abused by the operator

Dear sir,
I am very much harrased and hurted by abuse of one of your phone operators.
On 30 june '08 a call from your company came on my cell viz [protected] at 13:43:18 hrs from your no.[protected] which i attended and when i asked her not to call on any of my numbers she said me "WASTING MY TIME" . I am very much hurted and i am thinking to take a legal action against your company please consider the matter...

fale say for policy sale

manager in sehore branch give me and my friend wrong information about policy we taken life stage rp my fund is less than 50% of my premium bcoz of share market fall ..but in that in particular time when they sale product than they said us ur money is safe and there in no link to share market..please solve this problem like me many person made fool......

Premium not present for the year 2007

Hi,
I have ICICI pension policy, I pay annual premium of Rs 10, 000 . When I paid the same this year(2008) .I came to know that the policy is inactive and the reason given by ICICI is that they haven't received the 2007 premium . I tracked my payment from the counterfile of the cheque book and confirmed with the scanned copy of the cheque from the issuing bank .Apart from that, I got in writing from the issuing bank the details...

have paid the policy cotract No. 05146949 premium for the year 2008-09 on 17/03/2008 by cheque drawn on Oriental bank of Commerce, M, G Road Bangalore. it's almost 3 months now & have not received the receipt for the same till date (9/6/2008)

Premium lapses require huge amount to be paid

I am holiding policy 01507263. During Oct 2005 I had given ECS clearing from canara bank and also cheque, because I changed my ECS from Standard Chartered Bank. I had request them not to present it same time..but some confusion both got dishonored..

dear sir

i have taken a policy of icici pru life insurance which got delivered after more than two months after a long search in open position ever thing about the policy was disclosed

i went to icici and ask to cancle it as you disclosed ever thing which i was not suppose to disclose he bluntly said do what ever you can it will not be cancalled and misbehaived nor cancalling my ECS with my bank account...

Illegal withdrawal of money from account

I'm logged onto my ICICI Direct account and i see this interesting link flashing on ICICI Direct about some retirement plan from ICICI prudential, so i click on it, n out pops a form with my details already filled in and a calculator. Out of sheer curiosity, i type in some number ( 1, 00, 000) to see what kind of retirement money they pay to people who shell out 1, 00, 000 per year for the next 26 years.

icici prudential call center conduct

Hi

Today i recieved a call from one of your call centers. The lady was giving details on one of the new icici life time policy.

When i told i am not interested, she harassed by using abusive language and kept the phone.

AMOUNT OF PREMIUM

Sir,

On my policy document the premium amount is Rs 4470/- But my insurer (icici prudencial life insurance company) is charging Rs 4516/-.

They did not give me any reply of my mail or concern.

I have sent so many mail to their customer care id but they did not reply any of them.
