of services.
                [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]-

                This response nowhere confirms the reason of the late payments being levied by the ICICI Prudential. I respond back and till date i haven't received any response from them. Reminder mails being sent to them twice. On last Saturday i.e. 2 Aug 2008 i visited their office in Sector 14, Gurgaon. I didn't get the answers as the SERVERS were down, the reason told to me from their representative. They gave me the visiting card and told me to call on Week days. The numbers were there[protected] and [protected](Customer Care Number). I tried to contact them on weekdays. First number is never been answred and the mobile number, CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE VISITING CARD DO NOT EXIST.

                This the service being provieded by the ICICI Prudential to the customers.

                Please look into the matter me to get my money back.

                  I have taken ICICI Prudential life insurance policy from ITO Branch, Nd-110002& I have paid my monthly instalment of July of Rs 3000/- to ICICI Prudential life vide cheque no 303719 dt 08.07.08 of HDFC Bank K G Marg, New Delhi & same has been cleared from account .I do not who authorised them to send ECS clearance of Rs 3000/- & the same can not be cleared.I have very clearly mentioned in my application that I shall be paying through cheque only.Very Bad service .Immediately Stop sending me SMS.

                  You are also requested to confirm that you will adhere to my instruction & will not send through ECS as I shall be paying only through cheque only.

                      I have above mentioned policy with iciciprudential since 2005.Recently after comparing other two Life Time pension II policy holders contributing same premium amount (Rs 10, 000) I revealed that "sum Assured" figure (Rs 110000 for other two policy) is absent in my all statement.Also Policy administration charges is in higher side than others.I then mailed(14/07/08) to iciciprulife asking the rules and regulations about the policy.As I know under same policy (No other options was there) all rules and regulations should be same.I also asked to clarify the above two discrepancy immediately and inform me the rules.But till date no information/clarification received from iciciprudential.These private insurance player cheating all customers.Every policy has a complicated rules and regulation. They deliberately doing this to cheat most of the customers.

                      Since nothing has done in spite of several complain, the same policy has been redeemed later.In our country this the fate of real consumers.Nothing could be done against this type of company. This is my personal experience.

                        your maximum facilities are good.but some branches are poor because not avaiblity of written brouser and uneducate information by u.m.&advisers

                          i have a policy no: 04893628 commenced on 19th march2007. for 2nd premium due on 19th march 2008, i issued a cheque of rs 100, 000/= on 10th march2008 o[censored]nion bank lucknow vide cheque no 318988 & was duly cleared on 9th march 2008. i received a call from mumbai office on 11th july 2008 stating that your premium is not paid. i gave all details of our payment but inspite of all these i was told to contact to the agent & concern icici bank.

                          i checked with our bank & was found that the payment is cleared but credited to different accont. when i enquired from our cheque issuing bank, it was found that my policy no was deleted & other policy no was written.i gave all such information to icici prudential office allahabad & to our agent but it was not yet corrected.

                          in general, th reputation of icici bank is very bad iin the market.kindly help to get it sorted. i am not intrested in dealing such bank where such fraudulent activities are going on.

                            about their hospital care policy
                            by telephonic conformation he issued policy to me without conforming the mailing address and without signed any application form from me
                            he block my credit card limit for thr first annuel premium
                            when i went to cancell the policy they told me that i dont get any refund
                            i complaint in there customer care thrice they told me problem will be solve in 10 days no call back from them
                            they even not told me the name of the agent who have issued the policy

                            I am also a big looser through icici prudential with a different story.I invested for 4+yrs and received approx 1/10 of the total paid amount.They have grabbed lot of public money through similar stories as above.

                            Icici Prudential Life Insurance — Sharing online account password to 3rd person

                            See attached e-mail to me from ICICI prudencial. It gave a new password for my online account ( Life Insurance Policies) to me as well as some other person --whose e-mail ID is appearing in this mail. Although I have not requested for a new password from them. Because of this disclosure that person has made online transaction for my policies by switching my investments online. When I tried to login my account, I could not log in as that person has changed the password. Immediately I put complain about this incident to the company. They gave me new password & when I loged in, found the alredy done online transactions. This has resulted in financial loss to me. I made complain about this & requested the ICICI prudencial to reverse these transactions, but they declined by saying that these are made online by myself.

                            I believe this is the fraud being done by company's own personal/fund managerss to maximize their profit by swiching investment plan as per prevailing market scnerios.

                            I want a thorough enquiry in to this modus operandi of the bank. So that they could not play with other customers assets.

                              With ref. to subject cited above, this is to bring in your kind notice that the representatives of subject mentioned company are giving 3-4 telly marketing calls every day at my residence number[protected]. My family is being disturbed every day, some times at odd hours. If we warn them not to call at this number since we are interested in their products, they mis-behave and give another call instantly to show their dareness. I have already filed my complaint with the BSNL but no action has been taken till now. Following are the names of few persons who are calling at my above numbers: -

                              How to deal with pesky calls

                              I used to receive pesky calls/ telemarketing calls from many of the notorious companies in India. Some of them are follows:
                              1. ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard, ICICI Prudential
                              2. Reliance Group
                              3. Bajaj Allianz
                              4. HDFC
                              5. Excel Insurance
                              6. ING Vysya

                              Nowadays, this is what I normally do while dealing with them:

                              I would just attend their call, and if they ask name, I would just give a fake name. While speaking to the telemarketer, I used to show some interests in their call/business/products. Then I ask some questions on their products, returns that I get if it is a financial product, whether I would get any Tax Benefits, etc. Then I politely tell them, as I am in office and busy with work, whether they could send an executive to my home on coming Saturday. Once they agree, I would just provide a wrong Residential Address to them (I used to give the residential address of a former Airtel Sales Executive, whom I screwed years back after he cheated me Rs. 2000. I already got refund money. But still I do some fun game with this fellow)

                              On Saturday, these telemarketers use to call me before coming to my Residence. I use to tell them to come before 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM. Once they reach the mentioned address, they could not find me. They use to make hell lot of calls (normally 30 to 50) and I do not attend the calls. Finally they would get fed up and also lose their half-day or full-day.

                              You guys can also try this method. It is very interesting and funny.

                                I am very much harrased and hurted by abuse of one of your phone operators.
                                On 30 june '08 a call from your company came on my cell viz [protected] at 13:43:18 hrs from your no.[protected] which i attended and when i asked her not to call on any of my numbers she said me "WASTING MY TIME" . I am very much hurted and i am thinking to take a legal action against your company please consider the matter on your part as soon as possible.

                                I am receiving investment call from no.[protected] again and again, once i have told him that i am not intrested in investment and delete my no from database even they are calling me again and again, today they tried my phone many times but i cut his phone, but when he tried again and again then i shouted on him and cut the phone, but that i again dialed my no and said same to you and abuse on me.Is this is the behaviour of person from ICICI prudential telecaller.I think this guy should be punished immidiately and he should opolgise to me.These type of guys are also breaking goodwill of company.Calling No [protected] Call time 12.45 and date 24.03.2010.

                                why i should not take legal action against this company?I am also registered for DND service on My number.
                                I taken ICICI prudential Wealth II plan on 20 Jan 2011. Policy number is LL38357217. I

                                havent any of the documents also till date. I paid a premium of RS 24000/- also. But

                                due to financial situation i cancelled the policy on 29 Jan 2011. But the policy amount

                                they refunded is only 23150. This is not good while taking policy and during

                                cancellation form submission they clearly told full amount will be refunded also. How

                                this happened. I will not submitt the check in my bank till i got resolved. I directly

                                gone to AnnaNagarBranch in chennai also. They are not giving a good response also. They

                                are saying market is down. But my policy details are not available in any of the branch

                                also. Then how they can deduct this much of amount. I haven't opted for medical also.

                                Till it got resolved. I will make complaints in all the portals and forums. This is not

                                good for a bank like ICICI. Dont spoil the name because of these silly things. I need

                                an immediate resolution.
                                ICICI Prudential are thugs.. who loot money from all. They are good till they have your business, later, , we are at there mercy. Call center is all messed up, who dont care for customers. Not sure, if there is any tracking system on omplaints that are made against call center person or any policy for that matter.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have ICICI pension policy, I pay annual premium of Rs 10, 000 . When I paid the same this year(2008) .I came to know that the policy is inactive and the reason given by ICICI is that they haven't received the 2007 premium . I tracked my payment from the counterfile of the cheque book and confirmed with the scanned copy of the cheque from the issuing bank .Apart from that, I got in writing from the issuing bank the details of the payee and the MICR code of the bank from where the cheque collected . All the above process took around 2 months . Now, the ICICI wants the hard copy of the bank statement with the transaction entry . I have given the hard copy to the nearest ICICI prudential branch . But in the bank statement, there is no entry of the payee, but only the cheque no and amount .

                                      Inspite of giving all these details, ICICI has not made any serious attempt from their side to track the payment and they repeatedly asking the bank statement .

                                      Please advice as how I handle this situtation or can which is the best forum to put up the case as I have fed up with ICICI service.
